In addition, the sequence of steps in each method embodiment described below is only an example and is not strictly limited.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a service processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the service processing method may include the following steps:
101. and acquiring a target place identifier and a user identifier corresponding to the user.
102. And generating an electronic certificate corresponding to the user according to the target place identifier and the user identifier.
103. Service request information corresponding to the electronic voucher is received.
104. And processing the service request information.
The service processing method based on the target place provided by the embodiment of the invention can be executed by the mutual cooperation of certain electronic equipment or certain electronic equipment, and the electronic equipment can be a server. For the purpose of distinguishing from the client and the responder hereinafter, the electronic device is referred to as a server.
It should be noted that the client in this document refers to some client application program running in a terminal device of a user, such as a mobile phone, and the electronic certificate in this document can be sent to the client by the server. The response end is the party that finally responds to the service request information triggered by the user based on the electronic certificate. The main functions of the server are as follows: generating an electronic certificate for a user and managing the electronic certificate, wherein the managing comprises interacting with a response end to assist the response end in responding to the service request information triggered by the user.
The user in the embodiment of the present invention may be a resident living in a certain residential district, and accordingly, the target location identifier corresponds to the address of the user, for example, if the user lives in building 404 of XYZ district No. 17, the target location identifier is: XYZ cell number 17 building 404 room. The user in the embodiment of the present invention may also be a company employee, and accordingly, the target location identifier corresponds to the company where the user is located, such as a company name and a company address.
In order to generate an electronic certificate corresponding to a user, the server needs to obtain information related to the user, where the information includes a target location identifier and a user identifier corresponding to the user.
Optionally, the target place identifier and the user identifier corresponding to the user may be obtained as follows: receiving an application request sent by a user through a client, wherein the application request comprises a target place identifier; and acquiring a user identifier according to the user real-name authentication information bound by the client.
The operation behavior of the client in the process of applying for the electronic certificate by the user is exemplarily described in conjunction with fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 2, a button for applying for an electronic voucher, such as the "application community code" illustrated in fig. 2, may be displayed in some interface of the client. After the user clicks the button, an address information input interface may be displayed, and in the address information input interface, the user inputs own address information, which is a target location identifier, for example, as illustrated in fig. 2: building 404 in western city XYZ cell No. 17, beijing. After the address information is entered, a confirmation button may be clicked to trigger an application request for an electronic voucher.
After receiving the application request, the server corresponding to the client may perform real-name authentication on the user based on user real-name authentication information bound when the user registers the client, and after the authentication is passed, a user identifier may be obtained based on the user real-name authentication information. The user identifier is used to uniquely identify the user, and in practical applications, the user identifier may include, for example: name, telephone number, certificate number, etc. These user identifications and other user-related information herein are available for user authorization.
After the user identifier and the target place identifier are obtained, an electronic certificate may be generated for the user based on the user identifier and the target place identifier, where the electronic certificate may be a two-dimensional code, and of course, may also be a barcode, a QR code, a character string, and the like. In the process of generating the electronic certificate, the target place identification and the user identification are coded according to corresponding coding rules according to the specific implementation mode of the electronic certificate so as to obtain the electronic certificate.
In addition, in order to further expand the role of the electronic certificate, so that more accurate and comprehensive management of the resident personnel conditions in the residential community can be realized based on the electronic certificate, and more services can be used by the user, in the process of generating the electronic certificate for the user, besides the target place identification and the user identification, optionally, the electronic certificate can be generated for the user by combining the related information of other dimensions of the user, such as user characteristic information.
Based on this, optionally, after obtaining the target place identifier and the user identifier of a certain user, the server may further obtain user feature information corresponding to the user according to the user identifier, so as to generate an electronic certificate corresponding to the user according to the target place identifier, the user identifier, and the user feature information.
Optionally, the user characteristic information may include any one or more of the following: the health state corresponding to the user and the personnel type corresponding to the user.
When the user characteristic information includes a health state corresponding to the user, specifically, the server may determine the health state of the user in the following manner:
and acquiring the health data of the user according to the user identification so as to determine the corresponding health state of the user according to the acquired health data.
In practical applications, the health data of the user may include medical data of the user, data of online purchased medicines and other data related to medical treatment and medication, and may even include movement trajectory data of the user in a past period of time.
And analyzing the acquired various health data to determine the health state of the user. Alternatively, several health states may be preset, and determining the health state of a certain user is determining which health state of the several health states the health state of the user matches. For example, the health status includes: good and not good. Alternatively, the health status includes: good, need observation, not good.
