Description

Building roof waterproof structure and construction method thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of roof waterproof engineering, in particular to a building roof waterproof structure and a construction method thereof.
Background
With the development of building technology in China in recent years, large-span, light and high-rise buildings are increasingly increased, and the deformation of a roof structure is greatly changed. The new situations of roof parking lots, roof playgrounds, roof gardens and the like greatly increase the functions of roofs, but meanwhile, the problem of house leakage also becomes a very prominent problem in the engineering construction of China.
In the related art, in order to improve the waterproof performance of the roof, workers usually adhere and lay a PVC waterproof roll on the surface of the roof, and since the PVC waterproof roll has excellent water resistance, stability, flexibility and aging resistance, the PVC waterproof roll can continuously protect the roof from water for a long time.
To the above-mentioned related art, the inventor thinks that, because PVC waterproofing membrane is usually a long strip-shaped lamellar body, so when laying PVC waterproofing membrane, need bond the coincide with two adjacent PVC waterproofing membrane's edge, and when the rainwater impacted overlap for a long time, PVC waterproofing membrane takes place to break away from with the roof very easily, and then leads to the waterproof performance of roof relatively poor.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problem of poor roof waterproof performance, the application provides a building roof waterproof structure and a construction method thereof.
First aspect, the application provides a building roof waterproof construction, adopts following technical scheme:
a building roof waterproof structure comprises a structural layer, a cement mortar slope-finding layer, an adhesive layer and a PVC waterproof coiled material layer which are sequentially arranged upwards, wherein the PVC waterproof coiled material layer comprises a plurality of PVC waterproof coiled materials which are sequentially overlapped; when the laying direction of the PVC waterproof coiled materials needs to be perpendicular to the force application direction of rainwater, the PVC waterproof coiled materials are sequentially and reversely stacked along the force application direction of the rainwater; when a plurality of PVC waterproofing membrane's lay direction needs to be parallel with the application of force direction of rainwater, a plurality of PVC waterproofing membrane can coincide wantonly.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, when a plurality of PVC waterproofing membrane are reverse when folding in proper order along the application of force direction of rainwater, the rainwater will at first collide with the PVC waterproofing membrane of coincide in the highest department, and the PVC waterproofing membrane of coincide in higher department directly skips the PVC waterproofing membrane of coincide department and buffering direction to lower department with the rainwater, effectively reduces two adjacent PVC waterproofing membrane and takes place the possibility that breaks away from, improves the waterproof performance on roof indirectly.
And when a plurality of PVC waterproofing membrane were parallel with the application of force direction of rainwater, PVC waterproofing membrane led the rainwater, and then made the rainwater only act on PVC waterproofing membrane's surface, and can not carry out the application of force to coincide department, effectively reduced two adjacent PVC waterproofing membrane and taken place the possibility that breaks away from, indirectly improved the waterproof performance on roof.
Optionally, cement mortar looks for the slope layer including looking for slope base portion and a plurality of roofing node that set up on looking for the slope base portion, PVC waterproofing membrane includes the coiled material mainboard and a plurality of coiled material subplate that set up on the coiled material mainboard, the coiled material mainboard is worn to establish by the roofing node, the coiled material subplate around the bottom of locating the roofing node and with coiled material mainboard fixed connection, and the one end that the coiled material main part was kept away from to the coiled material subplate is cramped through the metal and is sealed.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, when the rainwater scours away the clearance between roofing node and the coiled material mainboard, because the bottom and the coiled material mainboard fixed connection of coiled material subplate, so the coiled material subplate can block the rainwater, effectively reduces the rainwater and from the possibility of the clearance seepage between roofing node and the coiled material mainboard, and then improves the waterproof performance on roof.
In addition, because the one end that the coiled material subplate was kept away from the coiled material main part is sealed through the metal hoop, so when the rainwater scoured the clearance between coiled material subplate and the roofing node, the metal hoop can effectively reduce the clearance between coiled material subplate and the roofing node, and then reduced the rainwater from the clearance seepage's between coiled material subplate and the roofing node possibility, further improved the waterproof performance on roof.
Optionally, PVC waterproofing membrane is still including setting up the connecting plate in the one end that the coiled material mainboard was kept away from to the coiled material subplate, the connection annular that supplies the connecting plate to peg graft is seted up to the outer peripheral face of roofing node, just the connection annular is to keeping away from the direction of looking for the slope basal portion inwards slope gradually.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, when the rainwater scoured the connection subplate, the gap mouth between connection subplate and the roofing node can be hidden through the connection annular to the connecting plate, and then reduces the rainwater and directly from the possibility of the gap mouth seepage between connection subplate and the roofing node, effectively improves the waterproof performance on roof.
