Claims (10)

1. An intelligent mechanically unlocked medication box, comprising:
a housing;
the cover body is rotatably arranged on the shell and is provided with a first lock hook;
the memory metal part is arranged inside the shell;
the unlocking mechanism is arranged in the shell, one end of the unlocking mechanism is connected with the first lock hook, the other end of the unlocking mechanism is connected with the memory metal piece, and the memory metal piece is used for driving the unlocking mechanism to be separated from the first lock hook;
the base is detachably arranged in the shell and provided with a plurality of injection holes; and
the movable baffle mechanism is arranged on the base and used for detecting that the injection medicine is in a taking-out state or an inserting state.

The intelligent mechanical unlocking medicine box of claim 1, wherein the housing has a first chamber and a second chamber, a sliding groove and a main control circuit are arranged in the first chamber, the memory metal part and the unlocking mechanism are both arranged in the first chamber, the first lock hook can be inserted into the sliding groove, the base is arranged in the second chamber, the memory metal part is electrically connected with the main control circuit, and the main control circuit is used for controlling the length of the memory metal part.
3. The smart mechanical unlocking pill box of claim 2, wherein the unlocking mechanism comprises:
the sliding block is arranged on the sliding groove in a sliding mode and provided with a first connecting end and a second connecting end, and the first connecting end is connected with the first lock hook;
the resetting piece is arranged on the sliding groove, one end of the resetting piece is connected with the inner wall of the shell, and the other end of the resetting piece is connected with the second connecting end; and
the pull rod piece is rotatably arranged in the first cavity, one end of the pull rod piece is connected with the second connecting end, the other end of the pull rod piece is connected with the memory metal piece, and the memory metal piece can drive the first connecting end to be separated from the first lock hook through the pull rod piece.
4. The intelligent mechanical unlocking medicine box of claim 3, wherein a guide groove is formed on the sliding block, a guide block is arranged on the sliding groove, and the guide block is in sliding connection with the guide groove.
5. The intelligent mechanical unlocking medicine box of claim 3, wherein the pull rod piece is provided with a shaft hole, the first chamber is provided with a first rotating shaft, and the shaft hole is rotatably connected with the first rotating shaft.

The intelligent mechanical unlocking medicine box of claim 3, wherein the first connecting end is provided with a second lock hook matched with the first lock hook, the second connecting end is provided with a connecting hole and a connecting column, the resetting piece is a pressure spring, the upper end of the pull rod piece is rotatably connected with the connecting hole, one end of the pressure spring is connected with the connecting column, and the other end of the pressure spring is connected with the inner wall of the first chamber.

The intelligent mechanical unlocking medicine box of claim 1, wherein the cover body is made of a transparent material, the cover body further comprises a first pin and a first torsion spring, the first pin is disposed on the housing, one end of the cover body is rotatably connected with the housing through the first pin, and the first torsion spring is sleeved on the first pin.

The intelligent mechanical unlocking medicine box of claim 3, wherein the memory metal part is a memory metal wire, one end of the memory metal wire is connected with the main control circuit, the other end of the memory metal wire is connected with the lower end of the pull rod part, and the memory metal wire can drive the first connecting end to be separated from the first lock hook through the pull rod part.

The intelligent mechanical unlocking medicine box of claim 2, wherein two rows of the injection holes are formed in the base, the movable baffle mechanism comprises a plurality of movable baffle components and two second rotating shafts, one second rotating shaft is arranged on the outer sides of the two rows of the injection holes respectively, the plurality of movable baffle components are rotatably arranged on the second rotating shafts, and one movable baffle component is correspondingly arranged on each injection hole.

The intelligent mechanical unlocking medicine box of claim 9, wherein the movable baffle assembly comprises a baffle member, a second torsion spring, an induction magnet and an induction member, wherein the outer side of the baffle member is rotatably connected with the second rotating shaft, the second torsion spring is sleeved on the second rotating shaft, the induction magnet is arranged on the baffle member, the induction member is arranged on the inner wall of the shell, the induction member is electrically connected with the main control circuit, and the induction member detects that the injection medicine is in a taking-out state or an inserting state through the induction magnet.
