In practical application, when the terminal device receives the epidemic questionnaire survey information sent by the server, the terminal device can display an interface of the epidemic questionnaire according to the epidemic questionnaire survey information so that a user can fill in the contents of the questionnaire in the interface; after the user fills out the epidemic disease questionnaire, the terminal device can send the epidemic disease questionnaire result information filled in by the user in the epidemic disease questionnaire to the server, so that the server can judge whether the epidemic disease questionnaire result of the infected epidemic disease exists in the user according to the epidemic disease questionnaire result information and the current epidemic disease risk information (such as the historical motion track, the risk area and the like of an epidemic disease diagnostician).
Further, after obtaining the epidemic disease survey result, the server may also send the epidemic disease survey result like the terminal device, so that the terminal device can output the epidemic disease survey result, for example: the field worker allows the user to enter the current place only when the terminal device displays the safe epidemic disease investigation result; and in case that an unsafe (or risky) epidemic investigation result is displayed on the terminal device, the user is not allowed to enter the current place.
Furthermore, when the terminal device displays the epidemic disease survey result, the time for determining the epidemic disease survey result can be displayed at the same time.
Therefore, field workers can judge whether the epidemic investigation result is an effective epidemic investigation result according to the time displayed on the epidemic investigation result, so that the situation that a user enters the current place by using the outdated screenshot of the epidemic investigation result can be avoided, and the reliability of the questionnaire investigation method is improved.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, the terminal device may also output the epidemic disease investigation result in a voice broadcast or other manners. Alternatively, after determining the epidemic investigation result, the server may transmit the epidemic investigation result or indication information corresponding to the epidemic investigation result to other field devices such as an access control device except for the terminal device transmitting the first information, so as to indicate that the current user is allowed to pass through.
In addition, determining not to transmit the epidemic questionnaire survey information to the terminal device at the server may indicate: the owner of the terminal equipment can directly enter the current place without filling out an epidemic disease questionnaire. At this time, the server sends second information to the terminal device, so that the terminal device outputs the traffic prompt information according to the received second information, for example: and displaying the prompt information of the permission of the passage, and broadcasting the prompt information of the permission of the passage by voice. In this way, the field worker may allow the user to enter the current location based on the prompt.
As an optional implementation manner, the first information further includes location information of the terminal device; the questionnaire survey method further comprises:
based on a preset condition, sending an opening instruction to the access control equipment corresponding to the position information, wherein the preset condition comprises any one of the following items:
according to the matching result, determining that epidemic questionnaire survey information is not sent to the terminal equipment;
the epidemic disease survey result indicates that the terminal equipment is in a low risk area or a no risk area within a preset time period.
In a specific implementation, the epidemiological survey result indicates that the terminal device is in a low risk area or a risk-free area within a preset time period, which may be understood as: the epidemic investigation result is a safe epidemic investigation result, and the probability of infecting the epidemic of the user is very low.
In addition, the access control equipment can enter an opening state after receiving an opening instruction, so that the user meeting the preset condition is allowed to pass through the access control equipment.
In practical application, when a user walks to a certain distance (for example, 0.5 m, 1 m and the like) in front of the access control device, the terminal device sends first information to the server by sensing the distance, and after receiving an opening instruction, the access control device can be opened for a first time (for example, 10 seconds, 20 seconds and the like) to allow the user standing in front of the access control device to pass through the first time; and is closed after the first time period to prevent other users who are not authenticated by the epidemiological questionnaire from entering the current place.
In the embodiment, the server can directly control the entrance guard equipment corresponding to the position of the user to be opened under the condition that the user is determined to be allowed to enter the current place, and the entrance guard equipment is not opened for the user who is not allowed to enter the current place, so that the epidemic prevention work can be realized by using the entrance guard equipment, field workers for checking epidemic investigation results do not need to be arranged at the place entrance and the like, the manpower consumption in the epidemic prevention process can be reduced, the contact between people is reduced, and the risk of epidemic cross infection is reduced.
