When the pumping device 5 operates, water below the platform 2 enters the cavity 32 through the channel 4 and the ninth through hole 33, then enters the annular groove 35 through the tenth through hole 36, and then is sprayed out through the spraying holes 37, the force generated by spraying the water can push the water spraying plate 34 to rotate around the annular plate 31, the design not only can spray the water, but also can push the water spraying plate 34 to rotate through the force generated during spraying the water, and the design improves the ornamental value and the interestingness of the device.
Furthermore, as shown in the drawings, a chair 17 is disposed on the platform 2 corresponding to the footrest device 6. The design of chair 17 makes the visitor can sit and step on pedal device 6 on chair 17, has not only improved visitor's security, also can supply the visitor to have a rest simultaneously, and this design has further perfected the function of this device, has improved the humanized design of this device.
