Detailed Description
For the purposes of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments herein without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the present application.
The management platform of the procurement class often aggregates a variety of goods, as well as information about the procurement channel, remaining inventory, status labels, procurement contract terms, supply channels, etc. for each type of goods, where status labels are typically used to identify the type of goods, the operational status (e.g., new, regular, when season, stop-after-sell, stop-and-go, disposable procurement, obsolete, etc.), or the sales cycle, etc. At present, related information of a to-be-purchased cargo is often provided to a purchasing demand side through a purchasing type management platform, and a purchasing state of the cargo is displayed to the purchasing demand side, for example, the cargo can be purchased normally, purchase is prohibited, temporary purchase can be performed, purchase is suspended, and the like. It should be appreciated that the purchasing requisitioner may be a sales store, an individual, a subordinate warehouse site, etc. associated with the warehouse. When the purchasing state of the goods is changed after the relevant information of the goods is changed, such as the purchasing contract term is changed, the goods label is changed, etc., then when a manager (any person with changing authority on the purchasing state of the goods) checks the relevant information of the goods to change, the purchasing state of the goods needs to be manually adjusted, so that the management efficiency is high and the error rate is high.
In order to solve the problems, the embodiment of the application confirms the purchasing state of the goods in real time by automatically detecting the basic data and the state label of the goods, updates the purchasing state of the goods when the purchasing state changes, improves the processing efficiency of the goods information, and further avoids abnormality when purchasing order is not timely caused by updating the purchasing state. And, the state label of goods is the label that the purchasing demand side set up to this goods, consequently, this application embodiment can set up different purchasing states to different purchasing demand sides, is favorable to purchasing management to the goods according to the operation situation of different purchasing demand sides.
The execution body of the application includes a first terminal device, which is an exemplary terminal device of a warehouse party, and it should be understood that the first terminal device may be any terminal device logged in with a user identifier of the warehouse party. In addition, the first terminal device is in communication connection with a second terminal device of the purchasing demand side, and the second terminal device can be any terminal device logged in with the user identifier of the purchasing demand side. Optionally, the first terminal device and the second terminal device may be any one of a computer, a mobile phone, a notebook, a tablet, and the like.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a cargo information processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. In the embodiments of the present application, the cargo information includes, but is not limited to, the underlying data, status tags, purchase status, and the like of the cargo. Illustratively, as shown in FIG. 1, the method includes:
s101: and acquiring basic data of the goods and a state label of the goods corresponding to the second terminal equipment of the purchasing demand side.
It should be understood that in the process of logging the cargo, the logging of the basic data needs to be completed, and as the basic data of the cargo is changed, the basic data needs to be updated on the system synchronously. Optionally, the basic data of the goods includes information for representing at least one of a purchase contract term, a supply relation.
In the step, the basic data of the goods and the state label of the goods corresponding to the purchasing demand party are acquired in real time or periodically, so that the latest basic data and state label can be acquired in time.
The state label is a label which is set for the goods in different dimensions by the second terminal equipment of the purchasing demand side and used for representing the operation state of the goods. Exemplary status labels include at least one of new, regular, when season, stop after sale, temporarily forbidden, disposable procurement, and obsolete.
In this embodiment, the number of purchasing demand parties may be one to several, and this is not required in this embodiment.
S102: and determining the purchasing state of the goods corresponding to the second terminal equipment of the purchasing demand side according to the basic data and the state label.
In this step, according to the obtained basic data and the status tag, it is determined whether the purchasing demand side is currently able to purchase the goods, that is, the purchasing status of the goods corresponding to the second terminal device of the purchasing demand side is determined.
For example, in the basic data of the current goods, the purchasing contract term is not expired, the contract is still in the effective period, and the state label is a new product, a normal product or a season product, and the purchasing state of the goods is determined to be a normal purchasing state.
S103: and updating the current purchasing state of the goods according to the purchasing state.
In this step, the current purchase status is updated to the purchase status determined in step S102. The current purchasing state is any one of an initial state, a purchasing prohibition state, a normal purchasing state and basic data to be maintained. It should be understood that the initial state is the state corresponding to the newly entered cargo.
According to the method and the device, the basic data of the goods and the state label of the second terminal device of the purchasing demand side, which are set for the goods, are obtained, and according to the basic data and the state label, the purchasing state of the second terminal device of the purchasing demand side, which corresponds to the goods, is determined, and the purchasing state of the goods is automatically updated, so that the processing efficiency of the goods information is improved, and the purchasing state setting error caused by the operation error during manual setting is avoided.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of a cargo information processing method according to an embodiment of the present application.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the embodiment of the present application proposes a possible implementation manner as shown in fig. 2 for determining, according to the basic data and the status label of the goods, the purchasing status of the goods corresponding to the second terminal device of the purchasing demand side:
s1021: it is determined whether the base data of the good satisfies a first purchase condition.
It should be appreciated that when the underlying data is a purchase contract period, the first purchase condition is a purchase contract period indicating that the purchase contract is not expired; when the basic data is a supply relation, the first purchasing condition is that the supply relation is a supplier binding state; when the base data is a purchase contract period and a supply relation, the first purchase condition is a purchase contract period indicating that the purchase contract is not expired, and the supply relation is a supplier binding state.
