Referring to fig. 1 to 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, a belt conveyor with an automatic cleaning function includes:
a conveyor belt 9;
the driving mechanism is connected with the conveyor belt 9 and is used for driving the conveyor belt 9 to move;
cleaning devices, which are positioned at the inner side and the outer side of the conveyor belt 9 and are used for cleaning the conveyor belt 9;
the cleaning device includes:
the cleaning component is positioned outside the conveyor belt 9 and is used for cleaning the surface of the conveyor belt 9;
the dust removing assembly is positioned on the inner side of the conveyor belt 9 and is used for removing dust on the surface of the conveyor belt 9;
and a cleaning assembly 25, which is positioned at the inner side of the dust removing assembly, and is used for filtering dust.
In this embodiment, the conveyor belt 9 is operated by a driving mechanism; the conveyor belt 9 is cleaned and dust is removed through a cleaning device, so that the dust is prevented from splashing when the conveyor belt 9 works; the cleaning component in the cleaning device washes the surface of the conveyor belt 9 with water, so that the accumulation of residues on the inner side of the conveyor belt 9 can be effectively avoided; the dust removal component can effectively absorb and collect dust on the surface of the conveyor belt 9, so that the dust removal effect is effectively improved; the cleaning component 25 positioned at the inner side of the dust removing component can effectively filter dust, so that the dust is prevented from being scattered out of the dust removing component, and the dust removing component is convenient to use; the cleaning assembly 25 and the dust removing assembly work together to effectively improve the dust removing effect and the dust removing efficiency.
The bottom of the conveyor belt 9 is provided with a base 1, the inner side of the base 1 is symmetrically provided with a supporting frame, the inner side of the supporting frame is provided with a transmission assembly, the transmission assembly comprises a driving rotating wheel 12 and a driven rotating wheel 15, a second working motor 11 is arranged on the side face of the driving rotating wheel 12, the second working motor 11 is connected with the driving rotating wheel 12, the driving rotating wheel 12 is connected with the driven rotating wheel 15 in a rotating way through the conveyor belt 9, and the conveyor belt 9 is convenient to convey.
In one embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the cleaning assembly includes:
the spraying assembly is used for flushing the surface of the conveyor belt 9;
and the moving assembly is connected with the spraying assembly and is used for driving the spraying assembly to move outside the conveyor belt 9.
In this embodiment, the spraying assembly is located above the conveyor belt 9, and the spraying assembly includes a water storage tank 7 and spray nozzles 8, a water pump is installed inside the water storage tank 7, the water pump is connected with a diversion pipe, and a plurality of spray nozzles 8 are uniformly distributed on the bottom side of the diversion pipe; the movable assembly is connected with the spraying assembly, and can drive the spraying assembly to move on the surface of the conveyor belt 9, so that the cleaning at multiple positions is realized, the operation is simple, and the use is convenient.
The cleaning component can also be a rotary spray head 8 and a moving component, and the surface of the conveyor belt 9 is washed at different angles through the rotary spray head 8, so that the cleaning efficiency can be effectively improved, and the comprehensive cleaning of the conveying points is realized.
In one embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the dust removing assembly includes:
the air extraction component is positioned at the inner side of the conveyor belt 9 and is used for absorbing and collecting dust on the surface of the conveying sheet;
and the connecting component is connected with the air extraction component and is used for driving the air extraction component to move and enabling the inside of the air extraction component to form negative pressure.
In this embodiment, the air extraction component is located between the driving rotating wheel 12 and the driven rotating wheel 15, and the inner side of the air extraction component can absorb dust on the surface of the conveyor belt 9 through the connection component, so as to remove dust on the surface of the conveyor belt 9, and the operation is simple, and the connection component can enable the inner side of the air extraction component to form negative pressure, so that the dust can be absorbed and recovered.
The air extraction component can also be an air pump, and negative pressure is formed through the air pump, so that dust can be sucked, and the air extraction component is convenient to operate and use.
