Furthermore, the heat insulation board comprises an inorganic wrapped organic particle layer and an organic heat insulation layer, and the inorganic wrapped organic particle layer is located on the outer side of the organic heat insulation layer. On the other hand, the invention also provides a wall structure which comprises a beam, a column and the heat-preservation, decoration and maintenance integrated wallboard, wherein the heat-preservation, decoration and maintenance integrated wallboard is connected with the beam and the column through a wall connecting piece, and the wall connecting piece is connected to an external anchoring connecting piece of the heat-preservation, decoration and maintenance integrated wallboard.
According to the technical scheme, the invention has the following advantages:

The outer anchoring connecting piece is arranged in the light gas adding plate and used for installing a wall connecting piece, the column head structure of the outer anchoring connecting piece is positioned in the second groove, and the column body structure of the outer anchoring connecting piece is positioned on the inner side surface lower than the light gas adding plate or is parallel and level to the inner side surface of the light gas adding plate, so that the wall connecting piece is favorably installed and meanwhile the wall plate is favorably stored and transported.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides a thermal insulation, decoration and maintenance integrated wallboard, which includes a light air-entraining plate 4, a thermal insulation plate 2, an external anchoring connecting member 7, a connecting cap 5 and a connector 6, wherein the light air-entraining plate 4 and the thermal insulation plate 2 are bonded into a whole by using a bonding agent, and the thermal insulation plate 2 and the light air-entraining plate 4 are connected by an internal anchoring connecting member; interior anchor connecting piece is including connecting cap 5 and connector 6, the lateral surface of heated board 2 is provided with first recess 8, be provided with first mounting hole in the first recess 8, connect cap 5 to install in first mounting hole, the column cap position of connecting cap 5 is in first recess 8, the shaft of connecting cap 5 is located first mounting hole, the column cap portion of connecting cap 5 is less than heated board 2's lateral surface or with heated board 2's lateral surface parallel and level, the column head portion is discoid and thinner, the column body portion of connecting cap 5 is less than heated board 2's medial surface or with heated board 2's medial surface parallel and level, connector 6 can dismantle with connecting cap 5 and be connected, preferred threaded connection or buckle are connected, connector 6 inserts in light gas board 4. When heated board 2 and light gas board 4 are compound, scribble the binder in advance in the outside of light gas board 4 and pour into the binder in the anchor eye, or 2 inboard binder or two sides of scribbling of heated board scribble the binder simultaneously, connector 6 is connected with connecting cap 5 and is inserted the anchor eye of light gas board 4 again, through external force or dead weight pressfitting heated board 2 and light gas board 4, realize heated board 2 and light gas board 4 bonding as an organic whole and interior anchor connecting piece is connected as an organic whole after the binder solidification, or insert the bloating plug in the anchor eye of light gas board 4 in advance, connector 6 inserts in the bloating plug, the bloating plug inflation is connected heated board 2 and light gas board 4 as an organic whole through interior anchor connecting piece. A composite insulation board is adopted, namely in some embodiments, the outer side of the insulation board 2 is provided with a protective layer 10 and a decorative layer 11 (see fig. 3); in other embodiments, the outer side of the insulation board 2 is a decorative board 1 (see fig. 1 and 2). Further, the inner side of the heat insulation board 2 is provided with a lining layer, the lining layer is a plate-shaped or layered product such as a fiber reinforced calcium silicate board, a fiber reinforced cement pressure board or a mortar composite glass fiber gridding cloth layer, and the lining layer is preferably a mortar composite glass fiber gridding cloth layer in the scheme. The purposes of enhancing the overall mechanical strength and ensuring the balance of the stress on the two sides of the heat-insulating plate 2 are achieved.