In the embodiment of the invention, a server acquires first information sent by terminal equipment, wherein the first information comprises user information associated with the terminal equipment; matching the first information with a pre-stored personnel information database to obtain a matching result; and determining whether to send epidemic questionnaire survey information to the terminal equipment or not according to the matching result. In the embodiment of the application, whether the current user is a user such as a worker who frequently goes in and out of the place is judged according to the matching result of the first information and the pre-stored personnel information database, so that the workload of filling in the epidemic disease questionnaire on the user can be reduced under the condition that the epidemic disease questionnaire survey information is not sent; correspondingly, for a user who does not store user information in advance in the personnel information database, epidemic questionnaire survey information can be directly sent to the user, so that the user fills out the epidemic questionnaire based on the epidemic questionnaire survey information, and thus, whether the conditions that the user can directly enter the current place without filling in the epidemic questionnaire are met for the user who frequently enters the place and the user who does not frequently enter the place can be judged by respectively adopting different strategies, and the workload of the user who frequently enters the place for filling in the epidemic questionnaire can be pertinently reduced.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention further provides another questionnaire survey method, which is different from the questionnaire survey method shown in fig. 1, in that an execution subject of the questionnaire survey method shown in fig. 2 may be a terminal device, and as shown in fig. 2, the questionnaire survey method applied to the terminal device may include the following steps:
step 201, sending first information to a server, wherein the first information includes user information associated with the terminal device.
Step 202, displaying an epidemic questionnaire survey interface under the condition of receiving the epidemic questionnaire survey information sent by the server.
And 203, outputting the traffic prompt information based on the second information when the second information sent by the server is received.
In the same application scenario, only one of the above steps 202 and 203 is executed, and the flowchart shown in fig. 2 is only an example, and is not limited in this respect.
In addition, the steps in the method embodiment shown in fig. 2 correspond to the steps in the method embodiment shown in fig. 1, and only differ in that the steps in the method embodiment shown in fig. 2 are steps executed by the terminal device, the steps in the method embodiment shown in fig. 1 are steps executed by the server, and the terminal device and the server interact with each other to implement the completion process of the questionnaire survey method provided by the present invention. Specific meanings and explanations of each step in the method embodiment shown in fig. 2 may refer to specific meanings and explanations of each step in the method embodiment shown in fig. 1, and are not described herein again.
Optionally, after displaying the epidemic questionnaire survey interface, the questionnaire survey method further comprises:
receiving epidemic questionnaire survey result information input in the epidemic questionnaire survey interface;
and sending the information of the epidemic questionnaire survey results to the server.
Optionally, after the sending of the epidemic questionnaire result information to the server, the questionnaire survey method further includes:
receiving epidemic disease investigation results sent by the server;
and outputting the epidemic investigation result.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal device executes each step in the questionnaire survey method shown in fig. 2, and corresponds to each step in the questionnaire survey method applied to the server shown in fig. 1, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the workload of the staff who often enter and exit the place in the questionnaire survey process, and the terminal device has the same beneficial effects as the method embodiment shown in fig. 1, and is not described herein again to avoid repetition.
Referring to fig. 3, a server 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include:
a first receiving module 301, configured to obtain first information sent by a terminal device, where the first information includes user information associated with the terminal device;
the matching module 302 is configured to match the first information with a pre-stored personnel information database to obtain a matching result;
a first determining module 303, configured to determine whether to send epidemic questionnaire survey information to the terminal device according to the matching result.
Optionally, the server 300 further includes:
the second receiving module is used for receiving epidemic questionnaire survey result information which is sent by the terminal equipment and corresponds to the epidemic questionnaire survey information under the condition that the epidemic questionnaire survey information is confirmed to be sent to the terminal equipment;
the second determination module is used for determining the epidemic disease survey result based on the epidemic disease questionnaire survey result information;

a first determination unit configured to determine, if the staff information database includes target staff information corresponding to the first information, to transmit epidemic questionnaire survey information to the terminal device if at least one of the following conditions is satisfied:
the target person information comprises a leave-asking record corresponding to the user information;
the target person information comprises resident address information corresponding to the user information, and the risk area grade corresponding to the resident address information is greater than a preset grade;
the target person information comprises historical track information corresponding to the user information, the historical track information is overlapped with a pre-stored risk area, and the level of a risk area corresponding to the pre-stored risk area is greater than the preset level.
