An automatic control type air knife lifter structure of equipment for producing hot galvanized plates comprises a base, an air knife longitudinal lifting device, a connecting device, an air knife transverse movement adjusting device, a lifting graduated scale 42 and an air knife transverse movement graduated scale 43, wherein the air knife longitudinal lifting device and the lifting graduated scale 42 are arranged on the base, the air knife longitudinal lifting device is connected with the two air knife transverse movement adjusting devices which are symmetrically arranged left and right through the connecting device, and the air knife transverse movement graduated scale 43 is arranged on the connecting device;

The lifting motor 7 and the speed reducer 8 are arranged on the base shell between the two convex columns, the two convex columns are respectively and transversely provided with through holes, and two output ends of the speed reducer 8 are respectively connected with a screw rod 10 of the speed reducer through the through holes, a coupling 12 and a screw rod connecting shaft 11 of the speed reducer. The coupling 12 and the screw rod connecting shaft 11 of the speed reducer are arranged in the through hole of the convex column.
The input end of the transverse moving speed reducer 21 is connected with a hand wheel shaft 23, the hand wheel shaft 23 is provided with a hand wheel shaft fixing and supporting bearing 24, and the hand wheel shaft fixing and supporting bearings 24 of the two air knife transverse moving adjusting devices are respectively connected with the left side plate 19 and the right side plate 18; the end of the hand wheel shaft 23 is provided with a transverse hand wheel 22. The fine adjustment is corrected and corrected through the transverse moving hand wheel, so that the adjustment is more stable and consistent.
The traversing lead screw fixed support bearing 28 is arranged on the bottom plate 15 through a bearing seat, and the bearing seat is in a long column shape.

The lifting motor is characterized by further comprising an electric control device, the electric control device comprises an electric appliance cabinet 37, an electric appliance cabinet support column 38, an electric control operation panel 39, an electric control operation panel support column 40 and an electric appliance line drag chain 41, the electric appliance cabinet 37 and the electric control operation panel 39 are respectively arranged on two sides of the lifting motor, the electric appliance cabinet 37 and the electric control operation panel 39 are respectively connected with the upper ends of the electric appliance cabinet support column 38 and the electric control operation panel support column 40, and the lower ends of the electric appliance cabinet support column and the electric control operation panel support column are both arranged on the base; the electric appliance circuit tow chain 41 is arranged on the outer side of the electric appliance cabinet, and the main circuit is concentrated on the electric appliance circuit tow chain for guaranteeing the neat and safe electric circuit. The start and stop of the lifting motor 7 and the transverse moving motor 20 are controlled by the electric control device, the air knife is adjusted to the required height by observing the scale change of the lifting graduated scale 42, and the air knife is transversely adjusted to the proper position by observing the scale of the transverse moving pointer pointing to the air knife transverse moving graduated scale 43.
The coupling 12 is a diaphragm coupling.
The use method of the automatic control type air knife lifter for the hot galvanized plate production equipment adopts the lifter structure and comprises the following steps:
the base is fixed on the basis of the side surface of a zinc pot, air blowing openings of a front air knife and a rear air knife are correspondingly arranged on two surfaces of a hot galvanized plate which moves upwards away from the zinc pot and are opposite to each other, air knife supporting plates 31 of the front air knife and the rear air knife slide on an air knife supporting plate slide rail I26 and an air knife supporting plate slide rail II 27 which are parallel to each other together, the distance between the air blowing openings and the hot galvanized plate is adjusted through respective air knife transverse movement adjusting devices, and the distance between the air blowing openings of the front air knife and the rear air knife and the hot galvanized plate is adjusted to be completely consistent; the longitudinal heights of the front air knife and the rear air knife are adjusted by the same air knife longitudinal lifting device, so that the longitudinal heights of the air blowing openings of the front air knife and the rear air knife are completely consistent with those of the hot galvanized plate; the front air knife and the rear air knife blow and scrape the surface of the hot galvanized plate away from the zinc pot; the front air knife and the rear air knife are manufactured in the same specification, the same performance, the same process, the same technical standard, the same performance and the same operation mode, and the height, the distance and the blowing and zinc scraping effects of the front air knife and the rear air knife are ensured to be stable and consistent.