Actually, each health state corresponds to a set determination condition, and when the health data of the user satisfies the determination condition corresponding to a certain health state, it means that the health state is the health state determination result of the user.
For example, assuming that some areas have a certain infectious disease, several determination conditions corresponding to the infectious disease may be set for prevention and control of the infectious disease, and different determination conditions correspond to different health states.
Assuming that the infectious disease outbreaks in region a, the condition manifested is mainly fever. Then several decision conditions can be set as follows: if the user stays in the area A for a period of time, determining that the health state of the user is not good; if the user has not stayed in the area a for a period of time before and the user has no fever symptoms, determining that the health status is good; if the user has not stayed in the area A for a period of time before but has fever symptoms, the health status of the user is determined to be observed.
The above determination conditions are only examples, and are not limited to this actually, for example, the determination may be performed in conjunction with the contact relationship between different users: if the user p stays in the area a for a period of time before and then goes to the area B, and the user q does not stay in the area a for a period of time before, but works in the area B at present because the user q and the user p are in a co-worker relationship, the health state of the user q may be determined to be observed.
Based on the above example, the server may be linked with a network operator to obtain the movement track information of the user based on the network communication behavior of the user, that is, determine what time the user stays in which areas. In addition, the server can be linked with the health management system so as to request the health management system to feed back whether the user has certain diseases or not based on health data such as medication records, treatment records and the like of the user.
It is understood that the health data, the movement trace data, and the like of the user are all data that can be used by the user authorization.
The above description is made on the situation that the user characteristic information includes the health status corresponding to the user, and when the user characteristic information includes the personnel type corresponding to the user, specifically, the server may determine the personnel type corresponding to the user in the following manner:
and searching user identifications in preset different personnel type databases to determine the personnel types corresponding to the users.
In practical application, a plurality of personnel types can be preset, and a corresponding database is set for each personnel type, wherein the database comprises a plurality of user identifications corresponding to the corresponding personnel types.
For example, the plurality of people types may include, for example: resident population, floating population, important people, and the like. Taking the key personnel as an example, the database corresponding to the key personnel stores the user identifiers corresponding to a plurality of key personnel. In practical applications, the definition of the key personnel can be set according to requirements.
For a certain user for whom an electronic certificate needs to be generated currently, assuming that the user identifier of the user is searched from a database corresponding to key personnel, the type of the personnel corresponding to the user is determined as the key personnel.
After the user characteristic information corresponding to the user is obtained in the above manner, in the process of generating the electronic certificate corresponding to the user according to the target place identifier, the user identifier and the user characteristic information corresponding to the user, optionally, the electronic certificate may be generated in the following manner:
and determining a coding result corresponding to the user characteristic information so as to generate the electronic certificate corresponding to the user according to the target place identifier, the user identifier and the coding result.
The coding result of the user characteristic information can have two forms, and the main difference of the two forms is as follows: whether or not visually visible.
Specifically, taking the example that the electronic certificate is a two-dimensional code, colors corresponding to different user characteristic information can be preset, a certain two-dimensional code pattern is obtained by encoding the target place identifier and the user identifier according to an encoding rule of the two-dimensional code, and then the two-dimensional code pattern is rendered into the color corresponding to the user characteristic information.
For example, assume that the determination result of the user characteristic information is: and if the preset coding result corresponding to the good health state is green, generating a two-dimensional code according to the target place identifier and the user identifier of the user, and rendering the two-dimensional code to be green to represent that the health state of the user corresponding to the two-dimensional code is good when the two-dimensional code is generated. For another example, when the health state is to be observed, the corresponding two-dimensional code is yellow; when the health state is not good, the corresponding two-dimensional code is red.
Similarly, when the user characteristic information is specific to a person type corresponding to the user, encoding results corresponding to different person types may also be preset, and the encoding results may also be represented by colors, for example: the resident population-green, floating population-yellow, the key ones-red.
The above example scenario illustrates that: and setting the coding results corresponding to the different types of user characteristic information into different colors, wherein the coding results have the visual characteristic. Based on the user characteristic information, the staff can directly know the user characteristic information of the user based on the color change of the two-dimensional code.
In addition, the encoding result of the user characteristic information may also be a character string, that is, the encoding results corresponding to different types of user characteristic information are set as different character strings.
For example, the encoding result corresponding to the "good" health state is 001, the encoding result corresponding to the "healthy state to be observed" is 002, and the encoding result corresponding to the "bad" health state is 003; the encoding result corresponding to the personnel type of "resident population" is 004, the encoding result corresponding to the personnel type of "floating personnel" is 005, and the encoding result corresponding to the personnel type of "key personnel" is 006.
