the checking unit is used for checking whether the user electricity price file is abnormal or not according to a preset abnormal checking rule and the user electricity price file field information;
and the exception handling unit is used for generating an exception locking instruction of the user if the user electricity price file is abnormal, and sending the exception locking instruction of the user to the power grid marketing system so as to automatically lock the account number of the abnormal user.

The user electricity rate archive management system according to claim 5, characterized by further comprising: the system comprises a file modification unit, a file management unit and a file management unit, wherein the file modification unit is used for receiving a file modification instruction input by a manager and modifying the electricity price file of an abnormal user according to the file modification instruction;
the checking unit is further used for checking whether the user electricity price file is abnormal again according to a preset abnormal checking rule and the modified user electricity price file field information;
the abnormal processing unit is further used for generating a user unlocking instruction if the modified user electricity price file is normal, and sending the user unlocking instruction to the power grid marketing system so as to automatically unlock the account number of the user which is recovered to be normal.

The system according to claim 6, wherein the exception handling unit is further configured to generate an exception message for the user if the modified user electricity price file is abnormal, and output and display the exception message to prompt the manager to continue modifying the user electricity price file.
8. The user electricity price profile management system according to claim 7, wherein the exception handling unit is further configured to:
if the abnormal user is a preset special user, generating user abnormal information, and sending the user abnormal information to a preset third party to prompt the preset third party to check the electricity price file of the abnormal user;
receiving a checking result of the preset third party, and determining whether to unlock the account of the abnormal user according to the checking result; and if the account number of the abnormal user is determined to be unlocked, generating a user unlocking instruction, and sending the user unlocking instruction to the power grid marketing system so as to automatically unlock the account number of the user recovering to be normal.
9. A computer device, comprising: the user electricity rate profile management system according to any one of claims 5 to 8; or a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein computer readable instructions which, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform the steps of the user electricity price profile management method according to any one of claims 1-4.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, characterized in that: the computer program when being executed by a processor carries out the steps of the user electricity price profile management method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
