and S3, obtaining the color difference data, the color difference report and the evaluation report of all the target objects in sequence, and performing unified management on the coating color difference of the target objects.
In this embodiment, the management information further includes time, location, and identity information, and the color difference report is obtained by screening any time node, any color matching point, or any angle to compare data. When the color difference report is evaluated on line, authentication management is carried out on the operation participating in evaluation, and the authentication management comprises the step of judging that the evaluation process and the evaluation result are effective through time, position and images.
In the embodiment, the color difference data is stored on a line, and the viewing range is controlled by roles and data authority, so that the data transparency, timeliness and sharing are ensured. And the color difference report is generated by the system in time, whether the early warning condition is triggered or not is automatically judged, and the time point of finding the problem is advanced, so that the rectification cycle is shortened. Optionally, the color difference report can be displayed in a visual graph report form, the visual graph report form can be viewed in app and web, and any time node, any color matching point and any angle can be screened to generate the color difference report form through comparison.
In this embodiment, the review can be initiated online, entered online, and the participating reviewers enter the review records and then automatically generate the review report. Optionally, the review can be authenticated and managed, for example, an online check-in operation is embedded before the review, and the review information input by the reviewer is guaranteed to be real and effective enough through time, positioning and multi-dimensional photo information. All the problems are recorded in detail in the evaluation process, and the evaluation report can be checked on line or directly exported, so that the method is convenient and quick. For example: the legality of the user terminal equipment can be verified through the IP and MAC address of the equipment terminal, the user terminal equipment needs to be registered and verified in the authentication management system to become legal user terminal equipment, the terminal IP, MAC, access time and image information (such as face image information) sent by the equipment terminal are read, and if the terminal information of the equipment terminal does not accord with the terminal information registered and verified by the authentication management system, the service system is not allowed to access; otherwise, returning the terminal ID to the service system, and not allowing the communication. After the user applies for the review operation, the function point and the unique session ID applied by the user are sent to an authentication management system; each operation is independently a function point, and then the function point authority is combined to give a role, and the role dynamically distributes the function point authority to the user; in this way, roles are dynamically managed.
In the embodiment, a color difference data model is established according to the incidence relation between the color difference data and the vehicle paint spraying parameters, the basic color difference data of all tracing objects are obtained, and the color difference data model is trained; acquiring real-time color difference data, acquiring tracing object information corresponding to the real-time color difference data when the real-time color difference data reaches the preset alarm value, and acquiring a color difference result through a color difference data model; if the color difference result exceeds a preset range, performing primary judgment, wherein the primary judgment comprises responsibility judgment on a traceability object corresponding to the real-time color difference data; and after the primary judgment, performing secondary judgment on whether the paint raw material corresponding to the real-time color difference data is abnormal or not, and performing coating color difference management according to the secondary judgment result. In this embodiment, a color difference data model is established according to an incidence relation between color difference data and vehicle painting parameters, the color difference data includes a paint LAB value, and a color difference result includes a difference value between a vehicle paint LAB value acquired in real time for the same tracing object and a vehicle paint LAB value of the same batch. By importing paint COA, LAB and other spraying parameters of an external supplier into a system, establishing data association between basic color difference data of the supplier and paint sprayed by a vehicle, and training a color difference data model.
In this embodiment, the chromatic aberration data of the vehicle is obtained through the chromatic aberration meter, when the chromatic aberration value reaches the warning value, the tracing object information corresponding to the real-time chromatic aberration data is obtained, and the chromatic aberration result is obtained through the chromatic aberration data model. The color difference data and the vehicle paint spraying parameters in the embodiment comprise tags used for identifying identity information of the tracing object, and a data basis can be provided for a subsequent tracing process through the tags, so that problem tracing is effectively carried out.
In this embodiment, the tracing object information may obtain a supplier using paint according to the vehicle information, compare the actual LAB value of the vehicle in the batch with the LAB provided by the supplier in the same batch, and directly determine responsibility to the corresponding supplier if the difference exceeds a certain range.
In this embodiment, after a determination, the method further includes: and performing secondary judgment on whether the paint raw material corresponding to the real-time color difference data is abnormal or not, and performing coating color difference management according to the secondary judgment result. For example, after the supplier receives the responsibility judgment problem, whether the paint raw material is abnormal or not can be automatically judged through data comparison, of course, whether the paint raw material has a problem or not can be determined through a self-checking mode and the like, and if the paint raw material with the abnormality is determined to be the self-problem, a temporary solution or a permanent solution can be provided; if the problem is not the problem of the supplier, the supplier can mention the complaint about the problem of the accountability, fill out the complaint reason and carry out secondary accountability by an accountability manager.
In this embodiment, if the difference is within the preset range, the state change information may be obtained for the problem according to the actual situation, and the state change information includes reasons such as personnel change, equipment change, material change, and process change, and the source of the problem is determined, and a corresponding temporary solution or permanent solution is given.
In this embodiment, the complaint periods are set after the primary determination and the secondary determination, respectively, and if the traceability target does not complaint the primary determination result and the secondary determination result within the complaint period, the primary determination result and/or the secondary determination result is used as the final determination result.
In this embodiment, the vehicle paint spraying parameters include paint parameters and influence parameters, the influence parameters include time information, position information, weather information and environment information, and the color difference data model is trained through the historical color difference data, the paint parameters and the influence parameters to obtain color difference results under different influence parameters. Because the color difference data is related to the vehicle painting parameters, the color difference data is different under different time, different geographical positions, different climates and different real-time environments under the condition that the vehicle painting parameters are not changed. For example, the same batch of vehicle paint may have a large difference in the color difference result due to different geographical locations and different climates at different factories with a large difference in longitude and latitude. For another example, the same factory uses the same batch of vehicles, but the production time is different, such as the rainy season in the south, and the like, which also leads to more different color difference results. Based on the above reasons, in this embodiment, the historical data is trained through the color difference data model to obtain a model combining the above influence factors, the color difference data model may adopt a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), and may perform supervised learning and unsupervised learning, and in the supervised learning, a BP framework may be used for learning, that is, the back propagation of the full connection layer and the Convolutional kernel and the back path of the pooling layer. The BP calculation for the fully-connected layer may be the same as for a conventional feed-forward neural network. Unsupervised learning paradigms may include Convolutional Auto Encoders (CAE), Convolutional limited Boltzmann Machines (CRBM), Convolutional Deep Belief Networks (CDBN), and Deep convolution generated countermeasure Networks (DCGAN). A hybrid algorithm constructed by a convolutional neural network can also be introduced into an unsupervised learning algorithm.
In this embodiment, on the one hand, the color difference result can be obtained through the color difference data model, and on the other hand, the paint parameters can also be adjusted reversely through the color difference data model, for example, the color difference result under different influence factors tends to be the same through predicting the color difference data model and then adjusting the paint parameters through adaptive change.
Correspondingly, the present embodiment further provides a paint color difference management system, as shown in fig. 2, including:
