P = T/(Kd), where T is the screwing torque, K is the torque coefficient, and d is the nominal diameter of the thread of the first screw 312. It will be appreciated that the thrust generated by the first adjustment member 31 and the second adjustment member 32 is the same.
According to the inhaul cable connector disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, when F1 is larger than P and smaller than F2, the first clamping component 1 and the second clamping component 2 clamp the inhaul cable, and meanwhile, the spacing distance between the first clamping component 1 and the second clamping component 2 can be adjusted, so that the position of an inhaul cable connecting node is adjusted, the first clamping component 1 or the second clamping component 2 is not required to be dismounted, the inhaul cable mounting efficiency and precision are improved, and the inhaul cable is more convenient and safer to mount.
In some embodiments, the cable connector further includes a first connecting part 6 and a second connecting part 7, the first connecting part 6 is provided between the first clamping plate 11 and the second clamping plate 12, the first connecting part 6 is used for connecting the first clamping plate 11 and the second clamping plate 12, the second connecting part 7 is provided between the third clamping plate 21 and the fourth clamping plate 22, and the second connecting part 7 is used for connecting the third clamping plate 21 and the fourth clamping plate 22.

The second connecting member 7 includes a second bolt 71 and a third fastening nut 72, the second bolt 71 is provided between the third clamping plate 21 and the fourth clamping plate 22, and the third fastening nut 72 is connected to the second bolt 71 to connect the third clamping plate 21 and the fourth clamping.
Specifically, the second bolt 71 is a single-headed bolt, an upper end of the single-headed bolt extends out of the second connecting portion of the third clamping plate 21, a lower end of the single-headed bolt extends out of the second connecting portion of the fourth clamping plate 22, and a third fastening nut 72 is provided at a lower end of the second bolt 71.
It will be appreciated that the structure of the second connecting part 7 may also be identical to the structure of the first connecting part 6. For example, the second bolt 71 is also a stud bolt, and the upper and lower ends of the second bolt 71 respectively extend out of the third clamping plate 21 and the fourth clamping plate 22, the first nut set 62 is connected to the upper end of the second bolt 71, the second connecting portion of the third clamping plate 21 is disposed between the two first fastening nuts 21, the second nut set 63 is connected to the lower end of the second bolt 71, and the second connecting portion of the fourth clamping plate 22 is disposed between the two second fastening nuts 631.
The cable connector according to the embodiment of the present invention is configured such that the first clamping plate 11 and the second clamping plate 12 are firmly connected by the first connecting member 6, and the first connecting member 6 can also provide a clamping force to the first clamping plate 11 and the second clamping plate 12 to clamp the cable, and the clamping force between the first clamping plate 11 and the second clamping plate 12 can be adjusted by the first nut set 62 and the second nut set 63. The third clamping plate 21 and the fourth clamping plate 22 are firmly connected by the second connecting part 7, and the second connecting part 7 can also provide clamping force for the third clamping plate 21 and the fourth clamping plate 22 so as to clamp the stay. In some embodiments, the end face of the first clamp 11 adjacent to the cable is flush with the end face of the third clamp 21 adjacent to the cable in the first direction, and the end face of the second clamp 12 adjacent to the cable is flush with the end face of the fourth clamp 22 adjacent to the cable in the first direction.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the lower end face of the first clamping plate 11 and the lower end face of the third clamping plate 21 are arranged in parallel and level in the up-down direction, so that the clamping force of the first clamping assembly 1 on the cable is prevented from being influenced by the dislocation of the first clamping plate 11 and the third clamping plate 21, the interference of the cable on the clamping plate is also prevented when the first clamping assembly 1 and the second clamping assembly 2 are subjected to distance adjustment, the distance adjustment between the first clamping assembly 1 and the second clamping assembly 2 is more stable, the upper end face of the second clamping plate 12 and the upper end face of the fourth clamping plate 22 are arranged in parallel and level in the up-down direction, the clamping force of the first clamping assembly 1 on the cable is prevented from being influenced by the dislocation of the third clamping plate 21 and the fourth clamping assembly 22, the interference of the cable on the clamping plate is also prevented from being caused when the distance adjustment is carried out on the first clamping assembly 1 and the second clamping assembly 2, and the distance adjustment of the first clamping assembly 1 and the second clamping assembly 2 is more stable.