For example, when the base data is the purchase contract period, the purchase contract period indicates that the purchase contract is not expired, the base data meets the first purchase condition, otherwise, the purchase contract period indicates that the purchase contract is expired, and the base data does not meet the first purchase condition; when the basic data is in a supply relation, if the supply relation is in a supplier binding state, the basic data meets a first purchasing condition, otherwise, if no supplier is bound with the goods, the basic data does not meet the first purchasing condition; when the basic data is the purchasing contract term and the supply relation, the basic data meets the first purchasing condition only when the purchasing contract term indicates that the purchasing contract is not expired and the supply relation is in a supplier binding state, otherwise, the basic data does not meet the first purchasing condition.
If the basic data of the goods does not meet the first purchasing condition, step S1022 is executed: and determining the purchasing state of the goods to be a purchasing prohibition state.
S1023: it is determined whether the status tag satisfies a second purchase condition.
For example, the status tag may include at least one of a new product, a regular product, a season product, a stop-after-sale product, a temporary forbidden order, a disposable purchase, a obsolete product, a free-selling product, a diapause product, and the like. The second purchasing condition may be set as a label corresponding to the normal operation state, and according to the different set state labels and the different application scenarios, part of the labels are selected as the labels corresponding to the normal operation state, for example, at least one of a new product, a regular product, a product in the season and a product in the sale is selected as the label corresponding to the normal operation state.
In the step, when the state label belongs to at least one label corresponding to the normal operation state, determining that the state label meets a second purchasing condition; when the state label does not belong to at least one label corresponding to the normal operation state, the state label does not meet the second purchasing condition. The goods are screened according to the state label, and the purchasing state of the screened goods is determined to be a normal purchasing state.
For example, assuming that a new product, a regular product and a current season product are used as labels corresponding to a normal operation state, if the state label set by a purchasing demand party for the product is the current season product, determining that the purchasing state of the product is a normal purchasing state, and if the state label set by the purchasing demand party for the product is sold, determining that the purchasing state of the product is prohibited.
If the status tag meets the second purchasing condition, step S1024 is executed: and determining the purchasing state of the goods to be a normal purchasing state.
If the status tag does not satisfy the second purchasing condition, step S1022 is executed: and determining the purchasing state of the goods to be a purchasing prohibition state.
It should be understood that the execution sequence of step S1023 and step S1021 is not required in the present embodiment. The method comprises the steps of firstly determining whether a state label meets a second purchasing condition, determining the purchasing state of the goods as a purchasing prohibition state when the state label does not meet the second purchasing condition, determining that basic data can meet a first purchasing condition when the state label meets the second purchasing condition, determining the purchasing state of the goods as a normal purchasing state when the basic data meets the first purchasing condition, and determining the purchasing state of the goods as the purchasing prohibition state when the basic data does not meet the first purchasing condition; or simultaneously determining whether the basic data of the goods are enough to meet the first purchasing condition and whether the state label meets the second purchasing condition, and determining that the purchasing state of the goods is a normal purchasing state when the basic data of the goods and the state label meet the first purchasing condition or not, otherwise determining that the purchasing state of the goods is a purchasing prohibition state.
In the embodiment of the application, when the basic data is determined to meet the first purchasing condition and the state label is determined to meet the second purchasing condition, the purchasing state of the goods is determined to be a normal purchasing state, otherwise, the purchasing state is prohibited. The purchasing state of the goods is automatically identified, and the processing efficiency and accuracy of the goods information are improved.
In order to improve accuracy of determining the purchasing state of the goods, whether the basic data of the goods are complete or not is firstly confirmed, and inaccuracy of the obtained purchasing state caused by the lack of the basic data is avoided. Fig. 3 is a flow chart of a cargo information processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, before determining the purchasing state of the goods corresponding to the purchasing demand party according to the basic data and the state label, the embodiment of the application determines whether the basic data are all recorded, if the basic data are not all recorded, the purchasing state of the goods is determined to be the basic data to be maintained, and if the basic data are all recorded, the purchasing state of the goods is determined to be the normal purchasing state or the purchasing prohibition state according to the basic data and the state label.
As an example, for the goods whose current purchasing state is the initial state, the basic data state to be maintained, the purchasing-prohibited state or the normal purchasing state, after determining that the basic data is all entered, according to the basic data and the state label, the process of determining that the purchasing state of the goods is the normal purchasing state or the purchasing-prohibited state and automatically updating the purchasing state is described in the above embodiments, which is not repeated herein.
Based on the above embodiment, in order to be compatible with more application scenarios and increase convenience and practicality of the system, the embodiment of the present application may switch the current purchasing state of the cargo according to a state switching instruction input by a user, where the user inputting the instruction may be a person with purchasing state change authority of the purchasing demand side.
When the purchasing state of the goods is the prohibited purchasing state or the normal purchasing state, the state switching instruction sent by the purchasing demand side is responded, and the purchasing state of the goods is switched to the corresponding purchasing state according to the state switching instruction and the current purchasing state of the goods.
