一种混杂纤维复合材料钻杆
技术领域
本发明属于钻杆技术领域,涉及一种混杂纤维复合材料钻杆,具体涉及一种碳纤维混杂多种不同类型纤维,通过缠绕以及多维编织纤维增强结构的热固性树脂基复合材料钻杆。
背景技术
这里的陈述仅提供与本发明相关的背景技术,而不必然地构成现有技术。
21世纪以来,我国已经成功迈入工业化国家行列。随着对资源需求量不断加大,浅地层资源逐渐枯竭,向地球深部寻找更多资源成为了全球工业发展的趋势。深部勘探面临着高强度、高腐蚀等复杂的工况条件,由此给勘探设备和技术提出更高的要求,尤其是需要适应该种工况条件的高性能钻杆。
目前应用广泛的钻杆类型有:钢钻杆、铝合金钻杆、抗硫钻杆、钛合金钻杆、碳纤维复合材料钻杆等。钢钻杆具有较高的屈服强度和极限强度,耐磨性好和抗腐蚀性强,但是其密度大,单位长度重量大,比强度较小。铝合金钻杆相对于常规钢性钻杆对钻机载荷的要求较低,钻深能力更强,起下钻的能耗更小,速度更快,抗腐蚀能力较强,但抵抗弯曲力较弱,铝合金钻杆材料强度随温度的升高而降低,材料屈服强度和抗拉强度相对于室温明显下降。抗硫钻杆由于材料具有高强度、高硬度,对腐蚀环境具有较强敏感性,易发生腐蚀,所以对抗硫钻杆材料的强度具有很大限制。钛合金钻杆质量轻,具有高耐腐蚀性和抗疲劳特性,但成本高,市场有限。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种混杂纤维复合材料钻杆,该钻杆具有质量轻、较强的刚性、耐冲击性、耐摩擦性、高强度质量比、抗腐蚀性强、疲劳强度高以及钻杆无磁性等优点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:
第一方面,本发明提供了一种混杂纤维复合材料钻杆,包括内部刚性层、中间强度层、中间抗扭层和表面耐磨层,其中,
内部刚性层为混杂碳纤维多维编织结构与热固性树脂基体复合而成;
中间强度层,贴合于内部刚性层外壁设置,为二维平面编织结构与热固性树脂基体复合而成;
中间抗扭层,为高强度碳纤维环向缠绕结构与热固性树脂基体复合而成,设置于中间强度层的外侧;
表面耐磨层,为高强度碳纤维二维平面编织叠层结构与热固性树脂基体复合而成,设置于中间抗扭层的外侧。
该钻杆为通过缠绕以及多维编织纤维增强结构的热固性树脂基复合材料钻杆。
内部刚性层为混杂碳纤维多维编织结构与热固性树脂基体复合而成,混杂碳纤维具有较强的力学性能,混杂碳纤维多维编织结构与热固性树脂基体的复合结构具有较强的力学性能,具有较强的刚性。中间强度层中的二维平面编织叠层结构中部分采用高韧性纤维和高强纤维,既可以获得较高的韧性,又具有较高的强度,赋予钻杆较高的强度,有利于提高钻杆的耐冲击性能。
中间抗扭层为高强度碳纤维环向缠绕结构与热固性树脂基体复合而成,高强碳纤维环向缠绕,可以有效提高钻杆的周向抗拉强度,进而可以有效提高钻杆的抗扭能力。
综上,该钻杆采用多层结构设计组合,提高钻杆杆体的刚性、耐冲击性、耐摩擦以及耐腐蚀性。该复合材料钻杆可降低自重,提高复合材料杆体在地下深井工况条件下的综合力学性能,保证钻探工作的装备使用稳定性和使用寿命。
在一些实施例中,混杂纤维复合材料钻杆的两端还设置有金属端头,钻杆与金属端头通过螺纹连接。
杆体的两端通过螺纹将复合材料杆体自身与金属端头进行胶接连接,钻杆的金属端头保证复合材料钻杆之间的连续长度连接,提高大长度钻杆的连续稳定性,以适应不同钻探深度的大长度钻杆需求。
进一步的,所述金属端头的螺纹底部设置有粘结腔,粘结腔内灌注有树脂粘合剂。
更进一步的,所述树脂粘合剂选自有机硅、丙烯酸、ABS和环氧树脂中的一种。
再进一步的,所述粘结腔的至少一个区域向金属端头的内部延伸。
钻杆本体与金属端头之间通过螺纹连接,钻杆本体的端部与金属端头内部通过树脂粘合剂粘结,在螺纹连接与树脂粘合剂粘结的双重作用下,可以实现钻杆本体与金属端头的牢固连接。
粘结腔的至少一个区域向金属端头的内部延伸,使得粘结剂可以向金属端头内部填充,进一步提高对钻杆本体粘结强度。
在一些实施例中,混杂碳纤维为高强度碳纤维与高模量碳纤维的混杂碳纤维。
进一步的,所述高强度碳纤维选自T300、T700、T800或T1000。
进一步的,所述高模量碳纤维选自M40、M55或M60。
进一步的,混杂碳纤维采用三维四向、三维五向、三维六向、三维七向的编织结构。
进一步的,内部刚性层的厚度为2-4mm。

