The method of claim 1, wherein the change credentials comprise at least one of a powered point credential, a metering point extended attribute credential, a billing relationship credential, an electricity price protocol credential, a transformer credential, an indication credential, a power meter credential, and a pre-change power supply credential.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein establishing a change credential criteria library comprises:
acquiring a service change scene set, wherein the service change scene set comprises at least one type of service change content;
evaluating the service change content to generate an importance identifier corresponding to the service change content;
responding to the importance mark indicating the occurrence of the service change content, and establishing a service change content certificate corresponding to the service change content;
and establishing the change certificate standard library based on the service change scene set and the service change content certificate.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the archive information check rule base comprises at least one of a check rule for royalty-critical fields, an integrity rule based on field fill-in values, a validity rule based on field fill-in values, and an associated field logical rule.

The method of claim 4, wherein the charge key field comprises at least one of power receiving point information, metering point extended attribute information, billing relationship information, electricity price protocol information, transformer information, indication information, and electric energy meter information.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the initial file accuracy test result comprises an initial file integrity test sub-result, an initial file accuracy test sub-result, and an initial file logical test sub-result;
the real-time archive accuracy detection result comprises a real-time archive integrity detection sub-result, a real-time archive correctness detection sub-result and a real-time archive logic detection sub-result;
the detecting the initial archives through the change certificate standard library to obtain an initial archive accuracy detection result, and detecting the real-time archives through the archive information checking rule library to obtain a real-time archive accuracy detection result, including:
detecting the initial file through the change certificate standard library, and detecting the electricity utilization change service type in the real-time file by utilizing the file information checking rule library;
determining an initial archive change voucher set corresponding to the electricity change service type through the change voucher standard library, and determining an archive verification rule set corresponding to the real-time archive through the electricity change service type;
