本发明公开了一种半静态传输的反馈方法、终端设备、网络设备、芯片、计算机可读存储介质、计算机程序产品以及计算机程序,所述方法包括:确定第一HARQ‑ACK码本;其中,第一HARQ‑ACK码本中包含级联的第二HARQ‑ACK码本和/或第三HARQ‑ACK码本;所述第二HARQ‑ACK码本对应的下行传输机会窗和第三HARQ‑ACK码本对应的下行传输机会窗独立;发送第一HARQ‑ACK码本。
