the motor (61), the motor (61) is installed on the outer frame (1);
the first brush (62) is rotatably arranged on both sides of the outer frame (1);

the spraying pipes (71) are arranged on the two sides of the outer frame (1);
the second fixed block (72) is arranged on the outer frame (1);
the middle second brush (63) is provided with a convex block (73), and the convex block (73) is arranged on the middle second brush (63);
the second sliding block (74) is arranged on the outer frame (1) in a sliding mode, and the inner wall of the upper side of the second sliding block (74) is in contact with the convex block (73);
two rotating blocks (75) are rotatably arranged on the lower side of the second sliding block (74);
the third sliding blocks (76) are arranged on two sides of the second fixing block (72) in a sliding mode, and the third sliding blocks (76) are rotatably connected with the rotating block (75);
the first storage barrel (77) is arranged on each of two sides of the outer frame (1);

a pulling frame (710), wherein the pulling frame (710) is arranged between the upper sides of the two first storage buckets (77);
the two sides of the lower part of the pulling frame (710) are provided with first inclined blocks (711), and the first inclined blocks (711) are matched with the rotating block (75);
a first transfusion tube (712) is connected between the lower side of the first storage bucket (77) and the spraying tube (71) on the same side.
6. A device for sterilising surgical instruments for endocrinology according to claim 5, further comprising a pushing mechanism (8), the pushing mechanism (8) comprising:
the first air cylinder (81) is arranged on each of two sides of the outer frame (1);
the inner sides of the two first air cylinders (81) are both provided with a second piston rod (82) in a sliding manner, and the second piston rods (82) are matched with the first inclined blocks (711) on the same side;
the two second piston rods (82) are wound with the fourth springs (83), and two ends of each fourth spring (83) are respectively connected with the second piston rods (82) and the first air cylinder (81);
the first connecting air pipes (84) are connected between the outer side of the first air cylinder (81) and the outer frame (1), and the number of the first connecting air pipes (84) is two;
two second air cylinders (85) are arranged on two sides of the inner part of the outer frame (1);
the inner sides of the four second air cylinders (85) are provided with third piston rods (86) in a sliding manner, and the third piston rods (86) are matched with the first sliding blocks (54) on the same side;
the fifth springs (87) are wound on the two third piston rods (86), and two ends of each fifth spring (87) are respectively connected with the third piston rods (86) and the second air cylinder (85);
