Detailed Description
The conception, the specific structure, and the technical effects produced by the present invention will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the embodiments and the accompanying drawings to fully understand the objects, the features, and the effects of the present invention. It is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments, and those skilled in the art can obtain other embodiments without inventive effort based on the embodiments of the present invention, and all embodiments are within the protection scope of the present invention. In addition, all the connection/connection relations referred to in the patent do not mean that the components are directly connected, but mean that a better connection structure can be formed by adding or reducing connection auxiliary components according to specific implementation conditions. All technical characteristics in the invention can be interactively combined on the premise of not conflicting with each other.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention discloses a method for auditing mobile communication bill data, comprising the following steps:
s1: arranging the bill data, and dividing the bill data into voice resources, short message resources and flow resources;
s2: auditing voice resources, short message resources and flow resources of each user, if the result of the sum of the resource data before use is not consistent with the result of the sum of the resource data after use, at least one bill in the service is wrong, locking the bill and stopping the service;
and if the sum of the resource data before use is consistent with the sum of the resource data after use, continuously auditing other bill data.
In the embodiment, the bill data is firstly sorted out, and is divided into resources such as voice, short messages and flow, so that the bill data is sorted in order and is convenient to check. Auditing voice resources, short message resources and flow resources of each user, if the result of the sum of the resource data before use is not consistent with the result of the sum of the resource data after use, at least one bill in the service is wrong, locking the bill and stopping the service; and if the sum of the resource data before use is consistent with the sum of the resource data after use, continuously auditing other bill data.
The sum of the resource amount recharged by the user and the resource amount before recharging by the user can be judged to be equal to the sum of the resource amount recharged by the user and the resource amount used after recharging subtracted from the resource amount recharged by the user. For example, the user's voice resources:
the voice resource charged by the user and the voice resource amount before charging are the voice resource amount after charging-the used voice resource. If the two sides of the formula are not equal, at least one bill in the service has a problem.
Similarly, the traffic and the short message are similar, and if the two sides of the formula are unequal, at least one bill in the service has a problem.
Further, the account data auditing method further includes step S3: auditing all users every day, judging whether the total amount of the resources recharged by all users on the day and the total amount of the resources recharged by all users on the day are equal to the total amount of the resources recharged by all users on the day minus the total amount of the resources used by all users on the day, if the two sides of the formula are unequal, at least one bill has a problem on the day, locking the bill and stopping the service.
In the above embodiment, auditing is performed once per day for all users: the resource charged by all the users in the day + the resource amount before charging by all the users in the day is the resource amount after charging by all the users in the day-the resource amount used by all the users in the day. If the two sides of the formula are unequal, at least one bill has a problem in the day.
If an abnormal bill occurs, the business of the user with the bill having problems can be locked as long as the steps S2 and S3 are both performed.
In addition, the account data auditing method further includes step S4: auditing all users once every day, judging whether the total amount of the resources recharged by all the users in the current month and the total amount of the resources used by all the users in the beginning of the month are equal to the total amount of the resources at the end of the month minus the total amount of the resources used by all the users, if the two sides of the formula are unequal, at least one bill in the current month has a problem in the service, locking the bill and stopping the service. Step S4 is the last audit to determine all the bills of all the users in the month.
In the above embodiment, auditing is performed once per day for all users: the resource charged by all users in the current month + the monthly resource amount of all users is equal to the monthly resource amount of all users-the resource used by all users. If the two sides of the formula are not equal, at least one bill in the month has a problem in the service.
The invention also discloses a bill data auditing system, which comprises an auditor and a collecting unit, wherein the auditor and the collecting unit are used for collecting all bill data, so that the auditor can conveniently audit all resources in the collecting unit every day and monitor the condition of knowing the bill data in real time.
The collecting unit includes:
the short message collecting unit is used for collecting short message resources;
a traffic collection unit for collecting traffic resources;
and the voice collecting unit is used for collecting voice resources.
It should be noted that, since each collecting unit in the system provided in the embodiment of the present invention is based on the same concept as that of the embodiment of the method of the present invention, the technical effect thereof is the same as that of the embodiment of the method of the present invention, and specific contents thereof can be referred to the description in the embodiment of the method of the present invention, and are not described herein again.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the method can check the abnormal bills according to different data sources and data types, can find out the abnormal bills, and can check out the abnormal reasons of the abnormal bills to prevent the operation of the whole system from being influenced by the abnormal reasons of the individual bills.
