Detailed Description
Example embodiments will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Example embodiments may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the examples set forth herein; rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the concept of example embodiments to those skilled in the art. The described features, structures, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner in one or more embodiments.
Furthermore, the drawings are merely schematic illustrations of the invention and are not necessarily drawn to scale. The same reference numerals in the drawings denote the same or similar parts, and thus their repetitive description will be omitted. Some of the block diagrams shown in the figures are functional entities and do not necessarily correspond to physically or logically separate entities. These functional entities may be implemented in the form of software, or in one or more hardware modules or integrated circuits, or in different networks and/or processor devices and/or microcontroller devices.
The flow charts shown in the drawings are merely illustrative and do not necessarily include all of the steps. For example, some steps may be decomposed, and some steps may be combined or partially combined, so that the actual execution sequence may be changed according to the actual situation.
The product of the invention can comprise clothing accessories, packages and the like. The product of the present invention may be, for example, a tag, a sticker, a seal, a woven label (woven trademark product), a plastic product, an RFID (radio frequency identification) product, a heat transfer label, a paper product, a carbon tape product, a sticker product, an ink product, a card product, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In various embodiments of the present invention, the present invention is applicable to pre-sale management of products. Aiming at the characteristics of the product, the pre-sale process (including but not limited to order receiving, price checking, draft making, sample making) and the like of the product are automatically managed.
The product management method of the present invention will be described below by taking a heat transfer label as an example.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a method of managing a product according to an embodiment of the present invention. The product management method comprises the following steps:
step S110: and receiving an application request and generating an application form.
The application request includes, but is not limited to, providing an initial draft of the product, attribute information of the product (including, but not limited to, specifications, process library, front-back CMYK, front-back spot color), customer attribute information of the product (including, but not limited to, brand name, product type remark), and business attribute information of the product (including, but not limited to, business person, business department, application date). Further, the application request may further include service manager information, and the service manager information may belong to attribute information of the product or may belong to service attribute information of the product according to an actual demand, which is not limited in the present invention. The CMYK color printing mode is a color register mode used for color printing, and is a so-called "full-color printing" in which four colors are mixed and superimposed in total by using the principle of color mixing of three primary colors of color materials and black ink. The spot color ink is a specific color ink (or a special premixed ink) which is mixed in advance and is used for replacing or supplementing printing Color (CMYK) ink, such as bright orange, green, fluorescent color, metal gold and silver ink and the like, or can be a gold stamping plate, a concave-convex plate and the like, or can be a local gloss ink plate and the like, the spot color ink is not formed by mixing four colors of CMYK, each spot color requires a special printing plate (can be simply understood as a spot color film, and the spot color is independently printed in the printing process), and the spot color means an accurate color. The above description is only illustrative and not restrictive, and each item of attribute information may be added, omitted, or changed, and all such changes and modifications are within the scope of the present invention.
Therefore, an application form of the product is generated according to the information included in the application request. The application form may include some or all of the above information.
Step S120: and associating at least one product according to the application form.
Specifically, the product information may be displayed in the form of a tab in the interface of the application form, the invention is not limited thereto, and the product may also be displayed in the form of other display components (such as icons, buttons) or links in the interface of the application form.
Specifically, according to the attribute information of the product in the application request, how many products are associated with the application form can be determined. In some variations, the application request may also provide explicit product quantities and attribute information corresponding to each product. In this modification, when a plurality of products are provided, it is possible to determine whether or not there is a duplicate product based on the attribute information of the plurality of products, and if so, it is possible to merge the products.
Specifically, in step S120, the application form may associate the newly created product, the existing product (i.e. the product already stored in the system), or both the newly created product and the existing product (i.e. the product already stored in the system), which is not limited by the present invention.
Step S130: generating a price approval request form of the product according to the first agreement information of the request form, wherein the price approval request form bears at least part of attribute field values from the request form, and the price approval request form is associated with the product.
Specifically, the request form for approval price may inherit the customer attribute information (including but not limited to brand, brand name, product type remark) of the product and the business attribute information (including but not limited to salesman, business department, application date) of the product from the request form. The price check application form can also be split and combined according to the attribute information of the product, and the specific implementation will be described with reference to fig. 2, which is not described herein again.
Specifically, the approval price application form related to the same application form may be displayed in the interface of the application form in the form of a tab. Multiple claim application forms may use the same tab or different tabs. The invention is not limited in this regard and the pricing application form may also be displayed in the interface of the application form in other display elements (such as icons, buttons) or in the form of links.
