将龙骨嵌入排水板做薄型中空墙面粉刷的方法,涉及建筑室内墙面和地下工程室内墙面的中空粉刷,塑料排水板支点高度在50~10mm,表面深度2~3mm的小凹槽,使表面粉刷更容易进入排水板的支点与小凹槽成为整体,排水板面间距200~350mm留出一个嵌入龙骨的主凹槽安装时将排水板支点搭扣,再把龙骨嵌入主凹槽用膨胀管固定,使整体排水板的所有支点都平整结实的紧贴在基层墙上,再用混合砂浆填平支点与小凹槽,还可以罩上一道纤维网布,就是中空粉刷基面了,表面可以批腻子、做涂料、贴面砖等各种内饰面。

一、技术领域

二、背景技术
现行建筑墙面的粉刷都是直接做在结构基面上的,而中空粉刷可以达到更多的物理功能,因此如何进一步将粉刷面层减薄,使中空粉刷施工简便、牢固、成本更节省,就能提供更多的应用范围,同时又要符合室内装修的防火规范要求。
三、发明内容
塑料排水板支点高度在50~10mm,表面深度2~3mm的小凹槽,小凹槽悬空于基层面,使表面粉刷更容易进入排水板的支点与小凹槽成为整体,排水板面间距200~350mm留出一个嵌入龙骨的主凹槽与支点同高度,与龙骨同宽度。
安装时将排水板支点搭扣,简易固定在基层墙上,再把龙骨嵌入主凹槽用膨胀管固定,经过龙骨的传递,使整体排水板的所有支点都平整结实的紧贴在基层墙上,在排水板面上可以添加些固定钢钉,再用混合砂浆填平支点与小凹槽,还可以罩上一道纤维网布,就是中空粉刷基面了,仅仅5~10的支点高度就是一道中空粉刷层,在这表面可以批腻子、做涂料、贴面砖等各种内饰面。本发明实际解决的技术方案就是如何做出一种最薄的与支点同高度的中空粉刷面,是为了获得更低的成本,对现有技术进行改进的技术任务。
本发明公开了将龙骨嵌入排水板做薄型中空墙面粉刷的方法,包括如下步骤:
S11、排水板间距200~350mm有主凹槽与支点同高度,与龙骨同宽度,将龙骨嵌入主凹槽用膨胀管固定在结构墙上,经过龙骨的传递使排水板支点都平整的紧贴在结构墙上;
S12、用混合砂浆将支点等凹槽填平,就是与支点高度的中空粉刷基面。

本发明有益效果:薄型中空内粉刷,节省造价、不占空间、隔潮汽、节能、排水、穿线各种功能,能为地下工程、厨房、盥洗室、外墙的内粉刷等许多部位提供更好的质量。

五、具体实施方法
从图1、图2看到:排水板4的面上有支点1,支点之间的凹槽2,还有可以嵌入龙骨的凹槽3,将排水板上下顶端的支点搭扣,简易固定在墙体7的面上,嵌入龙骨5,用膨胀管6固定在结构墙上,填充粉刷8,填平支点1和表面凹槽2就完成了。

1.将龙骨嵌入排水板做薄型中空墙面粉刷的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S11、排水板间距200~350mm有主凹槽与支点同高度,与龙骨同宽度,将龙骨嵌入主凹槽用膨胀管固定在结构墙上,经过龙骨的传递使排水板支点都平整的紧贴在结构墙上;
S12、用混合砂浆将支点等凹槽填平,就是与支点高度的中空粉刷基面。
2.如权利要求1所述的将龙骨嵌入排水板做薄型中空墙面粉刷的方法,其特征在于,还包括如下步骤:
S21、排水板支点之间的平面上是2~3mm深的凹槽,可以使塑料排水板与混合砂浆牢固咬合为一体;
