configuring a distributed payment reserve account system for storing a payment reserve for a target payment mechanism, wherein the distributed payment reserve account system corresponds to a distributed structure of the clearing platform and specifically comprises: the system comprises a prepaid account at the level of a centralized management platform and a prepaid account at the level of a database management center, wherein the level of the centralized management platform is higher than that of the database management center;
if the reserve payment of the reserve payment account of the target database management center level is smaller than the withdrawal amount to be transferred, transferring the withdrawal amount from the reserve payment of the reserve payment account of the centralized management platform level to the reserve payment account of the target database management center level;
if the reserve payment of the reserve payment account of the centralized management platform level is smaller than the withdrawal amount to be called, firstly, the reserve payment accounts of the central level are managed according to the reserve payment of the reserve payment accounts of the central level of each database, the reserve payment accounts of the centralized management platform level are collected, and then the withdrawal amount is called from the reserve payment accounts collected by the reserve payment accounts of the central level of the target database to manage the reserve payment accounts of the central level.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the distributed pay-as-you-go account hierarchy further comprises: the payment preparation account of the database level is a plurality of discrete virtual sub-accounts; the database management center tier is higher than the database tier;
the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving a payment service request through each virtual sub-account;
if the reserve payment of the target virtual sub-account is smaller than the payment amount indicated by the payment service request, transferring the payment amount from the reserve payment of the reserve payment account of the target database management center level to the target virtual sub-account, and executing the payment operation according to the reserve payment after transferring of the target virtual sub-account.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
determining a management level for each of said funds-in-progress accounts;
and according to the management level, allocating the spare payment of the target payment mechanism by combining a preset strategy.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein said allocating the target payment institution's reserve payment in conjunction with a preset policy according to the management hierarchy comprises:
under the condition that the configuration of a distributed spare payment account system of a target payment mechanism is completed, allocating the spare payment of the target payment mechanism;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and allocating the spare payment of the target payment mechanism according to a preset time period.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the distributed funds fund system further comprises a database hierarchy of funds fund accounts, and wherein the allocating funds fund for the target payment institution in combination with a predetermined policy according to the management hierarchy comprises:
determining a call proportion value corresponding to each management level; allocating the reserve payment between the reserve payment account of the centralized management platform level, the reserve payment account of the database management center level and the reserve payment account of the database level according to the relation of X, Y, Z;
and storing the reserve payment of the target payment mechanism in the reserve payment accounts of the management levels in a distributed manner according to the corresponding transfer proportion value, so that the reserve payment of the reserve payment accounts of the management levels after transfer reaches the corresponding transfer proportion value, and balancing the reserve payment among the management levels.

The method for allocating the reserve payment of claim 5, wherein the step of storing the reserve payment of the target payment institution in the reserve payment accounts of the management levels in a distributed manner according to the corresponding allocation proportion value, so that the reserve payment of the reserve payment accounts of the management levels after allocation reaches the corresponding allocation proportion value comprises the steps of:
and storing the part with the ratio of X/(X + Y + Z) in the reserve payment account of the centralized management platform level, storing the part with the ratio of Y/(X + Y + Z) in the reserve payment account of the database management center level, and storing the part with the ratio of Z/(X + Y + Z) in the reserve payment account of the database level.
7. The method of preparing funds transfer of claim 5, wherein said storing the funds of the target payment institution in the funds transfer accounts of each of the management levels in a distributed manner according to each of the corresponding transfer proportion values comprises:
determining a first maximum limit of the reserve payment account of the database tier based on the dial-up ratio value;
and allocating the reserve payment in the reserve payment account of the database management center level to the reserve payment account of the database level so that the allocated reserve payment in the reserve payment account of the database level reaches the first maximum limit.
8. The method of preparing funds transfer of claim 7, wherein said distributing and storing funds of said target payment institution in funds transfer accounts of each said management level according to each said corresponding transfer proportion value, further comprises:
determining a second maximum limit for the prepaid account at the database management center level based on the dial-up ratio value;
and collecting the reserve payment accounts exceeding the second maximum limit in the reserve payment accounts of the database management center hierarchy into the reserve payment accounts of the centralized management platform hierarchy.
9. The pay-as-you-go allocation method of claim 8, further comprising:
and when the reserve payment in the reserve payment account of the database management center hierarchy does not reach the second maximum limit, allocating the reserve payment from the reserve payment account of the centralized management platform hierarchy.
10. A spare payment fund allocating device, which is applied to a clearing platform and is used for realizing the spare payment fund allocating method of any one of claims 1 to 9.
11. An electronic device, comprising: a processor; and a memory arranged to store computer executable instructions, wherein said executable instructions, when executed, cause said processor to perform the method of preparing funds transfer of any of claims 1 to 9.
12. A computer readable storage medium storing one or more programs which, when executed by an electronic device including a plurality of application programs, cause the electronic device to perform the prepaid fund transfer method of any of claims 1 to 9.
