Abstract
The invention discloses a tire gluing device for an electric vehicle and a control method thereof, which aim at the long-term air shortage phenomenon of the tire caused by air leakage of a plurality of small holes which cannot be found in the tire of the electric vehicle, and the gluing device can quickly form a layer of protective glue layer on the inner wall of the tire, thereby increasing the thickness and the supporting performance of the tire, blocking the air leakage holes and prolonging the service life of the tire.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a tire puncture repair device.
Background
The existing electric vehicle tires mostly adopt a liner-free tire, namely an automobile-like tire structure, if the tires are pricked, tire repair is generally needed, but if the holes on the tires are too many or dense, repair cannot be carried out, the unit price of one tire is about 100 yuan, the good point tire is likely to be close to 200 yuan, the cost is relatively high compared with the electric vehicle price, and if two tires are replaced at the same time, the cost is relatively high.
Therefore, under the condition that the tire has dense holes and does not want to change a platform, the inner wall of the tire is generally glued by adopting a manual way, so that the thickness of the tire wall is increased, and the service life of the tire is prolonged, but the traditional manual gluing way is time-consuming and labor-consuming, requires more construction experience, and is easy to cause different gluing thickness, and the tire has the dynamic balance problem although no longer leaks.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of realizing a device capable of uniformly and quickly gluing the inner wall of an electric vehicle tire.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the device is provided with a pressing wheel and a driving wheel, wherein the pressing wheel and the driving wheel are used for fixing the tire through clamping the inner wall and the outer wall of the tire, the driving wheel is used for clamping the outer wall of the tire and is fixed on a lifter through a wheel frame, a shaft on one side of the driving wheel is fixedly connected with an output shaft of a motor, and a glue spraying port used for spraying glue to the inner wall of the tire is fixed beside the pressing wheel through a bracket.
The glue spraying opening is a straight nozzle, and the end part of the glue spraying opening is of an arc-shaped structure matched with the shape of the inner wall of the tire.
The support is also fixedly provided with a scraping plate and a blowing port, the scraping plate is positioned between the blowing port and the glue spraying port, the scraping plate is used for scraping glue on the inner wall of the tire uniformly, and the blowing port is used for drying the glue on the inner wall of the tire.
The scraping plate is an arc-shaped elastic metal plate, a gap is formed between one side of the scraping plate, which faces the glue spraying opening, and the inner wall of the tire, and the scraping plate is gradually contacted with the inner wall of the tire towards the direction of the air blowing opening.
The front surface of the scraping plate is contacted with the inner wall of the tire, and the back surface of the scraping plate is provided with an electric heating wire.
The air blowing opening is a straight nozzle, the end part of the air blowing opening is of an arc-shaped structure matched with the shape of the inner wall of the tire, and the air blowing opening is connected with the air heater.
The driving wheel drives the tyre to rotate in the direction of the glue spraying opening after the inner wall of the tyre contacts with the compacting wheel.
The hold-down wheel is the metal wheel, the drive wheel is the rubber wheel.
The gluing device is convenient to use, can be implemented without too much construction experience, can ensure the gluing quality, avoid the occurrence of uneven thickness, and effectively prolong the service life and the use effect of the tire.
