In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, the cotton net layer 16 has filling balls 10 uniformly distributed therein, and the lower surface of the lower end of the isolation film 18 is covered with an anti-slip layer 19.
The cotton net layer 16 is arranged between the tire base fabric 15 and the asphalt layer 17, and in the asphalt coating process, asphalt may shrink the cotton net layer 16, so that the area of the cotton net layer 16 is reduced, the production of the coiled material is not facilitated, and the adhesion of the asphalt layer 17 is reduced. According to the invention, the filling balls 10 are arranged for fixing the cotton net layer 16, so that the cotton net layer 16 is not greatly shrunk when contacting asphalt, and the anti-slip layer 19 is arranged, so that the laying stability of the coiled material is effectively improved, the problem of scattering or ineffective water prevention of the coiled material due to displacement after the coiled material is coiled or laid is avoided, the production efficiency of the coiled material is improved, and the quality of the coiled material is ensured.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, the filling ball 10 is made of an expanded rubber material, and the filling ball 10 is uniformly distributed on the inner surface of the cotton net layer 16.
After long-time use, the outer surface of the coiled material is easy to wear, so that the phenomenon of water seepage is caused, the filling ball 10 is made of the expanded rubber, the expanded rubber can expand in volume after meeting water, the isolation layer is built below the asphalt layer 17 by increasing the volume of the filling ball, liquid is prevented from permeating into the coiled material from the outside in a large amount, and the waterproof capacity of the coiled material is improved.
The using method comprises the following steps: during the use of the device, firstly, the motor 22 is started, the output shaft rotates after the motor 22 is started, so that the first rotating shaft 25 rotates, so that the first driving roller 27 rotates, meanwhile, the rotation of the first rotating shaft 25 drives the first gear 23 to rotate, so that the first belt 29 rotates, the rotation of the first gear 23 drives the second gear 24 to rotate through meshing transmission, when the second gear 24 rotates, the second rotating shaft 26 rotates, so that the second driving roller 28 rotates, simultaneously, the rotation of the second rotating shaft 26 drives the second belt 212 to rotate, at the moment, a transmission channel is formed, the base fabric 15 is discharged from the unwinding roller 11 of the self-powered motor and moves to the position of the cooling table 14 under the clamping of the first driving roller 27 and the second driving roller 28, and then is stored by the winding roller 13 of the self-powered motor, and the first rotating rod 20 rotates through friction during the rotation of the first belt 29, the rotation of the first rotating rod 20 will make the first roller 211 rotate, because part of the outer surface of the first roller 211 is embedded inside the emptying barrel 215, the first roller 211 will take out the asphalt inside the emptying barrel 215 during the rotation process and coat on the upper surface of the base tire fabric 15, at the same time, the rotation of the second belt 212 will make the second driving rod rotate by friction, and then make the second roller 214 rotate, and part of the outer surface of the second roller will take out the asphalt inside the emptying barrel 215 and coat on the lower surface of the base tire fabric 15, then the base tire fabric 15 passes through the scraping box 31, the base tire fabric 15 coated with asphalt passes under the scraping plate 32, the lower surface of the scraping plate 32 will scrape the asphalt layer 17 on the upper surface of the base tire fabric 15, the arc panel will uniformly paint the asphalt layer 17, ensure the asphalt is uniformly distributed on the upper surface of the base tire fabric 15, avoid wrinkles, and at the side plate 34 will scrape the asphalt on the side of the base tire fabric 15, when the tire base fabric 15 passes through, the side plates 34 gather or scrape the asphalt diffused to the outside of the tire base fabric 15 towards the center at the two sides of the tire base fabric 15, so that the asphalt on the surface of the tire base fabric 15 is uniformly distributed, the burrs are reduced, finally, the tire base fabric 15 with the asphalt passes through the cooling table 14 to be cooled, and after the cooling is finished, the tire base fabric is collected by the winding roller 13 with the motor.
