An embodiment of a service deferral processing method provided in this specification:
referring to fig. 1, which shows a processing flowchart of a service deferral processing method provided by this embodiment, and referring to fig. 2, which shows a processing flowchart of a service deferral processing method applied to a periodic service scenario provided by this embodiment.
Referring to fig. 1, the service deferral processing method provided in this embodiment specifically includes step S102 to step S106.
Step S102, a postponed application of the signed service of the user signing the postponed contract is obtained.
In the service deferral processing method provided by this embodiment, the user signs a deferral contract with the service organization based on the credit guarantee of the credit platform, thereby determining the service signing the deferred contract as the signed service of the user, performing credible evaluation on the user in the credit dimension, determining the credible rating of the user aiming at the signed service providing the deferred application, and the service organization detects whether the credible rating of the user meets the service delay condition of the signed service for which the delay application is provided, and in the case that the service postponing condition is satisfied, performing service postponing treatment on the signed service currently used by the user, therefore, when the user delays the service charge payment of the signed service, the signed service can be continuously maintained, negative effects on the user caused by the interruption of the signed service are avoided, the service experience of the user is improved, and meanwhile, the application of a credit system in a service scene is promoted.
In the embodiment, the service includes a periodic service for paying the fee according to a preset payment period; wherein the periodic service comprises at least one of: social security services, public deposit services, business security services (such as periodic insurance services). For periodic service, a user needs to pay service fee according to a corresponding payment period, and once the user does not pay service fee within a specified time (the service is paid discontinuously), the service is interrupted due to the payment interruption. For convenience of understanding, the present embodiment distinguishes whether a service is normally used or provided or not by "service hold" and "service interruption", where "service hold" refers to that a service can be normally used by a user, and "service interruption" refers to that service is interrupted.
For example, after the user opens the public accumulation fund service, the user needs to pay the monthly public accumulation fund monthly, and if the user pays the public accumulation fund monthly on time, the public accumulation fund service of the user is in a service maintaining state; however, if the user does not pay the accumulated fund on time in a certain month, the accumulated fund service is interrupted, and the accumulated fund service of the user is in a service interruption state at the moment.
In the embodiment, a service deferral processing mode of 'credit guarantee-contract signing-service deferral' is provided, in which a credit platform serves as a credit guarantee party and provides a credit guarantee for a user, and the user signs a deferral contract for a service with a service institution on the basis of the credit guarantee provided by the credit platform. As described above, the service outage payment will cause the service to change from the "service maintenance" state to the "service outage" state, and the delay in this embodiment means that the "service maintenance" state of the service is continued after the outage payment, that is: the purpose of deferral is to achieve the purpose that the service is still in a service retention state after the payment is interrupted, the service is not changed into a service interruption state to cause negative influence on the user after the payment is interrupted, and the service still remains the service retention after the payment is interrupted, and the purpose is achieved by means of a service deferral processing mode of credit guarantee, contract signing and service deferral provided by the embodiment.
Still taking the above-mentioned public accumulation fund service as an example, if the public accumulation fund of a certain month of the user is not paid on time, the public accumulation fund service is interrupted, and at this time, the public accumulation fund service of the user is in a "service interruption" state, and the purpose of implementing deferral by means of a service deferral processing mode of "credit guarantee-contract signing-service deferral" is that: under the condition that the user does not pay on time, the user's accumulation fund service can still be normally used and is in a ' service keeping ' state instead of a ' service interruption ' state.
It should be noted that, in the deferral in this embodiment, it is not specified in a rule level that the service is in the "service holding" state after the payment interruption, but the service is finally realized in the "service holding" state after the payment interruption by signing the deferral contract between the user and the service organization providing the service on the basis of the credit guarantee provided by the credit platform through the execution of the service deferral processing mode of "credit guarantee-contract signing-service deferral", and performing corresponding deferral processing on the signed service signing the deferral contract by the service organization.
