Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The appearance of the vehicle greatly facilitates the daily life of people, eliminates hidden trouble in time for ensuring the driving safety, prolongs the service life of the vehicle, and usually needs to maintain each part of the vehicle regularly. In the use process of an actual vehicle, a user cannot clearly know the maintenance record of the vehicle, does not know which parts of the vehicle need maintenance and which parts do not need maintenance, so that a plurality of parts of the vehicle are repeatedly maintained or are not maintained for a long time.
In order to solve the problem of vehicle maintenance prompt, the vehicle maintenance prompt method provided by the application utilizes the latest maintenance record and standard maintenance period in the effective historical maintenance records to determine the target part of the current vehicle which needs to be maintained, generates corresponding maintenance prompt information based on the target part, and sends the maintenance prompt information of the target part to a user associated with the vehicle so as to prompt the user to maintain the target part in time according to the accurate maintenance prompt information.
The technical scheme of the application is described in detail below by specific examples. The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are illustrative and intended to explain the present application and should not be construed as limiting the application.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a schematic diagram of an application scenario of a vehicle maintenance prompting method provided by an embodiment of the present application is shown. Referring to fig. 1, an application scenario of the vehicle maintenance prompting method provided by the embodiment of the present application may be a vehicle maintenance scenario, where a user uses a terminal device associated with a vehicle to execute the vehicle maintenance prompting method provided by the present application, and after obtaining maintenance prompting information of a target component, the terminal device displays corresponding maintenance prompting information to the user in a manner of pictures, characters, videos, or audios, etc.
When the terminal equipment detects that at least one vehicle maintenance point exists in the preset range at the position where the vehicle owner drives the vehicle, the terminal equipment executes the vehicle maintenance prompting method provided by the application to determine the target parts needing maintenance from all the parts of the vehicle and generate maintenance prompting information, and displays the maintenance prompting information of the target parts needing maintenance to the user, so that the user is reminded of maintaining the target parts needing maintenance currently.
It should be appreciated that the location of the vehicle includes real-time positioning information of the vehicle, and the above-described manner of acquiring the location of the vehicle includes, but is not limited to, acquiring the location of the vehicle via a positioning system (e.g., global positioning system (Global Positioning System, GPS), beidou satellite navigation system, galileo satellite navigation system, global navigation satellite system, etc.).
The preset range can be set according to different geographic areas or actual requirements, for example, if the preset range is 3 km, judging whether at least one maintenance point exists in the range with the real-time positioning position of the vehicle as the center and the radius of 3 km, if so, sending the obtained address of the at least one maintenance point to the terminal equipment according to a specific sequence, wherein the specific sequence can be the distance, the cost required for maintenance of the maintenance part, and the comment difference of users of different maintenance points; or the position of the vehicle and the position of the maintenance point are displayed on the built-in terminal equipment of the vehicle in a map mode.
In another case, in order to further improve accuracy of vehicle maintenance prompt, when the terminal device detects that the navigation destination of the vehicle driven by the vehicle owner is the vehicle maintenance point, the terminal device executes the vehicle maintenance prompt method provided by the application, determines the target part to be maintained from all parts of the vehicle, generates maintenance prompt information, and displays the maintenance prompt information of the target part to be maintained to the user, thereby reminding the user to maintain the target part to be maintained currently. Or when the vehicle owner checks the maintenance information of each part of the vehicle through the terminal equipment, the terminal equipment executes the vehicle maintenance prompting method provided by the application, determines the target part needing to be maintained from all the parts of the vehicle, generates the maintenance prompting information, and displays the maintenance prompting information of the target part needing to be maintained to the user, thereby prompting the user to maintain the target part needing to be maintained currently.
The user may also be a vehicle service person. For example, before a vehicle maintenance person maintains a vehicle to be maintained, the vehicle maintenance prompting method provided by the application is executed through the terminal equipment, so that a target part of the current vehicle, which needs to be maintained, is accurately known, and the vehicle is accurately and efficiently maintained.
Of course, the method for prompting vehicle maintenance provided by the application can also be periodically executed by the terminal equipment, and the maintenance condition of each part of the vehicle can be periodically detected. For example, when the terminal equipment periodically detects that the parts needing to be maintained exist in the parts of the vehicle, the vehicle maintenance prompting method provided by the application is autonomously executed, so that a user is periodically prompted for the target parts of the vehicle needing to be maintained at present.
