Description

Clothes treatment equipment and door lock control method and system thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of clothes treatment equipment, in particular to clothes treatment equipment and a door lock control method and a door lock control system thereof.
Background
When the drum washing machine works normally, the drum for washing clothes is in a rotating state, and at the moment, the door lock of the washing machine is in a closed state, namely, a door lock locking state, so that injury to a user is prevented, and the safety of the user is protected. After the drum washing machine stops working and when the drum is in a static state, the door lock of the washing machine is in an open state, namely, the door lock is in an unlocking state, so that the requirement of a user for opening the door is met, and operations such as clothes taking out or clothes adding are performed. In the prior art, the opening and closing of the door lock is realized depending on a control program in a washing machine MCU (micro control unit). Although the intelligent level of the door lock control of the washing machine can be improved through optimizing the control program, once the program in the MCU runs abnormally, the door lock can be possibly opened by mistake when the roller rotates, and the door lock control reliability of the washing machine is poor because the door lock can not be opened after the washing machine stops working. It can be seen that the conventional door lock control scheme of the washing machine is easy to cause trouble and even injury to the user, and has poor user experience, so that improvement or optimization of the door lock control technology of the washing machine is highly needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a laundry treating apparatus, a door lock controlling method and system thereof, and a program for controlling a door lock of a laundry treating apparatus.
In order to solve the technical problems described above, the present invention can provide a door lock control method of a laundry treatment apparatus. The control method may include, but is not limited to, at least one of the following: and collecting the working state signal of a motor in the clothes treatment equipment, and converting the working state signal into a control logic signal. And generating a hardware control signal (a signal for controlling unlocking or locking of a door lock of the washing machine) according to the control logic signal and the currently read set signal so as to control the door lock on the clothes treatment equipment, wherein the set signal is a signal sent by a controller in the clothes treatment equipment.
To solve the above technical problems, the present invention also provides a door lock control system of a laundry treatment apparatus, including but not limited to a sensor, a first hardware circuit, a second hardware circuit, and a controller. Wherein the sensor is used for collecting the working state signal of the motor in the clothes treatment equipment. The first hardware circuit is connected with the sensor and is used for converting the working state signal into a control logic signal. The second hardware circuit is connected with the first hardware circuit and is used for generating a hardware control signal according to the control logic signal and the current read setting signal so as to unlock or lock the door lock on the clothes treatment equipment. The controller is connected with the second hardware circuit and is used for providing a setting signal for the second hardware circuit.
In order to solve the above-mentioned technical problems, the present invention may also specifically provide a laundry treatment apparatus including, but not limited to, the door lock control system in any one of the embodiments of the present invention.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: when the motor rotates, the rotating speed or position sensor outputs a corresponding working state signal to judge that the clothes treatment equipment is working; when the motor is stationary, the sensor does not output signals, so that the judgment of stopping the clothes treatment equipment is realized; the invention realizes reliable control of the door lock based on the judgment of the working state of the clothes treatment equipment. If the clothes treatment equipment controller works normally, the invention controls the door lock to be normally opened (enter a door lock unlocking state) or closed (enter a door lock locking state) according to the control logic signal and the setting signal; however, if the controller works abnormally, the invention can control the door lock to be normally opened or closed according to the control logic signal and the setting signal which is always 0. The invention provides a clothes treatment equipment door lock control scheme based on hardware, and can provide a clothes treatment equipment door lock control scheme combining hardware and software so as to realize reliable control of door lock opening and closing actions of clothes treatment equipment. Even if the MCU program runs abnormally, the hardware control signal generated based on the motor working state signal can reliably control the door lock of the clothes processing equipment, so that the problem that the door lock is opened by mistake when the roller rotates and the problem that the door cannot be opened after the equipment stops working are avoided. Therefore, the invention greatly improves the reliability and the safety of the door lock control of the clothes treatment equipment, and further obviously improves the user experience and the satisfaction.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are only some, but not all embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
In view of the problem of poor reliability of the conventional scheme of controlling the door lock of the clothes treatment equipment by only relying on a software program, the invention realizes reliable control of the door lock of the clothes treatment equipment based on the hardware door lock control circuit so as to avoid puzzlement or injury to users and achieve the purposes of improving user experience, satisfaction and the like.