The light gas filling plate 4 is internally provided with an external anchoring connecting piece 7, the light gas filling plate 4 is provided with a second groove 9, the second groove 9 is internally provided with a second mounting through hole, the external anchoring connecting piece 7 is mounted in the second mounting through hole, a column head structure of the external anchoring connecting piece 7 is positioned in the second groove 9, a column body structure of the external anchoring connecting piece 7 is positioned in the second mounting through hole, and the column head structure of the external anchoring connecting piece 7 is lower than the outer side surface of the light gas filling plate 4 or is flush with the outer side surface of the light gas filling plate 4; the shaft structure of the outer anchoring connection 7 is lower than the inner side of the lightweight gas panel 4 or flush with the inner side of the lightweight gas panel 4. The column body structure of the outer anchoring connecting piece 7 is provided with a threaded hole, and the wall connecting piece can be connected into the threaded hole of the outer anchoring connecting piece 7 by using a bolt, so that the wall connecting piece is convenient to mount, and the connection tightness is ensured.
Wherein, outer anchor connecting piece 7 is provided with a plurality ofly, and outer anchor connecting piece 7 is located and forms row form or other shapes near light gas board 4 both ends edge position, does benefit to after the installation wall body connecting piece to be connected to on roof beam and the post and form closely fitting relation. The inner anchoring connecting pieces are arranged in a plurality of rows or in other shapes, and the connecting and anchoring effects of the heat insulation board 2 and the light air-entraining board 4 are enhanced.
The light gas-adding plate 4 is preferably a sand gas-adding plate or a fly ash gas-adding plate, and a steel bar cage is arranged in the light gas-adding plate 4 to enhance the mechanical strength.
In some embodiments, the insulation board 2 is an inorganic-coated organic particle board. The method has the advantages that the weight of the plate can be greatly reduced while the fireproof heat-insulating performance is better realized, great convenience is brought to installation, and the beneficial effects of the method can be seen in Chinese patent 2021103274272 which is earlier submitted by the applicant, a portable external formwork and a wall structure as well as a production method of the external formwork. In other embodiments, the insulation board 2 includes an inorganic organic particle layer and an organic insulation layer, and the inorganic organic particle layer is located outside the organic insulation layer. The method has the beneficial effects that the weight of the plate can be greatly reduced while the fireproof heat-insulating performance is better realized, and great convenience is brought to installation, and the beneficial effects of the method can be seen in Chinese patent 2021103271611, an external wall heat-insulating template and a production method thereof which are submitted by the applicant in the earlier stage.
Detailed description of the preferred embodiment 2
As shown in fig. 4, the present embodiment provides a wall structure, which includes a beam, a column, and the thermal insulation, decoration and maintenance integrated wall panel of embodiment 1, wherein the thermal insulation, decoration and maintenance integrated wall panel is connected to the beam and the column through a wall connector, the wall connector is connected to an outer anchor connector 7, and the thermal insulation, decoration and maintenance integrated wall panel forms a part of a maintenance wall 100.

Claims (14)
1. The heat-insulation decoration and maintenance integrated wallboard is characterized by comprising a light air-entraining plate (4) and a heat-insulation plate (2), wherein a decorative plate (1) is arranged on the outer side of the heat-insulation plate (2), the light air-entraining plate (4) and the heat-insulation plate (2) are compounded into a whole, and the heat-insulation plate (2) is connected with the light air-entraining plate (4) through an internal anchoring connecting piece; interior anchor connecting piece is including connecting cap (5) and connector (6), the lateral surface of heated board (2) is provided with first recess (8), is provided with first installation through-hole in first recess (8), connect cap (5) and install in first installation through-hole, the outer tip of connecting cap (5) is arranged in first recess (8) and is not higher than the medial surface of decorative board (1), it does not stretch out the medial surface in heated board (2) to connect cap (5), connector (6) can be dismantled with connecting cap (5) and be connected, connector (6) insert in light board (4) that adds gas.
