Abstract
The invention discloses a cleaning box for a diode production line, which comprises: the device comprises a box body, a conveying belt, an acid water pipe, a clear water pipe, a ventilating pipe, an acid water tank and a clear water tank; the method is characterized in that: the top of the box body is sequentially provided with an acid water pipe orifice, a clean water pipe orifice and a ventilation pipe orifice; the acid water pipe orifice, the clear water pipe orifice and the ventilation pipe orifice are respectively connected with an acid water pipe, a clear water pipe and a ventilation pipe; a feed inlet is formed in the side face of the box body; a conveying belt is arranged at the bottom of the feeding hole; one end of the conveying belt is arranged at the feed inlet, and the other end of the conveying belt is arranged at the discharge outlet; the discharge port and the feed port are respectively arranged on two opposite side surfaces of the box body; an acid water tank and a clear water tank are arranged below the conveyor belt; and a drying device is arranged in the ventilation pipe. The invention has the advantages of high automation degree, improved production efficiency, reduced cost, integration of three procedures of acid washing, water washing and dehydration drying, and reduced procedures.

Background
The acid washing is an important process in the production and processing process of the diode, the diode needs to be washed by clean water after acid washing, and then is dehydrated and dried.

a cleaning tank for a diode production line, comprising: the device comprises a box body, a conveying belt, an acid water pipe, a clear water pipe, a ventilating pipe, an acid water tank and a clear water tank; the method is characterized in that: the top of the box body is sequentially provided with an acid water pipe orifice, a clean water pipe orifice and a ventilation pipe orifice; the acid water pipe orifice, the clear water pipe orifice and the ventilation pipe orifice are respectively connected with an acid water pipe, a clear water pipe and a ventilation pipe; a feed inlet is formed in the side face of the box body; a conveying belt is arranged at the bottom of the feeding hole; one end of the conveying belt is arranged at the feed inlet, and the other end of the conveying belt is arranged at the discharge outlet; the discharge port and the feed port are respectively arranged on two opposite side surfaces of the box body; an acid water tank and a clear water tank are arranged below the conveyor belt; and a drying device is arranged in the ventilation pipe.
Further, the drying device comprises a fixed rod, a rotating motor, a fan blade and an electric heating wire; the rotating motor is fixed with the ventilating pipe through a fixed rod; the output end of the rotating motor is connected with the fan blade; an electric heating wire is arranged right below the fan blade; the electric heating wire is fixedly connected to the ventilation pipe; and a filter screen is arranged at the pipe orifice of the ventilation pipe.
Further, the bottom of the side surface of the acid water tank and the bottom of the side surface of the clear water tank are respectively provided with a first water outlet and a second water outlet; the two sides of the top of the acid water tank are made of filter screens; and a filter screen is arranged on one side of the top of the clear water tank, which is close to the acid water tank.
Further, the material of conveyer belt (5) is filter screen (8), the beginning part that conveyer belt (5) are close to feed inlet (3) is parallel structure, then is one down the trapezium structure in proper order, a positive trapezium structure, is close to discharge gate (4) place at last and is parallel structure, sour water pipe (1) is located down the trapezium structure directly over the lower, clear water pipe (2) are located down between trapezium structure and the positive trapezium structure, ventilation pipe (11) are located positive trapezium structure top.
Further, the acid water pipe is located right above the acid water tank, and the clean water pipe and the ventilation pipe are located above the clean water tank.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the manual operation is replaced, the production efficiency is improved, and the cost is reduced.
2. The three processes of acid washing, water washing and dehydration drying are integrated into a whole, thus simplifying the process.

The drying device comprises a fixed rod 16, a rotating motor 13, a fan blade 14 and a heating wire 15; the rotating motor 13 is fixed with the ventilating pipe 11 through a fixed rod 16; the output end of the rotating motor 13 is connected with a fan blade 14; an electric heating wire 15 is arranged under the fan blade 14; the electric heating wire 15 is fixedly connected to the ventilation pipe; the nozzle of the ventilating pipe 11 is provided with a filter screen 12.
The bottom of the side surfaces of the acid water tank 6 and the clear water tank 7 are respectively provided with a first water outlet 9 and a second water outlet 10; the filter screens 8 are made of materials on two sides of the top of the acid water tank 6; the top of the clear water tank 7 close to one side of the acid water tank is made of a filter screen 8.
The material of conveyer belt (5) is filter screen (8), the beginning that conveyer belt (5) are close to feed inlet (3) is parallel structure, then falls trapezium structure, a positive trapezium structure in proper order, is close to discharge gate (4) at last and locally is parallel structure, sour water pipe (1) is located to fall the trapezium structure directly over the lowest, clear water pipe (2) are located to fall between trapezium structure and the positive trapezium structure, ventilation pipe (11) are located directly over the positive trapezium structure highest.
The acid water pipe 1 is positioned right above the acid water tank 6, and the clear water pipe 2 and the ventilation pipe 11 are positioned above the clear water tank 7.
The working principle is as follows: before work, an external acid water source is connected into an acid water pipe 1 in advance, a clear water source is connected into a clear water pipe 2, a water outlet I9 and a water outlet II 10 are connected to an external wastewater pool, then a device is started, a die provided with diodes is placed on a conveyor belt 5 of a feed inlet 3, when the die passes below the acid water pipe 1, acid water effusion with a certain height can be formed below the acid water pipe 1 due to the fact that the two sides are high and the middle is low, the die is sprayed by the acid water pipe 1 while being soaked in the acid water effusion, the acid washing of the diodes is sufficient, overflowed acid water drops into an acid water tank 6 through a filter screen 8, the acid water drops into the external wastewater pool through the water outlet I9, when the die passes below the clear water pipe 2, clear water sprayed by the clear water pipe 2 washes away acid water remained on the diodes, the washed water flows into the clear water tank 7 and finally enters the wastewater pool through the water outlet II 10, and when the die passes below a vent pipe 11, drive fan blade 14 by rotating motor 13 and rotate, the wind of production is through heating wire 15 heats, weathers the mould of below, finally through discharge gate 4 outputs, if need carry out many times acid water and washing operation, can arrange a plurality of washing casees on the production line, repeated above-mentioned operation can.

A cleaning tank for a diode production line as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the drying device comprises a fixed rod (16), a rotating motor (13), a fan blade (14) and an electric heating wire (15); the rotating motor (13) is fixed with the ventilation pipe (11) through a fixing rod (16); the output end of the rotating motor (13) is connected with a fan blade (14); an electric heating wire (15) is arranged right below the fan blade (14); the electric heating wire (15) is fixedly connected to the ventilation pipe; the nozzle of the ventilation pipe (11) is provided with a filter screen (12).