As shown in fig. 1, and in combination with fig. 2 and 3, one or more embodiments of the present invention can provide a door lock control method of a laundry treating apparatus. The method is performed by hardware circuitry, including in particular but not limited to at least one of the steps described below, which are explained and illustrated in detail below.
First, an operation state signal of a motor in a laundry treating apparatus is collected. Wherein the operating status signal in one or more embodiments of the present invention may be an analog signal. The invention can collect working state signals through the sensors arranged on the clothes treatment equipment, such as a rotating speed sensor or a position sensor.
Optionally, detecting the working state signal of the motor in the laundry processing apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention includes: detecting a motor rotation speed signal or a motor position signal of the clothes processing device, namely, a working state signal of the motor is a motor rotation speed signal or a motor position signal, wherein the motor position signal is specifically a motor angle signal.
Next, the operating state signal is converted into a control logic signal, which is a digital signal "1" (high level) or "0" (low level) in the embodiment of the present invention. The invention can convert the working state signal into the control logic signal by using the signal conditioning circuit.
Taking a motor rotation speed signal as an example, when the clothes treatment equipment is working, the motor rotation speed is greater than zero, and at the moment, a control logic signal converted from the working state signal is a digital signal '1'; and when the clothes treatment equipment stops working, the motor rotating speed is zero, and the control logic signal converted at the moment is a digital signal '0'.
And finally, generating a hardware control signal according to the control logic signal and the currently read setting signal so as to unlock or lock the door lock on the clothes treatment equipment. The setting signal is a signal sent by a controller in the clothes treatment equipment, and the hardware control signal is specifically generated by the monostable trigger circuit according to the control logic signal and the setting signal. The hardware control signal is used as a signal for driving a door lock control circuit to open or close a door lock.
Specifically, the generating a hardware control signal according to the control logic signal and the read set signal includes: generating a hardware control signal for unlocking the door lock according to the control logic signal and the setting signal which are signals for unlocking the door lock; or generating a hardware control signal for locking the door lock according to at least one of the control logic signal and the setting signal, for example, outputting a setting signal with logic '1' in a normal working state of the controller, under the action of the setting signal, the monostable trigger circuit is always in a setting state, the output hardware control signal is always in a logic '1', the door lock at the moment is always in a locking state, for example, if the control logic signal is a signal with logic '1', the hardware control signal output by the monostable trigger circuit is always in a locking state no matter what state the controller is in. The method for generating the hardware control signal for unlocking the door lock in some embodiments of the invention further comprises the following steps: the hardware control signal is delayed (e.g., may be delayed for 5 seconds) and then output to ensure that the motor stops rotating.
More specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, generating the hardware control signal according to the control logic signal and the currently read set signal includes: performing logical OR operation on the control logic signal and the setting signal, and taking an operation result as a hardware control signal; the control logic signal at a low level is a signal for unlocking the door lock, the control logic signal at a high level is a signal for locking the door lock, the setting signal at a low level is a signal for unlocking the door lock, and the setting signal at a high level is a signal for locking the door lock. Wherein, the low level corresponds to the digital signal "0", and the high level corresponds to the digital signal "1".
As shown in fig. 2, if the set signal is "1", no matter the control logic signal is "1" or "0", the output result is "1"; if the control logic signal is "1", the output result is "1" no matter the set signal is "1" or "0"; in this embodiment, only if the control logic signal is "0" and the set signal is "0", the output result is "0", that is, the hardware control signal is the signal for unlocking when the set signal and the control logic signal are both signals for unlocking.
As shown in fig. 4, the present inventionThe high level set signal in one or more embodiments of the invention is a set signal having a predetermined pulse width t on (e.g., 5ms to 10 ms).