The deferred contract refers to a contract that needs to be signed by a user to implement deferred service, that is, a contract that needs to be signed by the user in the execution process of a service deferred processing mode of 'credit guarantee-contract signing-service deferred service'. The signed service refers to a service for signing a deferred contract.
In a specific implementation, the deferred application for the subscribed service may be provided by a user, for example, the user submits the deferred application for the subscribed service through an access portal of the subscribed service provided in the application program. In addition, in order to improve the service experience of the user and avoid the situation that the service is broken and the signed service is in a service interruption state due to the fact that the user forgets to pay the fee, the credit institution or the service institution can detect the signed service, a corresponding deferred application is generated when the situation that the service is broken and the payment is carried out is detected, the user does not need to manually submit the deferred application for the signed service, and the situation that the service is in the service interruption state and negative influences are brought to the user due to the fact that the user forgets to manually submit the deferred application is avoided.
In an optional implementation manner provided by this embodiment, the signing of the deferred contract is specifically implemented by the following manner:
(1) determining a delay rule of a service for which the user submits a subscription request;
(2) generating a deferred subscription bill based on the deferred rule and sending the deferred subscription bill to the user and a service mechanism corresponding to the service;
(3) and if a signing confirmation instruction of the service mechanism corresponding to the user and the service for the deferred signing list is obtained, generating the deferred contract, and using the service after contract signing as the signed service.
In addition, if the contract confirmation instruction of the user and/or the service organization for the deferred contract order is not obtained, it indicates that at least one of the user and the service organization does not perform contract signing confirmation, and does not perform processing, it needs to be noted that, in the case of no deferred contract signing, once the service is in the condition of payment interruption, the service is still in the service interruption state after the payment interruption.
Optionally, the service includes a periodic service for paying the fee according to a preset payment period; wherein the periodic service comprises at least one of: social security service, public accumulation service, and business security service. The deferral rule refers to specific matters of service deferral agreed by parties participating in signing, and optionally, the deferral rule includes: after the user credit is used as guarantee to sign the deferred contract, the signed service signing the deferred contract is not interrupted in the deferred time interval after being deferred, and the arrears fee generated by the signed service in the deferred time interval is subsidized by the user at the subsidizing time. The guarantee of the user credit is carried out by a credit platform, and particularly, the credit platform guarantees the credibility rating obtained by credibility evaluation according to the historical service records of the user.
The delay time interval refers to a time range in which the user delays the delay service, and the delay time interval may be specified by the user, for example, the user specifies the delay time interval to be 3 months. In addition, the delay time interval is also determined by the credit platform according to the credibility evaluation result of the user, for example, if the credit platform has a higher credibility rating obtained after the credibility evaluation of the user, the correspondingly determined delay time interval is longer, otherwise, if the credit platform has a lower credibility rating obtained after the credibility evaluation of the user, the correspondingly determined delay time interval is shorter.
In the specific execution process, after the signing of the deferred contract of the signed service of the user is completed, in the process that the user uses the signed service provided by the service mechanism, the service mechanism synchronizes the related service data generated by the user using the signed service to the credit platform, and the credit platform stores the synchronized service data according to the user dimension for use in the subsequent credible evaluation process of the user.
And step S104, performing credibility evaluation according to the historical service record and the service delay data of the user to obtain the credibility rating of the user.
The historical service record of the embodiment includes at least one of the following items: the user uses the performance record and the delay record generated in the history service process, and the user uses the history performance record and the history delay record generated in the signing service process in the past. Here, the history service refers to a service other than the subscription service.
The service postponing data refers to the postponing amount and/or the postponing time interval submitted by the user in the postponing application process aiming at the signed service. For example, in the process that the user proposes a deferred application for the public accumulation fund service, the deferred time interval for applying the deferred application is 3 months, and after the payment time is 3 months, the deferred cost is the total cost generated by the user using the public accumulation fund service in the 3 months.
In specific implementation, after a deferred application submitted by a user for the signed service is acquired, credible evaluation of credit dimensions is performed on the user from a historical service record of the user and service deferred data of the deferred application currently performed for the signed service, so that credible rating of the user is obtained.
