Abstract
本发明公开了一种茶垢清洁剂,属于清洁剂技术领域。且所述茶垢清洁剂包括以下重量份原料:20‑40份三聚磷酸钠、10‑20份碳酸氢钠、7.5‑12.5份螯合剂、15‑21份润湿剂、5.5‑10.5份表面活性剂、8‑12份氧化剂、2.5‑5.5份助剂。且所述助剂具有硅氧结构和季铵盐结构,通过硅氧结构之间易形成氢键作用,使得清洗液在茶垢表面形成清洁膜,提高清洁作用,而且,硅氧结构具有表面活性剂的作用,与其他表面活性剂协同发挥对茶垢的渗透作用,进一步提高清洁作用;通过季铵盐结构,与抗氧化剂协同发挥对细菌进行杀活作用;且所述清洁剂中不含强酸强碱,腐蚀性低,不伤手。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于清洁剂技术领域,具体地,涉及一种茶垢清洁剂。
背景技术
人民自古以来就有饮茶的习惯,茶中含有茶碱,茶具使用时间长以后,茶碱很容易附着在茶具表面,附着茶垢难以清除,不可避免地滋生大量的细菌,这些物质通过一般的洗涤均很难除去,它不但污染茶具影响美观,而且不太卫生,影响茶的口感。
目前,常用茶垢清洗剂一般采用无机酸、有机酸、无机碱等化学试剂复配制成,通过清洁剂的酸碱性与茶碱反应,来达到茶碱的清洁,该种方法易造成茶具的腐蚀和损害,减小茶具的使用寿命,此外,该种清洗剂对清洗者的手部伤害较大。因此,一种温和不伤手且对茶具腐蚀性低且清洗能力强的茶垢清洗剂是十分有必要的。
如中国专利CN111778115A公开的一种清洁剂及其制备方法,该种清洁剂的原料包括,按重量份计,表面活性剂35-53份、盐助剂3-7份、清洁助剂3-6份、柠檬酸2-5份、水补充重量至100份。所述盐助剂为三聚磷酸钠、硅酸钠、碳酸钠、苯甲酸钠的混合物,所述清洁助剂为瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵和/或改性瓜尔胶。该发明通过多种表面活性剂、盐助剂、清洁助剂、柠檬酸之间的协同作用达到清洁的目的,避免大量无机酸的使用,降低清洁剂的腐蚀能力。但是,该发明的清洗能力主要是通过柠檬酸来表达,表面活性剂、盐助剂、清洁助剂均为辅助清洁效果,其清洁能力有待提升。
因此,本发明提供了一种不伤手、腐蚀性低且清洁能力强的茶垢清洗剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种茶垢清洗剂。
本发明要解决的技术问题:解决现有茶垢清洗剂腐蚀性强的问题。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种茶垢清洗剂为粉末状,包括以下重量份原料:20-40份三聚磷酸钠、10-20份碳酸氢钠、7.5-12.5份螯合剂、15-21份润湿剂、5.5-10.5份表面活性剂、8-12份氧化剂、2.5-5.5份助剂。
进一步地,所述螯合剂为EDTA、EDTA二钠盐、EDTA四钠盐中的一种或几种的任意比混合物,利用EDTA或其钠盐与茶垢中的钙离子、镁离子等金属离子形成络合物,促进茶垢的分解,提高清洗剂的去污能力。
进一步地,所述润湿剂为偏硅酸,利用偏硅酸对茶垢进行软化。
进一步地,所述表面活性剂为固体表面活性剂,如十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基磷酸酯钾盐中的一种或任意比混合。
进一步地,所述氧化剂为过碳酸钠,优选地为包膜的过碳酸钠。
进一步地,所述助剂通过以下步骤制成:
A1、将季戊四醇、氯乙酸和甲苯混合后,加入对甲苯磺酸,加热回流反应12h,停止反应,加入甲苯和NaOH溶液碱洗,分液,然后油相水洗至中性,再次分液,使用无水硫酸镁干燥溶液,后经减压蒸馏,得季戊四醇氯乙酸酯,其中,季戊四醇、氯乙酸的摩尔比为1:4.5-5;
季戊四醇氯乙酸酯的分子结构式如下所示:
在A1反应中,利用了季戊四醇的醇羟基和氯乙酸的羧基反应,得季戊四醇氯乙酸酯;
