Specifically, when the oil level in the oil cavity 11 is too high and is submerged in the main oil pressing bag 3, the insulating oil flows towards the connecting box 2 under the pressure of the main oil pressing bag 3, so that the oil level in the glass tube 7 is moved to be increased; the staff can observe the oil level in the main oil tank 1 by observing the floating ball in the glass tube 7. By arranging the connecting box 2 and the connecting oil bag 4, the connecting oil bag 4 is connected to seal the port of the connecting pipe 5 in a conventional state, so that oil in the glass tube 7 can be separated from oil in the oil cavity 11, and the oil in the glass tube 7 is prevented from influencing the oil in the oil cavity 11 after being degraded due to illumination and other reasons; meanwhile, when the oil pressure in the oil chamber 11 rises, the pressure of the connecting oil bag 4 is separated from the connecting pipe 5, so that the indication of the floating ball 8 to the oil level can not be influenced. And, through setting up filter 6, can in time discharge the oil of deterioration in the glass pipe 7, avoid the oil of deterioration to influence the performance of transformer.
Further, the filter 6 comprises a three-port pipe 63, a two-port pipe 64, a first tee pipe 65 and a second tee pipe 66; three pipe orifices of the first three-way pipe 65 are respectively connected with the second end of the connecting pipe 5, the first end of the three-port pipe 63 and the first end of the two-port pipe 64; the three pipe orifices of the second three-way pipe 65 are respectively connected with the second ends of the glass pipe 7 and the three-port pipe 63 and the second end of the two-port pipe 64; the filtering oil outlet 61 is arranged at the third end of the three-port pipe 63; bypass valves 67 for controlling the opening and closing of the pipelines are arranged on the three-port pipe 63 and the two-port pipe 64.
Specifically, in normal use, the bypass valve 67 on the two-port pipe 64 may be closed, and the insulating oil may flow through the glass tube 7 via the three-port pipe 63. When the filter 6 needs to be replaced or filter residues on the filter 6 need to be cleaned, the bypass valve 67 on the three-port pipe 63 can be closed, the bypass valve on the two-port pipe 64 can be opened, the insulating oil flows through the two-port pipe 64 to the glass tube 7, the three-port pipe 63 can be detached and cleaned, and the quality of the insulating oil is easy to maintain and kept.
Furthermore, the organic filter screen and the oil filter paper which are overlapped are arranged inside the filtering oil outlet, the organic filter screen can be cleaned and reused, and the overlapped oil filter paper is beneficial to solidification of filtered substances.
Further, the main oil tank 1 is provided with a release valve, and the release valve can be opened to reduce the air pressure in the oil cavity 11 when the oil level rises or the main pressure oil bag 3 expands.
Further, an oil inlet is formed in the main oil tank 1, and the flow flowing out through the filter 6 can be supplemented.

Claims (5)
1. An automatic oil filter pipe type oil level indicator is characterized by comprising: the device comprises a main oil tank, a connecting tank, a main oil pressing bag, a connecting oil bag, a connecting pipe, a filter, a glass pipe and a floating ball;
an oil cavity for storing insulating oil is arranged in the main oil tank;
the connecting box is arranged below the main oil tank, and a communicating cavity is arranged in the connecting box;
the upper end of the communicating cavity is communicated with the oil cavity, and the lower end of the communicating cavity is communicated with the first end of the connecting pipe;
the main oil pressing bag is arranged above the oil cavity;
the connecting oil bag is arranged in the communicating cavity corresponding to the port of the connecting pipe;
the glass tube is vertically arranged;
the floating ball is arranged in the glass tube;
the filter is respectively communicated with the second end of the connecting pipe and the glass pipe, and a filtering oil outlet is formed in the bottom of the filter;
and an oil drain valve for controlling the opening and closing of the filtering oil outlet is arranged on the filtering oil outlet.
2. The automatic oil filter tube type oil level indicator of claim 1, wherein the filter comprises a three-port tube, a two-port tube, a first three-way tube and a second three-way tube;
three pipe orifices of the first three-way pipe are respectively connected with the second end of the connecting pipe, the first end of the three-port pipe and the first end of the two-port pipe;
three pipe orifices of the second three-way pipe are respectively connected with the glass pipe, the second end of the three-port pipe and the second end of the two-port pipe;
the filtering oil outlet is arranged at the third end of the three-port pipe;
and bypass valves for controlling the opening and closing of the pipeline are arranged on the three-port pipe and the two-port pipe.
3. The automatic oil filter tube type oil level indicator according to claim 1, wherein an organic filter screen and an oil filter paper are arranged inside the filter oil outlet in a superposed manner.
4. An automatic oil filter pipe type oil level indicator according to claim 1, wherein a purge valve is provided on the main oil tank.
5. The automatic oil filter tube type oil level indicator according to claim 1, wherein an oil inlet is provided on the main oil tank.
