Background
In the general sandwich board production process, the metal-surface polyurethane or rock wool sandwich board can be manufactured by only one continuous production line with double tracks. The same is true for equipment at home and abroad. The product is as follows: the surface material is a metal plate (color steel and stainless steel type aluminum plate), the core material is polyurethane hard foam or rock wool, and the surface material is generally used for heat preservation of a cold storage and an outer wall of an industrial factory building.
Because polyurethane rigid foam belongs to an organic material, the polyurethane rigid foam can burn, has poor fireproof performance, and can more effectively prevent fire and meet the requirements of national building design fireproof standards. We define this plate shape as: special metal surface fireproof heat-insulating composite board. The structure is as follows: metal surface + rock wool board/plasterboard + polyurethane rigid foam + rock wool board/plasterboard + metal surface.
The plate type of the structure is that the inner wall of the metal surface of the common sandwich plate is re-adhered with the rock wool plate or the gypsum plate as the fireproof layer of the core material PU, so that the production process difficulty is increased, the production cannot be carried out on the common sandwich plate continuous production line, but the products of the structure are not produced at home and abroad, and meanwhile, no equipment can produce the products at home and abroad, so that the products are not introduced into the market all the time.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems that: in order to solve the problem of fire prevention and heat preservation of a wall body, the invention provides a production line and a process of a double-track serial special fire-proof composite board, which are provided with two double tracks, wherein the integral structure of a first double track and a second double track is serial, and the production line and the process realize that a layer of rock wool board or fire-proof gypsum board is re-adhered between a metal surface and core material polyurethane, thereby effectively solving the problems in the prior art.

the double-track serial special fireproof composite board production line comprises an upper forming machine, a lower forming machine, a first conveying mechanism, a first preheating room, a foaming room/glue spraying room, a first double-track, a flat cutting machine, a gypsum board/rock wool board conveying mechanism, a second preheating room, a second foaming room and a second double-track, wherein the first double-track and the second double-track are in serial connection on the whole structure.
A production process for manufacturing a composite board by a double-track serial special fireproof composite board production line, wherein a fireproof layer of the composite board adopts a gypsum board, a first conveying mechanism is a first gypsum board conveying mechanism, a glue spraying room is arranged behind a first preheating room,
(1) On a tandem sandwich board production line, two double gypsum boards which are stacked together in the same size are sent into the first gypsum board conveying mechanism and conveyed to a glue spraying room, an upper steel plate and a lower steel plate are still uncoiled according to a subsequent mode and conveyed to the glue spraying room,
(2) Starting a glue spraying system, wherein a lower glue spraying rod is arranged to spray glue on the inner surface of a lower steel plate, an upper glue spraying rod is arranged to spray glue on the upper surface of the gypsum boards stacked together, when the upper steel plate, the lower steel plate and the double gypsum boards are conveyed to the first double-track inlet, the upper steel plate is adhered with the upper surface of the double gypsum boards and is hot-pressed together through the double tracks, the inner surface of the lower steel plate is adhered with the lower surface of the double gypsum boards and is hot-pressed through the first double tracks,
(3) When the first double-track opening is formed, the upper steel plate and the gypsum board on the double-gypsum board are adhered together through the flat cutting machine to form a whole, an upper conveying roller way is arranged, the lower steel plate and the lower part of the double-gypsum board are adhered together to form a whole, the lower conveying roller way is arranged, and the lower conveying roller way is conveyed to the second foaming room at the same time, polyurethane is sprayed by the foaming machine to foam, and after the second double-track hot pressing and thermalization, the metal-surface double-gypsum board PIR fireproof plate is manufactured.
A production process for manufacturing composite boards by a double-track serial special fireproof composite board production line, wherein a fireproof layer of the composite board adopts a rock wool board, a first conveying mechanism is a rock wool conveying mechanism, a foaming room is arranged behind a first preheating room, a rock wool sandwich board is firstly manufactured at a first double-track position, an upper metal surface and a lower metal surface are separated into two parts by sectioning after the first double-track is discharged, and then the two parts are conveyed to a second double-track for foaming.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the invention provides a production process of a double-track tandem type special fireproof composite board, which is provided with two double tracks, and the integral structure of a first double track and a second double track is in tandem type.

The invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The drawings are simplified schematic representations which merely illustrate the basic structure of the invention and therefore show only the structures which are relevant to the invention.
Because the diagram is oversized, the double gypsum board production line is split into fig. 3 and 4 to form an integral production line (the joint is a flat cutter) for the sake of clarity of expression; the double-layer rock wool production line is split into fig. 1 and 2 to form an integral production line (the joint is a flat cutter).
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the production line of the double-track tandem type special fireproof composite board comprises an upper forming machine 1, a lower forming machine 2, a first conveying mechanism 3, a first preheating room 4, a foaming room 51/glue spraying room 52, a first double-track 6, a trimming machine 7, a gypsum board/rock wool board conveying mechanism 8, a second preheating room 9, a second foaming room 10 and a second double-track 11, wherein the integral structure of the first double-track and the second double-track is in tandem connection.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a production process for manufacturing a composite board by a double-track tandem type special fireproof composite board production line, wherein a fireproof layer of the composite board adopts a gypsum board, the first conveying mechanism is a first gypsum board conveying mechanism, the first preheating room is followed by a glue spraying room, the production process comprises the following steps,
(1) On a tandem sandwich board production line, two double gypsum boards which are stacked together in the same size are sent into the first gypsum board conveying mechanism and conveyed to a glue spraying room, an upper steel plate and a lower steel plate are still uncoiled according to a subsequent mode and conveyed to the glue spraying room,

(3) When the first double-track opening is formed, the upper steel plate and the gypsum board on the double-gypsum board are adhered together through the flat cutting machine to form a whole, an upper conveying roller way is arranged, the lower steel plate and the lower part of the double-gypsum board are adhered together to form a whole, the lower conveying roller way is arranged, and the lower conveying roller way is conveyed to the second foaming room at the same time, polyurethane is sprayed by the foaming machine to foam, and after the second double-track hot pressing and thermalization, the metal-surface double-gypsum board PIR fireproof plate is manufactured.