2.采用金属接头连接钻杆杆体两端,有效保证钻杆的之间的稳定连接以适应不同钻探深度的大长度钻杆需求。
3.采用碳纤维混杂多种不同类型纤维,两种纤维匹配,有效增强复合材料性能。

实施例1
内部刚性层采用T700高强度碳纤维与M40高模量碳纤维混杂,二者混杂比例为1:1,采用三维四向编织结构进行编织,脲醛树脂进行复合,总体厚度为3mm。中间强度层采用T700高强度碳纤维与芳纶纤维1:1混杂编织,采用二维平纹编织结构,脲醛树脂进行复合,总体厚度为2.5mm。中间抗扭层采用T800碳纤维以30度环向缠绕角进行缠绕,配合脲醛树脂浸渍复合,总体厚度为2mm。表面耐磨层采用T1000高强度碳纤维进行二维平纹编织,采用芳纶纤维在二维编织叠层结构进行纵向穿刺,二者比例为5:1。表面耐磨层基体树脂选择脲醛树脂,内部刚性填料采用5nm二氧化硅超细粉粒,二者比例为9:1,最终表面耐磨层厚度为4mm。
上述四个叠层组合部分总体树脂基体含量为50%,复合材料钻杆的杆体厚度为11.5mm。

实施例2
内部刚性层采用T800高强度碳纤维与M55高模量碳纤维混杂,二者混杂比例为2:1,采用三维五向编织结构进行编织,不饱和聚酯树脂进行复合,总体厚度为3mm。中间强度层采用T800高强度碳纤维与超高分子量聚乙烯纤维2:1混杂编织,采用二维斜纹编织结构,不饱和聚酯树脂进行复合,总体厚度为2mm。中间抗扭层采用T700碳纤维以20度环向缠绕角进行缠绕,配合不饱和聚酯树脂浸渍复合,总体厚度为2mm。表面耐磨层采用T800高强度碳纤维进行二维斜纹编织,采用玻璃纤维在二维编织叠层结构进行纵向穿刺,二者比例为6:1。表面耐磨层基体树脂选择不饱和聚酯树脂,内部刚性填料采用6nm碳化硼超细粉粒,二者比例为8:1,最终表面耐磨层厚度3mm。
上述四个叠层组合部分总体树脂基体含量为55%,复合材料钻杆的杆体厚度为10mm。

内部刚性层采用T300高强度碳纤维与M60高模量碳纤维混杂,二者混杂比例为1:2,采用三维五向编织结构进行编织,环氧树脂进行复合,总体厚度为2mm。中间强度层采用T700高强度碳纤维与超高分子量聚乙烯纤维1:1混杂编织,采用二维缎纹编织结构,环氧树脂进行复合,总体厚度为2mm。中间抗扭层采用T800碳纤维以15度环向缠绕角进行缠绕,配合环氧树脂浸渍复合,总体厚度为2mm。表面耐磨层采用T1000高强度碳纤维进行二维平纹编织,采用陶瓷纤维在二维编织叠层结构进行纵向穿刺,二者比例为9:1。表面耐磨层基体树脂选择环氧树脂,内部刚性填料采用7nm碳化硅超细粉粒,二者比例为10:1,最终表面耐磨层厚度2mm。
上述四个叠层组合部分总体树脂基体含量为45%,复合材料钻杆的杆体厚度为8mm。

内部刚性层采用T1000高强度碳纤维与M55高模量碳纤维混杂,二者混杂比例为3:2,采用三维六向编织结构进行编织,酚醛树脂进行复合,总体厚度为2mm。中间强度层采用T800高强度碳纤维与芳纶纤维3:1混杂编织,采用二维斜纹编织结构,酚醛树脂进行复合,总体厚度为2mm。中间抗扭层采用T700碳纤维以10度环向缠绕角进行缠绕,配合酚醛树脂浸渍复合,总体厚度为2mm。表面耐磨层采用T1000高强度碳纤维进行二维平纹编织,采用玻璃纤维在二维编织叠层结构进行纵向穿刺,二者比例为9:1。表面耐磨层基体树脂选择酚醛树脂,内部刚性填料采用5nm二氧化硅超细粉粒,二者比例为9:1,最终表面耐磨层厚度3mm。
上述四个叠层组合部分总体树脂基体含量为50%,复合材料钻杆的杆体厚度为9mm。

