The flow diagrams depicted in the figures are exemplary only and not necessarily all steps are included. For example, some steps may be decomposed, and some steps may be combined or partially combined, so that the order of actual execution may be changed according to actual situations.
The product of the invention can comprise auxiliary materials of clothes, packaging and the like. The product of the present invention may be, for example, a label, a sticker, a stamp, a woven label (woven trademark product), a plastic product, an RFID (radio frequency identification) product, a heat transfer label, a paper product, a carbon tape product, a self-adhesive product, an ink product, or a card product, which is not limited to this. In various embodiments of the invention, the invention is applicable to pre-sale management of products. And (3) automatically managing the pre-sale flow (including but not limited to order receiving, price checking, manuscript making, proofing) and the like of the product according to the characteristics of the product.
The product management method of the present invention will be described below using a heat transfer label as an example.
Fig. 1 shows a flow chart of a method of managing a product according to an embodiment of the invention. The management method of the product comprises the following steps:
step S110: receiving an application request and generating an application form.
The application request includes, but is not limited to, providing an initial picture of the product, attribute information of the product (including, but not limited to, specification, process library, front and back CMYK, front and back spot color), customer attribute information of the product (including, but not limited to, brand name, product category remark), and business attribute information of the product (including, but not limited to, business person, business department, application date). Further, the application request may further include service manager information, where the service manager information may belong to attribute information of the product or may belong to service attribute information of the product according to actual requirements, and the present invention is not limited thereto. Wherein, CMYK is a color register mode adopted when printing four colors, and the color register mode is formed by mixing and superposing four colors in total by utilizing the principle of mixing three primary colors of pigment and adding black ink. The spot color ink refers to a specific color ink (or special premixed ink) which is mixed in advance and is used for replacing or supplementing printing Color (CMYK) ink, such as bright orange, green, fluorescent color, metal Jin Yinse ink, etc., or can be a gold stamping plate, a concave convex plate, etc., and can also be a local gloss oil plate, etc., and is not mixed by CMYK four colors, wherein each spot color requires a special printing plate (can be simply understood as a spot color film and the spot color is printed by printing) when in payment, and the spot color means an accurate color. The above is merely illustrative of various items of attribute information, and the present invention is not limited thereto, and each item of attribute information may be added, omitted, or changed, which are all within the scope of the present invention.
Thus, a request form of the product is generated according to the information included in the request. The application form may include some or all of the information described above.
Step S120: and associating at least one product according to the application form.
Specifically, the product information may be displayed in the form of a tab in the interface of the application form, and the invention is not limited thereto, and the product may be displayed in the form of other display components (such as icons, buttons) or links in the interface of the application form.
Specifically, according to the attribute information of the products in the application request, it can be determined how many products are associated with the application form. In some variations, explicit product quantity and attribute information corresponding to each product may also be provided in the application request. In this modification, when a plurality of products are provided, it is possible to determine whether there are duplicate products based on the attribute information of the plurality of products, and if so, the products may be combined.
Specifically, in step S120, the application form may be associated with a new product, an existing product (i.e. a product already stored in the system), or both a new product and an existing product (i.e. a product already stored in the system), which is not a limitation of the present invention.
Step S130: and generating a nuclear price application form of the product according to the first coincidence information of the application form, wherein the nuclear price application form relays field values of at least part of attributes from the application form, and the nuclear price application form is related to the product.
Specifically, the check price application may relay customer attribute information (including, but not limited to, brands, brand names, product types, product type notes) of the product and business attribute information (including, but not limited to, business personnel, business departments, application dates) of the product from the application. The price checking application may be further split and combined according to attribute information of the product, and a specific implementation will be described with reference to fig. 2, which is not described herein.
Specifically, the check price application form associated with the same application form may be displayed in the form of a tab on the interface of the application form. Multiple check-up applications may use the same tab or use different tabs. The invention is not limited in this regard and the nuclear valence application may be displayed in the interface of the application in other display components such as icons, buttons or in the form of links.
