Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of health care products, in particular to eucommia ulmoides peptide total nutrient powder and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The functional beverage is a soft beverage which is added with certain functional factors and has the health-care functions of regulating the body function, enhancing the immunity and the like while quenching thirst. The functional beverage is a new growth point of food industry at home and abroad at present. In view of the attention of consumers to food safety in recent years, the extraction of functional food additives and ingredients from natural products, particularly from commonly consumed plants, has become a hot spot for development at home and abroad. In western countries, due to unreasonable dietary structure, excessive intake of fat and protein, and common overweight people and patients with hyperlipidemia and hypertension, development of low-calorie and low-fat food and additives has been emphasized in europe and the united states. Sugar alcohol sugar substitutes are used for producing sugar-free sweet foods, fat-replacing foods using products such as inulin and the like all take the leading position internationally. In Asian countries, there are traditions of homology of medicine and food, and the development of health-care and functional food and beverage is emphasized. The obvious efficacy of functional food additives, in particular of some natural extracts, is internationally recognized. Therefore, a large number of health functional foods enter the international market in the form of food supplements.
At present, the eucommia ulmoides and eucommia male flowers are used as raw materials for preparing the beverage, the lignin, iridoid, phenylpropanoid active substances (such as geniposide acid, chlorogenic acid and aucubin), pinoresinol diglucoside, flavone, alkaloid, amino acid, polysaccharide and mineral elements contained in the eucommia ulmoides have unique pharmacological and health-care effects, the eucommia ulmoides male flowers collect all essences of the eucommia ulmoides, have the effects of reducing blood pressure and blood fat, have no side effect for a long time, can promote coronary artery blood circulation, treat cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and are considered to be natural blood pressure reducing medicines with highest quality in the world. Can accelerate the metabolism of collagen of human body, prevent or delay skin wrinkling and aging, increase skin luster, improve hair texture, reduce alopecia, delay aging and prevent senile dementia, and is considered to be one of four anti-aging medicaments in the world. The eucommia male flower also has the health care effects of calming, improving sleep, losing weight, regulating estrogen, maintaining beauty and keeping young. These functional beverages only exhibit the efficacy of the eucommia male flowers.
Therefore, the problem to be solved by the technical personnel in the field is how to provide a preparation method of the eucommia ulmoides peptide total nutrient powder with high protein content, high nutritional value and high plant utilization rate.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a preparation method and application of eucommia peptide total nutrient powder, which utilizes the original nutrient components in eucommia leaves to produce more nutrient components such as protein through mixed bacteria fermentation, thereby greatly improving the protein content in the eucommia leaves; and the active ingredients of the extract can be exerted, thereby improving the utilization rate of plants; but also improves the nutritive value.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the eucommia ulmoides peptide total nutrient powder is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
1000-1200 parts of eucommia leaf, 10-12 parts of bran and 50-72 parts of mixed bacterial liquid.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: according to the invention, the mixed bacterial liquid is compounded with the folium cortex eucommiae, so that the protein content in the folium cortex eucommiae can be increased, and the nutritional value of the folium cortex eucommiae can be increased; moreover, the eucommia peptide total nutrient powder has the effects of reducing blood pressure and blood fat, protecting liver, tonifying kidney and improving sexual function, can enhance the immunity of organisms, relax bowels, promote urination, soothe nerves, nourish sleep, maintain beauty, keep young and improve the health care effect of obesity, and has complete functions, large effect and quick response.
The eucommia ulmoides leaves have the following functions:
the aucubin in the eucommia ulmoides leaves has obvious liver protection activity, can promote the regeneration of liver cells, can obviously inhibit the replication of hepatitis B virus DNA, and can promote the accumulation of glycogen, increase the blood sugar content and protect the liver. It also has effects in stimulating pituitary gland and adrenal cortex system, continuously enhancing adrenal cortex function (secreting steroid hormone), and improving sexual function.
The folium Eucommiae contains many active ingredients such as pinoresinol diglycoside, folium Persicae, chlorogenic acid, and polysaccharide, all have effects of lowering blood pressure and reducing blood lipid.
The eucommia ulmoides leaves for reducing blood sugar contain a plurality of alpha-glucosidase inhibiting components, and the alpha-glucosidase inhibiting components can block or delay the generation of glucose and the absorption of intestinal tracts, so that proper blood sugar value in vivo is maintained, and the eucommia ulmoides leaves have a good blood sugar reducing effect. The general chemical drugs have injuries to the liver and kidney of a human body while reducing blood sugar, but eucommia is different, and the eucommia has been researched by forever in China to have the function of tonifying the liver and the kidney, so that the eucommia has no injury to the liver and the kidney while reducing blood sugar, and has a remarkable maintenance function, which is a great characteristic of reducing blood sugar by the eucommia. The most common complications of diabetes are cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, renal failure, gangrene of eyes, nerves and lower limbs, etc., and eucommia bark has the functions of diminishing inflammation, preventing mild and gradual change and preventing and repairing early injury of organs. The eucommia bark can obviously prevent diabetic complications while reducing the blood sugar, which is another characteristic of the eucommia bark in reducing the blood sugar.
The eucommia ulmoides leaves with the function of enhancing immunity are rich in polysaccharide active substances, can enhance the immunity of organisms, and has the function of bidirectionally regulating the cellular immunity and keeping the immune function of a human body in a good state all the time. Simultaneously, the medicine is involved in regulating the cardiovascular system and is very beneficial to maintaining the health of human bodies.
The aucubin in folium Eucommiae has diuretic, constipation relieving, and intestinal peristalsis promoting effects.
The natural active ingredients of the eucommia bark leaves for soothing nerves and nourishing sleep have the effects of soothing nerves, tranquilizing and relieving pain, and can obviously improve the sleep after being taken for a long time. The eucommia ulmoides leaves contain collagen essential to human bodies, have the effect of promoting muscle development and building, have obvious anti-fatigue effect on lignans serving as active ingredients, and have obvious effect on people who lack exercise capacity for long-term indoor work.
The aging of the skin for maintaining beauty and keeping young is mainly caused by the loss of elasticity of collagen among dermal cells under the skin, and natural active ingredients contained in the eucommia leaves can delay the aging of the collagen, accelerate the metabolism of the collagen and improve the synthesis capacity of the collagen, thereby preventing or delaying the wrinkling and aging of the skin and increasing the skin luster. Meanwhile, long-term administration of eucommia ulmoides can promote blood circulation and metabolic function, promote activation of brain cells and prevent senile dementia.
The eucommia bark leaves for improving obesity can obviously reduce the content of neutral fat under the skin and around the internal organs of a human body, and has the effects of preventing exercise, changing diet life, preventing obesity and losing weight. The eucommia ulmoides can promote the metabolism of collagen having the function of connecting cells and cells, accelerate the synthesis of other proteins, consume energy in vivo, and naturally reduce neutral fat accumulated in the body.
Lignans, iridoids and flavonoids in the anti-osteoporosis eucommia leaves can be the material basis of eucommia which can promote bone formation and inhibit bone absorption so as to play the anti-osteoporosis role.
