When the rapid detection device is used, a person to be detected enters the sample collection chamber 1 from the personnel inlet 12, then nucleic acid samples are collected by a nucleic acid collection worker, after the samples are collected, the samples are placed in the collection box, the collection box is conveyed to the sample detection chamber 2 through the sample conveying mechanism 3, then the samples are detected by the sample detection worker, and the purpose of rapidly detecting the collected samples is achieved;
compared with the prior art that samples are collected by outdoor building a collection shed and then collected and stored and then transferred to a fixed detection mechanism for detection, the nucleic acid detection device has the advantages of short nucleic acid detection time and high efficiency, and can reduce the condition that the samples are inaccurate to detect due to high-temperature weather in the transfer process.
In addition, in the nucleic acid collection process, workers can collect the nucleic acid in the sample collection chamber 1, and the air conditioning system and the negative pressure system are arranged in the sample collection chamber 1, so that the environment in the sample collection chamber 1 can be effectively ensured to be a negative pressure environment, and the condition of cross infection in the sample collection process is reduced; the air conditioning system can provide a comfortable working environment for workers, and reduces the condition that the workers are heatstroke or dehydrated due to high temperature outdoors; and the air conditioning system can also ensure that the sample is in a stable environment temperature in the process of being transferred from the sample collection chamber 1 to the sample detection chamber 2 to be detected, so that the condition that the detection result is inaccurate due to the change of the sample caused by high temperature and high humidity is reduced.
In one embodiment, the sample collection chamber 1 and the sample detection chamber 2 are both arranged in a carriage, a vehicle head 8 is arranged on one side of the carriage, and a plurality of wheels 7 are arranged below the carriage and the vehicle head 8.
In this embodiment, the carriage and the locomotive 8 can carry the sample collection chamber 1 and the sample detection chamber 2 to switch the working places, so that the sample collection point can be replaced at any time according to the detection task, and the purposes of rapid deployment and rapid nucleic acid sample collection and detection can be achieved in emergency.
In one embodiment, a partition board is arranged in the vehicle compartment, the partition board is used for partitioning the sample collection chamber 1 and the sample detection chamber 2, a buffer bin 15 is arranged on the partition board, and two sides of the buffer bin 15 are used for communicating the sample collection chamber 1 and the sample detection chamber 2; and a negative pressure air hole is formed above the buffer bin 15.
In this embodiment, after the sample is collected by the sample collection chamber 1, the sample is transferred to the sample detection chamber 2 via the buffer bin 15, so that the sample detection chamber 2 and the sample collection chamber 1 can be strictly separated, and both can perform sample collection and sample detection in a negative pressure environment, thereby reducing the virus propagation condition and improving the safety of sample detection and sample collection.

In the embodiment, the virus load is large, and the virus spreading capacity is strong, so that the virus is easy to spread in the collection process; therefore, the purpose of one person for one measurement is realized by respectively arranging a personnel outlet 13 and a personnel inlet 12 on two sides of the sample collection chamber 1; that is, when the detection is needed, the personnel to be detected sequentially wait for detection outside the sample detection chamber 2; after a first person to be detected provides a pedal 6 to enter the sample collection chamber 1, the person inlet 12 is closed, and the person to be detected and a worker are simultaneously sealed in the sample detection chamber 2 in a negative pressure environment; after the sample collection of the personnel to be detected is finished, the personnel to be detected moves to the personnel outlet 13 and leaves the sample detection chamber 2, so that the personnel to be detected is strictly separated, and the condition of aggregated droplet infection of infectious viruses in the detection process is reduced.
In one embodiment, a disinfection chamber 11 is disposed at an end of the sample detection chamber 2 away from the sample collection chamber 1, the disinfection chamber 11 is communicated with or isolated from the sample detection chamber 2 through a disinfection door, a working outlet 14 is disposed at an end of the disinfection chamber 11 away from the sample collection chamber 1, and a pedal 6 is disposed at the working outlet 14.
In this embodiment, the disinfection room 11 can be convenient for the staff after finishing work, convenient carry out comprehensive disinfection to protective clothing and self, greatly reduced virus propagation or the condition of diffusion.
In one embodiment, the sample collection chamber 1 is provided with a U-shaped guide platform 9 with a U-shaped structure, a U-shaped opening end of the U-shaped guide platform 9 faces one surface of the partition board, and two ends of the U-shaped guide platform 9 are communicated to the buffer bin 15;