In this case, assuming that the electronic certificate is a two-dimensional code, the encoding result corresponding to the user feature information, together with the target location identifier and the user identifier, is used as input information for generating the two-dimensional code, and finally the two-dimensional code is generated as the electronic certificate. At this time, the worker cannot directly view the user characteristic information of the user by naked eyes.
It should be noted that after the electronic certificate is generated for a user based on an application of the user, it does not mean that the electronic certificate of the user is not updated subsequently, and when the electronic certificate meets a preset update condition, the electronic certificate corresponding to the user is updated. Alternatively, the update condition may include any one of: the electronic certificate reaches the set life cycle, and the user triggers the use operation of the electronic certificate.
In practical applications, when an electronic certificate is generated, a life cycle of the electronic certificate may be set, for example, 24 hours a day, and when the electronic certificate reaches the life cycle, updating the electronic certificate for the user is automatically triggered. Suppose that the electronic certificate generated for the user at time T1 is referred to as electronic certificate a, and the electronic certificate a is updated to electronic certificate b at time T2 after 24 hours. The generation process of the electronic certificate b is similar to that of the electronic certificate a, but at this time, the server can automatically obtain the target place identifier and the user identifier based on the target place identifier already filled by the user and the user real-name authentication information bound by the client, but since the user characteristic information may change, the server needs to obtain the user characteristic information of the user based on the user identifier again under the condition that the electronic certificate needs to be generated by combining the user characteristic information, so as to obtain the electronic certificate b based on the newly obtained user characteristic information. For example, at time T1, the user's health status is good, and at time T2 the health status may be updated to be poor or to be viewed, then the electronic certificate b may be different in color from the electronic certificate a.
It can be understood that even if the electronic certificate a and the electronic certificate b are generated, the target place identifier, the user identifier, and the user characteristic information corresponding to the user are not changed, strictly speaking, the electronic certificate b is different from the electronic certificate a, that is, the two-dimensional code generated for a certain user at the time T2 is different from the two-dimensional code generated for the user at the time T1, and the difference may be caused by a difference in generation time, for example.
The above introduces a mechanism for automatically updating the electronic voucher of the same user according to the life cycle, and optionally, the electronic voucher can also be automatically updated when the user triggers the operation of using the electronic voucher. Specifically, suppose a user applies for an electronic certificate for the first time at time T1, at this time, an electronic certificate a is generated for the user, and after the user obtains the electronic certificate a, suppose that some use operation is triggered on the electronic certificate a, for example, a code is swiped into a cell at an entrance guard, and the electronic certificate a is used, then update processing of the electronic certificate can be triggered at this time, and a new electronic certificate b is generated for the user for later use.
The automatic updating mechanism of the electronic certificate can ensure the safety of user information, avoid others from stealing the electronic certificate of a certain user, and also ensure the accuracy of population management and service management of residential districts based on the electronic certificate of the user.
The service end generates the electronic certificate for the user, and then the generated electronic certificate can be issued to the user through the client of the user, the user can trigger various service request information based on the electronic certificate, and the service end processes the service request information after receiving the service request information, so that the user can finally use the required service.
In practical applications, a user can use many types of services based on his own electronic certificate, such as entrance guard services, payment services, and other event type services (e.g., cleaning, repair reporting, alarming, emergency call for help, etc.).
Regardless of what type of service request information the user triggers based on the electronic credentials, in summary, the processing of the service request information by the service end can be described as: and determining target information matched with the information viewing permission of the response terminal corresponding to the service request information, generating service acceptance information according to the target information, and sending the service acceptance information to the response terminal so that the response terminal finally responds to the service request information of the user. The target information is all or part of information corresponding to the electronic certificate. As mentioned above, the information corresponding to the electronic voucher includes the target location identifier and the user identifier, and may further include user characteristic information.
In the residential cell scenario, the responding end may be a property company, a residence committee, a public security administration, and so on, from a role perspective.
Based on the general description of the above process, two points need to be emphasized:
first, after receiving service request information corresponding to an electronic certificate of a user, a server needs to determine a response end corresponding to the service request information. Specifically, the correspondence between different service types and the responding end may be preset, so as to determine the responding end corresponding to the currently received service request information based on the correspondence, that is, determine the responding end corresponding to the service type of the service request information. For example, it is assumed that service types such as an entrance guard service, a payment service, a repair service, an alarm service, and the like can be provided for the user, and a response end corresponding to the entrance guard service, the payment service, and the repair service is set as a property company, and a response end corresponding to the alarm service is set as a security management department. Then, when the user triggers service request information (referred to as payment service request information) corresponding to the payment service, it can be determined that the responding end corresponding to the payment service request information is a property company based on the setting result.
