And S130, after drying is finished, controlling the peculiar smell removal module to perform secondary peculiar smell removal treatment on the clothes.
In order to thoroughly remove the peculiar smell of the clothes, after the drying treatment is finished, the peculiar smell removal module can be controlled to carry out secondary peculiar smell removal treatment on the clothes.
In order to uniformly dry and deodorize the laundry to be dried, in one embodiment of the present application, during the process of drying the laundry to be dried, the drum assembly of the laundry treating apparatus may be controlled to tumble so as to drive the laundry to be dried to tumble, wherein the laundry to be dried is placed in the drum of the drum assembly.
According to the odor removal control method for the clothes treatment device of the clothes treatment device, the drying module of the clothes treatment device is controlled to dry clothes in the clothes treatment device according to the target program, and the odor removal module of the clothes treatment device is controlled to perform primary odor removal treatment on the clothes in the drying process; and after drying is finished, controlling the peculiar smell removal module to perform secondary peculiar smell removal treatment on the clothes. The method can dry the clothes through the target program, removes the peculiar smell of the clothes for the first time while drying the clothes, removes the peculiar smell of the clothes for the second time after the drying is finished, so that the peculiar smell is removed more thoroughly, the peculiar smell of the clothes is better removed, and the requirement of removing the peculiar smell of the clothes of a user is better met.
Based on the above embodiment, this embodiment provides a specific method for controlling odor removal of a laundry treatment apparatus, and fig. 2 is a flowchart of the method for controlling odor removal of a specific laundry treatment apparatus according to the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the method for controlling deodorization of a laundry treating apparatus includes:
and S210, controlling a drying module of the clothes processing device to dry clothes to be dried in the clothes processing device according to the target program.
In the embodiment of the application, according to the target program, it may be determined to perform drying processing on the laundry to be dried, determine a drying time period of the laundry to be dried, start the drying module to dry the laundry to be dried, and turn off the drying module when it is detected that the execution time period of the drying processing reaches the drying time period.
For example, after the laundry to be dried is placed in the drum of the drum assembly of the laundry treatment apparatus, the user may select the "power on key", "high temperature drying mode", "down jacket", "drying time is 10 minutes", and "start key" through the laundry treatment apparatus, and the laundry treatment apparatus may obtain the "power on key", "high temperature drying mode", "down degree", "drying time is 10 minutes", and "start key" selected by the user, and perform the drying treatment on the laundry to be dried according to the "start key" selected by the user, and close the high temperature drying module when it is detected that the execution time of the drying treatment reaches 10 minutes according to the "drying time" selected by the user.
S220, determining a first starting time length of the peculiar smell removing module in the first peculiar smell removing treatment and a second starting time length of the peculiar smell removing module in the second peculiar smell removing treatment.
In some embodiments, the first on-time period of the deodorization module in the first deodorization process and the second on-time period of the deodorization module in the second deodorization process may be determined in various manners, for example, as follows:
as an exemplary embodiment, the first on time period of the deodorization module in the first deodorization process and the second on time period of the deodorization module in the second deodorization process may be determined in a set manner.
As an example, during use of the laundry treating apparatus, a user may set a first on time period of the deodorization module in a first deodorization process and a second on time period of the deodorization module in a second deodorization process through a setting interface provided by the laundry treating apparatus, and correspondingly, the laundry treating apparatus may determine the first on time period of the deodorization module in the first deodorization process and the second on time period of the deodorization module in the second deodorization process according to a setting operation of the user.
As another example, during the use of the laundry treating apparatus, a user may set a total on-time period of the deodorization module through a setting interface provided by the laundry treating apparatus, and correspondingly, the laundry treating apparatus may determine a first on-time period of the deodorization module according to the total on-time period set by the user and determine a second on-time period of the deodorization module in the second deodorization process.
As another exemplary embodiment, a first on time period of the deodorization module in the first deodorization process and a second on time period of the deodorization module in the second deodorization process may be determined according to a weight of laundry.
