Abstract
The invention discloses a manufacturing method for round and flat variable diameter suture, which belongs to the technical field of surgical suture, wherein the round and flat variable diameter suture is a suture with two ends being round all the time and a flat middle, and the round at the two sides is convenient for threading in the use process of surgery and is cut off after use; the middle flat line is extruded between the screw and the bone interface when in use, so that the contact area is increased; the round flat reducing suture has low cost, easily obtained raw materials, convenient modification on the length according to different needs and adaptability to different conditions.

s3, measuring the extracted central suture line by using a steel rule, only keeping 50-70 mm, and cutting all the rest by using a knife;
s4, on the central suture line 60-65 mm away from the crotch of the flat wire for withdrawing the central suture line, introducing the threading device into the central suture line, continuously conveying the threading device forwards, introducing the threading device out of the crotch, and then penetrating the flat wire for withdrawing the central suture line into the wire loop of the threading device by about 10-15 mm;
s5, holding the middle flat wire segment by the left hand, and pulling the threading device by the right hand to enable the flat wire to pass through the central suture; when the flat wire is completely pulled out, firstly, the wire is smoothed out to eliminate the slackening of the flat wire segment, then the wire is smoothed out to eliminate the slackening of the wire segment, and the flat wire completely enters the center suture;
s6, penetrating the other end of the flat wire into the central suture line according to the steps S2-S5, so as to prepare the round flat reducing suture line.
Preferably, during the S5 threading, if the resistance is too high, the suture may be smoothed to reduce the resistance.