And secondly, different response ends have different information viewing permissions on the associated information in the electronic certificate of the user. Some response terminals may have the viewing authority to view all the information corresponding to the electronic certificate, and some response terminals may have the viewing authority to view only part of the information. The information viewing permissions of different responding terminals may be preset, and specifically, may be set according to information that the responding terminal must know to respond to the service request information of the user.
The following is an illustration of which types of service request information a user may trigger based on electronic credentials and the processing of these service request information by the service in connection with several alternative embodiments.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a service processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the service processing method may include the following steps:
301. and acquiring a target place identifier, a user identifier and user characteristic information corresponding to the user, and generating an electronic certificate corresponding to the user according to the target place identifier, the user identifier and the user characteristic information.
302. And receiving access control service request information sent by the first response terminal, wherein the access control service request information contains the electronic certificate scanned by the first response terminal.
303. If the electronic certificate is determined to be valid, determining that the target information matched with the information viewing permission of the first response terminal is the target place identification corresponding to the electronic certificate; generating first entrance guard service acceptance information, wherein the first entrance guard service acceptance information comprises a target place identifier and a user identifier after fuzzy processing; and sending the first entrance guard service acceptance information to the first response end so that the first response end generates an entrance and exit record according to the first entrance guard service acceptance information and performs door opening control.
304. If the user characteristic information meets the set conditions, a second response end corresponding to the access control service request information is determined, the target information matched with the information viewing permission of the second response end is determined to be the target place identification, the user identification and the user characteristic information, second access control service acceptance information comprising the target place identification, the user identification and the user characteristic information is generated, and the second access control service acceptance information is sent to the second response end, so that the second response end generates an access record according to the second access control service acceptance information.
In this embodiment, it is assumed that service request information triggered by a user based on an electronic certificate is access control service request information, and in this case, the first response end corresponds to a property company, that is, a party performing access control management on the user; the second responder may correspond to a residence commission or a security administration. Therefore, based on the scheme provided by the embodiment, the entrance and exit management of the users in the residential district can be realized, and the statistics and management of the conditions of the resident in the residential district can also be realized.
To facilitate understanding of the implementation process of the solution provided in the present embodiment, the personnel management system illustrated in fig. 4 is used for an exemplary description. As shown in fig. 4, the people management system may include an entrance guard control device 401, a server 402, a people management device 403, and a user terminal device 404.
The access control device 401 is a device corresponding to the first response end, and in practical application, the access control device 401 may be composed of an upper computer 401A and a code scanner 401B.
The personnel management device 403 is a device corresponding to the second responding side. The user terminal device 404 has the aforementioned client running therein.
The server 402 may communicate with the entrance control apparatus 401, the personnel management apparatus 403, and the user terminal apparatus 404.
As described above, the server 402 may generate an electronic certificate according to the obtained target location identifier (i.e., the address of the user), the user identifier, and the user characteristic information, and assume that the electronic certificate is the two-dimensional code illustrated in fig. 4. The server 402 issues the two-dimensional code to the user terminal device 404, that is, to the client therein, and the client locally stores the two-dimensional code.
When a user wants to enter a cell, a "card swipe" operation is performed at a cell entrance. Specifically, the user opens the client, presents the two-dimensional code, and directs the two-dimensional code to the scanner 401B so that the scanner 401B can scan the two-dimensional code. The barcode scanner 401B sends the scanned two-dimensional code to the upper computer 401A, so that the upper computer 401A sends the access control service request information carrying the two-dimensional code to the server 402.
After receiving the access control service request message, the server 402 determines whether the electronic certificate carried in the access control service request message is valid.
Optionally, if it is determined that the electronic certificate is a once-generated electronic certificate which does not reach the life cycle, determining that the electronic certificate is valid. Or, when the information corresponding to the electronic certificate contains the user characteristic information, the electronic certificate can be finally determined to be valid when the user characteristic information is determined to meet the set conditions.
As described above, the electronic voucher may be configured with a set life cycle, and if the electronic voucher carried in the access control service request information reaches the life cycle, the electronic voucher is considered invalid, or if the electronic voucher is not an electronic voucher generated for the user at one time, the electronic voucher is considered invalid, at this time, the server 402 may feed back indication information to the host computer 401A to prompt that the electronic voucher is invalid, so that the relevant staff informs the user that the electronic voucher is updated and then scans the code again. If the electronic certificate does not reach the life cycle, the electronic certificate can be determined to be valid, or the electronic certificate is determined to be valid only when the user characteristic information corresponding to the electronic certificate is further determined to meet the set conditions. Wherein, the user characteristic information accords with the set conditions, such as: the health status of the user is good.
