Management platforms for the procurement class often aggregate a variety of goods, and information of procurement channels, remaining inventory, status labels, procurement contract terms, supply channels, and the like for each goods, where the status labels are generally used to identify the category of the goods, the operational status (e.g., new goods, regular goods, current goods, sold-out-of-stock, placed on hold, purchased-once, rejected goods, etc.), or the sales cycle, and the like. At present, the management platform of the purchasing class is often used to provide the purchasing demander with the information related to the goods to be purchased, and to display the purchasing status of the goods to the purchasing demander, for example, the goods can be normally purchased, prohibited from being purchased, temporarily purchased, paused, and so on. It should be understood that the purchasing demander may be a sales store, an individual, a subordinate warehousing site, etc. associated with the warehouse. After the related information of the goods is changed, for example, the purchasing contract deadline is changed, the goods label is changed, and the like, the purchasing state of the goods is changed, and then, after a manager (who may be any person who has a change authority on the purchasing state of the goods) checks the change of the related information of the goods, the manager needs to manually adjust the purchasing state of the goods, so that the management efficiency is high, and the error rate is high.
In order to solve the problem, the purchasing state of the goods is confirmed in real time by automatically detecting the basic data and the state label of the goods, and when the purchasing state changes, the purchasing state of the goods is updated, so that the processing efficiency of goods information is improved, and further, the abnormity caused by untimely purchasing order due to untimely updating of the purchasing state is avoided. And, the state label of goods is the label that the purchase demander set up this goods, consequently, this application embodiment can set up different purchase states to different purchase demanders, is favorable to carrying out purchase management to the goods according to the operation condition of different purchase demanders.
The execution main body of the application comprises a first terminal device, illustratively, the first terminal device is a terminal device of a warehousing party, and it should be understood that the first terminal device may be any terminal device that logs in a user identifier of the warehousing party. In addition, the first terminal device is in communication connection with a second terminal device of the purchasing demander, and the second terminal device can be any terminal device which is logged with the user identifier of the purchasing demander. Optionally, the first terminal device and the second terminal device may be any one of a computer, a mobile phone, a notebook, a tablet, and the like.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a cargo information processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. In the embodiment of the present application, the goods information includes, but is not limited to, basic data, status tags, procurement status, and the like of the goods in the following. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 1, the method comprises:
s101: and acquiring basic data of the goods and a state label of the goods corresponding to the second terminal equipment of the purchasing demand party.
It should be understood that in the process of entering the goods, the entry of the basic data needs to be completed, and the basic data needs to be updated on the system synchronously as the basic data of the goods changes. Optionally, the base data of the goods includes information indicating at least one of terms of the purchase contract and the supply relationship.
In this step, the basic data of the goods and the status label of the goods corresponding to the purchasing demander are acquired in real time or periodically, so that the latest basic data and the latest status label are acquired in time.
The state label is a label which is set for the goods by the second terminal equipment of the purchasing demander in different dimensions and is used for representing the goods operation state. Illustratively, the status label comprises at least one of new product, normal product, season product, sold-out and stopped, forbidden to place orders, one-time purchase and rejected product.
In the embodiment of the application, the number of the purchasing demanders can be one to more, and the scheme does not require the purchasing demanders.
S102: and determining the purchasing state of the goods corresponding to the second terminal equipment of the purchasing demand party according to the basic data and the state label.
In this step, according to the obtained basic data and the obtained status tag, it is determined whether the purchasing demander can currently purchase the goods, that is, the purchasing status of the goods corresponding to the second terminal device of the purchasing demander is determined.
For example, in the basic data of the current goods, the term of the purchasing contract is not expired, the contract is still in the valid period, and the status label is a new product, a regular product or a current season product, then the purchasing status of the goods is determined to be a normal purchasing status.
S103: and updating the current purchasing state of the goods according to the purchasing state.
In this step, the current purchasing status is updated to the purchasing status determined in step S102. The current purchasing state is any one of an initial state, a purchase prohibition state, a normal purchasing state and basic data to be maintained. It should be understood that the initial state is the state corresponding to the newly entered cargo.
In the embodiment of the application, the second terminal equipment through obtaining the basic data of the goods and purchasing demand side is to the state label that this goods set up to according to basic data and state label, confirm this goods and correspond to the purchasing state of purchasing demand side's second terminal equipment, the purchasing state of automatic updating goods has improved the treatment effeciency to the goods information, because of the purchasing state setting mistake that the operation error leads to when having avoided artifical setting.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a cargo information processing method according to an embodiment of the present application.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the embodiment of the present application provides a possible implementation manner as shown in fig. 2 for how to determine the purchasing status of the goods corresponding to the second terminal device of the purchasing demander according to the basic data and the status label of the goods:
s1021: it is determined whether the underlying data for the good satisfies a first procurement condition.
It should be appreciated that when the underlying data is a procurement contract deadline, the first procurement condition is that the procurement contract deadline indicates that the procurement contract has not expired; when the basic data is a supply relation, the first purchasing condition is that the supply relation is a provider binding state; when the basic data is the period of the purchasing contract and the supply relation, the first purchasing condition is that the period of the purchasing contract indicates that the purchasing contract is not overdue, and the supply relation is the binding state of the provider.