Specifically, in the process of performing credible evaluation on the user, according to historical service records generated in the process of using different services by the user, the credible evaluation on the user is performed in combination with service postponing data currently applied by the user for the signed service, so as to improve data interoperability between different services, moreover, the user can be credibly evaluated by combining the historical service records generated by different services in the past, so that the historical service records generated by different services can be mutually referred, thereby integrating the credit conditions of the user in different service using processes to carry out more comprehensive credit evaluation on the user, on one hand, improving the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the credit evaluation on the user, meanwhile, based on credible rating with higher accuracy and comprehensiveness, the risk that the user does not carry out service charge reimbursement after carrying out deferred application can be effectively reduced.
In an optional implementation manner provided by this embodiment, the credibility rating of the user is obtained by performing credibility evaluation according to the historical service record and the service postponement data of the user, and the implementation manner is specifically as follows:
and performing credible evaluation on the user according to at least one of the fulfillment record and the postpone record of the historical service of the user, the historical fulfillment record and the historical postpone record of the signed service, and the postpone amount and/or the reimbursement time of the signed service to obtain the credible rating.
And step S106, synchronizing the credible rating to a service organization so as to carry out delay processing on the signed service based on the delay contract under the condition that the credible rating is determined to meet service delay conditions.
The service deferral condition in this embodiment may be an admission condition of service deferral configured for the subscribed service alone, or an admission condition of service deferral configured for a plurality of services including the subscribed service in a unified manner. Optionally, the service deferral condition includes: the level of the credible rating of the user is higher than the preset credible admittance level of the signed service for service deferral.
In specific implementation, after a user is subjected to credible evaluation and an obtained credible rating is sent to a service mechanism corresponding to a signed service, the service mechanism detects whether the credible rating of the user meets a service delay condition of the signed service, and if the credible rating of the user is determined to meet the service delay condition of the signed service, delay processing of the signed service is carried out based on a delay contract; and if the credibility rating of the user is determined not to meet the service delay condition of the signed service, sending a prompt of failure of delay application to the user.
As described above, the service outage payment causes the service to change from the "service maintenance" state to the "service outage" state, and after the user signs a deferred contract with the service organization providing the service, the service organization performs corresponding deferred processing on the signed service signed with the deferred contract, so as to finally realize that the service is in the "service maintenance" state after the service outage payment. Here, in the process of deferring, the service status flag is used to keep the subscribed service in the "service maintaining" status after the subscribed service is disconnected, specifically, in an optional implementation manner provided in this embodiment, the following manner is adopted to perform deferring of the subscribed service:
marking the service state of the signed service as a payment delay state;
after the service state of the signed service is marked as a payment delay state, the signed service is not interrupted within a delay time interval corresponding to the payment delay state.
In practical application, for a service mechanism corresponding to a signed service, by detecting a payment condition of a user using the signed service, if it is detected that the user using the signed service makes a payment interruption, a service state of the user for the signed service is further detected, and if it is detected that the service state is a payment delay state, it indicates that the user has made a delay application for the signed service, and no processing is required, that is: the signed service used by the user is still kept in a service keeping state after the payment is cut off; and if the service state is detected to be other states except the payment delay state, which indicates that the user does not carry out delay application for the signed service, changing the signed service used by the user from the service maintaining state to the service interruption state.
After the delay processing of the signed service currently used by the user is completed, according to a delay contract signed by the user and a service mechanism corresponding to the signed service, the user needs to make a subsidy of the owed service fee in a delay time interval at corresponding subsidy time, optionally, if the service mechanism receives a fee subsidy request of the user for the signed service, the owed fee amount of the signed service in the delay time interval is determined, and the subsidy processing of the service fee is performed according to the owed fee amount; and canceling the payment delay state of the signed service after the completion of the reimbursement processing.