And S230, in the drying process, controlling a peculiar smell removal module in the clothes treatment device to perform first peculiar smell removal treatment on the clothes.
In the embodiment of this application, in order to improve the effect of removing the peculiar smell, remove the peculiar smell module and can include shortwave ultraviolet lamp and long wave ultraviolet lamp, it includes to remove the first of peculiar smell module to open for a long time shortwave ultraviolet lamp open for a long time with the first of long wave ultraviolet lamp is opened for a long time. Correspondingly, in the drying process, the specific way of controlling the odor removal module in the laundry processing apparatus to perform the first odor removal processing on the laundry may be: and in the clothes drying process, the long-wave ultraviolet lamp is started until the irradiation time of the long-wave ultraviolet lamp reaches the first starting time of the long-wave ultraviolet lamp. Therefore, in the process of drying clothes, the clothes are subjected to preliminary odor removal treatment through the short-wave ultraviolet lamp and the long-wave ultraviolet lamp.
In an embodiment of the present application, in order to better obtain the odor removing effect of the laundry, a specific implementation manner of turning on the long-wave ultraviolet lamp in the drying process may be: the water content of the clothes can be preset, when the water content of the clothes is smaller than a preset water content threshold value, and when the water content of the clothes is smaller than the preset water content, the long-wave ultraviolet lamp is started to irradiate until the irradiation time of the long-wave ultraviolet lamp reaches the first starting time of the long-wave ultraviolet lamp.
The preset water content of the clothes can be the default water content set in the clothes treatment device, and the preset water content in the clothes treatment device can be the preset water content according to the peculiar smell removing requirement.
Correspondingly, when the irradiation time of the long-wave ultraviolet lamp reaches the first opening time of the long-wave ultraviolet lamp, the long-wave ultraviolet lamp can be closed.
Among them, in the examples of the present application, the water content is in the range of 35% to 45%.
In order to achieve a better deodorization rate, the water content is 40% in the examples of the present application.
For example, when the clothes processing device starts the drying module, and determines the starting time of the odor removal module, the short-wave ultraviolet lamp of the odor removal module is started to remove odor from the down jacket, when the time for starting the short-wave ultraviolet lamp reaches the first starting time of the short-wave ultraviolet lamp is detected, the short-wave ultraviolet lamp is turned off, in order to thoroughly remove odor from the down jacket and achieve the optimal odor removal rate, when the water content of the down jacket is detected to be smaller than the preset water content, the long-wave ultraviolet lamp of the odor removal module can be turned on for the first time to irradiate the down jacket, so that odor removal processing of the down jacket is achieved, and when the time for starting the long-wave ultraviolet lamp for the first time is detected to reach the first starting time of the long-wave ultraviolet lamp, the long-wave ultraviolet lamp is turned off, so that the odor removal processing of the down jacket is achieved for the first time.
And S240, after drying is finished, controlling the peculiar smell removal module to perform secondary peculiar smell removal treatment on the clothes.
In order to thoroughly remove the peculiar smell of the clothes, when the peculiar smell removal processing module comprises a long-wave ultraviolet lamp and a short-wave ultraviolet lamp, the second starting time of the peculiar smell removal module in the second peculiar smell removal processing is the second starting time of the long-wave ultraviolet lamp. Correspondingly, after drying is finished, the long-wave ultraviolet lamp is started to irradiate until the irradiation time of the long-wave ultraviolet lamp reaches the second starting time of the long-wave ultraviolet lamp, and secondary odor removal treatment of the clothes is completed.
Wherein the wavelength range of the long-wave ultraviolet lamp which is started for the second time is 380nm to 390 nm.
In this embodiment, in order to obtain better odor removing effect, the wavelength of the second-time turning on long-wave ultraviolet lamp can be set to 385 nm.