The terminal device may be a mobile terminal such as a smart phone, a vehicle-mounted device, a tablet computer, or other devices with data processing capability such as a robot or a server.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a vehicle maintenance prompting method according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 2, the method includes the following steps.
Step S101: and acquiring the component configuration information of the vehicle and the maintenance records corresponding to the components.
Wherein, the component configuration information of the vehicle can be obtained by inquiring information such as a vehicle identification number or a frame number (Vehicle Identification Number, VIN) associated with the vehicle. The configuration information of the component includes, but is not limited to, attribute information such as the name and model number of the component.
The maintenance record corresponding to each component may include maintenance information such as a historical maintenance time, a maintenance place, and a maintenance cost of each component. The number of maintenance records (i.e., the number of pieces) included in the maintenance records and the maintenance information included in each maintenance record may be set according to actual application requirements, which is not limited in any way by the present application. For example, assuming that three historical maintenance records are needed when maintenance prompt information is provided for each part of the vehicle later according to actual needs, under the condition that accurate maintenance prompt information is not affected, only three maintenance records closest to the current moment are reserved in the maintenance records, and the maintenance information included in each maintenance record is necessary information capable of providing accurate maintenance prompt information.
Step S102: and performing validity detection on the maintenance record of each component, and determining the last valid maintenance record of each component.
In the practical application process, the maintenance records of certain parts on the vehicle cannot be directly obtained through an electronic control unit of the vehicle or a driving computer or a vehicle-mounted computer (Electronic Control Unit, ECU), in this case, the maintenance information of the parts needs to be manually input by a user, so that the problem of the manually input maintenance information is avoided. Specifically, a validity check is performed on the maintenance records of each component, i.e., it is determined whether or not the plurality of maintenance records of each component are valid records.
Step S103: and determining the target component which needs to be maintained currently according to the last effective maintenance record of each component and the corresponding standard maintenance period.
After determining the effective service record for each component, the last effective service record for each component may be determined, and then the target component currently requiring service may be further determined based on the last effective service record for each component and the corresponding standard service period.
Step S104: a service reminder is generated based on the target component and sent to an associated user of the vehicle.
After generating the maintenance prompt information according to the target component, in order for the user to receive the maintenance prompt information, the maintenance prompt information of the target component can be sent to a preset vehicle-mounted terminal and displayed through a vehicle-mounted display screen; the maintenance reminder for the target component may also be sent to a user device (e.g., a cell phone, tablet computer, palm top computer, etc.) used by a user associated with the vehicle. Of course, in some possible implementations, the maintenance prompt for the target component may also be sent by way of a mailbox or the like to a user associated with the vehicle.
In order to enable a user to know the expense required for maintaining the target component while knowing the target component to be maintained, maintenance expense of the target component is included in the maintenance prompt information of the target component. The maintenance cost of the target component may be determined based on the price required for the maintenance of each component of the vehicle specified in the vehicle sales service 4S store, or the approximate range of the cost required for the maintenance of the target component may be obtained by statistical analysis using big data, or the maintenance cost of the target component stored in advance in the vehicle-mounted device or a server associated with the vehicle-mounted device.
Of course, in one possible implementation, prompting the user to fill out a service record for multiple components of the vehicle may also generate service prompting information for the target component. Specifically, after each maintenance, the user is prompted to fill in a maintenance record corresponding to the component for which the current maintenance is completed.
According to the vehicle maintenance prompting method provided by the embodiment, the effective maintenance records are obtained from the maintenance records, the target part which needs to be maintained for the current vehicle is determined by the latest maintenance record and the standard maintenance period in the effective maintenance records, and the corresponding maintenance prompting information is generated based on the target part. According to the method provided by the application, the effective maintenance records can be screened out from the maintenance records of the components, and whether the components are required to be maintained currently or not is determined by utilizing the latest maintenance record and the corresponding standard maintenance period in the effective maintenance records, so that the target components which are required to be maintained for the current vehicle are accurately obtained, and the corresponding prompt information is sent to the user, so that the situation that the components are repeatedly maintained or are not maintained for a long time is avoided, and the vehicle is accurately and effectively maintained.
In another possible embodiment, the validity check is performed on the maintenance record of each component in step S102 to determine the last valid maintenance record of each component, including steps 201, 202 and 203 shown in fig. 3.
Step 201: for each component, it is determined whether a maintenance record of the component is entered manually.