Under the condition that the controller works normally, generating the hardware control signal according to the control logic signal and the current read set signal in the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: generating a high-level setting signal according to an operation instruction generated by user operation or generating a low-level setting signal according to a shutdown instruction generated by user operation; generating a hardware control signal according to the current generated set signal and the control logic signal; the user operation in the invention can be, for example, key operation of a user on a main control board or remote operation through an intelligent terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, the control logic signal is a high-level signal or a low-level signal, that is, the control logic signal used for unlocking (or locking) can be a high-level signal or a low-level signal. In the embodiment of the invention, the monostable trigger receives the control logic signal and the setting signal and outputs the hardware control signal, and the generating the hardware control signal according to the control logic signal and the setting signal comprises the following steps:
under the normal operation condition of the controller, the controller always outputs a set signal when the motor operates, the monostable trigger generates a transient signal according to the control logic signal and the set signal, the set signal is a pulse signal with a preset pulse width, the set signal can be a pulse signal with a fixed period or a non-fixed period, the current hardware control signal is the transient signal, and the time interval between any two adjacent pulse signals is smaller than the duration time of the transient signal, so that the door lock of the clothes processing equipment is always in a locking state. It should be understood that in some operation modes of the laundry treatment apparatus, there may be one or more states in which the motor is suspended, and at this time, the present invention can control the door lock to be in a locked state according to the set signal sent by the controller, so as to avoid the occurrence of a door lock malfunction phenomenon, so as to further improve the reliability of the present invention.
Or under the abnormal operation condition of the controller, the setting signal is a continuous low-level signal or a continuous high-level signal, and then a hardware control signal for unlocking the door lock is generated according to the low-level control logic signal and the setting signal, or a hardware control signal for locking the door lock is generated according to the high-level control logic signal and the setting signal, and the hardware control signals in the two cases can be considered as steady-state signals; at this time, the locking or unlocking of the door lock of the clothes treatment device depends on the level of the control logic signal, so that the door lock of the clothes treatment device can be reliably controlled under the abnormal condition of the controller, and the problem of misoperation of the door lock of the clothes treatment device caused by the abnormal condition of the controller is avoided.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the present invention can provide a door lock control system of a laundry treating apparatus, which may include, but is not limited to, a sensor, a first hardware circuit, a second hardware circuit, and a controller, based on the same technical concept as the door lock control method of the laundry treating apparatus in the present invention, as described below.
The sensor is used for collecting an operating state signal of a motor in the clothes treating apparatus. The working state signal in the embodiment of the invention is an analog signal. The sensor of the present invention is installed on the clothes treating apparatus, and may be used with available sensor or new sensor separately.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present invention, the sensor is a rotation speed sensor, and the rotation speed sensor is configured to detect a rotation speed signal of a motor of the laundry processing apparatus, and the working state signal of the motor is the rotation speed signal. Alternatively, the sensor in other embodiments of the present invention is a position sensor for detecting a motor position signal of the laundry treating apparatus, and the operating state signal of the motor is a position signal, which may be specifically an angle signal of the motor.
The first hardware circuit is connected with the sensor and is used for converting the working state signal into a control logic signal. Wherein the control logic signals in one or more embodiments of the invention may be digital signals. The first hardware circuit in the embodiment of the invention is a signal conditioning circuit. The signal conditioning circuit is specifically configured to output a level signal corresponding to the operating state signal, for example, to output a level (high level) having a logic "1" when there is a rotational speed (rotational speed is greater than zero), and to output a level (low level) having a logic "0" when there is no rotational speed (rotational speed is equal to zero).
The second hardware circuit is connected to the first hardware circuit and takes as input the output of the first hardware circuit. The second hardware circuit is used for generating a hardware control signal according to the control logic signal and the currently read setting signal so as to lock or unlock the door lock on the clothes treatment equipment.