The distance between the air blowing openings of the front air knife and the rear air knife and the hot galvanized plate is adjusted through respective air knife transverse movement adjusting devices, coarse adjustment is completed through the air knife transverse movement adjusting devices, fine adjustment is performed through observation of the air knife transverse moving graduated scale 43 and rotation of the hand wheel shaft 23 at the input end of the transverse moving speed reducer 21, and the distance between the air blowing openings of the front air knife and the rear air knife and the hot galvanized plate is completely consistent; the longitudinal height of the front and rear air knives is adjusted and the final longitudinal height of the front and rear air knives is determined by observing the elevation scale 42.
The lifting operation of the longitudinal lifting device of the air knife for adjusting the longitudinal height: starting the lifting motor 7, rotating the speed reducer 8, driving the speed reducer screw rod 10 to rotate forward and backward and move up and down through the coupling 12 and the speed reducer screw rod connecting shaft 11, lifting the lifting supporting plate 13 along with the lifting supporting plate, driving the bottom plate 15 to lift through the lifting supporting plate 14, driving the air knife bearing column 32 of the air knife transverse movement adjusting device to lift, and finally realizing air knife lifting;
transverse movement operation of the air knife transverse movement adjusting device: starting the traverse motor 20, rotating the traverse reducer 21 to drive the traverse screw 29 to move transversely, and moving the traverse screw nut 30 along with the traverse screw, so that the air knife supporting plates 31 of the two air knife transverse movement adjusting devices respectively slide on the air knife supporting plate slide rails I26 and the air knife supporting plate slide rails II 27 through the respective two air knife supporting plate slide blocks 33, and the air knife bearing columns 32 are driven to move transversely; when the air knife supporting plate 31 runs out of position, the limit switch collision block 34 collides with the first limit switch 35 or the second limit switch 36, so that the moving position of the air knife supporting plate is limited.
In the embodiment, the base is a basic part of the invention, and the invention ensures that the invention runs stably and reliably and has stable and firm foundation by placing the base reinforcing plates 2 on the cement seats of which the square groove shapes on the two sides of the galvanized pot are matched with the positioning guide pillars in height. The lifting motor 7, the speed reducer 8 and the speed reducer screw rod 10 of the longitudinal air knife lifting device are all arranged on the base, the output end of the lifting motor 7 is connected with the input end of the speed reducer 8, the speed reducer 8 is provided with two output ends, and each output end is connected with the speed reducer screw rod 10 through a coupling 12 and a speed reducer screw rod connecting shaft 11; the top ends of a screw rod lead screw 10 of the speed reducer and a positioning guide post 9 are connected with the lower surface of a lifting supporting plate 13, two lifting supporting plate supporting plates 14 are vertically and symmetrically arranged on the upper surface of the rectangular plate-shaped lifting supporting plate 13 in parallel, and the lifting supporting plate supporting plates are rectangular strip-shaped steel plates; the lower surface of the bottom plate 15 is placed on the two lifting support plate support plates 14 in a tray manner; the positioning guide pillar 9 enables the screw rod 10 of the speed reducer to ascend and descend parallelly and stably, and the positioning guide pillar 9 provides stability when the screw rod 10 of the speed reducer runs up and down, so that the stability and reliability of the running of the screw rod 10 are guaranteed; the longitudinal air knife lifting device comprises two positioning guide columns 9 and two speed reducer screw rods 10, the double screw rods and the double guide columns are arranged on the lower surface of a lifting supporting plate 13, and the lifting supporting plate is driven by a lifting motor 7 and a speed reducer 8 to lift synchronously, so that synchronous lifting operation effect, stable performance and consistent effect are ensured.

The number of the transverse moving motor 20, the transverse moving speed reducer 21, the transverse moving hand wheel 22, the hand wheel shaft 23, the hand wheel shaft fixing support bearing 24, the transverse moving motor speed reducer supporting plate 25, the transverse moving lead screw fixing support bearing 28, the transverse moving lead screw 29, the transverse moving lead screw nut 30, the air knife supporting plate 31, the air knife bearing column 32, the limit switch collision block 34, the limit switch I35 and the limit switch II 36 of each air knife transverse moving adjusting device is one, and the two air knife transverse moving adjusting devices are symmetrically arranged to enable the two air knives to be coordinated and matched with each other in a transverse moving mode.