In this embodiment, the U-shaped structure of the U-shaped guide table 9 is used for a sample collection worker to stand or sit for sample collection of a person to be detected; when the collection is finished, the sample is sealed in the container and is transmitted to the sample detection chamber 2 for detection through the sample conveying mechanism 3; the detection efficiency is high, and the sample does not need to be transported.
The sample conveying mechanism is used for conveying samples in a belt or rail conveying mode, and the conveying surface of the sample conveying mechanism is provided with a storage groove, the storage groove can be used for conveying a single sample collecting box independently, and can also be matched with a sample support to convey a plurality of sample collecting boxes collectively; different transportation schemes are realized, and the purpose that the sample detection can be efficiently carried out is realized. The clamping block is arranged below the sample support, the clamping block and the object placing groove are matched with each other, and the phenomenon that the sample support is shifted in the transportation process can be reduced.

therefore, the collected person can be in a negative pressure environment, the nucleic acid collection worker wears protective clothing, and the air conditioning system and the disinfection system arranged in the sample collection chamber 1 respectively provide a comfortable working environment for the nucleic acid collection worker;
The door sealing mechanism is utilized to realize that the constant temperature environment in the sample collecting chamber 1 does not generate temperature interference due to long-time intercommunication with the ambient temperature outside the carriage, namely, a relatively stable constant temperature environment is provided, and the condition of temperature rise caused by constant temperature under the action of an air conditioner and ventilation of the external environment is reduced;
and the collected person can be completely isolated from the subsequent person to be collected under the negative pressure environment, so that the situation that cross infection is not easy to occur in the sample collection process is realized, and the safety and the effectiveness of sample collection are improved.
In the process that the rolling curtain 64 closes the access door opening 66, the sealing strip can achieve the purpose of sealing the sample collection chamber 1 and the outside, and the possibility of spreading infectious viruses is reduced to the maximum extent; meanwhile, after the current collected person finishes collecting and leaves the sample collecting chamber 1, the disinfection system in the sample collecting chamber 1 is started, and the sample collecting chamber 1 can be disinfected once, so that the next collected person can be in a relatively safe collecting environment after entering the sample collecting chamber 1, and the risk of cross infection is reduced.

Claims (6)

1. An integrated mobile nucleic acid collection and detection chamber, comprising: a sample collection chamber and a sample detection chamber,
the sample collection chamber and the sample detection chamber are communicated, and the communicating part is provided with a sample conveying mechanism which is used for moving a sample from the sample collection chamber to the sample detection chamber;
the sample collection chamber and the sample detection chamber are both provided with an air conditioning system and a negative pressure system;
the sample collection chamber and the sample detection chamber are both arranged in a carriage, a vehicle head is arranged on one side of the carriage, and a plurality of wheels are arranged below the carriage and the vehicle head;
the sample collection chamber is arranged close to the vehicle head, a personnel outlet and a personnel inlet are respectively arranged on two sides of the sample collection chamber, and pedals are arranged between the personnel outlet and the personnel inlet and the ground; the end, close to the sample collection chamber, of the pedal is of a panel structure, the end, located outside the sample collection chamber, of the pedal is of a step structure, and the panel structure and the step structure are both used for a nucleic acid detector to tread;
Further comprising: the door sealing mechanism is used for opening or sealing the personnel outlet, the personnel inlet and the work outlet; and is used for starting the disinfection system after the personnel outlet, the personnel inlet and the work outlet are closed,
the sample collection chamber and the disinfection chamber are both provided with an access door opening, the door sealing mechanism is used for opening or sealing the access door opening, and the door sealing mechanism is arranged on the inner walls of the sample collection chamber and the disinfection chamber;
the door sealing mechanism comprises: the rotating rod is erected above the opening end of the access door, one end of the rotating rod is connected with the rotating end of the motor, and the other end of the rotating rod is erected on the inner wall of the disinfection chamber or the sample collection chamber in a rotating mode through the fixing frame;
the rotating rod is wound with a roller shutter, one end of the roller shutter, which is far away from the rotating rod, is provided with a limiting strip, one side of the pedal, which is positioned in the disinfection chamber or the sample collection chamber, is provided with a clamping groove, and the clamping groove and the limiting strip are mutually matched and used for sealing the opening of the access door by the roller shutter;
sealing strips are arranged on two sides of one surface, close to the door opening, of the rolling curtain, and the sealing strips are used for sealing the door opening and the gap of the rolling curtain;
The pedal includes: an upper pedal and a lower pedal, wherein the lower surface of the lower pedal is fixed on the inner bottom surface or the outer bottom surface of the disinfection chamber or the sample collection chamber,
a second spring is arranged above the lower pedal, the other end of the second spring is connected with an upper pedal, a plurality of contact lugs are arranged on one surface, close to the lower pedal, of the upper pedal at intervals, conducting strips are arranged on one surface, close to the upper pedal, of the lower pedal and one surface, close to the lower pedal, of the contact lugs, and the conducting strips are used for connecting or disconnecting the lower pedal and a conducting wire embedded in the upper pedal;
the lead of the upper pedal is used for connecting the motor, and the lead of the lower pedal is used for connecting a power supply; and the conductive sheet of the upper pedal contacting the projection and the conductive sheet of the lower pedal are used for connecting or disconnecting the motor and the power supply.