In some embodiments, one side end surface of the first clamping plate 11 adjacent to the cable is a convex arc surface, one side end surface of the second clamping plate 12 adjacent to the cable is a convex arc surface, one side end surface of the third clamping plate 21 adjacent to the cable is a convex arc surface, and one side end surface of the fourth clamping plate 22 adjacent to the cable is a convex arc surface.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the lower terminal surface of the first clamping part of the first clamping plate 11 is an upward convex arc-shaped surface, the upper end surface of the first clamping part of the second clamping plate 12 is a downward convex arc-shaped surface, the lower terminal surface of the second clamping part of the third clamping plate 21 is an upward convex arc-shaped surface, the upper end surface of the second clamping part of the fourth clamping plate 22 is a downward convex arc-shaped surface, so that the space between the first clamping plate 11 and the cable can be increased, the space between the second clamping plate 12 and the cable, the contact areas between the third clamping plate 21 and the cable and between the fourth clamping plate 22 and the cable can be increased, and the cable can be clamped more stably by the connector.
The operation principle of the cable connector of the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 12.
In the first step, the first clamping portion of the first clamping plate 11 and the second clamping portion of the third clamping plate 21 are placed downwards, the first clamping portion of the second clamping plate 12 and the second clamping portion of the fourth clamping plate 22 are placed upwards, the first gasket 4 and the second gasket 5 with corresponding specifications are selected, the first protrusion 41 on the first gasket 4 is aligned with the first installation groove 211 on the third clamping plate 21, the first gasket 4 is connected with the third clamping plate 21, the second protrusion 51 on the second gasket 5 is aligned with the second installation groove 221 on the fourth clamping plate 22, and the second gasket 5 is connected with the fourth clamping plate 22.
Secondly, connecting the right end of the first screw 312 with the left end of the third clamping plate 21, sleeving the first screw 312 with the first nut 313, screwing the first nut 313 to the rightmost end of the first screw 312, connecting the right end of the second screw 322 with the left end of the fourth clamping plate 22, sleeving the second screw 322 with the second nut 323, screwing the second nut 323 to the rightmost end of the second screw 322, and positioning the left end surface of the first nut 313 and the left end surface of the second nut 323 on the same plane in the left-right direction.
Thirdly, connecting the left end of the first sleeve 311 with the right end of the first clamping plate 11, sleeving the first sleeve 311 on the first screw 312, enabling the right end surface of the first sleeve 311 to be in contact with the left end surface of the first nut 313, connecting the left end of the second sleeve 321 with the right end of the second clamping plate 12, sleeving the second sleeve 321 on the second screw 322, and enabling the right end surface of the second sleeve 321 to be in contact with the left end surface of the second nut 323.
And fourthly, enabling the lower end face of the first clamping plate 11 and the lower end face of the third clamping plate 21 to be located on the same plane in the vertical direction, enabling the upper end face of the second clamping plate 12 and the upper end face of the fourth clamping plate 22 to be located on the same plane in the vertical direction, and then buckling the first clamping plate 11, the second clamping plate 12, the third clamping plate 21 with the first gasket 4 and the fourth clamping plate 22 with the gasket on the inhaul cable. The second bolts 71 are inserted through the third clamping plate 21 and the fourth clamping plate 22, and the third fastening nuts 72 are connected to the second bolts 71, it should be noted that it is not necessary to screw the third fastening nuts 72, and then the plurality of second bolts 71 and the plurality of third fastening nuts 72 are installed in place and then a torque wrench is used to apply the same amount of fastening force to all of the second bolts 71 and the third fastening nuts 72.
Fifth, the first bolt 61 is passed through the first clamping plate 11, a first fastening nut 21 is coupled to the first bolt 61 and placed under the first clamping plate 11, then a second fastening nut 631 is coupled to the first bolt 61, the second fastening nut 631 being positioned under the first fastening nut 21, then the first bolt 61 is passed through the second clamping plate 12, a first fastening nut 21 is coupled to the upper end of the first bolt 61, a second fastening nut 631 is coupled to the lower end of the first bolt 61, and finally a torque wrench is used to apply a fastening force to all of the first fastening nut 21 and the second fastening nut 631.
When the position of the cable connection node needs to be adjusted, only the first nut 313 and the second nut 323 need to be rotated, so that the first screw 312 rotates relative to the first sleeve 311, the first screw 312 extends out of the first sleeve 311, the first screw 312 pushes the third clamping plate 21 to be far away from the first clamping plate 11, the second screw 322 rotates relative to the second sleeve 321, the second screw 322 extends out of the second sleeve 321, and the second screw 322 pushes the fourth clamping plate 22 to be far away from the second clamping plate 12, thereby achieving the purpose of adjusting the position of the cable connection node.