Specifically, the first consent information is generated according to the matching of the request information of the product and a preset rule set. The request information for the product may include, for example, product attributes and usage of the product attributes. The preset rule set may include, for example, a plurality of rules for determining whether the request for the product can be satisfied. For example, the preset rule set may include: the manufacturing process of the product, the base material of the product (such as PET, paper and the like), the performance of the product (such as reflection, sublimation prevention and the like), and the matching relationship between the fabrics using the product. If the request information of the product cannot satisfy the preset matching relationship, the product is identified to be possibly impossible to manufacture, and the first coincidence information cannot be generated. The above is only a schematic description of one way of generating the first consent information, the invention is not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art may implement more variations, for example, the first consent information may be directly given by a human; for another example, when the first consensus information can be generated by the pre-judgment of the preset rule set, the first consensus information is generated, and when the first consensus information is not generated by the pre-judgment of the preset rule set, the first consensus information is manually determined.
Step S140: and generating a draft making application form of the product according to the second consent information of the price checking application form so as to generate a draft making piece for proofing the product.
Specifically, step S140 may be omitted, and when the drawings uploaded by the client can be used directly, the drawing operation is not required.
The second consent information is generated via client consent after providing a suggested offer via execution of a bid approval request form. The proposed offer may be calculated via a predetermined price check formula based on at least the attribute information of the product associated in the price check request form, taking into account the influence of different dimensions, different drawing complexity, different processes, different performances, on the offer on the manufacturing cost. Further, the suggested offer may be automatically updated when the attribute information of the product changes.
Step S150: generating a proofing application form of the product, wherein the proofing application form bears at least part of attribute field values from the application form, and the proofing application form is associated with the product.
Specifically, the proof application form may inherit customer attribute information (including but not limited to brand, brand name, product type remark) of the product and business attribute information (including but not limited to salesman, business department, application date) of the product from the application form. The proofing application form can also be split and combined according to the attribute information of the product, and the specific implementation will be described with reference to fig. 3, which is not repeated herein.
Specifically, the proofing application form related to the same application form may be displayed on the interface of the application form in the form of a tab. Multiple proofing application forms may use the same tab or different tabs. The invention is not limited in this regard and the proofing application form may also be displayed in other display elements (such as icons, buttons) or in the form of links in the interface of the application form.
Step S160: receiving proofing feedback for the product.
The proofing feedback may include, for example, feedback information of the customer to the proofing. Proofing feedback may also include, for example, information that the factory believes feedback is needed during the proofing process. The invention is not so limited.
Step S170: and processing the application form according to the proofing feedback.
Depending on the proofing feedback, different operations may be performed on the application form. For example, when the customer feedback is satisfactory for the thermal transfer product, a seal request may be submitted to indicate that the application form has been processed, while the sample is sealed for corporate sample management. For another example, when there is a problem in the factory feedback proofing process or the customer is not satisfied with the proofing of the product, modification of the attribute information or drawing of the heat transfer product associated with the application form may be instructed. The above is merely an exemplary illustration of the processing of the application form, and the invention is not limited thereto.
According to the product management method provided by the invention, the automatic management is carried out on the product sale and sample making processes by automatically generating the application form of product application, price checking and sample making; on one hand, the automatically generated application form can be checked by corresponding business personnel to promote the selling and proofing processes of products; on the other hand, the pricing approval and the sampling application form automatically inherits at least partial attribute field values from the application form, so that the system processing efficiency is improved, manual input is not needed, and the labor cost is reduced; on the other hand, the application form, the price approval application form and the proofing application are all related to products, the association relationship is clear, and information of each process can be intuitively known when the products are checked by corresponding business personnel.
Referring now to fig. 2, fig. 2 illustrates a flow diagram of a merge split core price application form, according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 2, the step S130 of generating the request form for approval of the product in fig. 1 may include the following steps:
step S131: and acquiring field values of the attributes of the products in the application form.
Step S132: and judging whether the field values of the attributes of the products in the application form are the same or not.
Step S133: and if the field values of the attributes of the products in the application form are the same, combining to generate the price approval application form.
Step S134: and if the field values of the attributes of the products in the application form are different, generating a plurality of price approval application forms according to the products with different attribute field values.