Illustratively, when the basic data is a purchasing contract period, the purchasing contract period indicates that the purchasing contract is not expired, the basic data meets the first purchasing condition, otherwise, the purchasing contract period indicates that the purchasing contract is expired, the basic data does not meet the first purchasing condition; when the basic data is a supply relation, if the supply relation is a supplier binding state, the basic data meets the first purchasing condition, otherwise, if no supplier is bound with the goods, the basic data does not meet the first purchasing condition; when the basic data is the purchasing contract term and the supply relation, the basic data meets the first purchasing condition only when the purchasing contract term indicates that the purchasing contract is not overdue and the supply relation is in a provider binding state, otherwise, the basic data does not meet the first purchasing condition.
If the basic data of the goods does not satisfy the first purchasing condition, step S1022 is executed: and determining the purchasing state of the goods as a purchase forbidding state.
S1023: it is determined whether the status label satisfies a second procurement condition.
Illustratively, the status label may include at least one of new product, regular product, season product, sold-out, prohibited order, one-time purchase, rejected product, and may also include good product, bad product, etc. The second purchasing condition may be set such that the status label is a label corresponding to the normal operation status, and according to a difference between the set status labels and an application scenario, a part of the labels are selected as labels corresponding to the normal operation status, for example, at least one of a new product, a regular product, a current season product, and a current selling product is selected as a label corresponding to the normal operation status.
In the step, when the state label belongs to at least one label corresponding to the normal operation state, determining that the state label meets a second purchasing condition; and when the state label does not belong to at least one label corresponding to the normal operation state, the state label does not meet the second purchasing condition. The goods are screened according to the state tags, and the purchase state of the screened goods is determined to be the normal purchase state.
For example, assuming that a new product, a normal product, and a current season product are used as tags corresponding to a normal operation state, if a state tag set for a good by a purchasing demander is the current season product, it is determined that the purchasing state of the good is a normal purchasing state, and if the state tag set for the good by the purchasing demander is a sold-out ready end, it is determined that the purchasing state of the good is prohibited from purchasing.
If the status tag satisfies the second purchasing condition, step S1024 is executed: and determining the purchasing state of the goods as a normal purchasing state.
If the status label does not satisfy the second purchasing condition, step S1022 is executed: and determining the purchasing state of the goods as a purchase forbidding state.
It should be understood that the present embodiment does not require the execution sequence of step S1023 and step S1021. Whether the state label meets the second purchasing condition or not can be determined, when the state label does not meet the second purchasing condition, the purchasing state of the goods is determined to be the purchasing prohibition state, when the state label meets the second purchasing condition, the basic data is determined to be enough to meet the first purchasing condition, when the basic data meets the first purchasing condition, the purchasing state of the goods is determined to be the normal purchasing state, and when the basic data does not meet the first purchasing condition, the purchasing state of the goods is determined to be the purchasing prohibition state; or simultaneously determining whether the basic data of the goods meet the first purchasing condition and whether the state label meets the second purchasing condition, and determining that the purchasing state of the goods is a normal purchasing state when the basic data of the goods meet the first purchasing condition and the state label meet the second purchasing condition, or determining that the purchasing state of the goods is a purchase prohibition state.
In the embodiment of the application, when the basic data meets the first purchasing condition and the state label meets the second purchasing condition, the purchasing state of the goods is determined to be the normal purchasing state, and otherwise, the purchasing state is the prohibited purchasing state. The purchasing state of the goods is automatically identified, and the processing efficiency and accuracy of the goods information are improved.
In order to improve the accuracy of determining the purchasing state of the goods, whether the basic data of the goods is complete or not is firstly confirmed, and the inaccuracy of the obtained purchasing state caused by the missing of the basic data is avoided. Fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of a cargo information processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, in the embodiment of the present application, before determining the purchasing status of the goods corresponding to the purchasing demander according to the basic data and the status label, it is first determined whether all the basic data are entered, if it is detected that all the basic data are not entered, the purchasing status of the goods is determined as the basic data to be maintained, and if it is detected that all the basic data are entered, the purchasing status of the goods is determined according to the basic data and the status label, for example, the goods is in a normal purchasing status or a purchase prohibition status.
As an example, after determining that all the basic data of the goods in which the current purchasing state is the initial state, the state of the basic data to be maintained, the purchasing prohibition state, or the normal purchasing state is entered, according to the basic data and the state label, the purchasing state of the goods is determined to be the normal purchasing state or the purchasing prohibition state, and the process of automatically updating the purchasing state is described in the above embodiments, and is not described here again.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in order to be compatible with more application scenarios and increase the convenience and the practicability of the system, the embodiment of the application can switch the current purchasing state of the goods according to the state switching instruction input by the user, wherein the user inputting the instruction can be a person who has a purchasing state change authority on a purchasing demander.