When the server 402 determines that the electronic certificate in the access service request information is valid, the target information, i.e., the target place identifier, which is matched with the information viewing authority can be determined from the information corresponding to the electronic certificate obtained through analysis according to the preset information viewing authority of the access control device 401. Here, it is assumed that the information viewing authority of the access control device 401 is: the target place identification can be completely transmitted to the upper computer 401A in the access control device 401, the user identification and the user characteristic information corresponding to the electronic certificate belong to the privacy information of the user, and the user identification and the user characteristic information cannot be completely transmitted to the upper computer 401A for the purpose of protecting the privacy information of the user. Optionally, the user characteristic information may not be sent to the upper computer 401A, but the user identifier is subjected to fuzzy processing, and the user identifier subjected to fuzzy processing may be transmitted to the upper computer 401A, so that the entry and exit records of the personnel can be generated.
In this embodiment, it is assumed that the user identifier includes: the user name-wangsi, telephone number-15012345678, certificate number-9876543210125, the result of the fuzzy process can be: king, 150 × 678. I.e. hiding part of the digits in the user's name and telephone number, and the certificate number.
Based on this, the server 402 may generate first access control service acceptance information including the target location identifier and the user identifier after the fuzzy processing, and transmit the first access control service acceptance information to the upper computer 401A, so that the upper computer 401A generates an entrance/exit record and performs door opening control (i.e., opens a door or a gate) according to the first access control service acceptance information. Specifically, based on the example of the user identifier, it is assumed that the target location identifier is: in the XY cell No. 17 building 202 room, the upper computer 401A can generate the following entry and exit records:
[ T1, XY CELL 17 # 202 cell, Wang, 150 x 678, enter CELL ]. Where T1 is the time of entering the cell, the time of code swiping may be T1.
The above describes a processing procedure in which the server 402 interacts with the access control device 401 to implement access control after receiving the access service request message. Besides, after receiving the access control service request information, the server 402 may interact with the personnel management device 403, so that the personnel conditions in the residential community are supervised by the parts corresponding to the personnel management device 403, such as a residence committee and a public security management.
Specifically, after receiving the access service request information, the server 402 parses the electronic credential therein to obtain a target location identifier, a user identifier, and user feature information corresponding to the electronic credential. If the service end 402 finds that the user characteristic information meets the set condition, it indicates that interaction with the personnel management device 403 corresponding to the access control service request information is required at this time. The user feature information here meets the setting conditions, such as: the health status of the user is not good or needs to be observed; for another example: the type of the person corresponding to the user is the key person.
It is understood that in practical applications, the server 402 may interact with several people management devices, and different people management devices often correspond to a certain organization in different regions. For example, the staff managing device 403 corresponds to a certain residence committee that manages a plurality of cells including XY cells. Based on this, the server 402 may determine the staff management device 403 corresponding to the access control service request information based on the target location identifier corresponding to the electronic certificate.
It is assumed in the present embodiment that the information viewing authority of the person management apparatus 403 is configured to: the whole information corresponding to the electronic voucher can be viewed, which means that the target place identifier, the user identifier and the user characteristic information corresponding to the electronic voucher can be completely transmitted to the human management device 403. Based on this, the server 402 may generate second entrance guard service reception information including the destination location identifier, the user identifier, and the user characteristic information, and transmit the second entrance guard service reception information to the staff member management apparatus 403, so that the staff member management apparatus 403 generates an entry/exit record based on the second entrance guard service reception information.
In fig. 4, it is assumed that the target site is identified as: building 202 in XY cell 17; the user identification is: user name-wanese, telephone number-15012345678, certificate number-9876543210125; the user characteristic information is as follows: the key personnel. Based on this, as shown in fig. 4, the person management apparatus 403 can generate an entry and exit record as follows:
[ T1, XY CELL No. 17 building 202 Room, accent people, Wang Xiao, 15012345678, 9876543210125, enter cell ].
Based on this, in practical applications, the personnel management device 403 may record the access situations of a large number of personnel meeting the set conditions, so that the reference information helpful for public security management may be obtained based on the analysis of the data, for example, if a plurality of key personnel are found to access a certain cell within a certain period of time, the personnel may go to the home for examination.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a service processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the service processing method may include the following steps:
501. and acquiring a target place identifier and a user identifier corresponding to the user, and generating an electronic certificate corresponding to the user according to the target place identifier and the user identifier.