A2、将氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷和无水乙酸乙酯混合均匀后,然后加入缩水甘油基三甲基氯化铵,用氢氧化钠调节溶液的pH值为10.5,控制反应条件为48℃,搅拌反应30-80min,停止反应,用盐酸调节溶液至中性,加入丙酮沉淀分离,沉淀产物用乙醇溶解洗涤,再次用丙酮沉淀分离,真空干燥,得季铵化硅氧烷,其中,氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、乙酸乙酯、缩水甘油基三甲基氯化铵的用量比为0.12-0.13mol:20-50mL:0.1mol;
季铵化硅氧烷的分子结构式如下所示:
在A2反应中,利用氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷中的端氨基和缩水甘油基三甲基氯化铵中的环氧基反应,在氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷氨基端处引入季铵盐;且控制氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷的物质的量为缩水甘油基三甲基氯化铵物质的量的1倍多,防止环氧基过剩与反应后的仲氨基继续反应,保证获得产物中为仲氨基;
A3、将季戊四醇氯乙酸酯、季铵化硅氧烷和正丁醇混合后,加入碳酸钾,加热回流反应5h,然后停止反应,降至室温,加入盐酸调节pH为7,无水硫酸镁干燥,旋蒸,真空干燥,研磨过60-100目筛,得助剂,其中,季戊四醇氯乙酸酯、季铵化硅氧烷、碳酸钾的摩尔比为1:5-5.2:5.5-6。
在A3反应中,利用季戊四醇氯乙酸酯中的氯和季铵化硅氧烷中的仲氨基的取代反应,获得树状结构的助剂,该助剂的分子结构式如下所示,具有季铵盐和硅氧烷的结构,因而,具有优异的杀菌性能和表面活性性能。
一种茶垢清洗剂,通过以下方法制成:将三聚磷酸钠、碳酸氢钠、螯合剂、润湿剂、表面活性剂、氧化剂、助剂投入混合机中,开启混合机,混合时间20-30min,获得茶垢清洗剂。
应用时,本发明制备的茶垢清洗剂按3%的重量比溶于热水稀释成清洗液,用该清洗液清洗茶具的茶垢即可。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供的茶垢清洗剂的原料中不含大量有机酸碱或无机酸碱,腐蚀性小,使用时,不伤手;
本发明提供的茶垢清洗剂中通过三聚磷酸钠、碳酸氢钠、螯合剂、润湿剂、表面活性剂、氧化剂、助剂的科学配伍,协调发挥优异的去茶垢能力,且对茶具腐蚀性小,解释为:利用润湿剂、碳酸氢钠对茶垢进行软化,利用氧化剂对茶垢进行氧化分解,利用三聚磷酸钠、螯合剂与茶垢中的钙离子、镁离子等金属离子形成络合物,加快茶垢的分解,尤其地,通过助剂的硅氧结构之间易形成氢键作用,使得清洗液在茶垢表面形成清洁膜,延长其他成分与茶垢的接触时间,而且,硅氧结构具有表面活性剂的作用,与表面活性剂(十二烷基苯磺酸钠和或十二烷基磷酸酯钾盐)协同发挥对茶垢的渗透作用,提高其他成分对茶垢的清洁作用;通过助剂的季铵盐结构,与抗氧化剂协同发挥对茶垢滋生的细菌进行杀活作用;且所述助剂中含有氮原子,其对金属原子具有络合作用,当茶具为金属制成时,在清洁过程中,在氧化剂和或酸碱的作用下,茶具表面易形成一层金属离子,此时该助剂与金属离子通过络合作用力连接,进而在茶具表面形成一层薄膜,避免氧化剂和或酸碱直接与金属接触,从而降低这些物质对金属的伤害,最终达到减小清洗剂对茶具的腐蚀和损害;
综上所述本发明提供的清洁剂腐蚀性低,不伤手,清洗能力强,对茶具损害小。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
制备助剂:
A1、将0.1mol季戊四醇、0.45mol氯乙酸和60mL甲苯混合后,加入对0.45g甲苯磺酸,加热回流反应12h,停止反应,加入20mL甲苯和20mL0.1M NaOH溶液碱洗,分液,然后油相水洗至中性,再次分液,使用无水硫酸镁干燥溶液,后经减压蒸馏,得季戊四醇氯乙酸酯;