Specifically, the first identical information is generated according to the matching of the request information of the product and a preset rule set. The request information of the product may include, for example, a product attribute and use the product attribute. The set of preset rules may include, for example, a plurality of rules for determining whether the request for the product can be satisfied. For example, the preset rule set may include: the manufacturing process of the product, the substrate of the product (such as PET, paper and the like), the performance of the product (such as light reflection, sublimation prevention and the like) and the producible matching relationship between the fabrics using the product. If the request information of the product cannot meet the preset matching relationship, the product may not be manufactured, and thus the first identical information cannot be generated. The above is only one way of generating the first co-ordinate information schematically described, the invention is not limited thereto, and a person skilled in the art may implement further variants, for example, the first co-ordinate information may be given directly by a person, for example; for another example, when the first meaning information can be generated through the pre-determination of the preset rule set, the first meaning information is generated, and when the first meaning information is not generated through the pre-determination of the preset rule set, the manual determination is changed.
Step S140: and generating a manuscript preparation application form of the product according to the second consent information of the check price application form so as to generate a manuscript preparation for proofing the product.
Specifically, step S140 may be omitted, and when the document uploaded by the client can be directly used, the document making operation is not required.
The second consent information is generated via customer consent after providing the suggested quote via execution of the check price application form. Considering different sizes, different drawing complexity, different processes and different performances, the price quotation will have an influence on the manufacturing cost, so the suggested price quotation can be calculated and obtained by a preset price checking formula based on at least the attribute information of the associated product in the price checking application form. Further, the suggested offers may be automatically updated as the attribute information of the product changes.
Step S150: generating a proofing application form of the product, wherein the proofing application form relays field values of at least part of attributes from the application form, and the proofing application form is related to the product.
Specifically, the proofing application forms may relay customer attribute information (including, but not limited to, brands, brand names, product types, product type notes) of the products and business attribute information (including, but not limited to, business operators, business departments, application dates) of the products from the application forms. The proofing application form may be further split and combined according to attribute information of the product, and a specific implementation will be described with reference to fig. 3, which is not described herein.
Specifically, the proofing application forms related to the same application form can also be displayed in the form of a tab in the interface of the application form. Multiple proofing applications may use the same tab or use different tabs. The invention is not limited in this regard and the proofing forms may be displayed in other display components (such as icons, buttons) or in a linked form in the interface of the form.
Step S160: and receiving proofing feedback of the product.
The proofing feedback may include, for example, feedback information about the proofing by the customer. The proofing feedback may also include, for example, information that the factory deems feedback necessary during the proofing process. The invention is not limited in this regard.
Step S170: and processing the application form according to the proofing feedback.
According to the proofing feedback, different operations can be performed on the application form. For example, when customer feedback is satisfactory for a thermal transfer product, a sample sealing request may be submitted to indicate that the application form has been processed, while sealing the sample for company sample management. For another example, when there is a problem in the factory feedback proofing process, or the customer is not satisfied with the proofing of the product, it may be indicated that the modification is made to the attribute information or drawing of the application form-associated heat transfer product. The foregoing is merely illustrative of the manner in which the application forms are processed, and the invention is not limited thereto.
In the product management method provided by the invention, the product application, the price checking and the proofing application form are automatically generated so as to automatically manage the sales and proofing process of the product; on one hand, the automatically generated application form can be checked by corresponding business personnel to promote the sales and proofing process of the product; on the other hand, the check price and the proofing application form automatically inherit field values of at least part of attributes from the application form, so that the system processing efficiency is improved, manual input is not needed, and the labor cost is reduced; on the other hand, the application form, the check price application form and the proofing application are all related to products, the association relation is clear, and when the corresponding business personnel check, the information of each process can be intuitively known.
Referring now to FIG. 2, FIG. 2 illustrates a flow chart for merging split nuclear valence applications, according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the generating of the nuclear price application form of the product at step S130 in fig. 1 may include the steps of:
step S131: and acquiring field values of attributes of a plurality of products in the application form.
Step S132: and judging whether field values of attributes of a plurality of products in the application form are the same or not.
Step S133: and if the field values of the attributes of the products in the application form are the same, merging to generate the nuclear price application form.
Step S134: and if the field values of the attributes of the products in the application form are different, generating a plurality of nuclear price application forms according to the different field values of the attributes.
