giant knotweed rhizome extract: 15-20 parts of egg yolk oil: 10-15 parts of propylene glycol: 10-20 parts of (by weight),
carbomer: 2-5 parts of triethanolamine: 2-3 parts of water: 40-50 parts of (by weight),
preservative: 1-2 parts.

The whitening and moisturizing mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the polygonum cuspidatum extract is resveratrol, the purity of the resveratrol is improved by an ethanol reflux method through extraction and recrystallization of a polygonum cuspidatum medicinal material, the purity of the resveratrol is 90%, and the egg yolk oil is prepared by a dry distillation method.
