The web layer 16 is interposed between the tire base fabric 15 and the asphalt layer 17, and asphalt may shrink the web layer 16 during the asphalt coating process, resulting in a decrease in the area of the web layer 16, adverse to the production of the coil, and a decrease in the adhesion of the asphalt layer 17. According to the invention, the filling balls 10 are arranged for fixing the cotton net layer 16, so that the cotton net layer 16 does not shrink greatly when contacting asphalt, and the anti-slip layer 19 is arranged, so that the stability of coiled material laying is effectively improved, the problems of scattering or ineffective water prevention of coiled materials caused by displacement of coiled materials after coiling or laying are avoided, the production efficiency of the coiled materials is improved, and the quality of the coiled materials is ensured.
As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, the filling balls 10 are members made of an expanded rubber material, and the filling balls 10 are uniformly distributed on the inner surface of the web layer 16.
After long-time use, the outer surface of the coiled material is extremely easy to wear and water seepage is caused, the filling ball 10 is made of an expansion rubber material, the expansion rubber can expand in volume after meeting water, an isolating layer is built below the asphalt layer 17 by increasing the volume of the expansion rubber, liquid is prevented from penetrating into the coiled material from outside in a large amount, and the waterproof capability of the coiled material is improved.