The integrated mobile nucleic acid collecting and detecting chamber of claim 1, wherein a partition board is arranged in the carriage, the partition board is used for separating the sample collecting chamber from the sample detecting chamber, a buffer bin is arranged on the partition board, and two sides of the buffer bin are used for communicating the sample collecting chamber with the sample detecting chamber; and a negative pressure air hole is formed above the buffer bin.

The integrated mobile nucleic acid collecting and detecting chamber of claim 1, wherein a sterilizing chamber is disposed at an end of the sample detecting chamber away from the sample collecting chamber, the sterilizing chamber is communicated with or isolated from the sample detecting chamber by a sterilizing door, a working outlet is disposed at an end of the sterilizing chamber away from the sample collecting chamber, and a pedal is disposed at the working outlet.

The integrated mobile nucleic acid collection and detection chamber of claim 2, wherein the sample collection chamber is provided with a U-shaped guide platform of a U-shaped structure, the U-shaped opening end of the U-shaped guide platform faces one surface of the partition plate, and two ends of the U-shaped guide platform are communicated to the buffer bin;
two groups of strip-shaped guide platforms are symmetrically arranged in the sample detection chamber, and one ends of the strip-shaped guide platforms are respectively communicated to the buffer bin;
and the two ends of the U-shaped guide platform are connected with the strip-shaped guide platform through a sample conveying mechanism and are used for conveying the sample of the sample collection chamber to the sample detection chamber.

The integrated mobile nucleic acid collection and detection chamber of claim 1, wherein a trigger mechanism is further disposed at an end of the rotating rod close to the fixing frame, and the trigger mechanism is used for turning on or off a switch of a disinfection pump in a disinfection system; the sterilization system is used for sterilizing the sterilization chamber, the sample collection chamber or the sample detection chamber;
A second trigger rod is arranged on the inner top surface of the disinfection chamber or the sample collection chamber and used for starting or closing the disinfection pump, and the disinfection pump is connected with the spray head through a disinfection pipeline or a spray pipe;
the trigger mechanism includes: one end of the first rotating shaft is connected with a rotating rod, the other end of the first rotating shaft is erected on the inner top surface or the inner side wall of the disinfection chamber or the sample collection chamber through a first connecting block, one end of the first rotating shaft, far away from the rotating rod, penetrates through the first connecting block and is connected with a first swing rod, a second rotating shaft protruding outwards is arranged at the other end of the first swing rod, the second rotating shaft is used for being rotatably connected with one end of a second swing rod, the other end of the second swing rod is rotatably arranged on a third rotating shaft, one surface of the third rotating shaft is fixedly arranged on one surface of a first sliding block, and the other surface of the first sliding block is slidably arranged in a first sliding groove of a first sliding rail;
the first slide rail is erected on the inner side wall of the disinfection chamber or the sample collection chamber, second connecting blocks extending outwards are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the first slide block, hinged shafts extending outwards are respectively arranged on the second connecting blocks, and the hinged shafts are respectively used for being hinged with a third swing rod and a fourth swing rod;
One end, far away from the hinged shaft, of the third swing rod is connected with a first hook, one end, far away from the hinged shaft, of the fourth swing rod is connected with a second hook, and the first hook and the second hook are used for being matched with a ratchet and shifting or limiting rotation of the ratchet;
one end of the third swing rod, which is close to the first hook, and one end of the fourth swing rod, which is close to the second hook, are provided with first protruding columns which protrude outwards, and the two first protruding columns are connected through a first spring;
the ratchet is erected on the inner side wall of the disinfection chamber or the sample collection chamber through a fourth rotating shaft, a first trigger rod extending outwards is arranged on the outer side wall of one end, close to the first connecting block, of the first sliding block, the first trigger rod is matched with the second trigger rod, and the first trigger rod is used for opening or closing a switch on the second trigger rod.