Optionally, the first determining module 303 includes:
a second determination unit configured to determine not to transmit the epidemic questionnaire survey information to the terminal device if at least one of the following conditions is satisfied when the person information database includes the target person information corresponding to the first information:
the target person information comprises identity authentication information corresponding to the user information and does not comprise a leave-asking record corresponding to the user information;
the target person information comprises resident address information corresponding to the user information, and the risk area grade corresponding to the resident address information is smaller than or equal to a preset grade;
the target person information comprises historical track information corresponding to the user information, the historical track information is not overlapped with a pre-stored risk area, and the level of a risk area corresponding to the pre-stored risk area is greater than the preset level.
Optionally, the first determining module 303 includes:
a third determining unit, configured to determine not to send the epidemic questionnaire survey information to the terminal device if historical epidemic questionnaire survey result information corresponding to the user information is stored in advance and a time interval between an acquisition time of the historical epidemic questionnaire survey result information and a current time is less than or equal to a preset time when the person information database does not include target person information corresponding to the first information;
a fourth determination unit configured to determine to transmit the epidemic questionnaire survey information to the terminal device if at least one of the following conditions is satisfied, in a case where the person information database does not include the target person information corresponding to the first information:
historical epidemic questionnaire survey result information corresponding to the user information is stored in advance, and the time interval between the acquisition time of the historical epidemic questionnaire survey result information and the current time is greater than the preset time;
historical epidemic questionnaire survey result information corresponding to the user information is not stored in advance.
The server 300 according to the embodiment of the present invention can perform the steps performed by the server in the method embodiment shown in fig. 1, and can obtain the same beneficial effects, and for avoiding repetition, the description is omitted here.
Referring to fig. 4, a terminal device 400 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include:
a first sending module 401, configured to send first information to a server, where the first information includes user information associated with the terminal device;
a receiving response module 402, configured to display an epidemic questionnaire survey interface when the epidemic questionnaire survey information sent by the server is received; or, when second information sent by the server is received, the traffic prompt information is output based on the second information.
Optionally, the terminal device 400 further includes:
the third receiving module is used for receiving epidemic questionnaire survey result information input in the epidemic questionnaire survey interface;
and the fourth sending module is used for sending the epidemic questionnaire survey result information to the server.
Optionally, the terminal device 400 further includes:
the fourth receiving module is used for receiving the epidemic disease investigation result sent by the server;
and the output module is used for outputting the epidemic disease investigation result.
The terminal device 400 provided in the embodiment of the present invention can perform each step performed by the terminal device in the method embodiment shown in fig. 2, and can obtain the same beneficial effects, and for avoiding repetition, details are not repeated herein.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, an electronic device 500 is further provided in the embodiment of the present application, and includes a processor 501, a memory 502, and a program or an instruction stored in the memory 502 and capable of being executed on the processor 501, where the program or the instruction is executed by the processor 501 to implement each process in the method embodiment shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2, and can achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, the details are not repeated here.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a program or an instruction is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the program or the instruction is executed by a processor, the process of the method embodiment shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2 is implemented, and the same technical effect can be achieved, and in order to avoid repetition, details are not repeated here.
The processor is the processor in the electronic device described in the above embodiment. The readable storage medium includes a computer readable storage medium, such as a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and so on.

