Similarly, a concave second sliding groove (not shown) may be provided on the bottom surface of the support plate 61, the second sliding groove extending in the arrangement direction of the two side members 1; two second sliding grooves which are parallel to each other are arranged on the bottom surface of the supporting plate 61; the top surface of the side beam 1 is provided with second sliding rails (not shown in the figure) which correspond to the second sliding grooves one by one and are matched with the second sliding grooves in shape; the second sliding rail is embedded into the second sliding groove in a sliding fit mode.
Through the bottom surface at backup pad 61 and the top surface of curb girder 1 set up unsmooth complex slide rail spout structure, can take place when relative slip between crossbeam 2 and curb girder 1, lead secondary suspension device 6 through mutually supporting of slide rail and spout between secondary suspension device 6 and the curb girder 1, make secondary suspension device 6 slide along transversely all the time, guarantee secondary suspension device 6's operational reliability and stability, prevent to make secondary suspension device 6 dangerous condition appear because of sliding, thereby improve rail vehicle's operational safety nature.
As shown in the structure of fig. 7 and 8, the side beam 1 is provided with cross beam mounting holes (not shown in the figure) corresponding to each cross beam 2 one to one, that is, as shown in the structure of fig. 2 and 5, when the framework includes two cross beams 2, two cross beam mounting holes are provided on each side beam 1, and each cross beam mounting hole corresponds to one cross beam 2 one to one; the end part of the beam 2 is inserted into the corresponding beam mounting hole, and the end part of the beam 2 can slide in the transverse direction in the beam mounting hole; the two ends of the cross beam 2 are fixedly provided with a limiting end cover 21 and a positioning retainer ring 22, the side beam 1 is positioned between the limiting end cover 21 and the positioning retainer ring 22, and the distance between the limiting end cover 21 and the positioning retainer ring 22 is larger than the thickness of the side beam 1, namely, the limiting end cover 21 and the positioning retainer ring 22 are arranged at one end of the cross beam 2, and the limiting end cover 21 and the positioning retainer ring 22 are also arranged at the other end of the cross beam 2; at arbitrary one end of crossbeam 2, curb girder 1 all is located between spacing end cover 21 and the location retaining ring 22 for the biggest lateral displacement of crossbeam 2 is the difference between the interval between spacing end cover 21 and the location retaining ring 22 and curb girder 1 thickness, namely, the lateral displacement distance of crossbeam 2 is the limit value, like: the distance between the limiting end cover 21 and the positioning retainer ring 22 is 5 mm-10 mm larger than the thickness of the side beam 1, namely, the transverse displacement range of the cross beam 2 is 5 mm-10 mm, and specifically can be 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm and 10 mm. Crossbeam 2 is provided with and is used for carrying out spacing shaft shoulder (not shown in the figure) to location retaining ring 22, and location retaining ring 22 cover is established at the tip of crossbeam 2, carries out spacingly to location retaining ring 22 through the shaft shoulder that sets up at crossbeam 2 tip for the interval between location retaining ring 22 and the spacing end cover 21 is fixed. When the cross member 2 is mounted to the cross member mounting hole of the side member 1, a bush 23 for protecting the cross member 2 may be further fitted over the cross member 2.
As shown in the configurations of fig. 2 and 4, the secondary suspension 6 may include three spring assemblies 62 or four spring assemblies 62; each secondary suspension 6 may comprise three spring assemblies 62 or four spring assemblies 62, in a bogie, there are six spring assemblies 62 or eight spring assemblies 62 at a time; when each secondary suspension 6 comprises three spring assemblies 62, the three spring assemblies 62 are distributed in a triangular shape, wherein one spring assembly 62 is positioned on the top of the longitudinal beam 3 and two spring assemblies 62 are positioned on the top of the side beam 1; the support plate 61 may be a triangular plate or a trapezoidal plate; when each secondary suspension 6 comprises four spring assemblies 62, the four spring assemblies 62 are distributed in a trapezoidal shape, wherein two spring assemblies 62 are positioned on the top of the longitudinal beam 3, and the other two spring assemblies 62 are positioned on the top of the side beam 1; the support plate 61 is a trapezoidal plate.
Because the three spring assemblies 62 of each secondary suspension device 6 are distributed in a triangular shape and the four spring assemblies 62 are distributed in a trapezoidal shape, the spring assemblies 62 of the secondary suspension device 6 can be uniformly stressed, and the buffering and vibration damping effect is improved; and because two spring unit 62 in each secondary suspension device 6 are located the top of curb girder 1, namely, two spring unit 62 are located the outside, can improve anti roll ability, and the weight of automobile body can directly transmit to curb girder 1 through two spring unit 62 of outside for the transmission of pressure is more direct, has reduced the transmission of pressure through the route of longitudinal beam 3 and crossbeam 2, makes the bearing capacity of bogie strong and job stabilization nature good.
As shown in the structure of fig. 1 and 2, when each secondary suspension device 6 includes four spring assemblies 62, the distance between the two spring assemblies 62 at the top of the longitudinal beam 3 is smaller than the distance between the two spring assemblies 62 at the top of the side beam 1 in the arrangement direction of the two cross beams 2, and by setting the distance between the two spring assemblies 62 to different values, the bearing area of the secondary suspension device 6 is increased, and the vehicle body or the side beam 1 is prevented from being damaged due to excessive local pressure.
While the preferred embodiments of the present application have been described, additional variations and modifications in those embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. Therefore, it is intended that the appended claims be interpreted as including preferred embodiments and all alterations and modifications as fall within the scope of the application.

Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present application fall within the scope of the claims of the present application and their equivalents, the present application is intended to include such modifications and variations as well.

Claims (18)

1. A bogie, comprising a frame and a secondary suspension, wherein:
the framework comprises two side beams arranged side by side, two cross beams arranged in parallel and two groups of longitudinal beams positioned between the side beams; the cross beam is slidably mounted to the two side members in the arrangement direction of the two side members; each group of longitudinal beams comprises at least one longitudinal beam bridged between the two cross beams, and the longitudinal beams are arranged in parallel with the side beams; a group of longitudinal beams are respectively arranged at two end parts of the cross beams, and the longitudinal beams are fixedly arranged on the two cross beams;
and one secondary suspension device is fixedly arranged at the top of each group of longitudinal beams.
2. The bogie of claim 1, wherein the secondary suspension device comprises a support plate, a plurality of spring assemblies, a pressure plate in one-to-one correspondence with the spring assemblies, and a locating pin in one-to-one correspondence with the spring assemblies;
the bottom surface of the supporting plate is fixedly arranged on the longitudinal beam and is in sliding fit with the top surfaces of the side beams;
spring protection sleeves which correspond to the spring assemblies one by one are fixedly installed on the top surface of the supporting plate and are used for keeping the spring assemblies in a vertical state all the time;
the positioning pin is inserted into the spring assembly in a shape fit manner along the vertical direction and is used for limiting the displacement of the spring assembly in the horizontal direction;
the pressing plate cover is arranged at the top of the spring assembly and is fixedly connected with the positioning pin.
3. The truck of claim 2 wherein the spring assembly includes an outer coil spring and an inner coil spring, the outer coil spring being nested about an outer periphery of the inner coil spring;
the positioning pin is inserted into the inner ring spring.
4. The truck of claim 3 wherein said secondary suspension further comprises a rubber stack housed at the bottom inside each of said spring protective sleeves;
the spring assembly is abutted against the top of the rubber laminated spring.
5. The bogie according to claim 2, wherein a first rail is provided on a bottom surface of the support plate, the first rail extending in the direction of arrangement of the two side members;
first sliding grooves which correspond to the first sliding rails one by one and are matched with the first sliding rails in shape are formed in the top surfaces of the side beams;
the first sliding rail is embedded into the first sliding groove in a sliding fit mode.
6. The bogie according to claim 5, wherein two of the first slide rails are provided in parallel with each other on the bottom surface of the support plate.
7. The bogie according to claim 2, wherein a recessed second slide groove is provided in a bottom surface of the support plate, the second slide groove extending in the arrangement direction of the two side members;
the top surface of the side beam is provided with second sliding rails which correspond to the second sliding grooves one by one and are matched with the second sliding grooves in shape;
the second sliding rail is embedded into the second sliding groove in a sliding fit mode.
8. The bogie according to claim 7, wherein two second sliding grooves are provided in parallel with each other on the bottom surface of the support plate.
9. The truck of claim 2 wherein said side beams are provided with a one-to-one beam mounting hole for each of said cross beams; the end parts of the cross beams are inserted into the corresponding cross beam mounting holes;
the two end parts of the cross beam are fixedly provided with limiting end covers and positioning check rings, the side beams are located between the limiting end covers and the positioning check rings, and the distance between the limiting end covers and the positioning check rings is larger than the thickness of the side beams.
10. The bogie of claim 9, wherein the spacing between the curb end caps and the retaining collars is between 5mm and 10mm greater than the thickness of the side sills.
11. A bogie as claimed in claim 9 in which the cross beam is provided with shoulders for retaining locating collars.
12. The bogie of claim 4, wherein the rubber leaf spring is of a hat-shaped configuration having a convex cushion seat at a top center position and a concave centering groove at a bottom center position;
the buffer seat is arranged opposite to the positioning pin and used for limiting and buffering the positioning pin;
the top of the supporting plate is provided with positioning bulges which correspond to the positioning grooves one to one and are matched with the positioning grooves in shape, and the positioning bulges are inserted into the positioning grooves and used for positioning the rubber laminated spring.
13. A bogie as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 12 in which the secondary suspension means comprises three spring assemblies.
14. The truck of claim 13 wherein three of said spring assemblies are triangularly positioned, with one spring assembly positioned on top of said longitudinal beam and two spring assemblies positioned on top of said side beams;
the supporting plate is a triangular plate.
15. A bogie as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 12 in which the secondary suspension means comprises four spring assemblies.
16. The truck of claim 15 wherein four of said spring assemblies are distributed in a trapezoidal configuration, two of said spring assemblies being located on top of said longitudinal beams and two of said spring assemblies being located on top of said side beams;
the supporting plate is a trapezoidal plate.
17. The truck according to claim 16 wherein the spacing between said spring assemblies of said longitudinal beam top is less than the spacing between said spring assemblies of said side beam top in the direction of alignment of said two cross beams.
18. A rail vehicle, characterized in that it comprises a bogie according to any one of claims 1-17.
