d, maintaining and scrapping assets; an operator sends an asset maintenance and scrapping application to an asset data server (20) through an asset management computer (10), and simultaneously inputs asset maintenance and scrapping related information of asset equipment to the asset data server (20), wherein the related information comprises names and telephones of maintenance and scrapping executive personnel, the asset data server (20) receives the request and sends the application to a mobile phone APP control terminal (40), the mobile phone APP control terminal (40) approves whether to approve the application, and if the mobile phone APP control terminal (40) approves the application, an asset maintenance and scrapping unit (68) sends an asset equipment maintenance and scrapping instruction to an asset configuration unit (69); and recording the related information in the asset library (70); then, a short message notice is sent to the mobile phone number of the specific executive through a mobile phone communication unit (63); if the mobile phone APP control terminal (40) does not agree with the application, the application is ended, and then a result is fed back to the asset management computer (10) and the mobile phone APP control terminal (40);
and E, the asset data server (20) periodically sends data to the asset auditing system (30) for storing and backing up the asset data in the area for later-stage query and analysis calling.
