And finally, checking whether the site information in the bill information is matched with the site list in the contract information.
In some embodiments of the invention, the electricity audit comprises: the system judges whether the data information is abnormal or not by comparing the difference between the standard pole electricity degree and the actual electricity degree with a preset threshold value.
That is to say, in the operator base station, because the configuration of each base station is different, and there may be a situation that some devices do not exist, the system can roughly divide the electric power auditing into three scenarios, namely, the electric power auditing of the intelligent electric meter, the electric power auditing of the switching power supply, and the electric power auditing of the rated power of the electric devices, and the priority of the three scenarios can be defined by itself. The system can judge whether the data information is abnormal or not by comparing the difference value between the electric degree of the marker post and the actual electric degree with a preset threshold value.
Specifically, the process 102 of auditing the network electricity charges is roughly as shown in fig. 3, and in the auditing process, the system can be divided into two parts of benchmark electricity degree calculation and electricity degree ratio pair auditing, and firstly, the calculation method of the benchmark electricity degree is introduced:
the electricity degree of the intelligent electric meter auditing post is equal to the electricity use degree recorded by the intelligent electric meter in the payment time period;
the power consumption of the switch power supply is calculated according to the integral of current and voltage every day and the PUE coefficient;
the electric power of the rated power of the electric equipment is checked, namely the electric power of the pole is the sum of the rated power (Kw) 24, and the number of days of payment is the PUE coefficient;
when the system can acquire the benchmark electric power number with high priority, the benchmark electric power number with low priority is not adopted for auditing, and the auditing method comprises the following steps:
firstly, calculating the ratio X of the difference value (the electricity payment degree-the post electricity degree)/the electricity payment degree;
the user sets two thresholds A and B for the electric degree of the benchmarking, requires A to be less than B, sets thresholds C and D for the same ratio and the ring ratio, and the configuration of the threshold information can be specifically applied to a certain station or a certain bill; when X is equal to A, the system considers that the data is legal and the audit is passed; when X > A and X < B, the system calculates the year-on-year value Y1 and the ring-on-year value Y2 of the bill paying electricity degree, when Y1< C and Y2< D, the system considers the data to be legal, otherwise, the data is illegal; when X > is B, the system directly deems the data illegal.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the electricity price auditing includes: the system calculates the unit price of the contract and the payment electric power degree number in the bill to obtain the amount to be paid, compares the amount to be paid with the bill information of the bill, checks whether the difference is greater than a threshold value and judges whether the data information is abnormal or not according to the difference.
That is, the electricity price audit may include the following processes: the system can calculate through the unit price of the contract and the payment electric power number in the bill to obtain the amount to be paid, compares the amount to be paid with the bill information of the bill, checks whether the difference is greater than a threshold value and judges whether the data information is abnormal or not.
By adopting the method to carry out the 4-dimensional audit of site audit, contract audit, electric power audit and electric power price audit, the problems that the electric power payment degree number is not consistent with the reality, the unit price of the electric power payment is not consistent with the reality, the electric power is charged by stealing electricity, the electric power is charged during non-production period and the like which are difficult to find in the prior art can be effectively reduced. Through site audit, the validity period of account reporting can be guaranteed to occur in the production period of the site, and the problem of paying the electric charge in the non-production period is solved. Through the check of the contract and the electricity price, the problem that the payment unit price does not accord with the reality can be effectively solved. Through 3 dimension audits in the electric degree audit, the problem that the electric degree of paying for the fee is inconsistent with the reality can be effectively found, and through comparing with the same-proportion ring ratio, the abnormal change of the electric degree of using can be effectively found, and the problem of electricity stealing and electricity overlapping is avoided.
In summary, according to the method 100 for auditing the network electric charges of the embodiment of the present invention, the network electric charges can be effectively managed, and the normative of electric charge reporting is improved. The method 100 for auditing the network electric charge can timely send out abnormal changes of the electricity consumption number, solves the technical problems that the electricity consumption number is inconsistent with the reality, the unit price of the electricity payment is inconsistent with the reality, the electricity is charged by stealing electricity, the electricity is charged during non-production period, and the like, and avoids the loss to communication operators.