Specifically, in the embodiment where the attribute information of the product includes the specification, the process library, the front-back CMYK, and the front-back spot colors, when the specifications, the process library, the front-back CMYK, and the front-back spot colors of the plurality of products are all consistent, the request forms for the approval of the plurality of products are generated in a merged manner. When the field values of at least one attribute of the specifications, the process library, the front and back CMYK and the front and back spot colors of a plurality of products are inconsistent, a plurality of price approval application forms are generated according to the products with different attribute field values. For example, if the attribute information of the product a is the same as that of the product B, and the specification of the product C is different from that of the product a and that of the product B, a price approval request form is generated for the product a and the product B, and a price approval request form is generated for the product C.
In particular, in some preferred embodiments, the merger and disassembly of the underwriting application forms is performed based on multiple products associated with the same application form. In some variations, the merging and splitting of the priced application forms may also be performed based on multiple products associated with different application forms. The invention is not so limited.
Referring now to fig. 3, fig. 3 illustrates a flow diagram of a merge-split proofing application form, according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 3, the generating of the proof application form of the product at step S140 in fig. 1 may include the following steps:
step S141: and acquiring field values of the attributes of the products in the application form.
Step S142: and judging whether the field values of the attributes of the products in the application form are the same or not.
Step S143: and if the field values of the attributes of the products in the application form are the same, combining to generate the proofing application form.
Step S144: and if the field values of the attributes of the products in the application form are different, generating a plurality of proofing application forms according to the products with different attribute field values.
Specifically, in the embodiment where the attribute information of the product includes the specification, the process library, the front and back CMYK and the front and back spot colors, when the specifications, the process library, the front and back CMYK and the front and back spot colors of a plurality of products are all consistent, the proofing application forms of the plurality of products are generated in a combined manner. When the field values of at least one attribute of the specifications, the process library, the front and back CMYK and the front and back spot colors of a plurality of products are inconsistent, a plurality of proofing application forms are generated according to the products with different attribute field values. For example, if the attribute information of the product a is the same as that of the product B, and the specification of the product C is different from that of the product a and that of the product B, a proofing application form is generated for the product a and the product B, and a proofing application form is generated for the product C.
Specifically, in some preferred embodiments, the merging and splitting of proofing application forms is performed based on multiple products associated with the same application form. In some variations, the merging and splitting of proofing application forms may also be performed based on multiple products associated with different application forms. The invention is not so limited.
Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, since the pricing application form is already split and merged, the proofing application form can be generated based on the pricing application form, and the data in the printing application form can be inherited from the pricing application form, thereby simplifying the merging and splitting steps of the proofing application form.
Referring now to fig. 4, fig. 4 illustrates a flow diagram for proofing draft proofing in accordance with a specific embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, step S140: generating a draft application form for the product for generating a draft for proofing the product may include the steps of:
step S1401: judging whether the product associated with the price checking application form has a manuscript, wherein the manuscript is used for proofing the product;
if the product associated with the price approval request form is stored in the manuscript, step S1402 executes a step of generating a proofing request form for the product. In other words, when there are contribution pieces of the product available for product proofing in the system, the step of generating the proofing application form can be performed directly.
If the product associated with the price approval request form does not have a draft, execute step S1403: and generating a draft application form according to the product related to the price approval application form. The draft application form can be used as trigger information for automatic draft of the system. The draft application form can also be distributed or selected by draft personnel to receive the form so as to carry out draft operation according to the product associated with the draft application form. After step S1403, step S1404 is performed: and judging whether the product associated with the price approval request form has an initial draft or not. Generally, prior to performing a price check, an initial draft of the product has been uploaded to the system for a secondary price check. However, in some cases, the initial draft is not uploaded after the price checking is completed, and thus, it is possible to avoid the case where the system does not have the initial draft when the system automatically performs the draft or the draftmaker performs the draft by the judgment of step S1404. If the product associated with the pricing application form has an initial draft according to the determination of step S1404, step S1405 executes a draft making step according to the initial draft to convert the initial draft into a draft making document. If the product associated with the price approval request form does not have the initial draft, executing step S1406: and prompting to upload the initial draft.
Specifically, different clients may provide initial drawings with different formats and different specifications, and in order to perform proofing by a proofing factory during proofing, the initial drawings need to be converted into manuscripts for the proofing factory to perform proofing.
