and the third processing submodule is used for carrying out security detection on all the files sent by the consultation terminal, and sending the files with the third file confidentiality level to the server for storage after the security detection.

The intellectual property consulting service system of claim 6 wherein the first processing sub-module is configured to obtain unique identification information of a user corresponding to the consulting terminal, obtain service status monitoring information of a service terminal that is a file transmission target from the server, perform hash operation on the unique identification information and the service status monitoring information, generate a key using an operation result as an input of a key generation algorithm, and encrypt a file with a first file security level by using the key.
8. An intellectual property consultation service system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the consultation terminal includes:
the appointed consultation module is used for appointing and selecting an intellectual property agency to initiate a consultation request;
the keyword detection module is used for detecting whether the reply content of the service terminal has keywords or not and storing the keyword associated content into a corresponding service pool according to the types of the keywords;
the system comprises a service pool module, a service pool module and a service management module, wherein the service pool module is used for generating a plurality of service pools corresponding to different keyword types to realize the visualization of the service pools, and the service pools are used for storing keyword associated contents and corresponding intellectual property agency mechanism information;
and the visual adjusting module is used for comparing the keyword associated contents of different intellectual property agencies in the service pool according to the keyword types and adjusting the visual characteristics of the corresponding keyword associated contents according to the comparison result.