In addition, because the connection annular groove is inwards inclined gradually towards the direction far away from the structure base, when rainwater is washed into the connection annular groove, the connection annular groove can firstly buffer rainwater and pre-store part of the rainwater at the outer wall of the connection plate, and then the stored rainwater can be directly discharged from the connection annular groove under the action of gravity, so that the possibility that the rainwater gradually permeates to the gap between the connection auxiliary plate and the roof node through the connection annular groove is effectively reduced, and the waterproof performance of the roof is further improved.
Optionally, the outer side of the connecting plate is provided with a limiting strip, the groove wall of the connecting ring groove is provided with a limiting groove, and the limiting strip is inserted into the limiting groove.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, when the connecting plate is pegged graft in connecting the annular, the cell wall of spacing groove can carry on spacingly through spacing to the connecting plate, effectively reduces the possibility that the connecting plate breaks away from the connection annular, improves the waterproof performance on roof indirectly.
In addition, when rainwater got into the connection annular, spacing can also block the rainwater, effectively reduces the rainwater and permeates the possibility to connect the clearance department between subplate and the roofing node gradually through connecting the annular, further improves the waterproof performance on roof.
Optionally, the connecting ring groove is filled with sealant.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, when the connecting plate is pegged graft in connecting the annular, sealed glue except can restricting the removal of connecting plate, can also seal the clearance between connecting plate and the connection annular, further improve the waterproof performance on roof.
Optionally, the PVC waterproof roll is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin, 2-8 parts of compatilizer and 10-15 parts of biocidal herbicide.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, when grass seed shifts to PVC waterproofing membrane surface under the transport of wind-force or birds, the possibility that the emergence herbicide that sets up can effectively reduce weeds and pierce through PVC waterproofing membrane and grow gradually improves the waterproof performance on roof indirectly.
Optionally, the biocidal herbicide is a mixture of prometryn and acetochlor.
By adopting the technical scheme, when grass seeds grow on the PVC waterproof coiled material, acetochlor can generate a synergistic effect with prometryn, so that the prometryn and the acetochlor can inhibit the synthesis of nucleic acid and protein of the prometryn and the acetochlor when the grass seeds germinate, cells are promoted to generate binuclear or multinuclear variation, the damage of the germination of the grass seeds to the PVC waterproof coiled material is effectively reduced, and the waterproof performance of a roof is further improved.
Optionally, the weight ratio of prometryn to acetochlor is 4: 1.
By adopting the technical scheme, the biocidal herbicide is prepared by mixing prometryn and acetochlor according to the weight ratio of 4:1, so that when grass seeds germinate on the PVC waterproof sheet material, the biocidal herbicide can more effectively inhibit the germination of the grass seeds, and further reduce the damage of the germination of the grass seeds to the PVC waterproof sheet material.
Optionally, the color of the PVC waterproof roll is white.
By adopting the technical method, the color of the PVC waterproof coiled material is white, so that in the actual use process of the PVC waterproof coiled material, the PVC waterproof coiled material has the roof waterproof effect, and the PVC waterproof coiled material also has the effects of light reflection, heat preservation, ultraviolet resistance and heat energy absorption, and is energy-saving and environment-friendly.
In a second aspect, the present application provides a construction method for a roof waterproof structure of a building, which adopts the following technical scheme: a construction method of a building roof waterproof structure comprises the following steps:
s1 base layer processing: paving a cement mortar slope layer on the structural layer, and then performing trowelling, dedusting and decontamination operations on the surface of the cement mortar slope layer;
s2 laying of coiled materials: paving an adhesive layer on the cement mortar slope-finding layer, and then sequentially overlapping a plurality of PVC waterproof coiled materials on the adhesive layer; when the laying direction of the PVC waterproof coiled materials needs to be perpendicular to the force application direction of rainwater, the PVC waterproof coiled materials are sequentially and reversely stacked along the force application direction of the rainwater; when the laying direction of the PVC waterproof coiled materials needs to be parallel to the force application direction of rainwater, the PVC waterproof coiled materials can be randomly overlapped;
s3 post-treatment of coiled material: and (3) fixing the covered parts of the two adjacent PVC waterproof coiled materials by hot air welding, and then coating sealant at the welded parts for further sealing.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, at first carry out trowelling, dust removal and scrubbing operation to the surface on cement mortar slope finding layer in the S1 basic unit 'S processing, effectively reduce most advanced or powder to PVC waterproofing membrane' S wearing and tearing in addition, can also reduce the influence that the greasy dirt was laid to the adhesive linkage, indirectly improve the waterproof performance on roof.
In the post-treatment of S3 coiled material, the sealant is coated on the welding position, so that the sealant can block the tiny pores generated by welding, and the waterproof performance of the roof is further improved.