2. The heat-insulation decoration and maintenance integrated wallboard is characterized by comprising a light air-entraining plate (4) and a heat-insulation plate (2), wherein a protective layer (10) is arranged on the outer side of the heat-insulation plate (2), the light air-entraining plate (4) and the heat-insulation plate (2) are compounded into a whole, and the heat-insulation plate (2) and the light air-entraining plate (4) are connected through an internal anchoring connecting piece; the inner anchoring connecting piece comprises a connecting cap (5) and a connecting head (6), a first groove (8) is formed in the outer side face of the heat insulation board (2), a first mounting through hole is formed in the first groove (8), the connecting cap (5) is mounted in the first mounting through hole, the outer end portion of the connecting cap (5) is located in the first groove (8), the connecting cap (5) does not extend out of the inner side face of the heat insulation board (2), the connecting head (6) is detachably connected with the connecting cap (5), and the connecting head (6) is inserted into the light air-adding board (4); when the protective layer (10) is a fiber reinforced cement pressure plate or a fiber reinforced calcium silicate plate, the outer end part of the connecting cap (5) is lower than or flush with the inner side surface of the protective layer (10), and when the protective layer (10) is a mortar composite glass fiber gridding cloth layer, the outer end part of the connecting cap (5) is lower than or flush with the glass fiber gridding cloth of the inner layer in the protective layer (10).

The wall panel of claim 1 or 2, wherein the connecting cap (5) has a stud head and a stud body, the stud body and the stud head are detachably connected or integrally fixed, the stud head of the connecting cap (5) is located in the first groove (8), and the stud body of the connecting cap (5) is located in the mounting through hole.
4. An integrated wallboard with functions of thermal insulation, decoration and maintenance according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the connecting cap (5) and the connecting head (6) are directly or indirectly connected through screw thread connection, snap connection or hinge connection.
5. The wall panel integrating heat preservation, decoration and maintenance as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the anchor holes of the lightweight air-entrapping plate (4) are provided with adhesives, the connectors (6) are inserted into the anchor holes of the lightweight air-entrapping plate (4), the adhesives are cured, and the heat-insulating plate (2) and the lightweight air-entrapping plate (4) are connected into a whole through internal anchoring connectors; or an expansion plug is preset in an anchor hole of the light gas filling plate (4), and the connector (6) is inserted into the expansion plug.
6. An integrated wallboard with functions of thermal insulation, decoration and maintenance according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the lightweight air-entraining board (4) is installed with an external anchoring connector (7).

The wallboard of claim 6, wherein the lightweight gas-filled panel (4) is provided with a second groove (9), the second groove (9) is provided with a second mounting through hole, the outer anchoring connector (7) is mounted in the second mounting through hole, the stud structure of the outer anchoring connector (7) is located in the second groove (9), the stud structure of the outer anchoring connector (7) is located in the second mounting through hole, and the stud structure of the outer anchoring connector (7) is lower than the outer side face of the lightweight gas-filled panel (4) or is flush with the outer side face of the lightweight gas-filled panel (4).
8. The wall panel integrating insulation, decoration and maintenance as claimed in claim 7, wherein the column shaft structure of the outer anchoring connector (7) is lower than the inner side surface of the lightweight gas filling panel (4) or flush with the inner side surface of the lightweight gas filling panel (4).
9. An insulated, decorative and maintenance integrated wall panel according to claim 7, characterized in that the shaft structure of the outer anchoring connector (7) is provided with threaded holes.
10. The wallboard of claim 6, wherein the external anchoring connectors (7) are provided in plurality, and the external anchoring connectors (7) are located near the edges of the two ends of the lightweight gas-filled panel (4) to form two rows.
11. An insulated, decorative and maintenance integrated wall panel according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said inner anchoring connector is provided in a plurality in a row.
12. The wallboard of claim 2, wherein the outer side of the protective layer (10) is provided with a facing layer (11).
13. The wall panel integrating insulation, decoration and maintenance as claimed in claim 3, wherein the connecting caps (5) do not protrude from the inner side of the insulation board (2); or a lining is arranged on the inner side of the heat-insulation board (1), and the connecting cap (5) does not extend out of the inner side face of the lining.
14. A wall structure, characterized in that it comprises beams, columns and a thermal insulation, decoration and maintenance integrated wall panel according to any one of claims 1 to 13, which is connected to the beams and columns by means of wall connectors, said wall connectors being connected to external anchoring connectors (7), which form part of a maintenance wall (100).
