4. The fund collection method according to claim 3, further comprising:
and transferring the amount of money except the partial amount of money in the fund balance to each cash-out sub-account corresponding to the database hierarchy of the target payment mechanism.
5. The fund aggregation method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein,
and collecting the funds according to the income flow information and the management level of the spare payment account at intervals of a preset time period.

the statistical module is used for counting the deposit running water information of the spare payment account within a preset time range;
and the collection module is used for collecting the fund according to the counted income flow information and the management level of the reserve payment account.
7. The funds aggregation apparatus of claim 6, wherein the database management center level is higher than the database level, the aggregation module comprising:
the determining submodule is used for determining fund balances in all deposit sub-accounts corresponding to the database hierarchy of the target payment mechanism according to the deposit flow information;
and the collection submodule is used for collecting the fund balance into the reserve payment accounts of the database management center level and simultaneously carrying out zero clearing treatment on the fund balance in each deposit sub-account.
8. The funds aggregation apparatus of claim 7, wherein the centralized management platform is at a higher level than the database management center, wherein,
the determining submodule is further used for determining the fund balance in a reserve payment account corresponding to the database management center level of the target payment mechanism according to the deposit flow information;
the collection submodule is also used for collecting part of money amount in the fund balance according to the preset proportion into the reserve payment account of the centralized management platform level.
9. The funds aggregation device of claim 8, wherein the aggregation sub-module is further configured to:
and transferring the amount of money except the partial amount of money in the fund balance to each cash-out sub-account corresponding to the database hierarchy of the target payment mechanism.