In summary, the present application includes at least one of the following beneficial technical effects:
1. when a plurality of PVC waterproof coiled materials are sequentially and reversely overlapped along the force application direction of rainwater, the PVC waterproof coiled material overlapped at the higher position directly skips the rainwater at the overlapped position and guides the rainwater to the PVC waterproof coiled material at the lower position in a buffering manner, so that the possibility of separation of two adjacent PVC waterproof coiled materials is effectively reduced;
2. when the force application directions of the PVC waterproof coiled materials are parallel to the force application direction of rainwater, the PVC waterproof coiled materials guide the rainwater, so that the rainwater cannot apply force to the overlapped part, and the possibility of separation of two adjacent PVC waterproof coiled materials is effectively reduced;
3. because the sealant is coated at the welding position in the post-treatment of the S3 coiled material, the sealant can block the tiny pores generated by welding, and the waterproof performance of the roof is further improved.

Detailed Description
The present application is described in further detail below with reference to figures 1-3.
The embodiment 1 of the application discloses a building roof waterproof construction. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the building roof waterproof structure includes a structural layer 1, a cement mortar slope-finding layer 2, an adhesive layer 3 and a PVC waterproof roll layer 4 which are sequentially laid upward.
Wherein, structural layer 1 is built by reinforced concrete, and the surface of structural layer 1 is the horizontality. The cement mortar slope finding layer 2 is formed by paving cement mortar, and the gradient of the cement mortar slope finding layer 2 is 2%. The adhesive layer 3 is formed by laying a sealant, and the sealant fixes the PVC waterproof roll material layer 4 and the cement mortar slope-finding layer 2.
PVC waterproofing membrane layer 4 is laid by a plurality of white PVC waterproofing membrane 5 and forms, and in order to reduce the rainwater and leak to cement mortar from the clearance between two adjacent PVC waterproofing membrane 5 and look for the possibility on slope layer 2, a plurality of PVC waterproofing membrane 5 need coincide in proper order and lay and through hot-blast welded fastening, and rethread sealing glue is further sealed afterwards.
However, when the overlapping direction of the PVC waterproof sheet 5 is the same as the direction of water flow or wind and rain, the rainwater will continuously impact the overlapping position between two adjacent PVC waterproof sheets 5, and along with the extension of the impact time, the two adjacent PVC waterproof sheets 5 have the possibility of being separated from each other, thereby causing the waterproof performance of the roof to be gradually deteriorated.
Therefore, in order to reduce the possibility of separation between two adjacent PVC waterproof rolls 5, in this embodiment, the following two specific construction methods are used for several PVC waterproof rolls 5:
referring to fig. 1, when the application of force direction mutually perpendicular with the direction of laying of a plurality of PVC waterproofing membrane and rainwater as required, operating personnel can be with a plurality of PVC waterproofing membrane 5 along the application of force direction of rainwater reverse coincide in proper order, and then when the rainwater scours PVC waterproofing membrane layer 4, the rainwater will at first collide with PVC waterproofing membrane 5 of coincide in the highest place, and the PVC waterproofing membrane 5 of coincide in higher department directly skips the coincide department with the rainwater and cushions PVC waterproofing membrane 5 of direction to lower department, make the rainwater reduce relatively to the impact force of coincide department, effectively reduce two adjacent PVC waterproofing membrane 5 and take place the possibility that breaks away from.
Referring to fig. 2, when needs are parallel to each other with the direction of laying of a plurality of waterproofing membrane and the application of force direction of rainwater, operating personnel can carry out arbitrary coincide with a plurality of PVC waterproofing membrane 5, and then when the rainwater erodees PVC waterproofing membrane layer 4, PVC waterproofing membrane 5 will lead the rainwater, and then make the rainwater will only act on PVC waterproofing membrane 5's surface, and can not carry out the application of force to coincide department, effectively reduce two adjacent PVC waterproofing membrane 5 and take place the possibility that breaks away from. Since the guiding principle of the different folding modes for rainwater is the same, only the parallel forward folding is described in the present application.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in order to improve the use diversity of the roof, an operator usually builds a building such as a roof node 8, a roof skylight, and a parapet wall on the roof. In order to reduce the influence of the buildings on the laying of the PVC waterproof roll 5, an operator usually cuts the PVC waterproof roll 5, and then inserts the buildings into the through holes 6 cut from the PVC waterproof roll 5.
