Background
The laser cutting machine is widely applied in the plate production industry, and in the production process of sheet metal cutting parts, the management of the types and quantity of the cut sheet metal parts is time-consuming and labor-consuming. s3, the control assembly predicts the position of the workpiece according to the position information and controls the code pasting unit to move to a preset conveying position of the workpiece to carry out code pasting operation;
and S4, scanning the identification code of the workpiece by the code reading unit to obtain an identification mark, and sending the information of the workpiece subjected to code pasting operation to an industrial personal computer for recording.
In the embodiment of the invention, the part identification component is used for comparing the typesetting drawing processed by the laser cutting machine with the established material part library and identifying the material information of the workpiece parts. Further, the control component generates a material identification code according to the material information. Through the technical scheme, the shapes of the parts are recognized and the parts are positioned on the whole plate before the process of laser cutting of the metal plate, and the parts are marked with different marks respectively.
Specifically, the information of the exclusive two-dimensional code of each plate part is obtained by comparing the part in the plate layout during actual production with the library part, and the comparison process can be roughly divided into the following steps:
1) Reading parts in the layout drawing, and completely loading the parts into List < Element > Elements in a part set;
2) Traversing the parts in the part set in sequence;
3) Searching parts with the same shape in the library part set every traversal, and if the parts are the same, giving the ID values of the same library parts to the machined parts;
4) Extracting corresponding information such as serial numbers, process parameters and the like from a database by all the machined parts according to the ID values to generate an Excel table;
5) And the automatic code pasting machine pastes the two-dimensional code according to the information in the Excel table.
The control component is a PLC, after a user debugs a control program, the program is written into a PLC memory through a programmer, meanwhile, a field input signal is connected to the input end of the input module, the controlled execution element is connected to the output end of the output module, then, the PLC working mode is selected as a running working mode, and the code pasting unit is controlled to move to a preset conveying position of a workpiece to perform code pasting operation.
In the actual code pasting process, the coordinate of the laser head which needs to be moved to a certain position is the coordinate of the machine tool coordinate system, so that the coordinate of the workpiece coordinate system needs to be converted into the coordinate of the machine tool coordinate system. Before the coordinate system conversion is performed, the position of the workpiece in the machine tool coordinate system needs to be determined, and in the embodiment, the lower left corner of the plate (i.e., the intersection of the long side and the short side) is selected as the coordinate conversion bridge.
In the embodiment of the invention, a laser edge finding method is selected to obtain the coordinate of the end point of the lower left corner of the plate in a machine tool coordinate system, the end point is the intersection point of the long edge and the short edge of the plate, in order to obtain the intersection point, firstly, a straight line equation of the two edges is obtained, the straight line equation of the two edges is determined by a three-point method, and the principle of the three-point method is as follows:
firstly, selecting two points as far as possible on a long edge, and calculating a linear equation of the long edge;
after obtaining the straight-line equation of the long side, since the short side is perpendicular to the long side, the slope of the straight-line equation of the short side can be known (the slope of the straight-line of the short side is the negative reciprocal of the slope of the straight-line of the long side);
then selecting a point on the short edge, and naturally obtaining a linear equation of the short edge according to the point on the straight line and the slope of the point;
and solving the intersection point of the long-side linear equation and the short-side linear equation to obtain the coordinate value of the lower left corner endpoint of the plate in the machine tool coordinate system.
The laser edge searching method is used for acquiring two points on the long edge and one point on the short edge, the automatic flow of the laser edge searching is mainly controlled by a PLC program, and an upper computer program is matched with a lower computer program to complete the circular action.
Furthermore, the code pasting unit is an automatic code pasting machine, and the height of the automatic code pasting machine is adjusted according to the thickness of the workpiece.
In addition, the system also comprises a code scanning unit which is used for detecting the abnormal code pasting operation after the code pasting operation is finished; if the pasting code is detected to be abnormal, the code scanning unit sends out an alarm signal, the bar code printer starts to work, and a new identification code is pasted on the workpiece through the pasting code unit; if no abnormity exists, the conveying belt conveys the workpiece away and enters the code reading unit. On the other hand, a plate part identification and code pasting system is provided, as shown in fig. 2, and comprises a part identification component, a positioning component, a control component and a code reading component; the part identification component is used for identifying the type of the plate part and transmitting an identification result to the control component; the positioning assembly is used for acquiring the position information of the workpiece and transmitting the position information to the control assembly; the control assembly is used for distributing different identification codes to different parts according to the identification result and controlling the code pasting unit to move to a preset conveying position of the workpiece to carry out code pasting operation; and the code reading assembly is used for scanning the identification code of the workpiece to obtain an identification mark and sending the information of the workpiece subjected to code pasting operation to the industrial personal computer for recording.
