Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of environment-friendly dispergator, and particularly relates to a dispergator special for environment-friendly anaerobic adhesive and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The anaerobic adhesive is called anaerobic adhesive for short, also called anaerobic adhesive, thread adhesive and mechanical adhesive, and is a novel sealing adhesive. It will not solidify when it contacts with oxygen or air, once the air is isolated, it can be polymerized and solidified quickly at room temp. to form firm adhesion and good sealing. With the rapid development of electronic information technology, the anaerobic adhesive is gradually applied to the production and manufacturing process of electronic products, and the problem that how to remove the residual anaerobic adhesive on the electronic products is followed.
The anaerobic adhesive is different from other adhesives, is an environment-friendly adhesive without solvent, can be cured at room temperature for a short time, achieves higher strength and sealing property, and has strong solvent resistance, acid and alkali resistance and high temperature resistance. Compared with adhesive sticker, protective glue, UV glue, thermosetting glue and the like, because the glue contains a certain solvent, after the glue is cured along with the volatilization of the solvent, a large number of microscopic pores are left in the adhesive, so that the degumming agent can quickly permeate the swelling glue during the removal process to achieve the purpose of removing; the anaerobic adhesive does not contain a solvent, the effect of curing by initiating a polymerization reaction is achieved by isolating oxygen, the sealing property of the adhesive is high, and the difficulty in disassembling and removing is high.
Because the anaerobic adhesive is difficult to remove, the used removing agent and the removing process thereof have obvious difference with other adhesives. The anaerobic adhesive remover on the market at present has various problems in the using process, such as the components contain a solvent harmful to the environment and human bodies, and environmental pollution is caused in the using process or direct or indirect damage is caused after the human bodies contact; or the requirement on the use temperature is high, a large amount of energy is consumed, and safety hidden dangers are brought. For example, the patent application CN 112143589a discloses a degumming agent for rapidly removing anaerobic glue, wherein a large amount of environmentally and human-unfriendly solvents are used, such as: phenol, chloroform, dichloromethane, DMF, etc. can cause organ damage in human body after long-term contact, and serious patients may cause pathological changes and have the risk of cancer.