The second hardware circuit in the embodiment of the invention is a monostable trigger circuit, and particularly can be a circuit built by a monostable trigger with a setting function.
Specifically, the second hardware circuit in the embodiment of the invention is used for generating a hardware control signal for unlocking the door lock according to the control logic signal and the setting signal which are both signals for unlocking the door lock. In addition, after the second hardware circuit of the invention carries out delay processing on the hardware control signal for unlocking the door lock, the hardware control signal is output, the delay processing time can be 5s, namely after the signal for unlocking is generated, the hardware control signal for unlocking the door lock is output to a subsequent circuit after waiting for 5s, so that the door lock is controlled to be unlocked after the motor stops running, the problem that the door lock is unlocked when the motor is not fully stopped possibly caused is avoided, and the safety of a user is protected.
The second hardware circuit in the embodiment of the invention can be used for generating the hardware control signal for locking the door lock according to at least one of the control logic signal and the setting signal, so as to improve the control safety of the door lock.
More specifically, the second hardware circuit in the embodiment of the present invention may be configured to perform a logical or operation on the control logic signal and the set signal, and output the operation result as the hardware control signal. The control logic signal at low level ("0") is a signal for unlocking the door lock, the control logic signal at high level ("1") is a signal for locking the door lock, the set signal at low level ("0") is a signal for unlocking the door lock, and the set signal at high level ("1") is a signal for locking the door lock.
As shown in fig. 2, if the set signal is high ("1"), the control logic signal is either high or low, and the output is high ("1"). If the control logic signal is high ("1"), the high ("1") is output regardless of whether the set signal is high or low. However, if the set signal is low ("0") and the control logic signal is low ("0"), the second hardware circuit may output the low ("0") after a delay of 5 seconds. It can be seen that the present invention controls the unlocking of the door lock of the laundry treating apparatus only when the set signal and the control logic signal are both signals for unlocking.
As shown in fig. 2, in the monostable trigger circuit in the embodiment of the present invention, the logic of the set signal is considered as "0" according to whether the received set signal is at a constant high level or a constant low level or the pulse width is smaller than the preset pulse width. Under the condition that the logic of the set signal is 0, if the motor does not rotate at the moment, the signal conditioning circuit outputs 0, and the monostable trigger circuit is in a delay trigger state, for example, a hardware control signal with the logic of 0 is output after delay for 5 seconds, so that the door lock of the clothes processing equipment is unlocked, the door is allowed to be opened after the motor completely stops rotating, and the safety of a user is protected.
The controller is connected to the second hardware circuit, and the controller in the embodiment of the invention is used for providing a set signal for the second hardware circuit. The controller may be a motor controller and can integrate an MCU (Microcontroller Unit, micro control unit) chip.
The invention can be used for playing a role in the related hardware circuit when the MCU has abnormal operation. The concrete steps are as follows: when the motor rotates (namely, the roller rotates), the door lock is in a closed state (door lock locking state) under the action of the hardware circuit, and a user is not allowed to open the door; when the motor stops rotating and delays for a period of time, for example, after stopping rotating for 5 seconds, the door lock is in an open state (door lock unlocking state) under the action of the hardware circuit, and a user can normally open the door.
As shown in fig. 2, the door lock control system of the clothes processing device of the present invention includes a main control board connected to a controller, where the main control board is used for interaction with a user, for example, a key for user operation is provided on the main control board, and the key may be a physical key, a touch key or a virtual key. The operation result of the main control board by the user is converted into an operation instruction, and the controller can be used for generating a high-level setting signal according to the operation instruction generated by the user operation or generating a low-level setting signal according to the shutdown instruction generated by the user operation. For example, the user may generate an operation instruction after pressing the "operation" button, or may generate a shutdown instruction after pressing the "stop" button.