However, since there is a certain gap between the wall of the through hole 6 and the building, when the PVC waterproof sheet 5 is washed by rainwater, the rainwater will directly leak from the gap between the wall of the through hole 6 and the building, and the waterproof performance of the roof is relatively poor.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in order to seal the gap between the wall of the through hole 6 and the building, taking as an example that the cement mortar slope layer 2 only includes the slope base 7 and the roof node 8 poured on the surface of the slope base 7, in this embodiment, the PVC waterproof roll 5 includes a roll main board 9 provided with the through hole 6, a roll sub-board 10 hot-air welded on the surface of the roll main board 9, and a connecting board 11 integrally formed at one end of the roll sub-board 10 away from the roll main board 9, and the inner and outer side walls of the connecting board 11 are integrally formed with a limit strip 12.
The coiled material auxiliary plate 10 is wound on the outer peripheral surface of the bottom of the roof node 8 and is welded and wound by hot air to form an auxiliary plate cylinder 13. One end of the auxiliary plate cylinder 13 close to the coiled material main plate 9 is fixedly connected with the hole wall of the through hole 6 through hot air welding, and one end of the auxiliary plate cylinder 13 far away from the coiled material main plate 9 is sealed through metal hooping.
The connecting plate 11 is wound by hot air welding to form a conical connecting cylinder 14, and the limiting strip 12 is also wound by hot air welding to form a circular limiting ring 15. The peripheral surface of roofing node 8 is seted up and is connected annular 16, and connects annular 16 inwards to keeping away from the direction of looking for slope basal portion 7 gradually. Two opposite groove walls of the connecting ring groove 16 are provided with limiting grooves 17, the connecting cylinder 14 is inserted in the connecting ring groove 16, and the two limiting rings 15 are respectively inserted in the two limiting grooves 17.
When the connection subplate is washed away by rainwater, the connection ring groove 16 can hide the gap between the connection cylinder 14 and the roof node 8, thereby reducing the possibility that rainwater leaks from the gap between the connection cylinder 14 and the roof node 8.
When the rainwater is flushed into the connecting ring groove 16, the connecting ring groove 16 and the limiting groove 17 can firstly buffer the rainwater, and the limiting ring 15 continuously blocks the rainwater and stores part of the rainwater in the outer wall of the connecting cylinder 14. The stored rainwater can be directly discharged from the connecting ring groove 16 under the action of gravity, so that the possibility that the rainwater gradually permeates into the gap between the connecting cylinder 14 and the roof node 8 through the connecting ring groove 16 is further reduced.
In this embodiment, the welding position where the sub-plate cylinder 13 is wound and shaped with the coiled material main board 9, the welding position where the connecting cylinder 14 is wound and shaped, and the welding position where the limiting ring 15 is wound and positioned are all coated with the sealant, so that the sealant can block the tiny pores generated by welding, and the waterproof performance of the roof is further improved.
In addition, the connection ring groove 16 and the limiting groove 17 are filled with sealant, so that the sealant can limit the movement of the connection cylinder 14, and can seal a gap between the connection cylinder 14 and the connection ring groove 16, thereby further improving the waterproof performance of the roof.
The sealing of the gap between the wall of the through-hole 6 and the roof skylight or parapet is the same as the sealing of the gap between the wall of the through-hole 6 and the roof node 8, and therefore will not be described below.
The application also discloses a construction method of the building roof waterproof structure.

Three samples were taken from each of examples 1 to 7 and comparative example 1, followed by the following tests under normal temperature, normal pressure and normal humidity conditions, and averaged.
Test I, biological resistance test
Placing the samples at the same position, then placing four layers of germinating paper on the surface of each sample and wetting, then placing 100 Setaria viridis seeds with similar particle sizes on the germinating paper at uniform intervals, then placing for 14 days in the environment with the same illumination, temperature and humidity, and finally counting the slots on the surface of the samples.
And (3) detection results: the results of the tests of examples 1 to 7 and comparative example 1 are shown in Table 3.
TABLE 3 tables of test results of examples 1 to 7 and comparative example 1
Number of slot holes Number of slot holes
Example 1 20 Example 5 26
Example 2 26 Example 6 10
Example 3 31 Example 7 18
Example 4 33 Comparative example 1 43
As can be seen by combining examples 1 to 3 and comparative example 1 with Table 3, the number of the holes of examples 1 to 3 was reduced as compared with comparative example 1, wherein the number of the holes of example 1 was reduced to the greatest extent, thereby demonstrating that polyvinyl chloride resin, compatibilizer-maleic anhydride-grafted polystyrene and biocidal herbicide-prometryn were more effective in limiting germination of Setaria viridis seeds at the weight ratio of example 1.
Combining example 1, example 4 and comparative example 1 with table 3, it can be seen that the number of the slots of example 4 is slightly increased compared to example 1, but the number of the slots of example 4 is still significantly decreased compared to comparative example 1, thereby indicating that prometryn and acetochlor both have the effect of limiting the germination of Setaria viridis seeds.