Claims (21)

1.一种混杂纤维复合材料钻杆,其特征在于:包括内部刚性层、中间强度层、中间抗扭层和表面耐磨层,其中,
内部刚性层为混杂碳纤维多维编织结构与热固性树脂基体复合而成,混杂碳纤维为高强度碳纤维与高模量碳纤维的混杂碳纤维;
中间强度层,贴合于内部刚性层外壁设置,为二维平面编织结构与热固性树脂基体复合而成,中间强度层的二维平面编织结构采用高强度碳纤维与高韧性碳纤维混合编织而成;
中间抗扭层,为高强度碳纤维环向缠绕结构与热固性树脂基体复合而成,设置于中间强度层的外侧;
表面耐磨层,为高强度碳纤维二维平面编织叠层结构与热固性树脂基体复合而成,设置于中间抗扭层的外侧;表面耐磨层的热固性树脂基体中填充有刚性填料;所述刚性填料选自二氧化硅、碳化硼、碳化硅或氮化硼,刚性填料的粒径为1-10nm,填充比例为5-15%,所述填充比例是指刚性填料占表面耐磨层树脂基体的质量百分数;表面耐磨层的二维平面编织叠层结构之间采用纵向穿刺纤维缝合;
混杂纤维复合材料钻杆的两端还设置有金属端头,钻杆与金属端头通过螺纹连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混杂纤维复合材料钻杆,其特征在于:所述金属端头的螺纹底部设置有粘结腔,粘结腔内灌注有树脂粘合剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的混杂纤维复合材料钻杆,其特征在于:所述树脂粘合剂选自有机硅、丙烯酸、ABS和环氧树脂中的一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的混杂纤维复合材料钻杆,其特征在于:所述粘结腔的至少一个区域向金属端头的内部延伸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的混杂纤维复合材料钻杆,其特征在于:内部刚性层的所述高强度碳纤维选自T300、T700、T800或T1000。
6.根据权利要求1所述的混杂纤维复合材料钻杆,其特征在于:内部刚性层的所述高模量碳纤维选自M40、M55或M60。
7.根据权利要求1所述的混杂纤维复合材料钻杆,其特征在于:混杂碳纤维采用三维四向、三维五向、三维六向或三维七向的编织结构。
8.根据权利要求1所述的混杂纤维复合材料钻杆,其特征在于:内部刚性层的厚度为2-4mm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的混杂纤维复合材料钻杆,其特征在于:中间强度层的高强度碳纤维选自T300、T700、T800或T1000。
10.根据权利要求1所述的混杂纤维复合材料钻杆,其特征在于:中间强度层的高韧性碳纤维选自芳纶纤维或超高分子量聚乙烯纤维。
11.根据权利要求1所述的混杂纤维复合材料钻杆,其特征在于:中间强度层的二维平面编织结构选自平纹、斜纹或缎纹编织结构。
12.根据权利要求1所述的混杂纤维复合材料钻杆,其特征在于:中间强度层的厚度为1-3mm。
13.根据权利要求1所述的混杂纤维复合材料钻杆,其特征在于:中间抗扭层中,碳纤维环向缠绕角为5°-30°。
14.根据权利要求1所述的混杂纤维复合材料钻杆,其特征在于:中间抗扭层的厚度为1-3mm。
15.根据权利要求1所述的混杂纤维复合材料钻杆,其特征在于:表面耐磨层的高强度碳纤维选自T300、T700、T800或T1000。
16.根据权利要求1所述的混杂纤维复合材料钻杆,其特征在于:纵向穿刺纤维选自芳纶纤维、玻璃纤维或陶瓷纤维。
17.根据权利要求1所述的混杂纤维复合材料钻杆,其特征在于:纵向穿刺纤维用量占表面耐磨层纤维总量的5%-20%。
18.根据权利要求1所述的混杂纤维复合材料钻杆,其特征在于:表面耐磨层的二维平面编织结构选自平纹、斜纹或缎纹编织结构。
19.根据权利要求1所述的混杂纤维复合材料钻杆,其特征在于:表面耐磨层的厚度为1-5mm。
20.根据权利要求1所述的混杂纤维复合材料钻杆,其特征在于:混杂纤维复合材料钻杆中总体树脂的含量为40%-60%。
21.根据权利要求1所述的混杂纤维复合材料钻杆,其特征在于:混杂纤维复合材料钻杆的直径为5-15mm。