Claims (12)

1. A questionnaire survey method, applied to a server, the method comprising:
acquiring first information sent by terminal equipment, wherein the first information comprises user information related to the terminal equipment;
matching the first information with a pre-stored personnel information database to obtain a matching result;
and determining whether to send epidemic questionnaire survey information to the terminal equipment or not according to the matching result.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the determining whether to send epidemic questionnaire survey information to the terminal device according to the matching result, the method further comprises:
receiving epidemic disease questionnaire survey result information which is sent by the terminal equipment and corresponds to the epidemic disease questionnaire survey information under the condition that the epidemic disease questionnaire survey information is determined to be sent to the terminal equipment;
determining an epidemic investigation result based on the epidemic questionnaire investigation result information;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and under the condition that the epidemic questionnaire survey information is determined not to be sent to the terminal equipment, sending second information to the terminal equipment, wherein the second information is used for indicating the terminal equipment to output the passing prompt information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the first information further comprises location information of the terminal device; the method further comprises the following steps:
based on a preset condition, sending an opening instruction to the access control equipment corresponding to the position information, wherein the preset condition comprises any one of the following items:
according to the matching result, determining that epidemic questionnaire survey information is not sent to the terminal equipment;
the epidemic disease survey result indicates that the terminal equipment is in a low risk area or a no risk area within a preset time period.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining whether to send epidemic questionnaire survey information to the terminal device according to the matching result comprises:
if the staff information database comprises target staff information corresponding to the first information, determining to send epidemic questionnaire survey information to the terminal equipment if at least one of the following conditions is met:
the target person information comprises a leave-asking record corresponding to the user information;
the target person information comprises resident address information corresponding to the user information, and the risk area grade corresponding to the resident address information is greater than a preset grade;
the target person information comprises historical track information corresponding to the user information, the historical track information is overlapped with a pre-stored risk area, and the level of a risk area corresponding to the pre-stored risk area is greater than the preset level.
5. The method according to claim 1 or 4, wherein the determining whether to send epidemic questionnaire survey information to the terminal device according to the matching result comprises:
under the condition that the personnel information database does not include target personnel information corresponding to the first information, if historical epidemic questionnaire survey result information corresponding to the user information is stored in advance and the time interval between the acquisition time of the historical epidemic questionnaire survey result information and the current time is less than or equal to preset time, determining not to send epidemic questionnaire survey information to the terminal equipment;
if the staff information database does not include target staff information corresponding to the first information, determining to send epidemic questionnaire survey information to the terminal device if at least one of the following conditions is satisfied:
historical epidemic questionnaire survey result information corresponding to the user information is stored in advance, and the time interval between the acquisition time of the historical epidemic questionnaire survey result information and the current time is greater than the preset time;
historical epidemic questionnaire survey result information corresponding to the user information is not stored in advance.
6. A questionnaire survey method is applied to terminal equipment, and the method comprises the following steps:
sending first information to a server, wherein the first information comprises user information related to the terminal equipment;
displaying an epidemic questionnaire survey interface under the condition of receiving epidemic questionnaire survey information sent by the server; or, when second information sent by the server is received, the traffic prompt information is output based on the second information.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein after displaying an epidemic questionnaire survey interface, the method further comprises:
receiving epidemic questionnaire survey result information input in the epidemic questionnaire survey interface;
and sending the information of the epidemic questionnaire survey results to the server.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein after said sending the epidemiological questionnaire results information to the server, the method further comprises:
receiving epidemic disease investigation results sent by the server;
and outputting the epidemic investigation result.
9. A server, comprising:
the first receiving module is used for acquiring first information sent by terminal equipment, wherein the first information comprises user information related to the terminal equipment;
the matching module is used for matching the first information with a pre-stored personnel information database to obtain a matching result;
and the first determining module is used for determining whether to send epidemic questionnaire survey information to the terminal equipment according to the matching result.
10. A terminal device, comprising:
the first sending module is used for sending first information to a server, wherein the first information comprises user information related to the terminal equipment;
the receiving response module is used for displaying an epidemic questionnaire survey interface under the condition of receiving the epidemic questionnaire survey information sent by the server; or, when second information sent by the server is received, the traffic prompt information is output based on the second information.
11. An electronic device comprising a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the computer program, when executed by the processor, implementing the steps in the questionnaire survey method of any of claims 1 to 5, or implementing the steps in the questionnaire survey method of any of claims 6 to 8.

A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium has stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps in the questionnaire survey method of any of claims 1 to 5, or implements the steps in the questionnaire survey method of any of claims 6 to 8.