Based on user operation or control, the controller sends instructions such as starting/running/stopping and the like to the controller through the main control board, and the controller sends a setting signal with logic signal of 1 or a setting signal with logic signal of 0 to the monostable pulse circuit according to the received instructions; the set signal with the logic signal of "1" is used for controlling the locking of the door lock, and the set signal with the logic signal of "0" is used for controlling the unlocking of the door lock. After the user presses the "run" button, the main control board sends a running instruction to the controller, and the controller in a normal working state outputs a set signal with a logic signal of "1", as shown in fig. 4. The set signal with logic signal "1" in the present invention has a preset (time) width t on The preset (time) width is, for example, 5ms to 10ms. The set signal with logic signal "1" is output from the controller only when the laundry treating apparatus is in the operation state and the controller is in normal operation, and the set signal is in a constant low level (or high level) in the rest condition, for example, after the user presses the "stop" button, the main control board issues a stop command to the controller, and the controller outputs the set signal with logic "0" (constant low level). In addition, the invention can reduce the pulse signal duration time to be less than t on At this time, the logic signal output by the controller is "0" (low level).
It should be understood that the control logic signal in the embodiment of the present invention is a signal having a high level or a level signal having a low level. For the abnormal operation condition of the controller, the setting signal is a continuous low-level signal or a continuous high-level signal, and the monostable trigger generates a hardware control signal for unlocking the door lock according to the low-level control logic signal and the setting signal, or generates a hardware control signal for locking the door lock according to the high-level control logic signal and the setting signal, wherein the signals output under the two conditions are steady-state signals; at this time, the locking or unlocking of the door lock of the clothes treatment device depends on the level of the control logic signal, so that the door lock of the clothes treatment device can be reliably controlled under the abnormal condition of the controller, and the problem of misoperation of the door lock of the clothes treatment device caused by the abnormal condition of the controller is avoided.
Under the normal operation condition of the controller, the controller always outputs a set signal when the motor operates, the monostable trigger generates a transient signal according to the control logic signal and the set signal, the set signal is a pulse signal with a preset pulse width, the set signal can be a pulse signal with a fixed period or a non-fixed period, and the hardware control signal is the transient signal. It can be understood that in some working modes of the clothes treatment equipment, one or more states of motor suspension may exist, and at this time, the invention can control the door lock to be in a locking state according to the set signal sent by the controller, so as to avoid the occurrence of the door lock misoperation phenomenon, and further improve the reliability of the invention.
Optionally, the door lock control system of the laundry treating apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention further includes a latch circuit and a door lock control circuit.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the latch circuit is connected to the second hardware circuit, and the latch circuit is configured to latch the hardware control signal and output an actual door lock control signal. The door lock control circuit is connected with the latch circuit, and is used for unlocking or locking the door lock on the clothes treatment equipment according to an actual door lock control signal, namely, the door lock control circuit is used for directly controlling the door lock to be opened (enter an unlocking state) or closed (enter a locking state) according to a received door lock control signal.
It should be understood that, based on the disclosure of the present invention, the detailed structural composition of the circuit or signal conditioning circuit or monostable trigger circuit of the sensor may be reasonably selected or used according to the function or effect thereof, which is not limited by the present invention.
Door lock control system still further one or more embodiments of the present invention can provide a laundry treating apparatus, which may include, but is not limited to, the door lock control system of the laundry treating apparatus of any one of the embodiments of the present invention, based on the same technical idea. It should be understood that the laundry treating apparatus according to the present invention may include at least one of a drum washing machine, a drum drying machine, a drum washing and drying integrated machine, a pulsator washing machine, a pulsator drying machine, a pulsator washing and drying integrated machine, but is not limited thereto.
In summary, the door lock control system of the clothes processing equipment independent of the software program can avoid the door lock misoperation phenomenon when the software program works abnormally in the controller, the hardware control signal generated based on the motor working state signal can reliably control the door lock of the clothes processing equipment, the problem that the door lock is opened by mistake when the roller rotates and the problem that the door cannot be opened after the equipment stops working are avoided, the reliability of door lock control of the clothes processing equipment is improved, and the user experience is good.