Specifically, in the embodiment where the attribute information of the product includes specification, process library, front and back CMYK and front and back spot colors, when the specification, process library, front and back CMYK and front and back spot colors of a plurality of products are all consistent, the verification price application forms of the plurality of products are generated in a merging way. When the field values of at least one attribute of the specifications, the process library, the front and back CMYK and the front and back spot colors of the products are inconsistent, generating a plurality of check price application forms according to the different field values of the attribute. For example, the attribute information of the product a and the attribute information of the product B are the same, and the specification of the product C is different from those of the product a and the product B, so that a check price application form is generated for the product a and the product B, and a check price application form is generated for the product C.
Specifically, in some preferred embodiments, the merging and splitting of the nuclear valence application is performed based on multiple products associated with the same application. In some variations, the merging and splitting of the nuclear valence application may also be based on multiple products associated with different applications. The invention is not limited in this regard.
Referring now to FIG. 3, FIG. 3 illustrates a flow chart of a merge split proofing application form in accordance with a specific embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the step S140 in fig. 1 of generating the proofing application form of the product may include the following steps:
step S141: and acquiring field values of attributes of a plurality of products in the application form.
Step S142: and judging whether field values of attributes of a plurality of products in the application form are the same or not.
Step S143: and if the field values of the attributes of the products in the application form are the same, merging to generate the proofing application form.
Step S144: if the field values of the attributes of the products in the application form are different, generating a plurality of proofing application forms according to the different field values of the attributes.
Specifically, in the embodiment where the attribute information of the product includes specification, process library, front and back CMYK and front and back spot colors, when the specification, process library, front and back CMYK and front and back spot colors of a plurality of products are all consistent, the design application forms of the plurality of products are generated in a merging way. When the field values of at least one attribute of the specifications, the process library, the front and back CMYK and the front and back spot colors of the multiple products are inconsistent, multiple proofing application forms are generated according to the different field values of the attribute. For example, the attribute information of the product a and the attribute information of the product B are the same, and the specification of the product C is different from those of the product a and the product B, so that a proofing application form is generated for the product a and the product B, and a proofing application form is generated for the product C.
Specifically, in some preferred embodiments, the merging and splitting of proofing applications is performed based on multiple products associated with the same application. In some variations, the merging and splitting of proofing applications may also be based on multiple products associated with different applications. The invention is not limited in this regard.
Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, since the check form has been split and consolidated, the proofing form may be generated based on the check form, and the data in the print form may be inherited from the check form, thereby simplifying the above-described steps of consolidation and splitting of the proofing form.
Referring now to fig. 4, fig. 4 illustrates a flow chart of sample manuscript preparation, according to a specific embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 4, step S140: generating a contribution application form for the product for generating a contribution for proofing the product may include the steps of:
step S1401: judging whether the product related to the price checking application form already has a manuscript, wherein the manuscript is used for product proofing;
if the product associated with the check price application form has a manuscript, step S1402 executes a step of generating a proof application form of the product. In other words, when there is a contribution of the product available for the proofing of the product in the system, the step of generating the proofing application form may be directly performed.
If the product associated with the price checking application form does not have a contribution, executing step S1403: and generating a manuscript-making application form according to the product associated with the check price application form. The manuscript-making application form can be used as the trigger information of automatic manuscript-making of the system. The manuscript application forms can be distributed or selected by manuscript staff to receive the manuscript application forms so as to carry out manuscript operation according to the products related to the manuscript application forms. After step S1403, step S1404 is performed: and judging whether the initial manuscript exists in the product associated with the check price application form. Generally, an initial draft of the product is uploaded to the system for auxiliary checking before checking. However, in some cases, there is also a case where the initial document has not been uploaded after the completion of the check price, and thus, it is possible to avoid a case where there is no initial document when the system automatically performs document making or the document maker makes a document, through the judgment of step S1404. According to the determination in step S1404, if the initial manuscript exists in the product associated with the price checking application form, step S1405 is executed to perform a manuscript making step according to the initial manuscript, so as to convert the initial manuscript into a manuscript making piece. If the initial icon does not exist in the product associated with the check price application form, step S1406 is executed: and prompting to upload the initial manuscript.
Specifically, since different customers provide initial manuscripts with different formats and different specifications, in order to perform a proofing work by a proofing factory during proofing, the initial manuscripts need to be uniformly converted into manuscripts that can be used by the proofing factory to perform proofing.