Through the above steps S1401 to S1406, it can be determined whether the product has the existing manuscript and the initial manuscript in different processes, so as to determine whether the conversion of the manuscript is required according to the determination result, thereby reducing the occupation of system resources caused by the conversion of the manuscript and improving the system performance and the execution efficiency.
In some implementations, the operation of converting the initial draft to a contribution in step S1405 may be performed automatically by the system. For example, the system performs format conversion, size setting, color conversion, and the like on the initial draft according to preset steps and conditions. In still other implementations, step S1405 may be performed manually by a drafter. In other embodiments, step S1405 may be implemented by the system automatically performing the preliminary conversion operation, and then manually performing the further detail adjustment (when the detail in the drawing is too small to make a proof, the drawing is manually adjusted to make a proof). The present invention can also be implemented in many different ways, which are not described herein.
In some implementations, before making a manuscript, the system will determine whether there is an initial manuscript on the tab of the product-manuscript, and if there is an initial manuscript, return "yes" on the field of "whether there is an initial manuscript"; if the initial manuscript does not exist, returning to 'No' on the field of 'whether the initial manuscript exists'. The value of this field is used to determine whether or not the draft can be made before the draft making operation. After making a draft, the system judges whether a page label of a product-manuscript has a manuscript, if so, the system returns ' yes ' to a field ' whether the manuscript is made ' or not '; if no draft exists, return no to the field of "whether or not there is a draft". The value of this field is used to determine whether proofing can be performed before the proofing operation. Specifically, when a proofing application flow is initiated, the system searches whether a draft piece exists in a product associated with a proofing application form. If the field value of 'whether a draft is made' is yes, a proofing application of a proofing application form is allowed to be initiated; if the field value of 'whether a manuscript is made' is no, providing 'whether a certain product is not made and is allowed to be added into the process' to determine whether to enter the process of proofing application under the condition that no manuscript is made, for example, adopting an initial manuscript provided by a client to perform proofing; if the user selects 'yes' after the prompt, the product is allowed to carry out a proofing application process; and if the user selects 'no' after the prompt, the product is not allowed to carry out the proofing application process. Further, in other embodiments, the foregoing determination may also be made by adding other objects via buttons for adding objects in the process initiation interface (e.g., the initiation interface may be for different processes such as proofing, pricing, drafting, etc.).
Referring now to FIG. 5, FIG. 5 illustrates a flow diagram for associating an existing product with a request form, in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the step S120 in fig. 1 of associating at least one product according to the application form includes the following steps:
step S121: and associating at least one existing product according to the application form.
Step S122: and judging whether the field values of at least part of attributes of the existing product are consistent with the field values of at least part of attributes of the request information of the product.
If yes, go to step S123: and associating the application form with the existing product.
If not, go to step S124: and prompting the application form that the existing product cannot be associated.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the at least part of the attribute field value may include customer attribute information (including but not limited to a brand, a brand name, a product category, and a product category remark) of the product and business manager information, which is not limited by the present invention. Through the steps, the mistaken addition of the application form to the existing product can be avoided, so that the products related to the same application form are proposed by different customers, and further the subsequent price checking (considering that different customers have different quotations) and proofing (errors may occur when entity proofing samples are provided, and further some customers obtain the proofing of other customers) are influenced. Therefore, the accuracy of the subsequent process is guaranteed through the judgment and the prompt of the steps.
Further, the step S120 in fig. 1 of associating at least one product according to the application form includes the following steps: and associating the new product of at least one product according to the request information of the product in the application form, wherein the new product of at least one product inherits the field value of at least part of attributes from the application form. Therefore, manual input can be reduced and the system management efficiency can be improved in an attribute inheritance mode.
Referring now to fig. 6, fig. 6 illustrates an interface diagram of an application form in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, fig. 6 is an interface diagram schematically illustrating an application form, and in the detailed information of the application form, the aforementioned attribute information of the product (including but not limited to specification, process library, front and back CMYK, front and back spot colors), the customer attribute information of the product (including but not limited to brand, brand name, product type remark) and the business attribute information of the product (including but not limited to salesman, business department, application date) may be displayed, and the display of the above information is omitted in fig. 6 for clarity. Further, FIG. 6 may also display the associated sample number of the proofing application form and the associated sample number of the pricing application form. Specifically, after the completion of the price approval feedback process, the single number of the price approval request form may be returned to the "price approval request form number" field of the associated request form, and if there are a plurality of single numbers, the single numbers of the price approval request form (for example, ID11, ID12, ID13) may be sequentially filled in the "price approval request form number" field by using a separator (such as a comma, a space, or the like). The invention is not so limited. Specifically, after the proofing feedback process is completed, the single number of the proofing application form may be returned to the field of the "proofing application form single number" of the associated application form, and if there are a plurality of single numbers, the single numbers (e.g., ID21, ID22, ID23) of the proofing application form may be sequentially filled in the field of the "proofing application form single number" by using a separator (such as a comma, a space, etc.). The invention is not so limited.