Specifically, when the long-wave ultraviolet lamp is detected to be turned on for the second time to reach the second turning-on time of the long-wave ultraviolet lamp, the odor removing time is up, the long-wave ultraviolet lamp is turned off, and the second odor removing treatment on the clothes is finished.
Based on the above embodiment, the long-wave ultraviolet lamp in this embodiment is turned on twice during the process of performing odor removal treatment on the laundry, and in order to achieve better odor removal, the ratio of the first on-time to the second on-time of the long-wave ultraviolet lamp in this embodiment may be 1/4 to 4.
In some embodiments, to better achieve deodorization of the laundry, the ratio of the first and second on-periods of the long wave ultraviolet lamp is 1/4. For example, the user sets the total time period for removing the odor to be 10 minutes, and correspondingly, the first on time period of the long wave ultraviolet lamp may be 2 minutes and the first on time period of the long wave ultraviolet lamp may be 8 minutes.
In some embodiments, the ratio of the first on-time to the second on-time of the long wave ultraviolet lamp is 4. For example, the user sets the total time period for removing the odor to be 10 minutes, and correspondingly, the first on time period of the long wave ultraviolet lamp may be 8 minutes, and the first on time period of the long wave ultraviolet lamp may be 2 minutes.
As a possible implementation manner, after the total opening time of the long-wave ultraviolet lamp in the odor removal module is determined according to the user operation or the weight of the clothes, the first opening time of the long-wave ultraviolet lamp in the odor removal module in the first odor removal processing can be determined and the second opening time of the long-wave ultraviolet lamp in the odor removal module in the second odor removal processing can be determined based on the preset time distribution rule. Wherein the sum of the first on-time and the second on-time is equal to the total on-time.
The preset duration allocation rule may be: and multiplying the total opening time of the long-wave ultraviolet lamp by a first preset proportion to obtain a first opening time of the long-wave ultraviolet lamp in the peculiar smell removing module in the first peculiar smell removing treatment, and multiplying the long-wave ultraviolet lamp by a second preset proportion to obtain a second opening time of the long-wave ultraviolet lamp in the peculiar smell removing module in the second peculiar smell removing treatment.
Wherein the sum of the first preset proportion and the second preset proportion is equal to 1.
For example, the first predetermined ratio is set to 1/5, the second predetermined ratio is set to 4/5, the first on-time of the long wavelength ultraviolet lamp is one fifth of the total on-time of the long wavelength ultraviolet lamp, and the second on-time of the long wavelength ultraviolet lamp is four fifths of the total on-time of the long wavelength ultraviolet lamp.
The wavelength range of the short-wave ultraviolet lamp is 265nm to 275nm, and the wavelength range of the first long-wave ultraviolet lamp is 380nm to 390 nm.
In this embodiment, in order to obtain better odor removing effect, the wavelength of the first long-wave ultraviolet lamp can be set to 385nm, and the wavelength of the short-wave ultraviolet lamp can be set to 270 nm.
It should be noted that the short-wave ultraviolet lamp and the long-wave ultraviolet lamp are built in the laundry treatment device, for example, as shown in fig. 3, the laundry treatment device 1 includes an ultraviolet lamp set 2, wherein the ultraviolet lamp set 2 is used for irradiating the laundry to be dried in the laundry treatment device to achieve the odor removal treatment of the laundry, and the ultraviolet lamp set 2 includes the short-wave ultraviolet lamp and the long-wave ultraviolet lamp, and the short-wave ultraviolet lamp and the long-wave ultraviolet lamp are independent of each other.
The method comprises the steps of determining the starting time of the peculiar smell removal module according to the weight of clothes to be dried, wherein the starting time of the peculiar smell removal module is determined, and can be understood that when the clothes treatment device starts to dry the clothes to be dried, the clothes treatment device can automatically calculate the weight of the clothes to be dried, and automatically calculate and set according to the weight of the clothes to be dried, wherein the first starting time of the peculiar smell removal module in the first peculiar smell removal treatment and the second starting time of the peculiar smell removal module in the second peculiar smell removal treatment.