In one embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 4, the cleaning assembly 25 includes:
the mounting seat is positioned at the inner side of the air extraction component;
the filter screen is connected with the mounting seat and is used for filtering dust sucked by the air suction assembly;
and the torsion spring 28 is positioned between the mounting seat and the filter screen and used for limiting and fixing the filter screen.

The cleaning component 25 can also be a multi-layer filter screen, and a plurality of filter screens are arranged on the inner side of the air pumping cavity 14, so that dust can be effectively filtered, and the use is convenient.
In one embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, the moving assembly includes:
the screw 4 is positioned at one side of the conveyor belt 9 and is used for rotationally driving the cleaning assembly to move;
the thread block 5 is positioned at the outer side of the screw 4 and is used for driving the cleaning assembly to move at the outer side of the screw 4;
and the movable seat 6 is fixedly connected with the cleaning assembly and the threaded block 5.
In this embodiment, the conveying is equipped with first work motor 3 to the side, screw rod 4 one end with first work motor 3 output is connected, and the screw rod 4 other end and base 1 rotate to be connected, and first work motor 3 drive screw rod 4 rotate, and first work motor 3 fixed mounting is inboard at base 1, and screw thread piece 5 is installed in the screw rod 4 outside, and screw thread piece 5 middle part is equipped with the screw, screw rod 4 and screw threaded connection, and the screw thread piece 5 is removed in the screw rod 4 outside through screw rod 4 rotatory convenience drive screw thread piece 5, and fixed mounting has movable seat 6 on the screw thread piece 5, movable seat 6 top and cleaning component fixed connection, and the screw rod 4 is driven when first work motor 3 rotates, further drives screw thread piece 5 and movable seat 6 and removes, and then makes the position of cleaning component adjust, conveniently washs conveyer belt 9, avoids piling up of conveyer belt 9 inboard residue.
The movable assembly can also be an air cylinder, and the movable position of the cleaning assembly can be effectively controlled through the output point of the air cylinder, so that the conveyor belt 9 is conveniently cleaned.
In one embodiment of the present invention, referring to FIG. 4, the pumping assembly comprises:
the pushing plate 21 is positioned at one end of the inner side of the air extraction assembly and is used for swinging to form negative pressure on the inner side of the air extraction assembly;
and the hinge rod is connected with the push plate 21 and is used for connecting the driving mechanism and the push plate 21 and driving the push plate 21 to swing.
In this embodiment, the hinge rod is divided into a first hinge rod 13 and a second hinge rod 16, the first hinge rod 13 is hinged with the active rotation side wall, one end of the first hinge rod 13 away from the active rotating wheel 12 is hinged with the second hinge rod 16, and one end of the second hinge rod 16 away from the first hinge rod 13 penetrates through the side wall of the air extraction cavity 14 and extends into the air extraction cavity 14; the first slider 17 is installed to second articulated pole 16 one end, installs coupling assembling between first slider 17 and the push pedal 21, and push pedal 21 is the slope setting, and push pedal 21 keeps away from first slider 17 one end and articulates there is second slider 22, and second slider 22 middle part is equipped with the through-hole, and dead lever 23 is installed to the pumping chamber 14 inner wall, and the second slider 22 cover is established in the dead lever 23 outside, and second slider 22 and dead lever 23 sliding connection make things convenient for push pedal 21 to swing, facilitate the use.
The air extraction component can also be a fan blade, negative pressure is formed on the inner side of the air extraction cavity 14 through rotation of the fan blade, recovery processing of dust on the surface of the conveying belt 9 is completed, and operation is convenient.
In one embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 4, the connection assembly includes:
a hinge seat 18 connected with one end of the hinge rod,
and the hinge block 19 is connected with the hinge seat 18 and the push plate 21 and is used for adjusting the angle of the push plate 21 and adjusting the angle of one end of the push plate 21.