In some embodiments, the fields of "operator", "service department", "application date" and the like on the application form can be directly obtained from the system without being filled in by the user. For example, after the new application form is stored, the field of the "salesman" on the application form is the name of the user of the current user automatically obtained from the system; the 'business department' on the application form is the group name of the group where the current user is located, which is automatically obtained from the system; the 'business department' field on the application form is the group name of the group where the current user is located, which is automatically obtained from the system; the "Date of application" field on the application form is the Date of the system's current day (note: Date of application is Date type field) automatically obtained from the system. The invention is not so limited.
Specifically, in some embodiments of the present invention, a display component (for example, shown as a button) for batch importing associated product information in an Excel form may be provided on the associated tab of 'application form & product' of the application form interface, and the product may be newly created while importing. In this embodiment, a sample plate of an Excel filling format may be provided, and meanwhile, adjustment may be possible in a later stage of each attribute field of a product, and a corresponding adjustment method of an Excel import format may also be provided. Therefore, the invention can realize batch product import, reduce the cost of manual input and improve the system processing efficiency.
Referring now to fig. 7, fig. 7 illustrates an interface diagram of a product tab associated with an application form, in accordance with a specific embodiment of the present invention. A plurality of products are displayed in a product tab (application form-product) associated with the application form, the products can be checked in the tab, and the process is initiated through icons of different steps (price checking, draft making and sample making), which is not limited by the invention.
Referring now to fig. 8, fig. 8 illustrates an interface diagram of a pricing application form in accordance with an embodiment of the invention. In the interface of the price approval request form, a flow initiation component (e.g., a button) may be provided on the price approval request form-product tab. After the user reselects the products in the tab, the user clicks the process initiating assembly, and therefore the multiple products are used as initiating objects to initiate the price checking process at one time. The effect of the initiating process is consistent with the initiating process of a single product object. Further, in the tab of the proof application form-product, the application form-product, a flow initiation component (e.g., a button) may also be provided. After the user reselects the products in the tab, the user clicks the process initiating assembly, and therefore the multiple products are used as initiating objects to initiate application and proofing processes at one time. The invention is not so limited.
Further, in this embodiment, the associated object link of the process main approval object may be displayed through a notification content bar. Specifically, the link is used for opening one or more of a price checking application form, a proofing application form and a draft application form of the product for one or more of price checking operation, proofing operation and draft operation. For example, after the price checking application process is finished, the user double-clicks the notification in the content field of the received notification, and then displays the hyperlink of the price checking application object in the approval object in the attachment position of the popped-up information field, and can directly open the price checking application objects. Thus, the present invention is not limited in this regard as it facilitates review of the pricing and pricing application slips.
In some implementations of the invention, the invention also controls each process in a upgrading manner, so that each application form is associated with the latest version of the product to prevent erroneous execution before the process. For example, when initiating a draft making application and a feedback process, if it is determined that there is a published product that has been checked for price at the initiating object, the version of the product is automatically upgraded (when the time for automatically upgrading the version is click to initiate "draft making application and feedback process"), thereby indicating that the product has passed through the previous process, and the current "draft making application and feedback process" may be executed; when a proofing application process is initiated, if a published product which has been drafted is judged to exist in an initiating object, the product is automatically upgraded (when the automatic edition upgrading time is click initiation of the 'proofing application process'), so that the product is indicated to pass through the previous process, and the current 'proofing application process' can be executed; when the 'proofing feedback process' is initiated, if the initiating object is judged to have a published product in the proofing, the version of the initiating object is automatically upgraded (when the 'proofing feedback process' is initiated by clicking), so that the product is indicated to pass through the previous process, and the current 'proofing feedback process' can be executed. The above is merely an illustrative way of implementing the up-conversion of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
The above are merely a plurality of specific implementations of the present invention, and each implementation may be implemented independently or in combination, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
