Abstract

a server receiving module 601, configured to receive creation task information sent by the user terminal, and generate inventory task information based on the creation task information, where the creation task information is generated after the user terminal obtains a trigger operation of a user;
a server sending module 602, configured to send the inventory task information to the PDA terminal, so that the PDA terminal performs an inventory operation according to the inventory task information, and records and stores inventory data acquired when the inventory operation is performed;
the server obtaining module 603 is configured to obtain the inventory data sent by the PDA terminal, compare the inventory data with a preset inventory database, generate an inventory result, and send the inventory result to the user terminal for the user terminal to perform profit and loss processing.
Optionally, the inventory data includes a plurality of inventory values, and each inventory value corresponds to one kind of goods;
the server acquisition module may be further configured to:
calculating the difference value between each inventory value and the corresponding value in a preset inventory database to obtain a plurality of inventory difference values, wherein each inventory difference value corresponds to one kind of goods;
and collecting and counting the plurality of inventory difference values to obtain an inventory result.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a goods offline checking device based on the local storage of the PDA, and referring to fig. 7, a schematic structural diagram of the goods offline checking device based on the local storage of the PDA according to the embodiment of the invention is shown.
The goods offline checking device based on the PDA local storage can be applied to a user terminal, the user terminal is connected with the service area, and the server is connected with the PDA terminal.
The offline inventory device for goods stored locally based on the PDA may include:
a terminal obtaining module 701, configured to generate created task information according to a trigger operation of a user when obtaining the trigger operation of the user;
a terminal sending module 702, configured to send the creating task information to the server, so that the server generates inventory task information according to the creating task information, and sends the inventory task information to the PDA terminal, where the PDA terminal performs an inventory operation according to the inventory task information, and simultaneously records and stores inventory data collected when the inventory operation is performed, and uploads the inventory data to the server, so that the server compares the inventory data with a preset inventory database and generates an inventory result;
and the terminal processing module 703 is configured to obtain an inventory result sent by the server, and perform profit and loss processing by using the inventory result.
Optionally, the terminal processing module may be further configured to:
calling preset profit-loss logic operation to calculate the inventory result and generate an inventory adjustment sheet;
adjusting a preset inventory database based on the inventory.
Further, an embodiment of the present application further provides an electronic device, including: the system comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the processor executes the program to realize the offline inventory method of goods based on local storage of PDA according to the embodiment.
Further, the present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which stores computer-executable instructions for causing a computer to execute the offline inventory method of goods based on PDA local storage according to the above embodiment.

Claims (10)
1. A cargo offline checking method based on PDA local storage is characterized in that the method is applied to a PDA terminal, the PDA terminal is connected with a server, the server is connected with a user terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
after connecting with a first wireless network and establishing connection with the server, receiving inventory task information sent by the server, wherein the inventory task information is generated after the server receives creation task information generated by a user terminal after acquiring triggering operation of the user;
executing the checking operation according to the checking task information, and simultaneously recording and storing the checking data collected during the execution of the checking operation;
and uploading the inventory data to the server so that the server compares the inventory data with a preset inventory database to generate an inventory result, and sending the inventory result to the user terminal for profit and loss processing.
2. The offline inventory method for goods based on PDA local storage as claimed in claim 1, wherein said inventory operation is specifically:
and disconnecting the currently connected first wireless network, and acquiring inventory data about the goods input by the user one by one.
3. The offline inventory method for goods based on PDA local storage as claimed in claim 2, wherein said uploading said inventory data to said server comprises:
searching a second wireless network when the recorded and stored inventory data is determined to be matched with the inventory task information;
establishing a connection with the server by connecting the second wireless network;
and sending the inventory data to the server.
4. A goods offline checking method based on PDA local storage is characterized in that the method is applied to a service area, a server is respectively connected with a PDA terminal and a user terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving creation task information sent by the user terminal, and generating inventory task information based on the creation task information, wherein the creation task information is generated after the user terminal acquires the trigger operation of a user;
sending the checking task information to the PDA terminal so that the PDA terminal executes checking operation according to the checking task information, and recording and storing the checking data collected when the checking operation is executed;
and acquiring the inventory data sent by the PDA terminal, comparing the inventory data with a preset inventory database to generate an inventory result, and sending the inventory result to the user terminal for the user terminal to carry out profit and loss processing.
