the washing device comprises a washing shell (29), wherein the washing shell (29) is fixedly connected with the bottom of the outer wall of the processing shell (5), a washing roller (30) is rotatably connected between the bottom of the two-phase inner wall of the washing shell (29), the outer wall of the washing roller (30) is in sliding contact with a copper foil, two washing shells (31) are arranged at the top of the washing shell (29), two ends of each washing shell (31) are respectively fixedly connected with the two-phase inner wall of the washing shell (29), two opposite side surfaces of each washing shell (31) are respectively communicated with a plurality of spray heads (32), one end of each washing shell (31) is communicated with one end of a water receiving pipe, the other end of each water receiving pipe penetrates through the washing shell (29) to be communicated with an external water source, two electric heating plates (33) are arranged above the washing shell (29), two ends of each electric heating plates (33) are respectively fixedly connected with the two-phase inner wall of the washing shell (29), the electric heating plates (33) are electrically connected with an external power supply, and the copper foil is wound after passing through the two flushing shells (31) and the two electric heating plates (33) in sequence;

starting the stripping motor (22) to drive the stripping roller (21) to rotate so as to strip the copper foil on the cathode roller (7) onto the stripping roller (21);
the positioning roller (23) has a positioning effect on the copper foil, and is matched with the tensioning cylinder to drive the tensioning roller (28) to float up and down to adjust and then position, so that the copper foil is tensioned;
and (4) introducing the copper foil into the washing device for washing and drying, and finishing rolling.