502. And receiving payment service request information sent by the first response terminal, wherein the payment service request information contains the electronic certificate scanned by the first response terminal.
503. If the electronic certificate is determined to be valid, determining that the target information matched with the information viewing permission of the first response terminal is the target place identification corresponding to the electronic certificate; generating payment service acceptance information, wherein the payment service acceptance information comprises a target place identifier and a user identifier after fuzzy processing; and sending payment service acceptance information to the first response terminal so that the first response terminal completes payment processing and generates a payment record according to the payment service acceptance information.
In this embodiment, it is assumed that the user pays service request information, such as property fee and heating fee, for the user based on the service request information triggered by the electronic certificate, and in this case, the first response terminal corresponds to a property company. Therefore, based on the scheme provided by the embodiment, the life payment service can be provided for the user in the residential district based on the electronic certificate of the user.
To facilitate understanding of the implementation of the scheme provided in the present embodiment, the exemplary description is provided in conjunction with the payment management system illustrated in fig. 6. As shown in fig. 6, the people management system may include a payment management apparatus 601, a server 602, and a user terminal apparatus 603. The payment management device 601 is a device corresponding to the first response end, and in practical application, the payment management device 601 may be composed of an upper computer 601A and a payment terminal 601B. The user terminal device 603 has a client running therein as described above.
As described above, the server 602 may generate an electronic certificate according to the obtained target location identifier and the user identifier, and assume that the electronic certificate is the two-dimensional code illustrated in fig. 6. The server 602 issues the two-dimensional code to the user terminal device 603, that is, to the client therein, and the client locally stores the two-dimensional code.
When the staff of the property company receives property charges, the user opens the client to display the two-dimensional code, the staff scans the two-dimensional code through the payment terminal 601B and sends the scanned two-dimensional code to the upper computer 601A, so that the upper computer 601A sends payment service request information carrying the two-dimensional code to the server 602.
After receiving the payment service request message, the server 602 determines whether the electronic certificate carried in the payment service request message is valid. The determination process may refer to the description in the foregoing embodiments, which is not repeated herein.
When the server 602 determines that the electronic certificate in the payment service request information is valid, the target location identifier, which is the target information matched with the information viewing authority, may be determined from the information corresponding to the electronic certificate obtained through analysis according to the preset information viewing authority of the payment management device 601. It is assumed here that the information viewing authority of the payment management apparatus 601 is: and identifying the target place.
Based on this, the server 602 may perform fuzzy processing on the user identifier corresponding to the electronic certificate, generate payment service acceptance information including the target place identifier and the user identifier after the fuzzy processing, and send the payment service acceptance information to the upper computer 601A. As shown in fig. 6, it is assumed that the payment service acceptance information contains the following information: [ XY CELL 17, Panel 202, 150, 678, 987, 0125 ].
The upper computer 601A may determine the payment amount based on the target location identifier in the payment service acceptance information, i.e., the XY cell 17 building 202 room, and then may send the payment service acceptance information and the payment amount to the payment terminal 601B, and the payment terminal 601B displays the received information, so that a worker operating the payment terminal 601B may check the information with the user, and after checking the information, may complete the payment processing of the payment amount from the payment account bound with the electronic certificate of the user, and finally, a payment record may be generated in the upper computer 601A, and the payment record may include information included in the payment service acceptance information, the payment amount, the payment time, and other related information.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart of a service processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 7, the service processing method may include the following steps:
701. and acquiring a target place identifier and a user identifier corresponding to the user, and generating an electronic certificate corresponding to the user according to the target place identifier and the user identifier.
702. And receiving payment service request information sent by a user through a client, wherein the payment service request information comprises an electronic certificate.
703. Determining a first response end corresponding to the target place identification according to the target place identification corresponding to the electronic certificate; determining that the target information matched with the information viewing permission of the first response terminal is a target place identification corresponding to the electronic certificate, generating payment service acceptance information containing the target place identification and the user identification after fuzzy processing, and sending the payment service acceptance information to the first response terminal; and finishing payment processing according to the payment amount fed back by the first response end based on the payment service acceptance information.
In this embodiment, it is assumed that the user pays service request information, such as property fee and heating fee, for the user based on the service request information triggered by the electronic certificate, and in this case, the first response terminal corresponds to a property company. Unlike the embodiment shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the user may autonomously trigger the payment service request information through the client. That is to say, based on the scheme provided by this embodiment, when the user needs to pay for property fees, etc., the online payment process can be completed autonomously through the client, and no staff is required to go to the door.