Through the steps S1401 to S1406, it may be determined whether the product has a contribution and an initial contribution in different processes, so as to determine whether the conversion of the manuscript needs to be performed according to the determination result, thereby reducing the occupation of system resources caused by the conversion of the manuscript, and improving the system performance and the execution efficiency.
In some implementations, the operation of converting the initial manuscript into a contribution in step S1405 may be performed automatically by the system. For example, the system performs operations such as format conversion, size setting, color conversion and the like on the initial manuscript according to preset steps and conditions. In still other implementations, step S1405 may be performed manually by a contributor. In other embodiments, step S1405 may be performed automatically by the system to perform the preliminary conversion operation, and then further detail adjustment is performed manually (when some details in the drawing are too small to be drawn, the adjustment of the drawing is performed manually to enable drawing). The present invention may also implement more variations, which are not described here.
In some implementations, before making a manuscript, the system will determine whether an initial manuscript exists on a product-manuscript page, if so, return "yes" on the field of "whether there is an initial manuscript"; if no initial contribution exists, return no on the field of "if initial contribution exists". The value of this field is used to determine whether or not document making is possible before the document making operation. After the manuscript is made, the system can judge whether the manuscript is present on the page tag of the product-manuscript, if the manuscript is present, the system returns yes on the field of whether the manuscript is present; if no contribution exists, returning no on the field of whether contribution exists. The value of this field is used to determine whether proofing is possible before proofing. Specifically, when the proofing application flow is initiated, the system searches for the "whether there is a contribution" field of the product associated with the proofing application form. If the field value of the manuscript is yes, allowing to initiate a proofing application of a proofing application form; if the field value of "whether there is a manuscript" is no, providing "whether a certain product is not manuscript, whether to allow addition of a flow" to determine whether to enter a flow of a proofing application under the condition that there is no manuscript, for example, the initial manuscript provided by a client can be used for proofing; if the user selects 'yes' after the prompt, allowing the product to carry out a proofing application flow; if the user selects no after the prompt, the product is not allowed to carry out the proofing application flow. Further, in other embodiments, other objects may be added through the button for adding an object in the process initiating interface (e.g., the initiating interface may be used for different processes such as proofing, checking, and manuscript making), which also needs to make the foregoing determination.
Referring now to FIG. 5, FIG. 5 illustrates a flowchart of an application form associating existing products according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, step S120 in fig. 1, associating at least one product according to the application form includes the following steps:
step S121: and associating at least one existing product according to the application form.
Step S122: and judging whether the field value of at least part of the attributes of the existing product is consistent with the field value of at least part of the attributes of the request information of the product.
If so, step S123 is executed: and associating the application form with the existing product.
If not, step S124 is executed: the application form is prompted, and the existing product cannot be associated.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the at least part of the attribute field value may include customer attribute information (including, but not limited to, brand name, product type remark) of the product and business manager information, which is not limited by the present invention. Through the steps, the false addition of the application form to the existing products can be avoided, so that the products associated with the same application form are proposed by different clients, and further the follow-up price (different clients can have different quotations in consideration) and the proofing (errors can occur when entity proofing samples are provided, and further some clients obtain the proofing of other clients) are affected. Therefore, through judgment and prompt of the steps, the accurate proceeding of the subsequent flow is ensured.
Further, according to the application form, the step S120 in fig. 1, associating at least one product includes the following steps: and according to the request information of the products in the application form, associating at least one new product of the products, wherein the new product of the at least one product inherits the field value of at least part of the attribute from the application form. Therefore, the manual input can be reduced in a property inheritance mode, and the system management efficiency is improved.
Referring now to FIG. 6, FIG. 6 illustrates an interface diagram of an application form in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, fig. 6 is merely an interface schematic diagram schematically showing an application form, in which the foregoing attribute information (including but not limited to specifications, process library, front and back CMYK, front and back spot colors) of a product, customer attribute information (including but not limited to brands, brand names, product types, product type notes) of a product, and service attribute information (including but not limited to operators, service departments, application dates) of a product may be displayed in the detailed information of the application form, and the display of the foregoing information is omitted in fig. 6 for clarity. Further, FIG. 6 may also display the single number of the associated proofing application form and the single number of the associated nuclear price application form. Specifically, after the check price feedback process is finished, the check price application number may be returned to the "check price application number" field of the associated application form, and if there are a plurality of check price application numbers, the check price application number (e.g., ID11, ID12, ID 13) may be sequentially filled in the "check price application number" field by using a separator (such as comma, space, etc.). The invention is not limited in this regard. Specifically, after the proofing feedback process is finished, the number of the proofing application form may be returned to the "proofing application form number" field of the associated application form, and if there are multiple number of the proofing application form, the number of the proofing application form (e.g., ID21, ID22, ID 23) may be sequentially filled in the "proofing application form number" field by using a separator (such as comma, space, etc.). The invention is not limited in this regard.