The invention is provided with an electric control operation panel, the air knives are correspondingly adjusted by one key operation, the adjustment is rapid and convenient, the electric appliance cabinet is arranged on the left side of the front side of the longitudinal lifting device of the air knives, and the supporting column 38 of the electric appliance cabinet is fixedly arranged on the outer edge of the lower surface of the base shell through bolts; the electric control operation disc 39 is arranged on the right side of the front face of the air knife longitudinal lifting device, the lower ends of the electric control operation disc support columns 40 are fixedly arranged on the right side surface of the front face of the base shell through bolts, and the electric control operation disc support columns 40 are L-shaped, so that the electric control operation disc 39 extends out of the outer side of the base shell, the structure is prevented from being crowded, and the operation is more convenient. In order to ensure the neat and safe electric appliance lines, the main lines are concentrated on an electric appliance line drag chain, and the electric appliance line drag chain is arranged on the outer side of the left end face of the longitudinal air knife lifting device. The lifting graduated scale 42 is strip-shaped and is longitudinally arranged between the outer edge of the upper surface of the front face of the base shell and the lower edge of the lower surface of the lifting supporting plate. Air knife transverse moving graduated scales 43 are respectively arranged at the left end and the right end of the front surface of the bottom plate, and a transverse moving pointer is arranged on the front surface of the air knife supporting plate to correspondingly mark the transverse moving scale of the air knife. When a small error occurs in the transverse electric control operation, the transverse hand wheel is used for supplement searching, so that the adjustment is more stable and consistent.
In the using process, the electric control device is started, the lifting motor 7 is started, the speed reducer 8 rotates, the speed reducer screw rod 10 is driven to rotate in a positive and negative mode and move up and down through the coupling 12 and the speed reducer screw rod connecting shaft 11, the top end of the speed reducer screw rod 10 is connected with the lower surface of the lifting support plate, the lifting support plate 13 moves up and down along with the coupling, the lifting support plate 14 drives the bottom plate 15 to move up and down, the bottom plate is provided with a first air knife support plate slide rail 26 and a second air knife support plate slide rail 27, each air knife support plate is respectively arranged on the first air knife support plate slide rail 26 and the second air knife support plate slide rail 27 in a sliding mode through two air knife support plate slide blocks 33 arranged in front of and behind the lower surface, an air knife bearing column is arranged on the air knife support plate, and accordingly the air knife bearing column 32 is driven to move up and down, and an air knife is arranged on the air knife bearing column 32, and finally air knife lifting is realized; starting an electric control device, starting a transverse moving motor 20, rotating a transverse moving speed reducer 21 to drive a transverse moving lead screw 29 to transversely move, moving a transverse moving lead screw nut 30 along with the transverse moving lead screw nut, wherein the transverse moving lead screw nut 30 is arranged on the lower surface of an air knife supporting plate 31, so that air knife supporting plates 31 of two air knife transverse moving adjusting devices slide on an air knife supporting plate slide rail I26 and an air knife supporting plate slide rail II 27 through an air knife supporting plate slide block 33, and air knife bearing columns are arranged on the air knife supporting plates, so that the air knife bearing columns 32 drive air knives to transversely move; when the air knife supporting plate 31 runs out of position, the limit switch collision block 34 collides with the first limit switch 35 or the second limit switch 36, so that the moving position of the air knife supporting plate is limited.

the distance between the air blowing openings of the front air knife and the rear air knife and the hot-galvanized plate is adjusted through respective air knife transverse movement adjusting devices, coarse adjustment is completed through the air knife transverse movement adjusting devices, fine adjustment is performed through observation of an air knife transverse moving graduated scale (43) and rotation of a hand wheel shaft (23) at the input end of a transverse moving speed reducer (21), and the distance between the air blowing openings of the front air knife and the rear air knife and the hot-galvanized plate is completely consistent; the longitudinal height of the front and rear air knives is adjusted and the final longitudinal height of the front and rear air knives is determined by observing the elevation scale (42).
