Bilateral blockage of fallopian tube, irregular menstruation, dark red color, white eyeball with marks, thick and white tongue coating, and delayed pulse condition. For more than 7 years, the patient never has pregnant, and in order to solve the problem of infertility, the patient has to take four times of water and take a large amount of traditional Chinese medicines and western medicines, and the effect is not achieved.
Male part: semen examination is normal and body is healthy.
Diagnosis and treatment: the blockage of the fallopian tubes at both sides is an appearance, and the excess belongs to the disease caused by imbalance of yin and yang, deficiency of qi and blood, stagnation of qi and blood stasis and serious internal dampness. The blockage of the fallopian tube is general inflammation, and the pre-adjustment before pregnancy is not needed, so the medicine is directly taken. The medicine is used as follows: 48g of mountain pepper root, 45g of big radix linderae, 30g of madder, 40g of achyranthes aspera, 65g of elaeagnus pungens root, one primary and secondary chicken and 5g of salt. This is the dose for a couple. One dose is taken every day, one dose is decocted for two times, and three doses are taken continuously. Both men and women need to take the medicine in the same period, and women need to take the medicine after the menstruation is clear. After the day 2, yellow viscous fluid is discharged from the vagina, indicating that the oviduct is unblocked. After both men and women use the three doses of the medicine, the two parties have the same room and become pregnant successfully in the current month.
The second example is as follows:
male part: ma Chi, 33 years old, Changsha. The number of healthy sperm was only 5% in seminal fluid examination.
The female prescription is as follows: lie, 30 years old, Changsha. Through the examination of radiography, the uterine orifice has mild inflammation, less menstrual flow and excessive leucorrhea.
Diagnosis and treatment: some diseases of plum are mild symptoms and can not be preset. The treatment scheme comprises the following steps: the sexual intercourse with wife is forbidden during the period of taking the pre-prepared medicine by Ma, which is beneficial to nourishing essence, qi and spirit and quickly recovering the body. The Ma Chi takes the pre-prepared medicine until the Li Chi has a menstruation and the prescription of stopping the menstruation can stop. Pre-mixing the medicines: 9g of American ginseng, 8g of rhizoma polygonati, 8g of angelica, 7g of eucommia bark, 8g of radix ophiopogonis, 7g of dried orange peel, 7g of semen cuscutae, 7g of semen plantaginis and 15g of medlar (not decocted, eaten twice without raw eating). The medicine is taken by a single person, one dose is taken every day, each dose is decocted twice, and the plum is used for menstruation continuously, and the medicine is stopped after the menstruation stops.
The first course of treatment of both men and women is as follows: 40g of mountain pepper root, 30g of radix linderae, 20g of madder, 30g of achyranthes aspera, 50g of elaeagnus pungens root, one mother-son chicken and 6g of salt. This is the dose for a couple. One dose is taken every day, one dose is decocted for two times, and three doses are taken continuously. Both men and women need to take the medicine in the same period, and women need to take the medicine after the menstruation is clear. After both male and female use three doses of the medicine, both parties have the same room, and the first course of treatment is not pregnant.
The first reason is that the number of healthy sperms of a horse is not up to the standard, and the second reason is that the drug potency of the core formula is not enough. Therefore, during the second treatment course, the pre-prepared medicine is repeatedly used for the male, so as to increase the healthy sperm count of the male. After the number of healthy sperms of the male and female is up to the standard, the treatment medicines of the male and female are adjusted, the medicine taste is increased, the medicine amount is increased, and the number of days for taking medicine is increased.
The treatment medication of the male and the female in the second course is as follows: 48g of lindera glauca root, 40g of radix linderae, 30g of madder, 60g of elaeagnus pungens root, 40g of achyranthes aspera, 35g of motherwort, 35g of glossy privet fruit, 12g of perilla, primary and secondary chicken and 5g of salt. The medicine is taken by two persons (couples) once a dose, one dose is taken every day, two times of decoction are carried out, and the couples take five consecutive days, wherein 3 primary and secondary chickens are respectively distributed in 5 doses. After the couple uses the medicine for 5 days, the woman in the month is pregnant.
