The invention discloses an automatic pressure measurement protection method for a hydraulic system of an extruder, which comprises the steps of firstly arranging a pressure sensor at a hydraulic oil pressure measurement point of a hydraulic pump for detecting a hydraulic oil pressure value; and then, an alarm module is added on a computer control unit of the hydraulic system, the alarm module receives a pressure value detected by a pressure sensor, whether the hydraulic pump breaks down or not is judged, once the hydraulic pump breaks down, the computer control unit sends out an alarm signal, and the hydraulic pump is stopped after 1.5-2.5 min of delay. The automatic pressure measurement protection method for the hydraulic system of the extruder can send out an alarm and automatically stop running when the hydraulic pump is damaged, and waits for the repair of equipment operators.

Background
High-end seamless steel pipes, such as: oil well pipes and the like for oil drilling need to be produced by adopting the processes of forging, chambering, extruding and the like so as to achieve the required mechanical properties; the 60MN extruder is key process equipment in the hot extrusion production process of the steel pipe, the extrusion production is mainly powered by 6 hydraulic pumps and 12 groups of energy accumulators, and a hydraulic system is mainly composed of 6 hydraulic pumps, an electric control unloading valve 3 for controlling the pressure of the hydraulic pumps and 12 groups of energy accumulators; the control principle of the hydraulic pump of the extruding machine is shown in fig. 1, after the extruding machine enters an automatic state, 6 groups of electric control unloading valves 3 are electrified, the hydraulic pump system enters a 300Bar high-pressure state, 6 hydraulic pumps (P10, P11, P12, P13, P14 and P15) output high-pressure oil, the high-pressure oil is respectively provided for 2 groups of energy accumulators (PAK1 and PAK2) through a hydraulic pipeline by virtue of a one-way valve 2 arranged on each hydraulic pump, and the energy accumulators and the hydraulic pumps simultaneously provide the high-pressure oil for the extruding machine when a steel pipe is extruded; once the hydraulic pump is damaged after long-term use, equipment users cannot obtain equipment damage information in time and continue to produce, a large amount of metal particles are generated by the damaged hydraulic pump to enter a hydraulic system, hydraulic oil is polluted, accidents are enlarged, and other hydraulic pumps and control valves in the hydraulic system are damaged.
In view of the above circumstances, it is desirable to develop an automatic pressure measurement protection method for a hydraulic system, which can issue an alarm and automatically stop operation when a hydraulic pump is damaged, and wait for repair of equipment maintenance personnel, so as to avoid that the damaged hydraulic pump generates a large amount of metal particles to enter the hydraulic system, and pollute hydraulic oil, which leads to an enlarged accident and damages to other hydraulic pumps and control valves in the hydraulic system.

3) the pressure sensor detects the pressure value of the hydraulic oil and transmits the pressure value to the alarm module;
4) the alarm module receives a hydraulic oil pressure value detected by the pressure sensor, if the hydraulic oil pressure value is less than or equal to 200Bar, the computer control unit sends an alarm signal, the computer control unit is stopped after delaying for 1.5-2.5 min, and an operator waits for overhaul; if the pressure value of the hydraulic oil is larger than 200Bar, the extruder enters normal extrusion production.

Referring to fig. 2 to 3, in the method for automatic pressure measurement protection of a hydraulic system of an extruder according to the present invention, a pressure sensor 4 is first installed at a hydraulic oil pressure measurement point of each hydraulic pump (P10, P11, P12, P13, P14, P15) to detect a hydraulic oil pressure value; and then, adding an alarm module on a computer control unit of the hydraulic system, wherein the alarm module receives a pressure value detected by the pressure sensor 4, judges whether the hydraulic pump (P10, P11, P12, P13, P14 and P15) breaks down, and once the hydraulic pump breaks down, the computer control unit sends an alarm signal and stops after delaying for 1.5-2.5 min.
The method for automatic pressure measurement protection of the hydraulic system of the extruder provided by the invention specifically comprises the following steps:
1) when the extruder enters an automatic state, the electric control unloading valve 3 of the hydraulic pump is electrified;
2) when the hydraulic system enters a high-pressure state of more than or equal to 300bar, the one-way valve 2 is communicated, and hydraulic oil is provided for the energy accumulator through the high-pressure output pipeline 1 of the hydraulic pump; preferably, the hydraulic system enters a high-pressure state of 300-320 bar, such as 305bar or 315 bar;
3) the pressure sensor 4 detects the pressure value of the hydraulic oil and transmits the pressure value to the alarm module;
4) the alarm module receives a hydraulic oil pressure value detected by the pressure sensor 4, if the hydraulic oil pressure value is less than or equal to 200Bar, the computer control unit sends an alarm signal, the computer control unit is stopped after delaying for 1.5-2.5 min, and an operator waits for overhaul; the optimized computer control unit sends out an alarm signal, and stops the machine after delaying for 2 min; if the pressure value of the hydraulic oil is larger than 200Bar, the extruder enters normal extrusion production.

Examples
In the prior art, an extruder is a key process device in a steel tube hot extrusion production process, taking a 60MN extruder as an example, and combining a control schematic diagram of a 60MN extruder hydraulic pump in fig. 1, the extruder is mainly powered by 6 hydraulic pumps (P10, P11, P12, P13, P14, P15) and 2 groups of energy accumulators (PAK1, PAK2) during extrusion production, and a hydraulic system mainly comprises 6 hydraulic pumps (P10, P11, P12, P13, P14, P15), 6 groups of electrically controlled unloading valves 3 for controlling pressures of the hydraulic pumps (P10, P11, P12, P13, P14, P15), and 2 groups of energy accumulators (PAK1, PAK 2); when the extruder enters an automatic state, the electric control unloading valve 3 is electrified, the hydraulic pump system enters a 300Bar high-pressure state, high-pressure hydraulic oil passes through the one-way valve 2 and provides high-pressure hydraulic oil for the energy accumulators (PAK1 and PAK2) through the hydraulic pipeline, and the energy accumulators (PAK1 and PAK2) and the hydraulic pumps (P10, P11, P12, P13, P14 and P15) provide high-pressure hydraulic oil for the extruder simultaneously when the steel pipe is extruded;
as shown in the control schematic diagram of the improved hydraulic pump shown in fig. 2, in the method for automatic pressure measurement protection of the hydraulic system of the extruder provided by this embodiment, first, a pressure sensor 4 is arranged at a hydraulic oil pressure measurement point of each hydraulic pump, and is used for detecting a hydraulic oil pressure value; and then, an alarm module is added on a computer control unit of the hydraulic system, the alarm module receives a pressure value detected by the pressure sensor 4 and judges whether the hydraulic pump fails, and once the hydraulic pump fails, the computer control unit sends an alarm signal and stops after delaying for 1.5-2.5 min.