A2、将0.12mol氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷和20mL无水乙酸乙酯混合均匀后,然后加入0.1mol缩水甘油基三甲基氯化铵,用0.1M氢氧化钠调节溶液的pH值为10.5,控制反应条件为48℃,搅拌反应30min,停止反应,用盐酸调节溶液至中性,加入丙酮沉淀分离,沉淀产物用乙醇溶解洗涤,再次用丙酮沉淀分离,真空干燥,得季铵化硅氧烷;
A3、将0.1mol季戊四醇氯乙酸酯、0.5mol季铵化硅氧烷和正丁醇混合后,加入0.55mol碳酸钾,加热回流反应5h,然后停止反应,降至室温,加入盐酸调节pH为7,无水硫酸镁干燥,旋蒸,真空干燥,研磨过60目筛,得助剂。
实施例2
A1、将0.1mol季戊四醇、0.5mol氯乙酸和60mL甲苯混合后,加入对0.51g甲苯磺酸,加热回流反应12h,停止反应,加入20mL甲苯和20mL0.1M NaOH溶液碱洗,分液,然后油相水洗至中性,再次分液,使用无水硫酸镁干燥溶液,后经减压蒸馏,得季戊四醇氯乙酸酯;
A2、将0.13mol氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷和50mL无水乙酸乙酯混合均匀后,然后加入0.1mol缩水甘油基三甲基氯化铵,用0.1M氢氧化钠调节溶液的pH值为10.5,控制反应条件为48℃,搅拌反应80min,停止反应,用盐酸调节溶液至中性,加入丙酮沉淀分离,沉淀产物用乙醇溶解洗涤,再次用丙酮沉淀分离,真空干燥,得季铵化硅氧烷;
A3、将0.1mol季戊四醇氯乙酸酯、0.52mol季铵化硅氧烷和正丁醇混合后,加入0.6mol碳酸钾,加热回流反应5h,然后停止反应,降至室温,加入盐酸调节pH为7,无水硫酸镁干燥,旋蒸,真空干燥,研磨过100目筛,得助剂。
实施例3
制备茶垢清洗剂:
步骤一、原料准备:20g三聚磷酸钠、10g碳酸氢钠、7.5g螯合剂、15g偏硅酸、5.5g十二烷基苯磺酸钠、8g包膜的过碳酸钠、2.5g实施例1制备的助剂,螯合剂为EDTA;
步骤二、混合:将三聚磷酸钠、碳酸氢钠、螯合剂、偏硅酸、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、包膜的过碳酸钠、助剂投入混合机中,开启混合机,混合时间20min,获得茶垢清洗剂。
实施例4
制备茶垢清洗剂:
步骤一、原料准备:35g三聚磷酸钠、18g碳酸氢钠、10g螯合剂、18g偏硅酸、6g十二烷基磷酸酯钾盐、10g包膜的过碳酸钠、3g实施例1制备的助剂,螯合剂为EDTA、EDTA二钠盐质量比为1:1混合形成;
步骤二、混合:将三聚磷酸钠、碳酸氢钠、螯合剂、偏硅酸、十二烷基磷酸酯钾盐、包膜的过碳酸钠、助剂投入混合机中,开启混合机,混合时间25min,获得茶垢清洗剂。
实施例5
制备茶垢清洗剂:
步骤一、原料准备:40g三聚磷酸钠、20g碳酸氢钠、12.5g螯合剂、21g偏硅酸、10.5g十二烷基苯磺酸钠、12g包膜的过碳酸钠、5.5g实施例1制备的助剂,螯合剂为EDTA、EDTA二钠盐、EDTA四钠盐按照质量比为0.7:1.2:0.4混合组成;
步骤二、混合:将三聚磷酸钠、碳酸氢钠、螯合剂、偏硅酸、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、包膜的过碳酸钠、助剂投入混合机中,开启混合机,混合时间30min,获得茶垢清洗剂。
对比例1
制备茶垢清洗剂:
步骤一、原料准备:20g三聚磷酸钠、10g碳酸氢钠、7.5g螯合剂、15g偏硅酸、8g包膜的过碳酸钠、2.5g实施例1制备的助剂,螯合剂为EDTA;
步骤二、混合:将螯合剂、偏硅酸、包膜的过碳酸钠、助剂投入混合机中,开启混合机,混合时间20min,获得茶垢清洗剂。
对比例2:
制备茶垢清洗剂:
步骤一、原料准备:35g三聚磷酸钠、18g碳酸氢钠、10g螯合剂、18g偏硅酸、6g十二烷基磷酸酯钾盐、3g实施例1制备的助剂,螯合剂为EDTA、EDTA二钠盐质量比为1:1混合形成;
步骤二、混合:将三聚磷酸钠、碳酸氢钠、螯合剂、偏硅酸、十二烷基磷酸酯钾盐、助剂投入混合机中,开启混合机,混合时间25min,获得茶垢清洗剂。
对比例3
制备茶垢清洗剂:
步骤一、原料准备:40g三聚磷酸钠、20g碳酸氢钠、12.5g螯合剂、21g偏硅酸、10.5g十二烷基苯磺酸钠、12g包膜的过碳酸钠,螯合剂为EDTA、EDTA二钠盐、EDTA四钠盐按照质量比为0.7:1.2:0.4混合组成;
步骤二、混合:将三聚磷酸钠、碳酸氢钠、螯合剂、偏硅酸、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、包膜的过碳酸钠投入混合机中,开启混合机,混合时间20-30min,获得茶垢清洗剂。
实施例6
陶瓷茶杯、玻璃茶杯、铜制茶杯、铁制茶杯的清洗实验中:
一、将实施例3-5和对比例1-3获得的茶垢清洗剂按3%的重量比溶于35℃热水稀释成清洗液。然后将上述茶杯放置于清洗液中浸泡一段时间,每个5min取出,抹布擦除茶垢,直至茶垢完全清楚,记录浸泡时间,每种茶杯准备24只,共96只,分成6组,每组各16只(16只为4种类茶杯,同种类的茶杯为4只),每只茶杯上茶垢的厚度相近,记录时间取平均值,测试结果如表1所示;
二、将铜制茶杯和铁制茶杯(每种茶杯准备20只(共40只),分成5组,每组各4只)应用以下实验:实施例3-5和对比例3获得的茶垢清洗剂按3%的重量比溶于35℃热水稀释成清洗液,将铜制茶杯和铁制茶分别浸泡于上述清洗液和空白清水中2天,观察杯表面腐蚀情况,测试结果如表2所示。

从上述数据中,可以看出实施例3-5获得的清洗剂的清洗效果优于对比例1-3获得的清洗剂的效果。

Claims (8)
1.一种茶垢清洗剂,其特征在于:包括以下重量份原料:20-40份三聚磷酸钠、10-20份碳酸氢钠、7.5-12.5份螯合剂、15-21份润湿剂、5.5-10.5份表面活性剂、8-12份氧化剂、2.5-5.5份助剂;
所述助剂通过以下方法制成:
将季戊四醇氯乙酸酯、季铵化硅氧烷和正丁醇混合后,加入碳酸钾,加热回流反应5h,然后停止反应,降至室温,加入盐酸调节pH为7,无水硫酸镁干燥,旋蒸,真空干燥,研磨过60-100目筛,得助剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种茶垢清洗剂,其特征在于:所述季戊四醇氯乙酸酯、季铵化硅氧烷、碳酸钾的摩尔比为1:5-5.2:5.5-6。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种茶垢清洗剂,其特征在于:所述螯合剂为EDTA、EDTA二钠盐、EDTA四钠盐中的一种或几种的任意比混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种茶垢清洗剂,其特征在于:所述润湿剂为偏硅酸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种茶垢清洗剂,其特征在于:所述季戊四醇氯乙酸酯通过以下方法制成:
将季戊四醇、氯乙酸和甲苯混合后,加入对甲苯磺酸,加热回流反应12h,经后处理,得季戊四醇氯乙酸酯。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种茶垢清洗剂,其特征在于:所述季戊四醇、氯乙酸的摩尔比为1:4.5-5。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种茶垢清洗剂,其特征在于:所述季铵化硅氧烷通过以下方法制成:
将氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷和无水乙酸乙酯混合均匀后,然后加入缩水甘油基三甲基氯化铵,调节溶液的pH值为10.5,加热至48℃,搅拌反应30-80min,经后处理,得季铵化硅氧烷。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种茶垢清洗剂,其特征在于:所述氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、乙酸乙酯、缩水甘油基三甲基氯化铵的用量比为0.12-0.13mol:20-50mL:0.1mol。