5. The offline cargo inventory method based on PDA local storage of claim 4, wherein said inventory data comprises a plurality of inventory values, each of said inventory values corresponding to a cargo;
the comparing the inventory data with data in a preset inventory database and generating an inventory result comprises:
calculating the difference value between each inventory value and the corresponding value in a preset inventory database to obtain a plurality of inventory difference values, wherein each inventory difference value corresponds to one kind of goods;
and collecting and counting the plurality of inventory difference values to obtain an inventory result.
6. A goods offline checking method based on PDA local storage is characterized in that the method is applied to a user terminal, the user terminal is connected with a service area, a server is connected with a PDA terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
when the trigger operation of a user is acquired, creating task information according to the trigger operation of the user;
sending the created task information to the server, enabling the server to generate inventory task information according to the created task information, sending the inventory task information to the PDA terminal, executing inventory operation by the PDA terminal according to the inventory task information, simultaneously recording and storing inventory data collected during the execution of the inventory operation, and uploading the inventory data to the server, so that the server compares the inventory data with a preset inventory database and generates an inventory result;
and acquiring the checking result sent by the server, and performing profit and loss processing by using the checking result.
7. The offline inventory method for goods stored locally on the PDA as recited in claim 6, wherein said utilizing the inventory result for profit and loss processing comprises:
calling preset profit-loss logic operation to calculate the inventory result and generate an inventory adjustment sheet;
adjusting a preset inventory database based on the inventory.
8. A goods offline checking device based on PDA local storage is characterized in that the device is applied to a PDA terminal, the PDA terminal is connected with a server, the server is connected with a user terminal, and the device comprises:
the PDA receiving module is used for receiving the checking task information sent by the server after the PDA receiving module is connected with a first wireless network and establishes connection with the server, wherein the checking task information is generated after the server receives the creation task information generated by the user terminal after the user terminal acquires the trigger operation of the user;
the PDA checking module is used for executing checking operation according to the checking task information and simultaneously recording and storing the checking data collected during the execution of the checking operation;
and the PDA uploading module is used for uploading the inventory data to the server so that the server can compare the inventory data with a preset inventory database to generate an inventory result, and the inventory result is sent to the user terminal for profit and loss processing.
9. A goods offline checking device based on PDA local storage is characterized in that the device is applied to a service area, a server is respectively connected with a PDA terminal and a user terminal, and the device comprises:
the server receiving module is used for receiving the creation task information sent by the user terminal and generating the checking task information based on the creation task information, wherein the creation task information is generated after the user terminal acquires the trigger operation of the user;
the server sending module is used for sending the inventory task information to the PDA terminal so that the PDA terminal executes inventory operation according to the inventory task information and records and stores inventory data acquired when the inventory operation is executed;
and the server acquisition module is used for acquiring the inventory data sent by the PDA terminal, comparing the inventory data with a preset inventory database to generate an inventory result, and sending the inventory result to the user terminal for the profit and loss processing of the user terminal.
10. A goods offline checking device based on PDA local storage is characterized in that the device is applied to a user terminal, the user terminal is connected with a service area, a server is connected with a PDA terminal, and the device comprises:
the terminal acquisition module is used for generating task creation information according to the triggering operation of the user when the triggering operation of the user is acquired;
the terminal sending module is used for sending the created task information to the server, so that the server generates inventory task information according to the created task information and sends the inventory task information to the PDA terminal, the PDA terminal executes inventory operation according to the inventory task information, meanwhile, inventory data collected when the inventory operation is executed is recorded and stored, and the inventory data is uploaded to the server, so that the server compares the inventory data with a preset inventory database and generates an inventory result;
and the terminal processing module is used for acquiring the checking result sent by the server and utilizing the checking result to carry out profit and loss processing.