In this embodiment, the hinge seat 18 is fixedly connected with the first slider 17, the hinge block 19 is installed on the inner side of the hinge seat 18, the hinge block 19 is slidably connected with the hinge seat 18, the push plate 21 is hinged to the hinge block 19, the buffer spring 20 for protecting the hinge block 19 is further provided in the hinge seat 18, when dust on the conveyor belt 9 needs to be pumped in, the second working motor 11 is started, the second working motor 11 drives the driving rotating wheel 12 to rotate, the driving rotating wheel 12 drives the first hinge rod 13 to move, so that the first hinge rod 13 drives the second hinge rod 16 to perform the memorial movement, the push plate 21 is conveniently driven by the second hinge rod 16 to swing, air circulation in the air pumping cavity 14 is further driven, negative pressure is formed on the inner side of the air pumping cavity 14, and the air pumping cavity 14 pumps the dust on the conveyor belt 9 into the air pumping cavity 14, so that dust collection is realized.
The connecting component can also be a rotating shaft, and is connected with the first sliding block 17 and the push plate 21 through the rotating shaft, so that the push plate 21 can conveniently swing, and the ventilation of the inner side of the air pumping cavity 14 is realized.
In one embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the belt conveyor with an automatic cleaning function further includes: the hollowed-out net 10 is positioned on the conveyor belt 9, a plurality of hollowed-out nets 10 are arranged on the conveyor belt 9, and the hollowed-out net 10 is made of stainless steel; the convenient cleaning device cleans the conveyor belt 9, effectively cleans and washes the conveyor belt 9, and effectively pumps and collects dust on the surface of the conveyor belt 9, thereby facilitating the use.
In one embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, the belt conveyor with the automatic cleaning function further includes: the recovery tank 2 is positioned at the bottom end of the conveyor belt 9 and is used for collecting the cleaned sewage; the recovery tank 2 is located the base 1 inboard, and recovery tank 2 can collect the sewage that washs conveyer belt 9, and recovery tank 2 inner wall evenly distributed has a plurality of ultraviolet sterilizing lamps, and ultraviolet sterilizing lamp electric connection has the battery, can effectively disinfect and sterilize sewage and effectively avoid sewage to spill in disorder.
In one embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, the belt conveyor with the automatic cleaning function further includes: the air outlet plate 26, the air outlet plate 26 is located the chamber 14 top of bleeding, evenly distributed has the venthole 27 on the air outlet plate 26, is equipped with the check valve between venthole 27 and the chamber 14 of bleeding, and the air that the convenience air outlet plate 26 circulated can only unilaterally carry, improves the work efficiency of the subassembly of bleeding.
In summary, in the invention, when the dust on the conveyor belt 9 needs to be pumped in, the second working motor 11 is started, the second working motor 11 drives the driving rotating wheel 12 to rotate, and the driving rotating wheel 12 drives the first hinging rod 13 to move, so that the first hinging rod 13 pulls the second hinging rod 16 to move, and the second hinging rod 16 pulls the push plate 21 to swing, so that the ventilation of the air in the air pumping cavity 14 is driven, the negative pressure environment is formed inside the air pumping cavity 14, the air pumping cavity 14 pumps the dust in the conveyor belt 9 into the air pumping cavity 14, and the collection of the dust is realized;
when the position of the cleaning component needs to be adjusted, the first working motor 3 is started, the first working motor 3 drives the screw 4 to rotate, the screw 4 drives the threaded block 5 and the movable seat 6 to move, and then the movable seat 6 drives the position of the cleaning component to be adjusted, so that the cleaning of the conveying belt 9 is facilitated, and accumulation of residues in the conveying belt 9 is avoided.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the cleaning component 25 is arranged, the dust is filtered by the cleaning component 25, bacteria are prevented from breeding, meanwhile, the cleanliness of materials is guaranteed, the dust is recovered by the air extraction component, the cleanliness of the conveyor belt 9 is further guaranteed, meanwhile, the dust removal work can be synchronously carried out when the materials are conveyed, the energy is saved, the environment is protected, the cleaning component is used for flushing the conveyor belt 9, the accumulation of residues in the conveyor belt 9 is avoided, the cleanliness of the conveyor belt 9 is guaranteed, meanwhile, the position of the cleaning component is flexible and adjustable, and the cleaning efficiency is improved.
