The invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to a new application of a ballast for preparing equipment for treating gout, which is used for supplying oxygen in a high-pressure and low-pressure alternating mode; the pressure-variable cabin comprises a sealed cabin body, an air inlet unit for supplying oxygen to the sealed cabin body, a pressure-reducing vacuum pump unit for discharging gas in the sealed cabin body and a control system for controlling the air inlet unit and the pressure-reducing vacuum pump unit, wherein the sealed cabin body is made of a non-metal material; the invention provides a new application of a ballast, which can be applied to treating gout, and can effectively reduce the blood uric acid of a patient and improve the gout symptom of the patient through alternation; compared with the traditional drug therapy, the gout treatment by the ballast has effective treatment effect, has no side effect on the body, and is suitable for popularization and application.

Gout is a recurrent inflammatory disease caused by increased purine biosynthesis, excessive uric acid production or elevated blood uric acid due to inadequate uric acid excretion, and deposit of urate crystals in joint synovium, bursa, cartilage and other tissues. It is a group of heterogeneous diseases caused by the deposition of mono-natriuretic urate (MSU) crystals or uric acid in the extracellular fluid in a supersaturated state. At present, a plurality of medicines for treating gout are developed in the medical field, but in the process of long-term use of the medicines, the body is easy to have drug resistance, and the long-term use of the medicines is easy to cause burden to the human body.

The invention further provides a control method of the variable pressure cabin, which controls the air inlet and outlet of the pressurization air inlet unit and the depressurization vacuum pump unit to make the cabin body alternately circulate at normal pressure and low pressure.

referring to fig. 1-3, the ballast tank comprises a sealed tank body 1, an air inlet unit 3 for supplying oxygen to the sealed tank body, a vacuum pump unit 4 for discharging gas in the sealed tank body, and a control system for controlling the air inlet unit and the vacuum pump unit, wherein the sealed tank body 1 is made of non-metal material; wherein the sealed cabin body 1 is provided with a cabin door 2; the pressure in the variable pressure cabin can be adjusted within 0.5-1 atm.
Example 1
Patients with gout are supplied with oxygen in the transformation cabin in an alternating mode of normal pressure and low pressure; wherein the time under normal pressure is 60-90 min; the gas pressure in the low-pressure stage cabin is not less than 0.5atm and not more than PLow pressureLess than or equal to 0.6atm, low pressure time of 90-120min, and cycle number of 1; after the normal pressure and the low pressure are alternately circulated for the preset time or times, the internal air pressure of the cabin body is adjusted to be the standard atmospheric pressure.

This example is substantially the same as the embodiment 1 except that the gas pressure in the low pressure stage chamber is 0.6atm < PLow pressure≤0.7atm。

Example 4
Patients with gout carry out oxygen supply at normal pressure in the variable pressure cabin; wherein the normal pressure time is 150-210 min.
Physical therapy testing
The gout patients of 8 men and 8 women adopt the physical therapy method (2 men and 2 women in each example) for 7 days; the blood uric acid of the patient is detected after each physiotherapy, and the detection results are shown in the following table:
as can be seen from the table above, the blood uric acid of the patient is obviously reduced after the third day of physical therapy by adopting the physical therapy of the examples 1 to 3; after 7 days of physical therapy, the blood uric acid value of a patient is obviously reduced, and the gout symptom is obviously improved. Example 4 is a comparison group at normal pressure, and from the data, it can be seen that there is no significant effect of reducing blood uric acid at normal pressure in the ballast; comparing examples 1-3 and example 4, it can be seen that only intermittent hypoxia can significantly reduce the blood uric acid level of the patient and improve the gout symptoms of the patient.

the pressure-variable cabin comprises a sealed cabin body (1), an air inlet unit (3) for supplying oxygen to the sealed cabin body, a pressure-reducing vacuum pump unit (4) for discharging gas in the sealed cabin body and a control system for controlling the air inlet unit and the pressure-reducing vacuum pump unit, wherein the sealed cabin body (1) is made of a non-metal material.
2. The use of a ballast according to claim 2, wherein the pressure in the pressure swing chamber is adjustable between 0.5atm and 1 atm.
3. The use of a ballasted tank of claim 1 or 2 wherein the apparatus for treating gout supplies oxygen in an intermittent hypoxic, low pressure manner for at least 3 consecutive days.
4. A control method of a ballast changing chamber is characterized in that a pressurizing air inlet unit and a depressurization vacuum pump unit are controlled to enter and exit air so as to enable the cabin body to alternately circulate at normal pressure and low pressure.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the pressure of the gas in the low-pressure chamber is 0.5 atm. ltoreq.PLow pressureLess than 1 atm; the high pressure stageThe duration is not less than 10 min.