Claims (7)

1. A cable connector, comprising:
the first clamping assembly and the second clamping assembly are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the inhaul cable,
the first clamping assembly comprises a first clamping plate and a second clamping plate, the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are oppositely arranged in a first direction, the first direction is orthogonal to the length direction of the cable, a first clamping space for clamping the cable is formed between the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, the second clamping assembly comprises a third clamping plate and a fourth clamping plate, and the third clamping plate and the fourth clamping plate are oppositely arranged in the first direction;
the outer wall surface of the first gasket is in contact with the inner wall surface of the second clamping portion of the third clamping plate, the outer wall surface of the second gasket is in contact with the inner wall surface of the second clamping portion of the fourth clamping plate, a second clamping space for clamping the inhaul cable is limited by the first gasket and the second gasket, and the second clamping space is communicated with the first clamping space;
the adjusting assembly is arranged between the first clamping assembly and the second clamping assembly so as to adjust the spacing distance between the first clamping assembly and the second clamping assembly in the length direction of the inhaul cable;
the adjustment assembly includes a first adjustment member provided between the first and third jaws so as to adjust a distance of spacing between the first and third jaws in a length direction of the cable, and a second adjustment member provided between the second and fourth jaws so as to adjust a distance of spacing between the second and fourth jaws in the length direction of the cable;
the first adjusting part comprises a first sleeve, a first screw rod and a first nut, one end of the first sleeve is connected with the first clamping plate, one end of the first screw rod is connected with the third clamping plate, at least part of the other end of the first screw rod penetrates through the first sleeve, the first nut is sleeved on the first screw rod, and the first nut is arranged between the first sleeve and the third clamping plate,
the second adjusting part comprises a second sleeve, a second screw and a second nut, one end of the second sleeve is connected with the second clamping plate, one end of the second screw is connected with the fourth clamping plate, at least part of the other end of the second screw penetrates through the second sleeve, the second nut is sleeved on the second screw, and the second nut is arranged between the second sleeve and the fourth clamping plate.

The cable connector according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of first mounting grooves are provided in the third clamp plate adjacent to one side end surface of the cable, the plurality of first mounting grooves being arranged at intervals in a length direction of the cable, a plurality of second mounting grooves are provided in the fourth clamp plate adjacent to one side end surface of the cable, the plurality of second mounting grooves being arranged at intervals in the length direction of the cable,
the outer wall of first gasket is equipped with a plurality of first archs, and is a plurality of first arch is in interval arrangement, and is a plurality of on the length direction of cable first arch and a plurality of first mounting groove cooperatees so that first gasket with the third splint link to each other, the outer wall of second gasket is equipped with a plurality of second archs, and is a plurality of the second arch is in interval arrangement, and is a plurality of on the length direction of cable the second arch and a plurality of the second mounting groove cooperatees so that the second gasket with the fourth splint link to each other.
3. The cable connector according to claim 1, wherein a frictional force between the first spacer and the cable is F1, a frictional force between the first clamp plate and the cable is F2, a thrust generated by the adjusting assembly in a length direction of the cable is P, and F1 < P < F2.

A cable connector according to claim 1, further comprising a first connecting member provided between said first and second clamping plates for connecting said first and second clamping plates, and a second connecting member provided between said third and fourth clamping plates for connecting said third and fourth clamping plates.

The cable connector according to claim 4, wherein the first connecting member includes a first bolt, a first nut group, and a second nut group, the first bolt is disposed between the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, and both ends of the first bolt respectively extend out of the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, the first nut group includes two first fastening nuts, the two first fastening nuts are disposed on the first bolt, and the first clamping plate is disposed between the two first fastening nuts, the second nut group includes two second fastening nuts, the two second fastening nuts are disposed on the first bolt, and the second clamping plate is disposed between the two second fastening nuts,
the second connecting part comprises a second bolt and a third fastening nut, the second bolt is arranged between a third clamping plate and a fourth clamping plate, and the third fastening nut is connected with the second bolt to connect the third clamping plate and the fourth clamping plate.

A cable connector according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a side end face of the first clamp plate adjacent to the cable is flush with a side end face of the third clamp plate adjacent to the cable in the first direction, and a side end face of the second clamp plate adjacent to the cable is flush with a side end face of the fourth clamp plate adjacent to the cable in the first direction.

The cable connector according to claim 6, characterized in that a side end surface of the first clamping plate adjacent to the cable is an outwardly convex arc-shaped surface, a side end surface of the second clamping plate adjacent to the cable is an outwardly convex arc-shaped surface, a side end surface of the third clamping plate adjacent to the cable is an outwardly convex arc-shaped surface, and a side end surface of the fourth clamping plate adjacent to the cable is an outwardly convex arc-shaped surface.