In addition, under the condition that the user does not make a fee subsidy according to the deferred contract, in order to avoid that the user records a negative credit record even causes credit degradation due to default, optionally, if the service mechanism does not receive a fee subsidy request of the user for the signed service, a debt bill of the debt service fee of the signed service in the deferred time interval is generated and sent to the user so as to remind the user of making the fee subsidy of the signed service. In addition, from the perspective of the service mechanism corresponding to the contracted service, if the condition that the user does not make a fee additional payment according to the deferred contract occurs, the user may be in active default, and for this reason, the contracted service currently used by the user is interrupted in order to reduce the influence on the service mechanism caused by the active default condition of the user.
In this embodiment, for the case that the user does not make a fee subsidy according to the deferred contract, in an optional implementation manner, the default condition of the user is recorded by acquiring an arrearage record of the signed service synchronized by the service organization, and updating the contract status of the deferred contract from the to-be-performed state to the performance failure state according to the arrearage record.
In addition, in specific implementation, in order to improve the perception of the user and the credit platform on the deferred processing result, optionally, after the service organization completes the deferred processing of the signed service, the service organization returns the deferred processing result to the user, and synchronizes the deferred processing result with the credit platform executing the service deferred processing method provided by this embodiment, so as to perform the evidence saving processing of the deferred processing result on the credit platform.
On this basis, after obtaining the deferred processing result synchronized by the service mechanism, the credit platform updates the contract state of the deferred contract to the state to be performed, so as to maintain the state of the deferred contract, and optionally, updates the contract state of the deferred contract to the state to be performed according to the deferred processing result; and updating the contract state of the deferred contract from the to-be-performed state to the performed state on the basis of the service subsidy record acquired from the service organization.
The following takes an application of the service deferral processing method provided in this embodiment in a periodic service scenario as an example, and further describes the service deferral processing method provided in this embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the service deferral processing method applied in the periodic service scenario specifically includes steps S202 to S216.
Step S202, determining a delay rule of the periodic service of the subscription request submitted by the user.
Wherein, the postpone rule includes: after the user credit is used as guarantee to sign the deferred contract, the signed service signing the deferred contract is not interrupted in the deferred time interval after being deferred, and the arrears fee generated by the signed service in the deferred time interval is subsidized by the user at the subsidizing time.
And step S204, generating a delay signing list based on the delay rule and sending the delay signing list to the user and a service mechanism corresponding to the periodic service.
Step S206, if the signing confirmation instruction of the user and the service institution for the deferred signing list is obtained, a deferred contract is generated, and the periodic service signed by the contract is used as the signing service.
Step S208, obtaining the postponed application of the user aiming at the signed service.
And step S210, performing credibility evaluation according to the historical service record and the service delay data of the user to obtain the credibility rating of the user.
And step S212, synchronizing the credible rating to the service organization so as to mark the service state of the signed service as a payment delay state based on a delay contract under the condition that the credible rating is determined to meet the service delay condition.
Step S214, updating the contract state of the deferred contract into a to-be-performed contract state according to the payment deferred state synchronized by the service organization.
Step S216, based on the service reimbursement record obtained from the service organization, updates the contract status of the deferred contract from the to-be-performed status to the performed status.

The foregoing description has been directed to specific embodiments of this disclosure. Other embodiments are within the scope of the following claims. In some cases, the actions or steps recited in the claims may be performed in a different order than in the embodiments and still achieve desirable results. In addition, the processes depicted in the accompanying figures do not necessarily require the particular order shown, or sequential order, to achieve desirable results. In some embodiments, multitasking and parallel processing may also be possible or may be advantageous.
In the 30 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly be distinguished between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually making an Integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as abel (advanced Boolean Expression Language), ahdl (alternate Hardware Description Language), traffic, pl (core universal Programming Language), HDCal (jhdware Description Language), lang, Lola, HDL, laspam, hardward Description Language (vhr Description Language), vhal (Hardware Description Language), and vhigh-Language, which are currently used in most common. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being divided into various units by function, and are described separately.
