Abstract
The invention discloses a glue applying device for an electric vehicle tire and a control method thereof, aiming at the phenomenon of long-term tire short-air caused by the air leakage of small holes at a plurality of positions of the electric vehicle tire, the glue applying device can quickly form a protective glue layer on the inner wall of the tire, the thickness and the supporting performance of the tire are increased, the air leakage hole is blocked, and the service life of the tire is prolonged.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a tire puncture repair device.
Background
The prior electric vehicle tires mostly adopt bladder-free tires, namely similar to automobile tire structures, generally need to be repaired when the tires are punctured, but if the holes on the tires are too many or dense, the repair cannot be performed, the unit price for replacing one tire is about 100 yuan, the good tire may be close to 200 yuan, the cost is more than that of the electric vehicle, and the cost is more than that of replacing two tires at the same time.
Therefore, under the conditions that the tire has dense holes and does not need to be replaced, the inner wall of the tire is generally coated with glue in a manual mode, the thickness of the tire wall is increased, and the service life of the tire is prolonged.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: the device is provided with a pinch roller and a driving wheel, wherein the pinch roller is used for fixing the tire by clamping the inner wall and the outer wall of the tire, the driving wheel is used for clamping the outer wall of the tire and is fixed on a lifter by a wheel carrier, a shaft on one side of the driving wheel is fixedly connected with an output shaft of a motor, and a glue spraying port for spraying glue on the inner wall of the tire is fixed by the pinch roller through a support.
The glue spraying port is a linear nozzle, and the end part of the glue spraying port is of an arc structure matched with the shape of the inner wall of the tire.
The support is further fixed with a scraper and a blowing opening, the scraper is located between the blowing opening and the glue spraying opening, the scraper is used for scraping glue on the inner wall of the tire uniformly, and the blowing opening is used for drying the glue on the inner wall of the tire.
The scraper blade is arc and has elastic metal sheet, the scraper blade has the clearance towards spouting between glue mouthful one side and the tire inner wall to towards blowing mouthful direction gradually with tire inner wall contact.
The front surface of the scraper blade is in contact with the inner wall of the tire, and the back surface of the scraper blade is provided with an electric heating wire.

The driving wheel drives the tire to rotate in the direction of the glue spraying opening after the inner wall of the tire is contacted with the pressing wheel.
The pinch roller is a metal wheel, and the driving wheel is a rubber wheel.
The rubber coating device is convenient to use, can be implemented without too much construction experience, can ensure the rubber coating quality, avoids the occurrence of uneven thickness, and effectively prolongs the service life and the use effect of the tire.