To facilitate understanding of the implementation of the scheme provided in the present embodiment, the exemplary description is provided in conjunction with the payment management system illustrated in fig. 8. As shown in fig. 8, the people management system may include a payment management apparatus 801, a server 802, and a user terminal apparatus 803. The payment management device 801 is a device corresponding to the first response side. The user terminal 803 runs therein a client as described above.
As shown in fig. 8, when the user needs to pay for property, the user opens the client, a two-dimensional code serving as an electronic certificate may be displayed in an interface of the client, and an option of "pay for property" is displayed in association with the two-dimensional code, and the user clicks the option to send payment service request information carrying the two-dimensional code to the server 802. In fact, the payment service request message may also contain information of payment type, such as property fee.
Since there may be many payment management devices interacting with the server 802, the server may parse the electronic certificate in the payment service request information to obtain information corresponding to the electronic certificate, such as the target location identifier and the user identifier. Based on the target location identification, a payment management apparatus corresponding to the payment service request information can be specified, which is assumed to be the payment management apparatus 801 illustrated in fig. 8.
In practical applications, different payment management devices may correspond to different property companies, and for a certain residential district, a certain property company provides a property service for the residential district, so that the correspondence among the residential district, the property company, and the payment management device may be stored in advance, and based on the correspondence, the payment management device 801 corresponding to the payment service request information may be specified.
Then, the server 802 determines that the electronic voucher can view the complete target place identifier based on the information viewing permission of the payment management device 801, so that the server 802 can generate payment service acceptance information including the target place identifier and the user identifier after the fuzzy processing, send the payment service acceptance information to the payment management device 801, and the payment management device 801 determines the payment amount corresponding to the target place identifier and feeds the payment amount back to the server 802. The server 802 sends the payment amount to the client and, if the user confirms it, can perform online payment processing. The server 802 may transmit the payment result to the payment management apparatus 801 so that the payment management apparatus 801 generates a payment record.
Fig. 9 is a flowchart of a service processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 9, the service processing method may include the following steps:
901. and acquiring a target place identifier and a user identifier corresponding to the user, and generating an electronic certificate corresponding to the user according to the target place identifier and the user identifier.
902. And receiving service request information triggered by a user aiming at the target event type through a client, wherein the service request information comprises an electronic certificate and event information.
903. Determining a target response end for accepting service request information according to the target place identification and the target event type corresponding to the electronic certificate; determining target information matched with the information viewing authority of the target response terminal, wherein the target information is all or part of information corresponding to the electronic certificate; generating service acceptance information according to the target information, wherein the service acceptance information comprises the target information and event information; and sending the service acceptance information to the target response terminal.
In addition to the entrance guard service and the payment service described in the above other embodiments, other types of services, such as cleaning, repair, alarm, emergency call, etc., may be provided to the user based on the electronic certificate of the user. The processing procedure of these services is similar to that of the payment service described in the previous embodiment, and therefore, the description is not listed herein.
If a service including access control, payment, warranty, alarm, etc. is referred to as an event, the services may be referred to as services of different event types. The event types include, for example, an entrance guard service, a payment service, an alarm service, a repair service, and the like.
The present embodiment generally describes a general processing procedure of service request information.
As shown in fig. 10, a user's client may be provided with an interface, in which a two-dimensional code generated for the user as an electronic certificate may be displayed, and the interface may further include a plurality of event types, such as illustrated in fig. 10: property charges, heating charges, alarms, repair calls, emergency calls, and the like. For example, the event type of repair report may further include a plurality of sub-event types, each corresponding to an object to be repaired.
Response ends corresponding to different event types are preset so as to realize the classified management of the different event types. Such as: the response end corresponding to the event types of property payment, heating payment and repair reporting is a property company; alarming that the response end corresponding to the event type is a public security management department; the emergency call alarm is a medical department, and the response end corresponding to the event type is the medical department.
Assuming that a user currently wants to use a service of a certain event type, which is called a target event type, the user may operate the client to select the target event type, so that the client triggers service request information for the target event type, where the service request information includes an electronic credential corresponding to the user and event information. The event information may be related information input by a user for describing details of the event, and when the user does not input the event information may be defaulted or defaulted as a name of a target event type, such as a property fee.
After receiving the service request information corresponding to the target event type, the server first needs to determine a target response end that accepts the service request information. Specifically, in the process of determining the target response end, two aspects are involved: the first aspect is that the type of a response end is determined according to the type of a target event; in a second aspect, a target responder that needs to accept service request information is finally determined from the plurality of responders based on the target location identifier.