Illustratively, the service records for some components of the vehicle are not automatically recorded by the vehicle, but are manually entered or manually filled in. Since manual filling inevitably occurs an error such as a maintenance time input error or the like, the present maintenance record is not valid. For example, when there are two maintenance records for an on-vehicle air conditioner in a short time, there is a high probability that one of the two records is erroneously recorded, that is, there is a high probability that an invalid record exists. In order to ensure accurate acquisition of the target components of the current vehicle that require maintenance, a validity check of the manually entered maintenance records is required. The method for judging whether the maintenance record of the component is manually input can be set according to different practical applications, and the application is not limited in any way.
Step 202: if yes, respectively acquiring at least three maintenance records closest to the current moment from the corresponding maintenance records; and determining the maintenance record meeting the preset condition as the last effective maintenance record of the corresponding part according to the maintenance interval among the latest at least three maintenance records and the standard maintenance period of the corresponding part.
Wherein the standard service period of the component can be obtained by different ways. For example, the standard service period may be determined based on a service period of each component of the vehicle as specified by an automotive sales service 4S store. The standard maintenance period can also be statistically analyzed by using big data to obtain the maintenance period of each component of the vehicle. The standard maintenance period can be determined according to different longitude and latitude areas or use environments of the vehicle; for example, for an a component on a vehicle of the same model, the service life and wear resistance of the a component may be different in two regions with different longitudes and latitudes, and the standard maintenance period of the a component may be determined according to the different longitudes and latitudes.
When the maintenance records of the components are determined to be manually input, at least three maintenance records closest to the current moment are firstly obtained from the maintenance records of the corresponding components, and then the last effective maintenance record of the components is determined according to the obtained at least three maintenance records and the standard maintenance period. In order to obtain the last effective maintenance record of the component, only three latest maintenance records are generally needed to be obtained. And if a service interval between two service records occurs that is significantly less than the standard service period for the component, then there is a high likelihood that an invalid record will exist. Thus, the invalid service record of the component can be effectively removed by utilizing the standard service period of the component. By setting a preset condition, when the validity of the maintenance record of the component is checked by utilizing the standard maintenance period of the component, only the maintenance record meeting the preset condition is the last valid maintenance record.
Step 203: if not, the last effective maintenance record of the component is taken as the last maintenance record of the component from the current moment.
Typically, the manually entered service record may have an error, whereas the service record directly automatically recorded by the vehicle has a low probability of error, and thus, in one possible embodiment, when the service record of the component is automatically entered by the vehicle, i.e. not manually entered, the last service record of the component may be taken as the last valid service record of the component from the current time.
The current time may be a time when the terminal device executes the vehicle maintenance prompting method provided by the application.
In order to enable the user to timely perform maintenance on the component requiring maintenance among the plurality of components of the vehicle within the preferred maintenance time range, and at the same time use the component requiring maintenance as much as possible, in one embodiment, determining the maintenance record satisfying the preset condition as the last valid maintenance record of the corresponding component in the above step 202 may include: step 2021 and step 2022. It should be understood that the method for determining the last valid maintenance record for each component may be set according to the actual situation, and the present application is not limited in this respect.
Step 2021: and judging whether the maintenance interval period between every two maintenance records in the at least three maintenance records is smaller than the standard maintenance period of the corresponding part.
Step 2022: if so, determining the maintenance record farthest from the current moment from at least three maintenance records as the last effective maintenance record of the component.
For example, the standard maintenance period of the B component is 3 months (120 days) with the three pieces of manually entered maintenance information included in the maintenance record nearest to the current time. The last 3 service records of the vehicle B component are obtained, and from the 3 service records, at least 3 service intervals can be determined: acquiring a first maintenance interval period according to a first maintenance record and a second maintenance record in the latest 3 maintenance records; acquiring a second maintenance interval period according to a second maintenance record and a third maintenance record in the latest 3 maintenance records; the third service interval may be acquired based on the first service record and the third service record of the last 3 service records. Wherein the first maintenance interval and the second maintenance interval are maintenance intervals between adjacent two maintenance records.
And (3) the standard maintenance period of the component B is 120 days, and when the maintenance interval of the component B is greater than or equal to 120 days, two maintenance records corresponding to the maintenance interval are determined to be effective maintenance records of the component B.