Fig. 4 is a flow chart of a cargo information processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, when the basic data satisfies the first purchasing condition and the status tag does not satisfy the second purchasing condition, that is, the current purchasing status is the prohibited purchasing status, and the purchasing demand needs to purchase the goods in advance, or needs to purchase the goods to the unbound suppliers, the purchasing demand sends a status switching instruction for switching to the temporary purchasing status, and the current purchasing status is switched to the temporary purchasing status in response to the status switching instruction.
Further, the temporary purchasing state is correspondingly provided with an effective duration, and the effective duration can be included in the state switching instruction or is a fixed effective duration set in advance, and when the duration of the temporary purchasing state reaches the effective duration, the purchasing state of the goods is switched from the temporary purchasing state to the original purchasing state, namely, the purchasing state is forbidden before being switched to the temporary purchasing state.
For example, before the purchasing state of the goods is switched from the temporary purchasing state to the purchasing prohibition state, whether the basic data of the goods and the state label of the goods corresponding to the purchasing demand side still meet the condition of the purchasing prohibition state or not is switched to the purchasing prohibition state if the basic data and the state label meet the condition of the purchasing prohibition state, otherwise, the purchasing state is switched to the normal purchasing state or the basic data to be maintained according to the basic data and the state label.
Referring to fig. 4, when the basic data satisfies the first purchasing condition and the status tag satisfies the second purchasing condition, that is, the current purchasing status is the normal purchasing status, in order to avoid excessive stock, the purchasing demand side may switch the purchasing status to the suspended purchasing status by sending the status switching command.
Further, when the purchase state is a suspended purchase state, the suspended purchase state can be switched to a temporary purchase state or a normal purchase state according to a state switching instruction sent by the purchase demand side. If the goods are required to be purchased once, the temporarily-purchased state is switched to the temporarily-purchased state through the state switching instruction, and the temporarily-purchased state is automatically switched to the temporarily-purchased state after reaching the preset effective duration; for example, if normal purchasing of the goods is required to be restored, for example, after the supplier resumes normal cooperation from temporary non-cooperation, the suspended purchasing state is switched to the normal purchasing state through the state switching instruction. Optionally, before the suspension purchasing state is switched to the normal purchasing state, determining whether the basic data of the goods meet the first purchasing condition and whether the state label of the goods corresponding to the purchasing demand side meets the second purchasing condition, if yes, switching to the normal purchasing state, otherwise, determining to switch to the basic data to be maintained or the purchasing forbidden state according to the basic data and the state label.
On the basis of the embodiment, after determining that the basic data are all input, or before acquiring the basic data and the status label of the goods, determining whether at least one second terminal device exists, namely, whether at least one purchasing demand exists, if no purchasing demand exists, determining that the purchasing status of the goods is a purchasing prohibition status, and if at least one second terminal device exists, acquiring the basic data and the status label of the goods, and further determining that the purchasing status is the basic data to be maintained, the normal purchasing status or the purchasing prohibition status.
Fig. 5 is a flow chart of a cargo information processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. Illustratively, upon receiving a status modification instruction sent by the purchasing demander, the steps shown in fig. 5 are performed:
after receiving the state switching instruction, firstly determining whether the current purchasing state is the A-basic data to be maintained, if so, not switching the purchasing state, and pushing prompt information prompt to a user: this state does not allow modification.
If the current state is not the A-basic data to be maintained, determining whether the current purchasing state is the B-purchasing forbidden state; if the current purchasing state is B, determining whether a state switching instruction indicates to switch the purchasing state into an E-temporary purchasing state, if so, switching, otherwise, not switching the purchasing state, and pushing a prompt message prompt to a user: the current state of the goods is a purchase prohibition state and cannot be modified to be a XX state.
Further, if the current state is not B, determining whether the current purchasing state is a C-normal purchasing state; if the current purchasing state is C, determining whether a state switching instruction indicates to switch the purchasing state into a D-pause purchasing state, if so, switching, otherwise, not switching the purchasing state, and pushing a prompt message prompt to a user: the current state of the goods is a normal purchasing state and cannot be modified to be an XX state.
Further, if the current state is not C, determining whether the current purchasing state is D; if the current purchase state is D, determining whether a state switching instruction indicates to switch the purchase state to E; if the state switching instruction indicates that the purchasing state is switched to E, determining whether basic data of the goods are completely recorded; if the basic data is completely recorded, switching, otherwise, not switching the purchasing state, and pushing prompt information prompt to a user: the underlying data is to be maintained).
If the state switching instruction does not indicate to switch the purchasing state to E, determining whether the state switching instruction indicates to switch the purchasing state to C; if the state switching instruction indicates that the purchasing state is switched to C, determining whether the basic data meets the first purchasing condition and whether the state label meets the second purchasing condition; when the basic data meets the first purchasing condition and the state label meets the second purchasing condition, switching is performed, otherwise, switching is not performed, and a prompt message of prompting is pushed to a user: basic data to be maintained or prompt: the status of XX cargo is abnormal operation status).
Further, if the current state is not D, the purchasing state is not switched, and the process is ended.