Based on the foregoing, the types of the responding end may include various types of property companies, public security administration, living committees, and the like. For example, a police department will include several departments, and the jurisdiction of each department will be different. Therefore, if it is determined that the response end corresponding to the target event type triggered by the user is the type of the security administration department, the dispatch department that governs the target place can be further determined as the target response end corresponding to the service request information based on the target place identifier of the user.
And then, according to the information viewing authority of the target response terminal, extracting the target information matched with the information viewing authority from the information corresponding to the electronic certificate, and sending the service acceptance information containing the target information and the event information to the target response terminal so that the target response terminal responds to the service request information of the user.
In summary, an electronic certificate can be generated for the user based on the target place identification, the user characteristic information and the like of the user, the user can use various services online based on the electronic certificate, and greater convenience is provided for the daily life of the user. In addition, based on the electronic certificate, management of related organizations on users can be realized, such as access control management and population management of residential areas, so that the intelligent degree of the residential area management is improved.
In the foregoing embodiments, the execution process of the service processing method based on the target location is mainly exemplified by taking an address cell scenario as an example, and in the address cell scenario, the target location identifier corresponding to the user refers to a residential address of the user.
In addition to the above application scenarios, the target location may also be a work location of the user, and the target location identifier may be a company name and a company address of the user. In such a scenario of a workplace, the method described based on the foregoing embodiment may generate an electronic certificate corresponding to the workplace for a user, and the user may use a plurality of services corresponding to the workplace, such as an access control service, an attendance service, and the like, based on the electronic certificate. At this time, for the processing of the access control service and the attendance service, in general, the corresponding access record and the attendance record are generated, and the specific execution process may refer to the descriptions in the foregoing other embodiments, and the principle is similar and will not be described again.
In addition, the service processing method based on the target place provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to public places such as parks, venues, airports, stations and the like besides working scenes and living scenes. The application of the service processing method in public places can include the following two situations:
the first case is: when some public places need real-name authentication on an entering user, the user can apply for an electronic certificate corresponding to the public places, such as a station and an airport. Taking a station as an example, when a user gets into the station and takes a bus, the user usually needs to check the valid certificate of the user, and the user who passes the certificate check can pass the certificate to take the bus. Under the condition, based on the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the electronic certificate meeting the inspection requirement of the station can be generated for the user, so that the user does not need to carry a paper certificate and only needs to perform inspection by virtue of the generated electronic certificate. At this time, the destination location identifier included in the generated electronic certificate may be address information registered in the valid certificate of the user.
The second case is: public places such as parks, venues, etc. may have demographic requirements such as the need for a venue to account for daily traffic and distribution of people stream sources. After the electronic certificate is generated for the user based on the residence address or the work address of the user as the target place identification, when the user enters the venue, a 'card swiping' operation can be executed at an entrance, so that the venue can finally obtain the residence address or the work address information of the user based on the electronic certificate of the user to count the daily traffic and the distribution situation of the source places of the traffic.
Fig. 11 is a flowchart of a service processing method based on a community code according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 11, the service processing method based on the community code may include the following steps:
1101. and acquiring an address identifier and a user identifier corresponding to the user.
1102. And generating a community code corresponding to the user according to the address identifier and the user identifier.
1103. Service request information including a community code is received.
1104. And processing the service request information according to the community code.
It is emphasized in this embodiment that the user may generate a community code corresponding to the address identifier based on actual needs, and the community code may be a two-dimensional code. Based on the community code, the user can use a variety of services provided in the community scenario (i.e., the residential cell scenario described above). Such as: payment services, access control services, home services, etc.
Specifically, the server may be preset with a plurality of services corresponding to different types of target places, and when a user applies for an electronic certificate corresponding to a certain target place through the client, on one hand, the server generates an electronic certificate according to a user identifier and a target place identifier, and on the other hand, the server may notify the client of the plurality of services associated with the target place identifier while feeding back the generated electronic certificate to the client, so that the client may display the plurality of services on a certain interface for the user to select. The plurality of services associated with the target location identifier herein actually refer to a plurality of services associated with a location type corresponding to the target location identifier, where the location type includes, for example, a residential location, a workplace, a public location, and the like, and the location type may be actively input by a user or automatically recognized by a server.
In this embodiment, in a scenario of a community code, when a user applies for a community code based on his own address, the server may notify the client of a plurality of services corresponding to the community type of location, so that the user may trigger service request information corresponding to a certain service.
In this embodiment, the generation process of the region code and the processing process of the service request information may refer to the descriptions in other embodiments, which are not described herein again.