Illustratively, when the purchasing state of the goods is a non-purchasing state or a normal purchasing state, responding to a state switching instruction sent by a purchasing demander, and switching the purchasing state of the goods to a corresponding purchasing state according to the state switching instruction and the current purchasing state of the goods.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of a cargo information processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, for example, when the basic data satisfies the first purchasing condition and the status label does not satisfy the second purchasing condition, that is, the current purchasing status is a purchase prohibition status, and a purchasing demander needs to stock goods in advance, or needs to purchase goods to an unbound supplier, and the like, the purchasing demander sends a status switching instruction for switching to a temporary purchasing status, and switches the current purchasing status to the temporary purchasing status in response to the status switching instruction.
Further, the temporary purchasing state is correspondingly provided with an effective duration, the effective duration can be contained in the state switching instruction or a preset fixed effective duration, and when the duration of the temporary purchasing state reaches the effective duration, the purchasing state of the goods is switched from the temporary purchasing state to the original purchasing state, namely, the purchasing prohibition state before the temporary purchasing state is switched.
Illustratively, before the purchasing state of the goods is switched from the temporary purchasing state to the purchasing prohibition state, whether the basic data of the goods and the state label of the goods corresponding to the purchasing demand party still meet the condition of the purchasing prohibition state or not is switched to the purchasing prohibition state if the basic data of the goods and the state label of the goods meet the condition of the purchasing prohibition state, and otherwise, the purchasing state is switched to the normal purchasing state or the basic data to be maintained according to the basic data and the state label.
Referring to fig. 4, when the basic data meets the first purchasing condition and the status label meets the second purchasing condition, that is, the current purchasing status is a normal purchasing status, in order to avoid excessive stock, the purchasing demander may switch the purchasing status to a suspended purchasing status by sending a status switching instruction.
Further, when the purchasing state is the temporary purchasing state, the temporary purchasing state or the normal purchasing state can be switched to the temporary purchasing state according to a state switching instruction sent by the purchasing demand side. Illustratively, if the goods need to be purchased at one time, the temporary purchasing state is switched to the temporary purchasing state through a state switching instruction, and the temporary purchasing state is automatically switched to the temporary purchasing state after reaching the preset effective duration; for example, if the goods need to be normally purchased, for example, after the supplier recovers normal cooperation from temporary failure, the suspended purchasing state is switched to the normal purchasing state through the state switching instruction. Optionally, before the suspended purchasing state is switched to the normal purchasing state, it is determined whether the basic data of the goods meet a first purchasing condition and whether the state tag of the goods corresponding to the purchasing demander meets a second purchasing condition, if both the basic data and the state tag meet the second purchasing condition, the normal purchasing state is switched to, and if not, the basic data to be maintained or the purchasing prohibition state is determined to be switched to according to the basic data and the state tag.
On the basis of the above embodiment, after all the basic data are determined to be entered, or before the basic data and the status tags of the goods are acquired, it is determined whether at least one second terminal device exists, that is, whether at least one purchasing demander exists, if there is no purchasing demander, the purchasing status of the goods is determined to be a purchase prohibition status, and if there is at least one second terminal device, the basic data and the status tags of the goods are acquired, and the purchasing status is further determined to be basic data to be maintained, a normal purchasing status, or a purchase prohibition status.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flowchart of a cargo information processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. Illustratively, after receiving the state modification instruction sent by the purchasing demander, the steps shown in fig. 5 are executed:
after receiving the state switching instruction, firstly determining whether the current purchasing state is A-basic data to be maintained, if so, not switching the purchasing state, and pushing a prompt message to a user for prompting: this state does not allow modification ".
If the current state is not A-basic data to be maintained, determining whether the current purchasing state is B-purchasing prohibition state; if the current purchasing state is B, determining whether a state switching instruction indicates to switch the purchasing state to an E-temporary purchasing state, if so, switching, otherwise, not switching the purchasing state, and pushing a prompt message to a user to prompt: the current state of the goods is a purchase prohibition state and can not be modified into an XX state ".
Further, if the current state is not B, determining whether the current purchasing state is C-normal purchasing state; if the current purchasing state is C, determining whether a state switching instruction indicates to switch the purchasing state to a D-suspension purchasing state, if so, switching, otherwise, not switching the purchasing state, and pushing a prompt message to a user to prompt: the current state of the goods is a normal purchasing state and can not be modified into an XX state ".
Further, if the current state is not C, determining whether the current purchasing state is D; if the current purchasing state is D, determining whether the state switching instruction indicates to switch the purchasing state to E; if the state switching instruction indicates that the purchasing state is switched to E, determining whether the basic data of the goods are completely input; if the basic data is completely input, switching, otherwise, not switching the purchasing state, and pushing a prompt message to the user for prompting: the underlying data is to be maintained ".
If the state switching instruction does not indicate that the purchasing state is switched to E, determining whether the state switching instruction indicates that the purchasing state is switched to C; if the state switching instruction indicates that the purchasing state is switched to C, determining whether the basic data meets a first purchasing condition and whether the state label meets a second purchasing condition; when the basic data meets the first purchasing condition and the state label meets the second purchasing condition, switching is carried out, otherwise, switching is not carried out, and a prompt message 'prompt' is pushed to the user: basic data to be maintained or prompt: the XX cargo state is an abnormal operation state ".
Further, if the current state is not D, the purchasing state is not switched, and the process is ended.