In some embodiments, the fields such as "salesman", "business department", "date of application" on the application form may be obtained directly from the system without user filling in. For example, after the new application form is saved, the "salesman" field on the application form is the name of the user of the current user obtained automatically from the system; the service department on the application form is the group name of the group where the current user is located, which is automatically obtained from the system; the field of 'business department' on the application form is the group name of the group where the current user is located, which is automatically obtained from the system; the "Date of application" field on the application form is the Date of the system that was automatically obtained from the system (note: date of application is Date type field). The invention is not limited in this regard.
Specifically, in some embodiments of the present invention, a display component (e.g., shown as a button) may be provided on the associated tab of the 'applications & products' of the applications interface to import the associated product information in bulk in Excel form, with the product being newly created at the same time. In this embodiment, an Excel filling format template may be provided, and at the same time, a later adjustment of each attribute field of the product may be considered, and a corresponding adjustment method of an Excel import format may also be provided. Therefore, the invention can realize the import of batch products, reduce the cost of manual input and improve the processing efficiency of the system.
Referring now to FIG. 7, FIG. 7 illustrates an interface diagram of a product tab associated with a form in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. The method includes displaying a plurality of products in a product tab (application form-product) associated with an application form, checking the products in the tab, and initiating a flow through icons of different steps (price checking, manuscript making, proofing).
Referring now to FIG. 8, FIG. 8 illustrates an interface diagram of a nuclear valence application form, in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. In the interface of the check-up application, a flow initiating component (e.g., a button) may be provided at the tab of the check-up application-product. After the user checks the products in the tab, clicking the flow initiating component, so that a plurality of products are used as initiating objects at one time to initiate the price checking flow. The effect of initiating the process is consistent with that of initiating the process by a single product object. Further, in proofing the application form-product, the tab of the application form-product, a flow initiating component (e.g., a button) may also be provided. After the user checks the products in the tab, clicking the flow initiating component, so that a plurality of products are used as initiating objects to initiate application and proofing flows at one time. The invention is not limited in this regard.
Further, in this embodiment, the associated object link of the process main batch object may also be displayed through a notification content field. Specifically, the link is used for opening one or more of a price checking application form, a proofing application form and a manuscript application form of the product for one or more of price checking operation, proofing operation and manuscript operation. For example, after the procedure of the check price application is finished, the user displays the hyperlink of the check price application form object in the examination and approval object at the attachment position of the popped information bar after double-clicking the notification in the content bar of the received notification, and the check price application form objects can be directly opened. Thus, the present invention is not limited in this regard, as to facilitating the review of the price and the price applications.
In some specific implementations of the invention, the invention also controls each flow in a version-up mode, so that each application form is associated with the latest version of the product to prevent erroneous execution before the flow. For example, when a manuscript making application and a feedback process are initiated, if it is determined that the initiating object has a checked published product, the product is automatically lifted (when the automatic lifting time is when clicking to initiate the manuscript making application and the feedback process), so that the product is indicated to have passed through the previous process, and the current manuscript making application and the feedback process can be executed; when a proofing application flow is initiated, judging that an initiating object is a released product of a manuscript, automatically raising the edition (when the automatic edition raising time is the time of clicking to initiate the proofing application flow), thereby indicating that the product passes through the previous flow and executing the current proofing application flow; when the 'proofing feedback process' is initiated, if the initiating object is judged to be a released product in proofing, the initiating object is automatically lifted (when the automatic lifting time is the click initiation of the 'proofing feedback process'), so that the product is indicated to pass through the previous process, and the current 'proofing feedback process' can be executed. The above is merely a schematic description of an implementation of the present invention in terms of lifting, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
The above are merely a plurality of specific implementations of the present invention, and each implementation may be implemented independently or in combination, which is not limited thereto.