Based on the above example, assuming that the first maintenance interval period and the second maintenance interval period are 30 days and 15 days, respectively, then the third maintenance interval period is 45 days, and the first maintenance interval period, the second maintenance interval period and the third maintenance interval period are all smaller than the standard maintenance period (120 days) of the B component, then the second maintenance record and the third maintenance record in the 3 maintenance records are all invalid maintenance records, and the most recent effective maintenance record of the B component is determined as the maintenance record farthest from the current moment in the 3 historical maintenance records, that is, the most recent effective maintenance record of the B component is determined as the first maintenance record. In other embodiments, the determining that the maintenance record satisfying the preset condition is the last valid maintenance record of the corresponding component may include:
step 2023: and judging whether the maintenance interval period between at least three maintenance records and the maintenance record which is the latest time from the current moment is larger than the standard maintenance period of the corresponding part.
Step 2024: if so, determining the maintenance record closest to the current moment from at least three maintenance records as the last effective maintenance record of the component.
Based on the above example, assuming that the first maintenance interval period and the second maintenance interval period are 60 days and 60 days, respectively, then the third maintenance interval period is 120 days, in which case, both the first maintenance interval period and the second maintenance interval period are smaller than the standard maintenance period (120 days) of the B component, and the third maintenance interval period satisfies a condition of 115 days or more, that is, in the case where the maintenance interval period between the three maintenance records and the maintenance record that is the last time from the current time is greater than the standard maintenance period of the corresponding component, the maintenance record that is the last time from the current time is determined to be the last effective maintenance record of the component, that is, the second maintenance record of the 3 maintenance records may be determined to be the ineffective maintenance record, and the first maintenance record and the third maintenance record are the effective maintenance record, wherein the third maintenance record is the last effective maintenance record of the B component.
By performing validity detection on the maintenance record of each component, after the last valid maintenance record of each component is determined, it is further determined which of the components of the vehicle are target components requiring maintenance according to the last valid maintenance record.
In the method, when the maintenance record of the component is a manually input maintenance record, acquiring at least three latest maintenance records according to the maintenance record of the corresponding component, comparing the maintenance interval period of the at least three latest maintenance records with the corresponding standard maintenance period, and further determining the latest effective maintenance record of the component from the at least three latest maintenance records; when the maintenance record of the component is not the manually input maintenance record, the last maintenance record from the current moment is directly determined to be the last effective maintenance record of the corresponding component. Therefore, the last effective maintenance record of each part of the vehicle is accurately obtained according to whether the maintenance record is manually input or not and the last effective maintenance record of the part is determined in a targeted manner, the part needing to be maintained at present can be determined more accurately according to the last effective maintenance record accurately, and the maintenance efficiency of each part of the vehicle is improved.
In some embodiments, determining the target component currently requiring maintenance in step S103 based on the last active maintenance record and the corresponding standard maintenance period for each component may include: for each component, judging whether the time interval between the last effective maintenance record of the component and the current moment is larger than the standard maintenance period corresponding to the component or not; if so, determining the component as the target component which is required to be maintained currently.
It should be noted that, the standard maintenance period may be determined according to different situations, and in order to make the user know the target maintenance component and the corresponding maintenance prompt information in advance to prepare for the maintenance of the target component in advance when the target component approaches the maintenance period but does not reach or exceeds the maintenance period, a reserved time range may be designed according to the actual application requirement, for example, assuming that the reserved time is 7 days, the standard maintenance period of a certain component of the vehicle is 120 days, and when the time interval between the maintenance time recorded by the last effective maintenance of the component and the current moment is 113 days, it can be determined that the component is the target component requiring the maintenance.
It will be appreciated that the above-mentioned reserved time ranges may be the same as or different from the values of the preset thresholds involved in determining the last service record of the service records of the vehicle components.
In this embodiment, when it is determined that the time interval between the last maintenance time of the effective maintenance record of the component and the current time is greater than the standard maintenance period corresponding to the component, it is determined that the component is a target component that needs to be maintained currently, and the target component on the vehicle is used to the maximum extent on the premise of ensuring driving safety.
In some possible embodiments, after step S104, i.e. after generating the service reminder information based on the target component and sending the service reminder information to the associated user of the vehicle, further comprises: and acquiring a newly-added maintenance record of the target component, and updating the maintenance record of the target component according to the newly-added maintenance record.
To reduce the frequency of vehicle service prompting errors, a more accurate service record is provided for a user. After a maintenance prompt is sent to a terminal device associated with the vehicle, the user is timely prompted to fill in the maintenance record of the target component in the case that the electronic control unit of the vehicle or the driving computer or the vehicle-mounted computer ECU cannot directly acquire the maintenance record of the target component. The ECU can acquire signals of a plurality of sensors on the vehicle to acquire maintenance records of corresponding target components, and store and update the maintenance records.
